背景技术
改革开放以来，我国的电信事业发展十分迅速。中国已成为全球用户最多的通讯大国。在电信产业迅猛发展的同时，利用现代通讯技术和结算方式的便利进行的各种犯罪活动也日益猖獗起来。仅北京市 1 年就发生了利用通讯工具进行诈骗的案件 2500 余起，涉案总价值人民币 4900 余万元。北京市涉及利用通讯工具进行诈骗犯罪的主要类型有打电话、发短信、吸话费、改号等四大类。
电话诈骗的被骗人中，中老年人占 80% ，原因是这些人生活单调、不看社会新闻和法制新闻、被所谓热情和关注所迷惑、有发财欲望等。
警方在对电信诈骗受害人群分析后发现，受害者中 45 岁至 60 岁的中老年人约占 70% 。在这批被骗的中老年人中，女性又约占 80% 。 骗子们为何爱盯中老年人的钱袋？女性为何容易上当受骗？这主要是因为中老年人生活社交圈相对狭小，信息来源有限，防范意识缺乏。而数据同时显示，在上当受骗的老年人中，女性较男性更容易中招。从社会心理学角度讲， ' 男主外，女主内 ' ，一向是我国的文化传统，因而大多数中国家庭中，女人掌握家庭财务大权。许多中老年女性在退休后，社会角色转变为家庭主妇，常常封闭自我。她们的精力大多放在照顾家人和孙辈的生活起居上，缺乏与社会和年轻人交流的经验，也因此极易被所谓的新概念、新信息所蒙蔽。因此，一方面手握财权，一方面认知闭塞，中老年女性自然成为了骗子最为青睐的目标。
综上，需要针对当前对电话诈骗没有有效的手段来防范的情况 ，需要提供一种通过记录关键字，当与陌生号码通话时检测是否存在关键字，从而让电话能自动检测通话中的敏感词汇，使用户在接到诈骗电话时就能够在第一时间发现，以防上当受骗 。
 技术问题
本发明实施例针对当前对电话诈骗没有有效的手段来防范的情况 ，需要提供一种通过记录关键字，当与陌生号码通话时检测是否存在关键字，从而让电话能自动检测通话中的敏感词汇，使用户在接到诈骗电话时就能够在第一时间发现，以防上当受骗 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的： 一种根据关键字自动报警的方法 ，包括以下步骤：
记录用户通话记录关键字，记录监护人通讯方式；
当有用户与未知号码通话时，保存通话记录；
判断与未知电话号码通话记录中是否存在所述预设的用户通话记录关键字；
若否，保持原状；
若是，根据所述监护人通讯方式通知监护人。
本发明实施例还提供了报警系统，所述报警系统包括：
记录单元，保存单元，判断单元，通知单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录用户通话记录关键字，记录监护人通讯方式；

其工作原理是：用户在记录单元 21 记录用户通话记录关键字，记录监护人通讯方式，保存单元 22 ，当有用户与未知号码通话时，保存通话记录，判断单元 23 判断与未知电话号码通话记录中是否存在所述预设的用户通话记录关键字，通知单元 24 ，与未知电话号码通话记录中存在所述预设的用户通话记录关键字时，根据所述监护人通讯方式通知监护人。

    当有用户与未知号码通话时，保存通话记录；
    判断与未知电话号码通话记录中是否存在所述预设的用户通话记录关键字；
    若否，保持原状；
    若是，根据所述监护人通讯方式通知监护人。
  2. 一种报警系统，其特征在于，所述报警系统包括：
    记录单元，保存单元，判断单元，通知单元，其中：
    记录单元，用于记录用户通话记录关键字，记录监护人通讯方式；
    保存单元，其输入端与所述记录单元输出端连接，用于当有用户与未知号码通话时，保存通话记录；
