Abstract
A car fixing device for an elevator, wherein a movable member is displaceable with respect to a car between an engagement position where the movable member can vertically engage with a fixed member and a release position where the engagement with the fixed member is released. A releasing tool is mounted to one member of the fixed member and the movable member so as to be displaceable. While the movable member is in vertical engagement with the fixed member, the displacement of the movable member to the release position is blocked by interference between the releasing tool and the other member which is different from the one member. By displacing the releasing tool with respect to the one member, the releasing tool is released from the position interfering with the other member.
Description
This invention relates to an elevator car fixing device for fixing a car in a hoistway.
Conventionally, an engagement plate provided with an engagement hole is fixed to a guide rail, and a movable shaft is installed in order to prevent the cage from erroneously moving upward when an operator performs maintenance work on the cage. There has been known an elevator in which a fixing device is attached to a car frame and a movable shaft is inserted into an engagement hole so that the movable shaft is engaged with an engagement plate in the vertical direction (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in such a conventional elevator, when the car rises unexpectedly during maintenance work on the car, the movable shaft inserted into the engagement hole may bite into the upper part of the engagement hole. is there. In this case, the worker on the car cannot remove the movable shaft biting into the upper part of the engagement hole from the engagement hole, and cannot move the car even after the maintenance work is completed.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides an elevator car fixing device that can easily and more reliably release a state in which a car is fixed in a hoistway. For the purpose.

In this example, a first rope stop 17 is provided at the lower part of the hoisting machine base 11, and a second rope stop 18 is provided at the upper end of one car guide rail 4.
The first end of the suspension body 14 is connected to the first rope stopper 17, and the second end of the suspension body 14 is connected to the second rope stopper 18. The suspension body 14 is wound around the counterweight suspension wheel 16, the driving sheave 13, and the pair of car suspension wheels 15 in this order from the first rope stop 17 and reaches the second rope stop 18. Thereby, the car 2 and the counterweight 3 are suspended by a 2: 1 roping method.
A fixed plate 19 as a fixing member is fixed in the hoistway 1. The car 2 is provided with an engagement device 20 that engages with the fixed plate 19. In this example, the fixing plate 19 is fixed to the upper end portion of one of the car guide rails 4, and the engaging device 20 is provided on the upper frame 8 of the car 2.
When the car 2 is stopped at the maintenance position for the hoisting machine 10 that is a device in the hoistway 1, the engaging device 20 faces the fixed plate 19 in the horizontal direction. When the car 2 is stopped at the maintenance position, the car 2 is fixed in the hoistway 1 by the engagement device 20 engaging with the fixing plate 19 in the vertical direction. A car fixing device 21 that fixes the car 2 in the hoistway 1 includes a fixing plate 19 and an engaging device 20.
FIG. 4 is an enlarged view showing the car fixing device 21 of FIG. FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line VV in FIG. The fixed plate 19 is disposed along the back surface of the car guide rail 4. The fixing plate 19 is fixed to the car guide rail 4 by a plurality of rail clips in a state where the fixing plate 19 is in contact with the back surface of the car guide rail 4. The fixing plate 19 is provided with an engagement hole 22. In this example, the fixing plate 19 is provided with one engagement hole 22, and the engagement hole 22 is a long hole along the vertical direction. The engagement hole 22 is disposed at a position away from the car guide rail 4.
As shown in FIG. 5, the engaging device 20 includes a support portion 23 fixed to the upper frame 8, a shaft 24 rotatably supported by the support portion 23, and a movable member provided on the shaft 24. And a lever 25.
The shaft 24 is arranged horizontally. Further, the shaft 24 is disposed in parallel with the fixed plate 19 when viewed from above.
The lever 25 is fixed to the shaft 24. Thus, the lever 25 is integrated with the shaft 24 with respect to the support portion 23 so as to be rotatable about the axis of the shaft 24. The lever 25 pivots about the axis of the shaft 24 to move the cage 2 between an engagement position where the lever 25 can be engaged with the fixing plate 19 in the vertical direction and a release position where the engagement with the fixing plate 19 is released. It is displaced with respect to. Therefore, when the car fixing device 21 is viewed from above, the lever 25 intersects the fixing plate 19 when the lever 25 reaches the engaging position, and the lever 25 moves away from the fixing plate 19 when the lever 25 reaches the releasing position. That is, the car fixing device 21 is a lever-type car fixing device.
The lever 25 has a lever main body portion 251 fixed to the shaft 24 and an insertion portion 252 protruding from the lever main body portion 251. One end of the lever main body 251 in the longitudinal direction is fixed to the shaft 24. The insertion portion 252 protrudes from the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the lever main body portion 251 in a direction crossing the lever main body portion 251. When the car 2 is stopped at the maintenance position, the insertion portion 252 is inserted into the engagement hole 22 by the displacement of the lever 25 to the engagement position, and the insertion portion 252 is inserted into the engagement hole by the displacement of the lever 25 to the release position. Deviate from 22.
In the car fixing device 21, a release mechanism 31 is attached to one member of the fixing plate 19 and the lever 25 that can be engaged with each other in the vertical direction. In this example, the release mechanism 31 is attached to the lever 25.
The release mechanism 31 includes a bolt 32 as a release jig attached to the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 so as to be displaceable, a nut 33 that fixes the bolt 32 to the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25, and an end portion of the bolt 32. The rubber cushioning material 34 is provided.
The insertion part 252 of the lever 25 is provided with a screw hole. The bolt 32 passes through the insertion portion 252 in a state of being fitted in the screw hole of the insertion portion 252. Further, the bolt 32 protrudes upward and downward from the insertion portion 252. In this example, the bolt 32 is provided in the insertion portion 252 with the head of the bolt 32 facing upward. The bolt 32 is displaced in the vertical direction with respect to the insertion portion 252 by turning the bolt 32.
When the lever 25 is in the engagement position, it can be engaged with the fixing plate 19 in the vertical direction via the bolt 32. Thereby, in a state where the insertion portion 252 is inserted into the engagement hole 22, the insertion portion 252 can be engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32 in the vertical direction.
When the position of the car 2 is shifted upward with respect to the fixing plate 19 with the insertion portion 252 being inserted into the engaging hole 22, the upper end of the bolt 32 is positioned at the upper end of the engaging hole 22. Engage with. On the other hand, when the position of the car 2 is shifted downward with respect to the fixing plate 19 in a state where the insertion portion 252 is inserted into the engagement hole 22, the lower end portion of the bolt 32 is moved to Engage with the fixed plate 19 in position. 4 and 5, the upper end portion of the bolt 32 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 at the position of the upper end portion of the engagement hole 22.
The nut 33 is fitted to the bolt 32. The bolt 32 is fixed to the insertion portion 252 when the nut 33 is fastened to the insertion portion 252. Further, the bolt 32 can be displaced with respect to the insertion portion 252 by loosening the tightening of the nut 33.
The buffer material 34 is provided at the lower end of the bolt 32. The shock absorbing material 34 absorbs an impact when the lower end of the bolt 32 is engaged with the fixing plate 19.
In a state where the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32, the displacement of the lever 25 from the engagement position to the release position is prevented by the interference between the fixing plate 19 and the bolt 32. When the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32, the bolt 32 is displaced with respect to the insertion portion 252, so that the vertical direction between the bolt 32 and the fixing plate 19 is increased. A space is created, and the bolt 32 is removed from the position where it interferes with the fixing plate 19. That is, when the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32, the bolt 32 is displaced relative to the insertion portion 252 in the direction in which the bolt 32 is separated from the portion of the fixing plate 19 receiving the bolt 32. As a result, a space is created between the inner surface of the engagement hole 22 and the bolt 32 in the vertical direction, and the state where the bolt 32 and the fixing plate 19 interfere with each other is released. Thereby, the lever 25 can be displaced between the engagement position and the release position.
Next, the maintenance procedure for the hoisting machine 10 in the hoistway 1 will be described. When performing maintenance work on the hoisting machine 10, the worker first gets on the car 2, that is, on the ceiling of the car body 6 from the hall on the top floor. Thereafter, the operator operates the maintenance operation unit provided on the car 2 to raise the car 2 at a low speed.
Thereafter, when the car 2 reaches the maintenance position where the engagement device 20 faces the fixed plate 19, the worker stops the car 2 and displaces the lever 25 of the engagement device 20 from the release position to the engagement position. Accordingly, the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 is inserted into the engagement hole 22 of the fixing plate 19, and the lever 25 can be engaged with the fixing plate 29 via the bolt 32 in the vertical direction. In this way, the car 2 is fixed in the hoistway 1.
After this, the worker on the car 2 performs maintenance work on the hoisting machine 10. When the maintenance work is completed, the worker on the car 2 displaces the lever 25 from the engagement position to the release position, and releases the fixed state of the car 2.
Here, during maintenance work, the car 2 may move up and down by mistake for some reason, for example, the brake of the hoisting machine 10 is accidentally released. In this case, the movement of the car 2 is prevented by the lever 25 engaging with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32.
When the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32, the bolt 32 and the fixing plate 19 interfere with each other, so that the lever 25 is displaced from the engagement position to the release position after the maintenance work is completed. Even when trying to do so, the lever 25 may not be displaced. In this case, after confirming that the brake of the hoisting machine 10 is operating, the bolt 32 is turned with a spanner or the like to displace the bolt 32 with respect to the insertion portion 252, thereby fixing the fixing plate 19 and the bolt 32. A space is created in the vertical direction. As a result, the bolt 32 is removed from the position where it interferes with the fixing plate 19, the interference between the bolt 32 and the fixing plate 19 is eliminated, and the lever 25 can be displaced from the engagement position to the release position.
An operator on the car 2 displaces the lever 25 from the engagement position to the release position to release the fixed state of the car 2 and then operates the operation unit during maintenance operation on the car 2 to move the car 2 at a low speed. Lower. Thereafter, the worker stops the car 2 at a position where it can get off from the top of the car 2 to the landing on the top floor, and gets off from the top of the car 2 to the landing on the top floor. In this way, the maintenance work for the hoisting machine 10 is completed.
In such an elevator car fixing device 21, in the state where the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19, the lever 25 is prevented from being displaced to the release position due to the interference between the fixing plate 19 and the bolt 32. Since the bolt 32 is displaced from the position where it interferes with the fixing plate 19, the bolt 32 is displaced with respect to the lever 25, so that the lever 25 can be easily displaced to the release position. can do. Thereby, the state where the car 2 is fixed in the hoistway 1 can be easily and more reliably released.
In addition, since the bolt 32 is used as a releasing jig interposed between the lever 25 and the fixing plate 19, the structure for releasing the interference between the fixing plate 19 and the releasing jig is made inexpensive and simple. Can do.
Further, since the lever 25 is rotatable about the shaft 24 provided in the car 2, the lever 25 can be displaced between the engagement position and the release position with a simple configuration.
Embodiment 2. FIG.

The upper receiving part 19a and the lower receiving part 19b are provided with screw holes. The bolt 32 of the upper release mechanism 41 penetrates the upper receiving portion 19a in the vertical direction in a state of being fitted in the screw hole of the upper receiving portion 19a. The bolt 32 of the lower release mechanism 42 can be displaced in the vertical direction with respect to the lower receiving portion 19b by turning the bolt 32. The bolt 32 of the lower release mechanism 42 penetrates the lower receiving portion 19b in the vertical direction while being fitted in the screw hole of the lower receiving portion 19b. The bolt 32 of the lower release mechanism 42 can be displaced in the vertical direction with respect to the lower receiving portion 19b by turning the bolt 32.
When the lever 25 is in the engagement position, it can be engaged with the fixing plate 19 in the vertical direction via the bolts 32 of the upper release mechanism 41 and the lower release mechanism 42. Accordingly, the branching portion 252a of the insertion portion 252 inserted into the engagement hole 22 can be engaged with the upper receiving portion 19a via the bolt 32 of the upper release mechanism 41, and the lower release mechanism 42 The lower receiving portion 19b can be engaged through the bolt 32.
When the position of the car 2 is shifted upward with respect to the fixed plate 19 with the insertion portion 252 being inserted into the engagement hole 22, the branch portion 252 a of the insertion portion 252 is engaged with the bolt 32 of the upper release mechanism 41. When the position of the car 2 is shifted downward with respect to the fixed plate 19 with the insertion portion 252 being inserted into the engagement hole 22, the branch portion 252 a of the insertion portion 252 is engaged with the bolt 32 of the lower release mechanism 42. To do. 6 and 7, the insertion portion 252 is engaged with the bolt 32 of the upper release mechanism 41.
In a state where the branching portion 252a of the insertion portion 252 is engaged with the upper receiving portion 19a via the bolt 32 of the upper releasing mechanism 41, the first stopper 251a hits the upper receiving portion 19a as shown in FIG. 25 is prevented from rotating counterclockwise in FIG. Thereby, the raise of the cage | basket | car 2 is prevented. On the other hand, in a state where the branching portion 252a of the insertion portion 252 is engaged with the lower receiving portion 19b via the bolt 32 of the lower releasing mechanism 42, the second stopper 252b hits the fixing plate 19 and the lever 25 in FIG. Clockwise rotation is prevented. Thereby, the descent | fall of the cage | basket | car 2 is prevented.
The bolt 32 of the upper release mechanism 41 is fixed to the upper receiving portion 19a by tightening the nut 33 to the upper receiving portion 19a. The bolt 32 can be displaced with respect to the upper receiving portion 19a by loosening the tightening of the nut 33 of the upper releasing mechanism 41.
The bolt 32 of the lower release mechanism 42 is fixed to the lower receiving portion 19b by tightening the nut 33 to the lower receiving portion 19b. The bolt 32 can be displaced with respect to the lower receiving portion 19b by loosening the tightening of the nut 33 of the lower release mechanism 42.
The buffer material 34 is provided at the end of each bolt 32 on the engagement hole 22 side. The cushioning material 34 absorbs an impact when the insertion portion 252 is engaged with the bolt 32.
In a state where the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32 of the upper release mechanism 41, the lever 25 and the bolt 32 of the upper release mechanism 41 interfere with each other from the engagement position of the lever 25 to the release position. Displacement is blocked. In a state where the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32 of the upper release mechanism 41, the bolt 32 of the upper release mechanism 41 is displaced by being displaced with respect to the upper receiving portion 19a. A space is created between the insertion portion 252 and the insertion portion 252 in the vertical direction, and the bolt 32 is removed from the position where it interferes with the lever 25.
In a state where the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32 of the lower release mechanism 42, the lever 25 and the bolt 32 of the lower release mechanism 42 interfere with each other from the engagement position of the lever 25 to the release position. Displacement is blocked. When the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32 of the lower release mechanism 42, the bolt 32 of the lower release mechanism 42 is displaced by the displacement of the bolt 32 with respect to the lower receiving portion 19 b. A space is created between the insertion portion 252 and the insertion portion 252 in the vertical direction, and the bolt 32 is removed from the position where it interferes with the lever 25.
Thus, the state in which the bolts 32 of the upper release mechanism 41 and the lower release mechanism 42 interfere with the lever 25 is released, and the lever 25 can be displaced between the engagement position and the release position. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
Thus, even if the upper release mechanism 41 and the lower release mechanism 42 are provided on the fixing plate 19, the upper release mechanism 41 and the lower release mechanism 42 are displaced by moving the bolts 32 of the upper release mechanism 41 and the lower release mechanism 42 with respect to the fixed plate 19. The bolts 32 of the mechanism 41 and the lower release mechanism 42 can be removed from the position where they interfere with the lever 25. Thereby, the displacement of the lever 25 to the release position can be facilitated, and the state in which the car 2 is fixed in the hoistway 1 can be easily and more reliably released.
In the above example, each of the upper release mechanism 41 and the lower release mechanism 42 is provided on the fixed plate 19, but the car 2 often rises by mistake due to the weight of the counterweight 3 during maintenance work. Therefore, only the upper release mechanism 41 may be provided on the fixing plate 19.
In the above example, the upper receiving portion 19a and the lower receiving portion 19b fixed to the fixing plate 19 are plate-shaped, but the upper receiving portion 19a is formed in a block shape so that the upper receiving portion 19a is You may strengthen it.
That is, FIG. 8 is a front view showing another example of the elevator car fixing device 21 according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along line IX-IX in FIG. A block-shaped upper receiving portion 19a is fixed to the fixing plate 19 as a part of the fixing member. The block-shaped upper receiving portion 19 a is a separate member from the fixed plate 19. The upper receiving portion 19a is fixed to the fixed plate 19 by welding. Thereby, a welded portion 19 c is formed at the boundary between the upper receiving portion 19 a and the fixed plate 19. In this way, the strength of the upper receiving portion 19a can be improved, and deformation of the upper receiving portion 19a when the lever 25 is engaged with the fixed plate 19 via the bolt 32 can be prevented.
Embodiment 3 FIG.
FIG. 10 is a front view showing an elevator car fixing apparatus according toEmbodiment 3 of the present invention. FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XI-XI in FIG. The engaging device 20 includes a support base 51 fixed to the upper frame 8 and a rod-shaped member 52 that is a movable member provided on the support base 51.
FIG. 10 is a front view showing an elevator car fixing apparatus according to
The support base 51 is provided with a through hole 53 through which a rod-shaped member 52 is passed. The rod-shaped member 52 is a slide member that can slide in the horizontal direction with respect to the support base 51. The rod-shaped member 52 is displaced between the engagement position and the release position by sliding with respect to the support base 51.
Thus, when the car 2 is stopped at the maintenance position, the rod-shaped member 52 is inserted into the engagement hole 22 of the fixing plate 19 due to the displacement of the rod-shaped member 52 to the engagement position, and the rod-shaped member 52 is moved to the release position. The rod-shaped member 52 is detached from the engagement hole 22 by the displacement. That is, in the present embodiment, the car fixing device 21 is a cage-type car fixing device.
In the present embodiment, of the fixing plate 19 and the bar-shaped member 52 that can be engaged with each other in the vertical direction, the release mechanism 31 similar to that of the first embodiment is attached to the bar-shaped member 52.
In a state where the rod-like member 52 is inserted into the engagement hole 22, the rod-like member 52 can be engaged with the fixing plate 19 in the vertical direction via the bolt 32 of the release mechanism 31. In a state where the rod-like member 52 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32, the frictional force generated by the interference between the bolt 32 and the fixing plate 19 prevents the rod-like member 52 from being displaced to the release position. Further, in a state where the rod-shaped member 52 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the bolt 32, the bolt 32 is displaced with respect to the rod-shaped member 52, so that the vertical direction is provided between the bolt 32 and the fixing plate 19. As a result, a space is generated and the bolt 32 is removed from the position where it interferes with the fixing plate 19. Thereby, the bar-shaped member 52 can be displaced between the engagement position and the release position. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
As described above, even when the release mechanism 31 is applied to the rod-like member 52 of the cage-type car fixing device 21, the same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained. That is, by displacing the bolt 32 with respect to the rod-shaped member 52, the bolt 32 can be removed from the position where it interferes with the lever 25, and the displacement of the lever 25 to the release position can be facilitated. Thereby, cancellation | release of the state in which the cage | basket | car 2 is being fixed in the hoistway 1 can be performed easily and more reliably.
Embodiment 4 FIG.
FIG. 12 is a front view showing an elevator car fixing device according toEmbodiment 4 of the present invention. FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XIII-XIII in FIG. In the present embodiment, the configuration of the engagement device 20 is the same as that of the engagement device 20 of the third embodiment, and the configuration of the fixing plate 19 is the same as that of the fixing plate 19 of the second embodiment. In other words, in the present embodiment, the car fixing device 21 is a canopy type car fixing device. In the present embodiment, among the fixed plate 19 and the bar-shaped member 52 that can be engaged with each other in the vertical direction, the upper receiving mechanism 19a and the lower receiving portion 19b of the fixed plate 19 are similar to the upper releasing mechanism in the first embodiment. 41 and a lower release mechanism 42 are attached. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
FIG. 12 is a front view showing an elevator car fixing device according to
As described above, even when the upper release mechanism 41 and the lower release mechanism 42 are applied to the upper receiving portion 19a and the lower receiving portion 19b of the fixing plate 19 of the cage-type car fixing device 21, the same effects as those of the second embodiment are obtained. Obtainable. That is, by displacing the bolt 32 with respect to the fixing plate 19 in the upper release mechanism 41 and the lower release mechanism 42, the bolt 32 can be removed from the position where it interferes with the rod-shaped member 52 in the upper release mechanism 41 and the lower release mechanism 42. it can. Thereby, the displacement to the cancellation | release position of the rod-shaped member 52 can be made easy, and the state in which the cage | basket | car 2 is being fixed in the hoistway 1 can be cancelled | released easily and more reliably.
Embodiment 5 FIG.
FIG. 14 is a front view showing an elevator car fixing apparatus according toEmbodiment 5 of the present invention. FIG. 15 is a sectional view taken along line XV-XV in FIG. In FIG. 14, the display of the lever 25 is omitted for simplicity. In the present embodiment, the car fixing device 21 is a lever-type car fixing device. In the present embodiment, of the fixing plate 19 and the lever 25 that can be engaged with each other in the vertical direction, the fixing plate 19 is provided with an elastic piece 61 as a releasing jig.
FIG. 14 is a front view showing an elevator car fixing apparatus according to
The elastic piece 61 protrudes along the fixed plate 19 from the inner surface of the engagement hole 22 to the inside of the engagement hole 22. In this example, the elastic piece 61 protrudes downward from the inner surface of the upper end portion of the engagement hole 22. There is a gap between both side surfaces of the elastic piece 61 and the inner surface of the engagement hole 22. The horizontal width dimension of the elastic piece 61 is smaller than the horizontal width dimension of the fixed plate 19. Accordingly, the elastic piece 61 is more easily elastically deformed than the fixed plate 19. In this example, the elastic piece 61 is integrated with the fixed plate 19, and the fixed plate 19 and the elastic piece 61 are made of the same material. As the fixed plate 19 and the elastic piece 61, a high-tensile steel plate having a large yield point is used.
When the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 is inserted into the engagement hole 22, the insertion portion 252 can be engaged with the fixing plate 19 in the vertical direction via the elastic piece 61. In a state where the insertion portion 252 is engaged with the fixed plate 19 via the elastic piece 61, the elastic piece 61 is bent while being elastically deformed in the thickness direction of the fixed plate 19 as the lever 25 is displaced. Displacement from the engagement position of 25 to the release position is allowed. That is, in a state where the insertion portion 252 is engaged with the fixed plate 19 via the elastic piece 61, the lever 25 can be displaced from the engagement position to the release position by elastic deformation of the elastic piece 61.
FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the lever 25 of FIG. 15 is displaced from the engagement position to the release position. A rod-like release arm 62 can be attached to the shaft 24 to which the lever 25 is fixed. In this example, the cylindrical portion into which the release arm 62 is fitted is fixed to the shaft 24, and the release arm 62 is attached to the shaft 24 by fitting the release arm 62 into the cylindrical portion. In a state where the release arm 62 is attached to the shaft 24, the release arm 62 projects from the shaft 24 radially outward of the shaft 24. When the circumferential force of the shaft 24 is applied to the release arm 62, the shaft 24 is rotated integrally with the release arm 62.
When displacing the lever 25 from the release position to the engagement position, after attaching the release arm 62 to the shaft 24, an upward force is applied to the end of the release arm 62. As a result, the lever 25 is rotated in the direction in which the insertion portion 252 is inserted into the engagement hole 22, and the lever 25 is displaced from the release position to the engagement position.
When the lever 25 is displaced from the engagement position to the release position, after the release arm 62 is attached to the shaft 24, a downward force, that is, a force in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 16 is applied to the end of the release arm 62. . Thereby, the lever 25 is rotated in a direction in which the insertion portion 252 is removed from the engagement hole 22, and the lever 25 is displaced from the engagement position to the release position. Other configurations are the same as those of the second embodiment.
In such an elevator car fixing device 21, the elastic piece 61 as a release jig provided on the fixing plate 19 is more easily elastically deformed than the fixing plate 19, and the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 is the fixing plate. 19 is engaged with the elastic piece 61 via the elastic piece 61, the lever 25 can be displaced from the engagement position to the release position by elastic deformation of the elastic piece 61, so that the lever 25 is released from the engagement position. The displacement to the position can be facilitated. Thereby, the state where the car 2 is fixed in the hoistway 1 can be easily and more reliably released.
Further, since the release arm 62 can be attached to the shaft 24, the lever principle can be used by applying a force to the release arm 62, and the lever is operated while elastically deforming the elastic piece 61. The force required to displace 25 can be reduced. As a result, the burden on the operator when the car 2 is released from the fixed state can be reduced.
In the above example, the elastic piece 61 as the release jig is provided on the fixing plate 19, but the elastic piece 61 as the release jig may be provided on the lever 25. In this case, the elastic piece 61 is provided on the lever 25 in a state of protruding upward from the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25. Even in this case, the lever 25 is moved from the engagement position to the release position while the elastic piece 61 is elastically deformed while the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the elastic piece 61. It can be displaced, and the displacement of the lever 25 from the engagement position to the release position can be facilitated.
In the above example, the elastic piece 61 is provided only at the upper end portion of the engagement hole 22, but the elastic piece 61 may be provided also at the lower end portion of the engagement hole 22.
In the above example, the elastic piece 61 is applied to the lever-type car fixing device 21. However, in the carousel-type car fixing device 21 shown in the third embodiment, the elastic piece 61 is replaced with the release mechanism 31. You may apply. In this case, the elastic piece 61 is provided on the rod-shaped member 52 in a state of protruding from the rod-shaped member 52 to at least one of the upper and lower sides. Further, in the cage type car fixing device 21 shown in the fourth embodiment, elastic pieces 61 may be applied in place of the upper release mechanism 41 and the lower release mechanism 42, respectively. In this case, the elastic pieces 61 are provided at the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the engagement hole 22 of the fixing plate 19. Even in this case, the rod-shaped member 52 is displaced from the engagement position to the release position while the elastic piece 61 is elastically deformed while the rod-shaped member 52 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the elastic piece 61. Therefore, the displacement of the rod-shaped member 52 from the engagement position to the release position can be facilitated.
In the above example, the fixing plate 19 and the elastic piece 61 are made of the same material. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the fixing plate 19 and the elastic piece 61 may be made of different materials. Even when the elastic piece 61 is provided on the lever 25 or the rod-shaped member 52, the material constituting the lever 25 or the rod-shaped member 52 and the material constituting the elastic piece 61 may be different from each other.
Embodiment 6 FIG.
FIG. 17 is a perspective view showing an elevator car fixing apparatus according toEmbodiment 6 of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the configuration of the engagement device 20 is the same as the configuration of the engagement device 20 of the second embodiment. Accordingly, in the present embodiment, the car fixing device 21 is a lever-type car fixing device. In the present embodiment, the release mechanism 71 is attached to the fixed plate 19 among the fixed plate 19 and the lever 25 that can be engaged with each other in the vertical direction. FIG. 17 shows a state where the lever 25 as the movable member has reached the release position.

The release mechanism 71 has a block-like member 72 as a release jig and a plurality of mounting bolts 73 for attaching the block-like member 72 to the fixing plate 19.
The fixing plate 19 is provided with bolt through holes 74 that are elongated holes through which a plurality of mounting bolts 73 are passed along the vertical direction. Each of the mounting bolts 73 passed through the bolt through holes 74 is attached to the block-shaped member 72.
FIG. 18 is a perspective view showing the block-shaped member 72 of FIG. The block-shaped member 72 includes a block attachment portion 721 that overlaps the fixing plate 19 and a block protrusion portion 722 that protrudes laterally from an end portion of the block attachment portion 721.
The block mounting portion 721 is provided with a plurality of screw holes 75 into which the mounting bolts 73 are individually fitted. Each screw hole 75 passes through the block attachment portion 721. The block-like member 72 is fixed to the fixing plate 19 by tightening each mounting bolt 73 passed through the bolt through hole 74.
The block-like member 72 is attached to the fixing plate 19 in a state where the block protrusion 722 is inserted into the engagement hole 22. In this example, the block-shaped member 72 is attached to the fixed plate 19 with the block protrusion 722 engaged with the upper end of the engagement hole 22.
The length of each mounting bolt 73 is longer than the sum of the thickness of the fixing plate 19 and the thickness of the block mounting portion 721. Thereby, in the state in which the block-shaped member 72 is attached to the fixed plate 19, as shown in FIG. 17, each attachment bolt 73 protrudes from the back surface of the block attachment portion 721. The block-shaped member 72 can be displaced with respect to the fixed plate 19 by loosening the tightening of each mounting bolt 73. The block protrusion 722 is detached from the engagement hole 22 when the block-shaped member 72 is displaced with respect to the fixed plate 19. A fixing member 76 such as a split pin for preventing the block attachment portion 721 from coming off from each attachment bolt 73 is attached to the respective front end portions of each attachment bolt 73.
FIG. 19 is a perspective view showing the elevator car fixing device when the lever 25 of FIG. 17 is in the engaged position. FIG. 20 is a sectional view showing the elevator car fixing device of FIG. When the lever 25 reaches the engagement position, the insertion portion 252 is inserted into the engagement hole 22. In a state where the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 is inserted into the engagement hole 22, the insertion portion 252 can be engaged with the fixed plate 19 via the block protrusion 722 in the vertical direction. Accordingly, when the position of the car 2 is shifted upward with respect to the fixed plate 19 with the insertion portion 252 being inserted into the engagement hole 22, the insertion portion 252 is interposed via the block protrusion 722 as shown in FIG. 20. Engaging with the fixing plate 19.
In a state where the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 is engaged with the fixed plate 19 via the block protrusion 722, the first stopper 251a of the lever main body portion 251 is in contact with the fixed plate 19. Thereby, the clockwise rotation of the lever 25 in FIG. 20 is prevented, and the raising of the car 2 is prevented.
As shown in FIG. 17, the fixing plate 19 is provided with jack screw holes 78 into which jack bolts 77 described later are fitted. The jack screw hole 78 passes through the fixing plate 19. The position of the jack screw hole 78 is a position facing the block attachment portion 721 when the block-like member 72 is attached to the fixed plate 19. The block-shaped member 72 is displaced with respect to the fixed plate 19 by rotating the jack bolt 77 fitted in the jack screw hole 78 and moving the jack bolt 77 while pushing the block mounting portion 721 with the jack bolt 77. Other configurations are the same as those of the second embodiment.
Next, a method of releasing the fixed state of the car 2 when the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the block protrusion 722 will be described. FIG. 21 is a perspective view showing the elevator car fixing device in a state where the mounting bolts 73 of FIG. 19 are loosened. When the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the block protrusion 722, the lever 25 and the block-like member 72 interfere with each other to prevent the lever 25 from being displaced to the release position, so that the car 2 can be It is fixed inside. When releasing the fixed state of the car 2, first, as shown in FIG. 21, each mounting bolt 73 is loosened. Thereby, the block-shaped member 72 can be displaced with respect to the fixed plate 19. Thereafter, jack bolts 77 are fitted into jack screw holes 78 of the fixing plate 19.
FIG. 22 is a perspective view showing an elevator car fixing device in which jack bolts 77 are fitted in jack screw holes 78 of the fixing plate 19 shown in FIG. FIG. 23 is a sectional view showing the elevator car fixing device of FIG. When displacing the block-shaped member 72 with respect to the fixed plate 19, the jack bolt 77 is fitted into the jack screw hole 78 and then tightened while turning the jack bolt 77. As a result, the block mounting portion 721 is pushed by the jack bolt 77, and the block-shaped member 72 is displaced with respect to the fixing plate 19 in the direction in which the block protrusion 722 is removed from the engagement hole 22. That is, the block-shaped member 72 is displaced in a direction in which the block protrusion 722 is removed from between the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 and the fixing plate 19.
FIG. 24 is a perspective view showing the elevator car fixing device in a state in which the block protrusion 722 of FIG. 22 is detached from between the insertion portion 252 and the fixing plate 19. Thereafter, when the jack bolt 77 is further tightened, the block protrusion 722 is detached from between the insertion portion 252 and the fixing plate 19, and the interference between the lever 25 and the block-shaped member 72 is released. That is, when the jack bolt 77 is further tightened, the block-shaped member 72 is detached from the position where it interferes with the lever 25. As a result, the lever 25 can be displaced from the engagement position to the release position.
Thereafter, the lever 25 is displaced from the engagement position to the release position, and each mounting bolt 73 is tightened to attach the block-shaped member 72 to the original position of the fixing plate 19. Thereby, the release operation of the fixed state of the car 2 is completed.
In such an elevator car fixing device 21, the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the block protrusion 722 of the block-like member 72 as a releasing jig, and the block-like member 72 is fixed to the fixing plate 19. Since the block-shaped member 72 is disengaged from the position that interferes with the lever 25 by being displaced, as in the second embodiment, a space through which the lever 25 is displaced when being displaced from the engagement position to the release position is ensured. The state in which the car 2 is fixed in the hoistway 1 can be easily and more reliably released.
Further, since the block-like member 72 is attached to the fixing plate 19 by the attaching bolt 73, the block-like member 72 can be easily displaced with respect to the fixing plate 19 simply by loosening the attaching bolt 73. .
Further, since the fixing plate 19 is provided with jack screw holes 78 into which the jack bolts 77 fit, even when the lever 25 and the block-like member 72 interfere with each other and the lever 25 is not displaced to the release position, The block member 72 can be easily and more reliably displaced by the jack bolt 77, and the fixed state of the car 2 can be easily and more reliably released.
Embodiment 7 FIG.
25 is a sectional view showing an elevator car fixing device according toEmbodiment 7 of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the length of the first stopper 251 a of the lever 25 is shorter than the thickness of the block protrusion 722. Thereby, in a state where the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the block protrusion 722, the first stopper 251 a does not reach the fixing plate 19 and hits only the block protrusion 722. . Further, in the present embodiment, the screw hole 78 for jack into which the jack bolt 77 is fitted is not provided in the fixing plate 19. Other configurations are the same as those of the sixth embodiment.
25 is a sectional view showing an elevator car fixing device according to
When releasing the state in which the car 2 is fixed by engaging the lever 25 with the fixing plate 19 via the block protrusion 722, after loosening the mounting bolts 73 in the same manner as in the sixth embodiment, The lever 25 is pushed in a direction in which the block protrusion 722 is disengaged from the engagement hole 22 to rotate the lever 25. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 26, the block protrusion 722 is detached from between the fixing plate 19 and the insertion portion 252, and the block-shaped member 72 is removed from a position where it interferes with the lever 25. As a result, the lever 25 can be displaced to the release position. Thereafter, similarly to the sixth embodiment, the lever 25 is displaced to the release position, and each mounting bolt 73 is tightened to attach the block-shaped member 72 to the original position of the fixing plate 19.
In such an elevator car fixing device 21, since the length of the first stopper 251 a of the lever 25 is shorter than the thickness of the block protrusion 722 of the block-shaped member 72, the first stopper 251 a of the lever 25 is block-shaped. Only the member 72 can be hit. Thereby, the block-like member 72 can be removed from between the lever 25 and the fixed plate 19 by simply pushing the lever 25. Thereby, the operation | work which displaces the block-shaped member 72 with the jack volt | bolt 77 can be eliminated, and the cancellation | release operation | work of the fixed state of the cage | basket | car 2 can be made easy.
Embodiment 8 FIG.
FIG. 27 is a sectional view showing an elevator car fixing device according toEmbodiment 8 of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the configuration of the car fixing device 21 is the same as the configuration of the canopy-type car fixing device 21 of the third embodiment.
FIG. 27 is a sectional view showing an elevator car fixing device according to
The two release mechanisms 71 are attached to the fixed plate 19. The configuration of each release mechanism 71 is the same as the configuration of the release mechanism 71 of the sixth embodiment. Further, the block-like member 72 of one release mechanism 71 is attached to the fixing plate 19 in a state where the block protrusion 722 is inserted into the upper end portion of the engagement hole 22. The block-like member 72 of the other release mechanism 71 is attached to the fixing plate 19 with the block protrusion 722 inserted into the lower end of the engagement hole 22.
The fixing plate 19 is provided with bolt through holes 74 similar to those in the sixth embodiment and jack screw holes 78 similar to those in the sixth embodiment, corresponding to the respective release mechanisms 71.
When the rod-shaped member 52 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the block protrusion 722 at the position of the upper end portion of the engagement hole 22, the upper block-shaped member 72 is displaced by the jack bolt 77, and the rod-shaped member 52. The block protrusion 722 is removed from between the fixing plate 19 and the fixing plate 19. On the other hand, when the rod-like member 52 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the block protrusion 722 at the position of the lower end portion of the engagement hole 22, the lower block-like member 72 is displaced by the jack bolt 77, The block protrusion 722 is removed from between the rod-shaped member 52 and the fixed plate 19. Thereby, the block-shaped member 72 comes off from the position where it interferes with the rod-shaped member 52, and the rod-shaped member 52 can be displaced to the release position. Other configurations are the same as those of the sixth embodiment.
In this way, even if the car fixing device 21 is a cage-type car fixing device, the block-shaped member 72 is removed from the position where it interferes with the rod-shaped member 52 by displacing the block-shaped member 72 with respect to the fixing plate 19. The rod-shaped member 52 can be easily displaced to the release position. Thereby, cancellation | release of the fixed state of the cage | basket | car 2 can be performed easily and more reliably.
Embodiment 9 FIG.
FIG. 28 is a sectional view showing an elevator car fixing device according to Embodiment 9 of the present invention. In the present embodiment, as in the sixth embodiment, thecar fixing device 21 is a lever-type car fixing device. In the present embodiment, the release mechanism 71 is attached to the lever 25 of the fixing plate 19 and the lever 25 that can be engaged with each other in the vertical direction. FIG. 28 shows a state in which the lever 25 is engaged with the fixed plate 19 in the vertical direction.
Embodiment 9 FIG.
FIG. 28 is a sectional view showing an elevator car fixing device according to Embodiment 9 of the present invention. In the present embodiment, as in the sixth embodiment, the
The release mechanism 71 includes a block-shaped member 72 as a release jig that can be displaced with respect to the lever 25, and a mounting bolt 73 that attaches the block-shaped member 72 to the lever 25. The configuration of the block-shaped member 72 and the mounting bolt 73 is the same as the configuration of the block-shaped member 72 and the mounting bolt 73 of the sixth embodiment.
The block-shaped member 72 is attached to the lever 25 in a state where the block protrusion 722 is superimposed on the upper surface of the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25. Further, the block-like member 72 is attached to the lever 25 with the lower end portion of the block attachment portion 721 protruding downward from the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25. Accordingly, when the position of the car 2 is shifted upward with respect to the fixing plate 19 in a state where the insertion portion 252 is inserted into the engagement hole 22, the insertion portion 252 is blocked at the position of the upper end portion of the engagement hole 22. When the position of the car 2 is shifted downward with respect to the fixing plate 19 while engaging with the fixing plate 19 via the portion 722 and the insertion portion 252 is inserted into the engaging hole 22, the lower end of the engaging hole 22 The lower surface of the insertion portion 252 engages with the fixing plate 19 at the position of the portion.
The lever 25 is provided with a bolt through hole 74 through which a mounting bolt 73 is passed. The bolt through hole 74 passes through the lever main body portion 251 and the insertion portion 252. A mounting bolt 73 that is passed through the bolt through hole 74 is attached to the block-shaped member 72. The mounting bolt 73 is fitted in a screw hole 75 that passes through the block mounting portion 721. The block-like member 72 is attached to the lever 25 by tightening a mounting bolt 73 passed through the bolt through hole 74.
The length of the mounting bolt 73 is longer than the total of the thickness of the block mounting portion 721 and the depth of the bolt through hole 74. Thereby, in the state where the block-like member 72 is attached to the lever 25, as shown in FIG. 28, the attachment bolt 73 protrudes from the back surface of the block attachment portion 721. The block-shaped member 72 can be displaced with respect to the lever 25 by loosening the tightening of the mounting bolt 73. The block protrusion 722 is disengaged from the position overlapping the upper surface of the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 when the block-shaped member 72 is displaced with respect to the lever 25. A fixing member 76 such as a split pin for preventing the block attachment portion 721 from coming off the attachment bolt 73 is attached to each tip end portion of the attachment bolt 73.
The first stopper 251a of the lever main body 251 is provided with a jack screw hole 78 into which the jack bolt 77 is fitted. The jack screw hole 78 passes through the first stopper 251a. The position of the jack screw hole 78 is a position facing the block protrusion 722 when the block-shaped member 72 is attached to the lever 25. The block-like member 72 is displaced with respect to the lever 25 by turning the jack bolt 77 fitted in the jack screw hole 78 and moving the jack bolt 77 while pushing the block projection 722 with the jack bolt 77. Other configurations are the same as those of the sixth embodiment.
Next, a method of releasing the fixed state of the car 2 when the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 via the block protrusion 722 at the position of the upper end portion of the engagement hole 22 will be described. When the lever 25 is engaged with the fixed plate 19 via the block protrusion 722, the displacement of the lever 25 to the release position is prevented by the interference between the block-shaped member 72 and the fixed plate 19, and the car 2 is moved up and down. 1 is fixed. When releasing the fixed state of the car 2, first, the mounting bolt 73 is loosened, and then the jack bolt 77 is fitted into the jack screw hole 78 provided in the first stopper 251 a of the lever 25.
FIG. 29 is a cross-sectional view showing the elevator car fixing device with jack bolts 77 fitted in the jack screw holes 78 of FIG. When displacing the block-shaped member 72 with respect to the fixed plate 19, the jack bolt 77 is fitted into the jack screw hole 78 and then tightened while turning the jack bolt 77. As a result, the block protrusion 722 is pushed by the jack bolt 77, and the block member 72 is displaced with respect to the lever 25 in a direction in which the block protrusion 722 is removed from between the insertion portion 252 and the fixing plate 19. Thereafter, when the jack bolt 77 is further tightened, the block protrusion 722 is detached from between the insertion portion 252 and the fixing plate 19 as shown in FIG.
After this, the mounting bolt 73 is turned to change the direction of the block-shaped member 72 so that the block protrusion 722 is positioned below the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25. FIG. 30 is a sectional view showing the elevator car fixing device in a state where the direction of the block-shaped member 72 of FIG. 29 is changed. After changing the direction of the block-shaped member 72 so that the block protrusion 722 faces down, when the mounting bolt 73 is pulled to bring the block-shaped member 72 closer to the lever 25, the block-shaped member 72 from a position where it interferes with the fixing plate 19. Comes off. As a result, the lever 25 can be displaced from the engagement position to the release position.
Thereafter, the lever 25 is displaced from the engagement position to the release position, and the release operation of the cage 2 in the fixed state is completed.
Next, a method of releasing the fixed state of the car 2 when the lower surface of the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 is engaged with the fixing plate 19 at the position of the lower end portion of the engagement hole 22 will be described. FIG. 31 is a sectional view showing the elevator car fixing device in a state where the lower surface of the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 of FIG. 28 is engaged with the fixing plate 19. When the lower surface of the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 is engaged with the fixed plate 19, the lower end portion of the block mounting portion 721 of the block-shaped member 72 faces the side surface of the fixed plate 19 and is fixed to the block-shaped member 72. Interference with the plate 19 prevents the lever 25 from being displaced to the release position, and the car 2 is fixed in the hoistway 1. When releasing the fixed state of the car 2, first, the mounting bolt 73 is loosened, and then the jack bolt 77 is fitted into the jack screw hole 78 provided in the first stopper 251 a of the lever 25.
FIG. 32 is a cross-sectional view showing the elevator car fixing device with jack bolts 77 fitted in the jack screw holes 78 of FIG. When displacing the block-shaped member 72 with respect to the fixed plate 19, the jack bolt 77 is fitted into the jack screw hole 78 and then tightened while turning the jack bolt 77. As a result, the block attachment portion 721 is separated from the fixed plate 19. As a result, the block-like member 72 is removed from the position where it interferes with the fixed plate 19, and the lever 25 can be displaced from the engagement position to the release position. The operator may push the mounting bolt 73 without using the jack bolt 77 to displace the block-shaped member 72 relative to the fixed plate 19 in a direction in which the block mounting portion 721 is separated from the fixed plate 19.
Thereafter, the lever 25 is displaced from the engagement position to the release position, and the release operation of the cage 2 in the fixed state is completed.
As described above, even when the release mechanism 71 is attached to the lever 25, the block member 72 can be removed from the position where it interferes with the fixing plate 19 by displacing the block member 72 with respect to the lever 25. Displacement to the release position can be facilitated. Thereby, cancellation | release of the fixed state of the cage | basket | car 2 can be performed easily and more reliably.
Embodiment 10 FIG.

The bar-shaped member 52 as a slide member that can slide with respect to the support base 51 includes a bar-shaped slide member main body 521 that is horizontally disposed, and a slide member protrusion 522 that protrudes laterally from the slide member main body 521. have. The slide member protrusion 522 is disposed on the opposite side of the support base 51 from the fixed plate 19 side.
The slide member protrusion 522 is provided with a jack screw hole 78 into which the jack bolt 77 is fitted along the longitudinal direction of the slide member main body 521. The jack screw hole 78 passes through the slide member protrusion 522. In a state where the rod-shaped member 52 is engaged with the fixing plate 19, the jack bolt 77 is tightened with respect to the slide member protrusion 522 in a state where the support base 51 receives the jack bolt 77 fitted in the jack screw hole 78. As a result, the rod-shaped member 52 is displaced toward the release position while the slide member protrusion 522 is separated from the support base 51. In the present embodiment, the release mechanism of the third embodiment is not provided on the fixing plate 19. Other configurations are the same as those of the third embodiment.
When releasing the state in which the rod-shaped member 52 is engaged with the fixing plate 19, the jack bolt 77 is fitted into the jack screw hole 78 of the slide member protrusion 522, and then the jack bolt 77 is turned to the support base 51. Apply the tip of the jack bolt 77. Thereafter, with the jack bolt 77 applied to the support base 51, the jack bolt 77 is further turned to further tighten the jack bolt 77. Thereby, the bar-shaped member 52 is displaced from the engagement position to the release position, and the state where the bar-shaped member 52 is engaged with the fixed plate 19 is released.
In such an elevator car fixing device 21, the screw member 78 for jack is provided in the slide member protrusion 522, and the slide member protrusion is received by the support base 51 with the jack bolt 77 fitted in the screw hole 78 for jack. When the jack bolt 77 is tightened with respect to 522, the bar-shaped member 52 is displaced toward the release position, so that the bar-shaped member 52 can be easily and more reliably displaced to the release position. The fixed state can be easily and more reliably released.

Embodiment 11 FIG.
FIG. 34 is a block diagram showing a fixing plate of an elevator car fixing device according toEmbodiment 11 of the present invention. The car fixing device in the present embodiment is the same as the configuration of the car fixing device 21 in the first embodiment, except that the car fixing device has a plurality of fixing plates 19.
FIG. 34 is a block diagram showing a fixing plate of an elevator car fixing device according to
In this example, two fixing plates 19 are fixed in the hoistway 1. Each fixing plate 19 is fixed to one car guide rail 4 by a rail clip. The fixing plates 19 are arranged apart from each other in the vertical direction. Of the two fixing plates 19, one fixing plate 19 positioned on the lower side is provided with a pair of first engaging holes 22a and a pair of second engaging holes 22b, and the other positioned on the upper side. The fixed plate 19 is provided with a pair of third engagement holes 22c.
The first engagement hole 22a and the second engagement hole 22b are provided on the common fixing plate 19 with a space therebetween in the vertical direction. When the lever 25 is in the engaged position, it can be engaged with the fixing plate 19 via a bolt 32 as a release jig while being inserted into any of the first to third engagement holes 22a to 22c. It has become.
Each second engagement hole 22b exists at a position higher than the position of each first engagement hole 22a, and each third engagement hole 22c is a position higher than the position of each second engagement hole 22b. Exists. Thus, the maintenance position of the car 2 can be selectively set to different first to third height positions corresponding to the first to third engagement holes 22a to 22c, respectively. That is, when the car 2 is at the first height position, the insertion portion 252 is inserted into the first engagement hole 22a due to the displacement of the lever 25 to the engagement position, and the second height is higher than the first height position. When the car 2 is at the second height position, the insertion portion 252 is inserted into the second engagement hole 22b by the displacement of the lever 25 to the engagement position, and the third height is higher than the second height position. When the car 2 is in the vertical position, the insertion portion 252 is inserted into the third engagement hole 22c by the displacement of the lever 25 to the engagement position. Thereby, the car 2 is selectively fixed at the first to third height positions by the car fixing device 21.
In addition to the hoisting machine 10, a control panel (not shown) for controlling the operation of the elevator is provided in the upper part of the hoistway 1. The position where the control panel is installed is lower than the hoisting machine 10. Further, the height dimension of the control panel is larger than the height dimension of the hoisting machine 10.
The first and second height positions are set corresponding to the position of the control panel, and the third height position is set corresponding to the position of the hoisting machine 10. Thus, when performing maintenance work on the lower part of the control panel, the car 2 is stopped at the first height position, and the car 2 is moved up and down by inserting the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 into the first engagement hole 22a. Fix in the road 1. When performing maintenance work on the upper part of the control panel, the car 2 is stopped at the second height position, and the car 2 is moved up and down by inserting the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 into the second engagement hole 22b. Fix in 1. Further, when performing maintenance work on the hoisting machine 10, the car 2 is stopped at the third height position, and the car 2 is moved up and down by inserting the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 into the third engagement hole 22c. Fix in 1. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
In such an elevator car fixing device, the first engaging hole 22a and the second engaging hole 22b are provided in the common fixing plate 19 at intervals in the vertical direction. The number of fixing plates 19 can be reduced with respect to the number, and the number of fixtures such as rail clips for fixing the fixing plate 19 can be reduced. Thereby, the work load for fixing the fixing plate 19 can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced. Further, since the car 2 can be fixed at different height positions, even when the height positions of a plurality of devices installed in the hoistway 1 are different from each other, maintenance work for each device can be performed. Can be done from above.
Furthermore, since the plurality of fixing plates 19 are arranged apart from each other in the vertical direction in the hoistway 1, the distance between the height positions of the plurality of devices installed in the hoistway 1 is large. However, maintenance work for each device can be performed from the car 2.
In the above example, the number of fixing plates 19 fixed in the hoistway 1 is two, but the number of fixing plates 19 may be one or three or more.
In the above example, the fixing plate 19 is a dedicated fixing member for fixing the car 2 in the hoistway 1. However, the fixing plate 19 has a certain strength and is fixed in the hoistway 1. If it exists, it may not be a dedicated fixing member.
For example, FIG. 35 is a block diagram showing another example of the fixing plate in the elevator car fixing device according to Embodiment 11 of the present invention. On one of the car guide rails 4, a dedicated fixing plate 19 and a rope stopping plate 68 positioned above the fixing plate 19 are fixed.
The fixing plate 19 is provided with a first engagement hole 22a and a second engagement hole 22b spaced from each other in the vertical direction. The rope clamp plate 68 is a support plate that supports the second rope clamp portion 18. A third engagement hole 22c is provided in the rope stopping plate 68. When the lever 25 is in the engaged position, it can be engaged with the fixing plate 19 via a bolt 32 as a release jig while being inserted into any of the first to third engagement holes 22a to 22c. It has become. Accordingly, the cleat plate 68 is fixed in the hoistway 1 as a fixing member that combines the function of supporting the second cleat member 18 and the function of fixing the car 2.
The second engagement hole 22b exists at a position higher than the position of the first engagement hole 22a, and the third engagement hole 22c exists at a position higher than the position of the second engagement hole 22b. Yes. Thus, the maintenance position of the car 2 can be selectively set to different first to third height positions corresponding to the first to third engagement holes 22a to 22c, respectively. The car 2 is selectively fixed at the first to third height positions by the car fixing device 21.
A control panel 65 for controlling the operation of the elevator is provided in the upper part of the hoistway 1. In this example, a control panel 65 is attached to the other car guide rail 4 different from the one car guide rail 4 to which the fixing plate 19 and the rope stopping plate 68 are fixed. The control panel 65 has a main control panel 66 and an attached panel 67 positioned above the main control panel 66. The height dimension of the main control panel 66 is larger than the height dimension of the accessory panel 67.
The first and second height positions are set corresponding to the position of the main control panel 66, and the third height position is set corresponding to the position of the accessory panel 67. Thus, when performing maintenance work on the lower portion of the main control panel 66, the car 2 is stopped at the first height position, and the car 2 is inserted by inserting the insertion portion 252 of the lever 25 into the second engagement hole 22b. Is fixed in the hoistway 1. When performing maintenance work on the upper portion of the main control panel 66, the car 2 is stopped at the second height position, and the car 2 is moved up and down by inserting the insertion portion 252 into the second engagement hole 22b. Secure inside. Further, when performing maintenance work on the accessory board 67, the car 2 is stopped at the third height position, and the car 2 is fixed in the hoistway 1 by inserting the insertion portion 252 into the third engagement hole 22c. To do. A car upper handrail 69 is provided on the ceiling of the car body 6 in FIG. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
In this way, the rope stopper plate 68 is fixed in the hoistway 1 as a fixing member that serves both as a function of supporting the second rope stopper 18 and a function of fixing the car 2. A fixed object fixed in the road 1 can be used effectively, and the number of dedicated fixing plates 19 for fixing the car 2 can be reduced. Thereby, cost can be further reduced.
In the above example, the third engagement hole 22c is provided in the rope stopper plate 68 that supports the second rope stopper 18, but it has a certain strength and is fixed in the hoistway 1. For example, an engagement hole may be provided in the rail bracket that holds the car guide rail 4.
Further, in the above example, the configuration in which the first engagement hole 22a and the second engagement hole 22b are provided on the common fixing plate 19 at intervals in the vertical direction is the car fixing of the first embodiment. Although applied to the device 21, the first and second engagement holes 22 a and 22 b are provided in the common fixing plate 19 so as to be spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction. The present invention may be applied to ten car fixing devices 21.
In the first to fourth embodiments, the bolt 32 is used as a release jig provided on one of the movable member and the fixed member. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, an eccentric cam or a wedge provided with an inclined surface may be used as the release jig.
Moreover, in each said embodiment, although the cage | basket | car 2 and the counterweight 3 are suspended by the 2: 1 roping system, the 1st leash part to which the 1st edge part of the suspension body 14 was connected is attached. The cage 2 and the counterweight 3 are suspended by a 1: 1 roping method by providing the counterweight 3 with a second rope stop portion provided on the cage 2 and connected to the second end of the suspension body 14. May be.
