Description
本发明涉及一种头部佩戴设备,具体涉及一种头戴弹性辅助锁紧机构。
发明背景
目前头戴虚拟类产品的后头戴锁紧机构大都采用绑带式或齿轮齿条式。绑带式锁紧机构主要由松扣和连接带组成。工作时,首先通过松扣调节合适的头戴距离,然后才能将产品戴入。齿轮齿条式锁紧机构主要有齿条和齿轮组件组成,通过齿轮齿条的啮合与自锁,实现头戴距离的可控调节。
例如,在中国实用新型专利“虚拟现实头盔的佩戴装置”(授权公开号:CN204351143U)中公开了一种绑带式锁紧机构,头盔本体2上设置有前收缩带4a和后收缩带5a,收缩带有收缩性,可以适应不同的使用者。
在中国实用新型专利“环形头带及具有该头带的头戴式设备”(授权公开号:CN205139466U)中公开了一种齿轮齿条式锁紧机构,环形头带包括连接带1和调节锁定板2,调节锁定板2的内部贯穿设置有引导槽孔,连接带的两端相对穿设在引导槽孔中,连接带的两端均设置有锯齿3,调节锁定板2的中部设置有用于通过锯齿3调节连接带1的伸缩程度的调节旋钮4,调节锁定板2的中部还设置有用于锁定调节的锁定元件5。
绑带式锁紧机构存在的缺点有:(1)后头戴距离不可控,自动化程度低;(2)由于连接带的弹性,无法承受较大晃动;(3)连接带寿命低,头戴舒适度较差。
齿轮齿条式锁紧机构存在的缺点有:(1)头戴距离无弹性回缩范围,体感差;(2)调节时无自动回位功能,调节不方便;(3)由于啮合间隙,齿轮齿条间歇冲击导致使用寿命降低。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种头戴弹性辅助锁紧机构,在连接带上设置有弹性带,为锁紧机构内部组件之间提供弹性拉力,一方面实现了啮合贴紧防止跳动功能,另一方面实现了自动回位功能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种头戴弹性辅助锁紧机构,设置有连接带,连接带后部设置有后壳,所述后壳中设置有锁紧模组,所述连接带两端带有齿条,齿条插入所述后壳中与锁紧模组啮合,所述连接带和后壳之间连接有弹性带,所述锁紧模组锁紧所述齿条时,所述弹性带防止齿条和锁紧模组啮合松动,所述锁紧模组松开所述齿条时,所述弹性带驱动齿条复位。
进一步,所述连接带和后壳上分别固定一个卡扣,通过卡扣分别固定所述弹性带的一端,所述弹性带采用硅胶。
进一步,所述弹性带两端带有卡爪,所述卡扣上设置有适配的卡孔,所述弹性带端部伸入所述卡扣内部与所述卡扣卡接,所述卡扣通过螺钉分别固定在连接带和后壳上。
进一步,所述锁紧模组设置有支架,所述支架上设置有拨动轮,与所述拨动轮同轴设置有传动齿轮,所述齿条分别位于所述传动齿轮上下方与传动齿轮啮合,旋转所述拨动轮带动所述传动齿轮旋转,进而驱动所述齿条移动;所述拨动轮侧面上设置有棘轮,所述支架上设置有棘爪,所述棘轮和棘爪配合防止拨动轮倒转。
进一步,所述拨动轮和传动齿轮之间同轴设置有离合齿轮,驱动离合齿轮轴向移位,进行所述拨动轮和传动齿轮之间的传动连接或断开。
进一步,所述拨动轮和传动齿轮之间设置有传动轴,所述传动轴与所述传动齿轮固定连接,所述传动轴与所述离合齿轮通过花键配合,所述离合齿轮在所述传动轴上可往复移位,所述拨动轮上设置有与所述离合齿轮啮合的传动齿。
进一步,所述支架上设置有按键,通过所述按键推动所述离合齿轮移位,所述离合齿轮连接有复位弹簧。
进一步,所述拨动轮仅单向旋转,所述拨动轮和传动齿轮传动连接时,所述传动齿轮保持同向的单向旋转,所述拨动轮和传动齿轮传动断开时,所述传动齿轮自由旋转。
进一步,所述拨动轮仅单向旋转,旋转时收缩所述连接带。
进一步,所述弹性带采用硅胶,所述弹性带两端设置有连接端子,所述连接端子上设置有若干固定孔,通过螺钉分别固定在连接带和后壳上。
采用上述结构设置的头戴弹性辅助锁紧机构具有以下优点:
(1)头戴体验中可弹性拉紧或撑紧,增强舒适度。
(2)头戴距离调节时,可自动回位,方便调节。
(3)弹性拉紧或撑紧,防止齿间跳动,延长使用寿命。
(4)硅胶带性能可靠、成本低、装卸方便、可更换。
(5)可在头戴虚拟体验中快速松紧调节。

实施例1
如图1、图3、图6、图8所示为本发明实施例之一,在该实施例中,一种头戴弹性辅助锁紧机构,设置有连接带3,连接带3后部设置有后壳1,后壳1中设置有锁紧模组4,连接带3两端带有齿条2,齿条2插入后壳1中与锁紧模组4啮合,连接带3和后壳1之间连接有弹性带7,锁紧模组4锁紧齿条2时,弹性带7防止齿条4-2和锁紧模组4啮合松动,锁紧模组4松开齿条2时,弹性带7驱动齿条2复位。
这里的复位是指弹性带7驱动齿条2移动到弹性带7不受力状态,既不被张紧,也不被压缩,也可以说是调节的起点。在使用头戴弹性辅助锁紧机构时,需要调节以适应头部大小,调节后弹性带7往往不是被张紧,就是被压缩。弹性带7被张紧或压缩时,使锁紧模组4和齿条2啮合贴紧,防止跳动。
在本实施例中连接带3自身不具有伸缩性,采用不具有伸缩性的材料制造,例如可以采用塑料,和齿条2是一体制成的。
如图1、图2所示,连接带3和后壳1上分别固定一个卡扣,即图中的前卡扣5和后卡扣6,通过卡扣分别固定弹性带7的一端,弹性带7采用硅胶。弹性带7还可以采用其他具有弹性的材质,例如橡胶。
如图4、图5、图6所示,弹性带7两端带有卡爪7-1,前卡扣5上设置有适配的卡孔5-2,
后卡扣6上设置有适配的卡孔6-2,弹性带7端部伸入卡扣内部与卡扣卡接,卡扣通过螺钉分别固定在连接带3和后壳1上。
如图7、图8、图9所示,锁紧模组4设置有支架4-10,支架4-10上设置有拨动轮4-1,与拨动轮4-1同轴设置有传动齿轮4-4,齿条2分别位于传动齿轮4-4上下方与传动齿轮4-4啮合,旋转拨动轮4-1带动传动齿轮4-4旋转,进而驱动齿条2移动;拨动轮4-1侧面上设置有棘轮4-5,支架4-10上设置有棘爪4-3,棘轮4-5和棘爪4-3配合防止拨动轮4-1倒转。
锁紧模组4安装在后壳1中,仅拨动轮4-1露出一部分,如图1所示。
拨动轮4-1和传动齿轮4-4之间同轴设置有离合齿轮4-9,驱动离合齿轮4-9轴向移位,进行拨动轮4-1和传动齿轮4-4之间的传动连接或断开。
如图9所示,拨动轮4-1和传动齿轮4-4之间设置有传动轴4-8,传动轴4-8与传动齿轮4-4固定连接,传动轴4-8与离合齿轮4-9通过花键配合,离合齿轮4-9在传动轴4-8上可往复移位,拨动轮4-1上设置有与离合齿轮4-9啮合的传动齿。
支架4-10上设置有按键4-7,通过按键4-7推动离合齿轮4-9移位,离合齿轮4-9连接有复位弹簧。按键4-7也可以设置复位弹簧。
拨动轮4-1仅单向旋转,拨动轮4-1和传动齿轮4-4传动连接时,传动齿轮4-4保持同向的单向旋转,拨动轮4-1和传动齿轮4-4传动断开时,传动齿轮4-4自由旋转。
在本实施例中,旋转拨动轮4-1单向旋转时收缩连接带3。
实施例2
在该实施例中,如图10所示,弹性带7采用硅胶,弹性带7两端设置有连接端子7-2,连接端子7-2上设置有若干固定孔,通过螺钉分别固定在连接带3和后壳1上。为了保证连接强度,连接端子7-2加厚加宽设计为宜。
采用这样的设计可以省去卡扣,简化弹性带7的安装结构。
