본 발명은 전자상거래 서비스 제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 온라인 쇼핑몰과 연동된 인스턴트 메신저를 통해서 전문상담사가 인스턴트 메신저를 통해 고객에게 맞춤상품을 추천하고, 최저가를 제공하며, 최저가로 결제가 가능하도록 지원하는 전자상거래 방법에 관한 것이다.
이 부분에 기술된 내용은 단순히 본 실시 예에 대한 배경 정보를 제공할 뿐 종래기술을 구성하는 것은 아니다.
이동통신단말기는 이동통신망의 발달과 단말기 사양의 발전에 따라 종래의 단순한 통신장치 또는 정보 제공 장치의 범주를 벗어나 현대인의 필수 소지품이 되었고, 토탈 엔터테인먼트 기기로 진화해 가고 있는 추세에 있다.
이와 함께, 최근에는 통신 단말기의 기능 및 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)의 기능을 결합시킨 스마트폰(Smart Phone)의 사용이 대중화되어 있다. 이러한 스마트폰은 기존의 통신 단말기에 비해 대용량의 메모리와 고성능 CPU(Central Processing Unit)가 탑재되며, 다양한 애플리케이션 실행, 음성/데이터 통신 및 PC(Personal Computer) 연동 등을 지원하기 위한 운영체제(OS, Operating System)가 탑재된다.
이러한 스마트폰이나 태블릿 PC 등의 다양한 모바일 장치의 발달과, 이와 같은 모바일 장치에서 동작하는 애플리케이션 시장의 규모가 크게 확대됨에 따라, 모바일 기반의 온라인 쇼핑몰 시장 역시 급격히 확대되고 있다.
이러한 온라인 쇼핑몰 중에서도, 오픈 마켓 형태의 온라인 쇼핑몰은 하나의 웹 사이트에 다수의 판매자가 존재하므로, 구매자는 다수의 상품 중에서 원하는 상품을 발견하기 위해 직접 검색을 수행하고 가격을 비교하여야 하므로 많은 시간이 소모되는 불편함이 있었다.
특히, 온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용이 급증하고 온라인 쇼핑몰에 등록되는 판매 상품의 종류 및 판매 조건이 다양해짐에 따라서, 구매자가 수많은 상품 중 자신이 원하는 조건의 상품을 효과적으로 검색하여 찾아가는데 많은 어려움이 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 제안된 것으로서, 사용자가 직접 상품을 검색하지 않고 인스턴트 메시지를 통해 전문상담사에 상품을 문의하면 전문상담사가 상품을 검색하여 사용자에게 적합한 상품을 추천하고 추천된 상품을 바로 결제를 수행할 수 있도록 지원하며, 최저가를 파악하여 최저가로 구매 가능한 쿠폰을 지원함을 목적으로 한다.

상술한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 서비스 장치에 의한 전자상거래 방법은, 사용자 단말 장치로부터 특정 상품군에 대한 서비스 요청을 수신하는 단계; 상기 서비스 요청에 대응하여 사용자 단말 장치와 인스턴트 메시지 송수신이 가능한 대화창을 생성하는 단계; 상기 대화창을 통해 사용자 단말 장치로부터 상품과 관련한 문의 메시지를 수신하고, 수신한 메시지를 통해 사용자의 요구사항을 확인하는 단계; 상기 확인된 요구사항에 기반하여 검색된 추천 상품을 대화창을 통해 사용자 단말 장치로 제공하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다.

상술한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 서비스 장치는 통신망을 통해 사용자 단말 장치와 데이터를 송수신하기 위한 통신부; 및 상기 사용자 단말 장치로부터 수신하는 서비스 요청에 대응하여 상기 사용자 단말 장치와 인스턴트 메시지 송수신이 가능한 대화창을 생성하고, 상기 대화창을 통해 사용자의 요구사항을 확인하여, 상기 확인된 요구사항에 기반하여 추천 상품을 검색하고, 상기 검색된 추천 상품을 상기 대화창을 통해 상기 사용자 단말 장치에 제공하는 것을 제어하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.

특히 본 발명에 의한 사용자 단말 장치(100)는, 서비스 장치(400)에 접속하여 서비스 장치(400)가 제공하는 온라인 쇼핑몰 서비스를 제공받기 위한 서비스 애플리케이션 또는 웹 브라우저를 포함한다.
서비스 장치(400)는 기본적으로 서비스 애플리케이션 또는 웹 브라우저를 통해 온라인 쇼핑 서비스를 제공하는 역할을 한다.
이러한 서비스 장치(400)는 사용자의 서비스 애플리케이션이나 웹 브라우저 상에 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 전자상거래 방법을 수행하기 위한 메신저(messenger) 창으로 연결 가능한 UI(User interface)를 제공할 수 있다. 사용자는 이러한 UI를 통해 인스턴트 메시지를 전송 가능한 대화창으로 진입할 수 있다.

서비스 장치(400)는 공지의 웹 서버가 될 수 있다. 도 1에서는 하나의 장치로 도시되었으나, 서비스 장치(400)는 제공 가능한 서비스 별로 분리된 서버 장치의 집합으로 구성될 수 있다.
아울러, 본 발명의 서비스 장치(400)는 통신망(500)을 통해 본 발명의 실시를 위한 사용자 단말 장치(100)와 연결될 수 있고, 이러한 통신망(500)은 인터넷망, 인트라넷망, 이동통신망, 위성 통신망 등 다양한 유무선 통신 기술을 이용하여 인터넷 프로토콜로 데이터를 송수신할 수 있는 망을 말한다.

도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 전자상거래 방법을 수행하는 과정을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 먼저, 서비스 장치(400)는 사용자 단말 장치(100)로부터 특정 상품군에 대한 서비스 요청을 수신한다(S200).
이 때, 사용자 단말 장치가 서비스 요청을 할 수 있도록 제공되는 UI는 도 3과 같은 형태가 될 수 있다.

상기 배너(3-1, 3-2)가 표시되도록 하는 키워드 또는 카테고리는 서비스 장치(400)에 기 저장되어 있을 수 있다.
이와 같이 특정 검색어나 특정 카테고리 진입 시 외에도, 서비스 애플리케이션과 연관된 인스턴트 메시징 애플리케이션 UI 내의 임의의 위치나, 서비스 애플리케이션의 홈 화면의 임의의 위치에 대화창 생성을 위한 아이콘, 탭, 배너 중 하나가 위치할 수 있다.
서비스 요청이 있으면, 서비스 장치(400)는 서비스 요청에 대응하여 사용자 단말 장치(100)와 인스턴트 메시지 송수신이 가능한 대화창을 생성한다(S202).
다음으로, 서비스 장치(400)는 상기 대화창을 통해 사용자 단말 장치(100)로부터 상품과 관련한 문의 메시지를 수신하고, 상기 수신한 문의 메시지를 기반으로 사용자의 요구사항을 확인한다(S204).

도 4는 이와 같이 대화창 생성 및 사용자의 요구 사항을 확인하는 UI의 일 예시를 나타낸다. 도 3에 표시된 배너(3-1, 3-2)를 이용해 사용자 단말 장치로부터 서비스 요청이 도달하면, 서비스 장치(400)는 사용자 단말 장치(100)에 대화창이 개설된 화면을 표시하여 도 4의 (a)와 같이 사용자가 원하는 상담의 종류를 선택할 수 있도록 하는 화면을 표시할 수 있다. 이 경우, 사용자 단말 장치(100)로부터 상품 추천에 대한 요청이 있는 경우, 서비스 장치(400)는 도 4의 (b)와 같이 상품의 카테고리를 묻는 화면이 사용자 단말 장치(100)에 표시되도록 할 수 있다. 이와 같이 대화창에 표시된 화면을 통해 사용자가 요구 사항을 입력하고, 사용자 단말 장치(100)는 입력된 요구 사항을 서비스 장치(400)로 전송할 수 있다.
서비스 장치(400)는 상기 요구사항에 기반하여 검색된 추천 상품을 대화창을 통해 사용자 단말 장치로 제공한다(S206). 추천 상품의 검색은 소프트웨어 알고리즘에 의해 자동으로 이루어질 수 있다. 또는, 전문상담사(도면 전체에 걸쳐, 컨시어지(concierge)로 표현)가 서비스 장치(400)를 이용하여 요구사항에 맞는 추천 상품을 검색할 수도 있다.
추천 상품의 제공은 상품을 구매 가능한 페이지로의 URL을 제공하는 형태가 될 수 있다. 또는, 대화창 내에 구매 버튼을 포함하는 메시지를 전송하여, 사용자가 메시지 창 내에서 바로 구매 버튼을 통해 주문 및 결제 절차를 수행할 수도 있다.
또한, 서비스 장치(400)는 추천 상품과 함께, 상기 추천 상품과 관련된 할인 쿠폰을 상기 대화창을 통해 사용자 단말 장치(100)로 제공할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 상기 서비스 장치(400)에서 제공하는 온라인 쇼핑 서비스 외에도 제3자가 운영하는 서비스가 존재할 수 있으며, 서비스 장치(400)는 이러한 제3자의 서비스와도 가격을 비교할 수 있다. 서비스 장치(400)에서 제공하는 온라인 쇼핑 서비스의 추천 상품의 가격보다 낮은 가격으로 제3자의 서비스에서 상기 추천 상품과 동일한 상품이 제공되고 있는 경우, 그 차액에 해당하는 할인 쿠폰을 발행하여 상기 대화창을 통해 사용자 단말 장치(100)로 제공할 수 있다.
이때, 요구 사항의 수집 과정 및 상품 추천 과정은 상품군마다 상이한 시나리오로 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 상품군이 노트북인 경우, 서비스 장치(400)는 사용용도(인터넷, 동영상 시청, 업무용, 게임용, 특정분야 전문가용)를 사용자 단말 장치(100) 내의 대화창에 표시하여 사용자에게 질의할 수 있다. 사용자가 사용자 단말 장치(100)의 대화창을 통해 사용 용도를 선택하면, 이후 화면 사이즈, 브랜드, 가격, 무게(휴대성), 운영체제의 포함 여부 및 종류, 판매자 유형을 차례로 선택받을 수 있다.

저장부(120)는 제어부(130)에 의해 실행되거나 처리되는 데이터 혹은 프로그램을 저장하기 위한 구성이다. 기본적으로, 저장부(120)는 이동통신 단말 장치의 부팅 및 상술한 각 구성의 운용을 위한 운영체제(OS, Operating System), 다양한 사용자 기능을 지원하기 위한 응용 프로그램 등을 저장할 수 있다.
특히, 본 발명에 있어서, 저장부(120)는, 본 발명에 따른 전자상거래 방법의 수행을 위한 애플리케이션 또는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 저장할 수 있다. 이러한 애플리케이션 또는 컴퓨터 프로그램으로, 서비스 애플리케이션(121) 및 인스턴트 메시징 애플리케이션(122)이 저장부(120)에 설치되어 있다.
이 때, 인스턴트 메시징 애플리케이션(122)은 소프트웨어 모듈의 형태로 서비스 애플리케이션(121) 내에 탑재되어 있을 수 있다.

즉, 제어부(130)는 저장부(120)에 저장된 애플리케이션 또는 컴퓨터 프로그램의 서비스 로직에 따라서 동작하여, 본 발명에 따른 전자상거래 방법을 수행한다.
입력부(140)는 사용자로부터 명령 및 정보를 입력 받기 위한 구성으로서, 사용자의 조작에 따라서 소정의 입력 신호를 생성하여 제어부(130)로 전달한다.
이러한 입력부(140)는 현재 상용화되어 있거나 향후 상용화가 가능한 다양한 입력 수단으로 구현될 수 있다.

이러한 출력부(150)는 HDMI(High Definition Multimedia Interface), GDI(Graphics Device Interface) 등과 같은 비디오 인터페이스를 통해서 상기 제어부(130)에 연결될 수 있으며, 제어부(130)와 비디오 인터페이스의 연결은 시스템 버스를 통해 이루어질 수 있다.
특히, 본 발명에 있어서 출력부(150)는, 사용자에게 온라인 쇼핑몰의 UI 및 이를 통해 연결된 인스턴트 메시지 대화창의 UI를 표시하고, 서비스 장치(400)로부터 수신한 질의 사항, 추천 상품, 할인 쿠폰 중 하나 이상을 디스플레이하기 위해 사용될 수 있다.
이상으로, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 사용자 단말 장치(100)의 구조에 대하여 설명하였다.
이하에서, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 사용자 단말 장치(100)를 통해 이루어지는 전자상거래 과정에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
도 3의 (a)는 사용자가 특정 키워드를 검색한 경우에 대화창을 생성할 수 있는 배너(3-1)를 표시하는 것을 나타낸다.
특정 키워드는 서비스 장치(400)에 기 저장되어 있을 수 있으며, '방문세탁'이라는 키워드가 서비스 장치(400)의 '세탁기' 상품군과 매핑되어 저장되어 있으면, 도 6의 (a)와 같이 '방문세탁'이라는 키워드로 검색하는 경우 배너(6-1)를 디스플레이하고 배너를 선택하여 대화창 생성시 세탁기 상품군에 관하여 상담을 진행할 수 있다.
상기 특정 키워드는, 특정 상품군과 관련된 제조사, 제조사의 상품명, 상품형태 등이 될 수 있으며 서비스 장치(400)의 관리자에 의해 임의로 지정 가능하다.
도 3의 (b)는 사용자가 특정 카테고리에 진입한 경우에 대화창을 생성할 수 있는 배너(3-2)를 표시하는 것을 나타낸다.
도 6은 인스턴트 메시징 애플리케이션(122)의 일 영역에 대화창을 생성할 수 있는 아이콘(6-1)을 표시하는 것을 나타낸다.
이 때, 사용자 단말 장치(100)에 표시된 도 3의 (a)나 (b)의 배너(3-1, 3-2)가 선택되면, 서비스 장치(400)는 사용자 단말 장치(100)의 해당 사용자가 로그인되어 있는지 확인하여, 로그인이 되어 있지 않은 경우에는 로그인 페이지를 표시하고, 로그인되어 있는 경우 또는 로그인 페이지를 통해 로그인을 완료한 경우에는 대화창을 생성한다.

도 4의 (a)와 같이 대화창에는 상담 선택 메뉴(4-1)가 표시되고, 사용자가 이 중에서 '상품 추천'을 선택하면, 대화창에는 상품 선택 메뉴(4-2)가 표시된다. 여기서 사용자는 상담을 원하는 상품을 선택할 수 있으며, 도 7에서는 사용자가 노트북을 선택한 것을 예시로 나타내고 있다.
사용자가 노트북을 상품으로 선택하면, 도 7과 같이 노트북을 선택하였다는 메시지(7-1)가 대화창에 표시된다. 이후, 노트북과 관련된 전문상담사가 연결중이라는 메시지(7-2)가 대화창에 표시되며, 전문상담사가 배정되면 전문상담사가 입력한 메시지(7-3)가 서비스 장치(400)로부터 사용자 단말 장치(100)로 전송되어 대화창에 표시된다.
도 8은 배너(3-1, 3-2) 또는 아이콘(6-1)를 통해 대화창이 생성된 이후의 다른 실시 예를 나타낸 도면이다.
사용자가 상담 선택 메뉴(4-1)에서 원하는 상담 메뉴, 예를 들면 최저가를 선택한 경우, 도 8과 같은 상품 선택 메뉴(8-1)가 하나 이상 표시될 수 있다.
이 때, 상품 선택 메뉴(8-1)는 사용자가 최근 본 상품의 이미지, 상품명, 가격 또는 사용자가 최근 본 상품과 동일한 카테고리에 해당하는 상품의 이미지, 상품명, 가격 중 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다. 사용자가 최근 본 상품이 없는 경우에는 도 4와 같은 형태의 상품 선택 메뉴(4-2)가 표시될 수 있다.
이후, 사용자가 표시된 하나 이상의 상품 선택 메뉴(8-1) 중 하나를 선택하면, 선택한 메뉴가 대화창에 표시되고, 이후, 선택한 상품과 관련된 전문상담사가 연결중이라는 메시지가 대화창에 표시되며, 전문상담사가 배정되면 전문상담사가 입력한 메시지가 서비스 장치(400)로부터 사용자 단말 장치(100)로 전송되어 대화창에 표시된다.
한편, 대화창에서는 사진 불러오기/카메라 촬영/새 상담하기 등과 같은 부가 기능이 추가로 제공될 수 있다. 만약 사용자가 '새 상담하기'를 선택하는 경우에는 현재까지 진행된 대화창을 닫고 새로운 대화창을 생성하여 상담 선택 메뉴를 선택하는 단계가 다시 진행될 수 있다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 대화창에 제공되는 추천 상품의 표시 형태를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 9에 표시된 메시지는 전문상담사가 사용자 단말 장치(100)로부터 수신한 메시지를 기반으로 확인한 사용자의 요구사항에 기반하여 검색한 추천 상품을 사용자 단말 장치(100)로 송신하여 사용자 단말 장치(100)의 대화창에 표시된 메시지를 나타낸다.

한편, 도 9, 10의 실시 에 모두 사용자가 대화창을 켜지 않은 상태에서 서비스 장치(400)로부터 추천 상품 메시지를 수신하는 경우 사용자 단말 장치(100)에 표시될 수 있는 푸시 메시지가 표시될 수 있고, 복수의 추천 상품 메시지를 수신한 경우에는 복수의 푸시 메시지가 표시될 수 있으며, 푸시 메시지에는 전문상담사의 프로필 사진, 프로필명, 추천 상품 메시지에 포함되는 텍스트 또는 이미지 중 일부가 표시될 수 있다.
또한, 서비스 장치(400)로부터 도 9의 추천 상품 메시지와 도 10의 추천 카탈로그 상품 메시지가 함께 수신될 수 있으며, 복수의 메시지는 한 화면에 동시에 표시될 수 있으나, 복수의 메시지 중 일부만이 한 화면에 표시될 수도 있다.
복수의 메시지 중 일부만이 한 화면에 표시된 경우, 사용자는 수신된 복수의 메시지를 드래그 등 기 설정된 조작을 통해 전환하여 표시되지 않은 메시지가 표시되도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 대화창에는 할인 쿠폰이 제공될 수 있다.
전문상담사가 할인 쿠폰을 사용자 단말 장치(100)로 송신하여 사용자 단말 장치(100)의 대화창에 표시된 메시지를 통해 할인 쿠폰이 제공될 수 있으며, 할인 쿠폰 메시지에는 쿠폰의 금액, 상품명 또는 카탈로그명이 표시될 수 있으며, 상품 구매 버튼이 표시될 수 있다. 상품 구매 버튼을 사용자가 선택하는 경우 상품을 구매하기 위한 결제 페이지로 화면이 전환된다.
한편, 이 경우에도 사용자가 대화창을 켜지 않은 상태에서 서비스 장치(400)로부터 할인 쿠폰 메시지를 수신하는 경우 사용자 단말 장치(100)에 푸시 메시지로 표시될 수 있다.

도 12a에서 13-1은 드롭 다운 박스(drop down box)를 나타내며, 전문상담사는 상기 드롭 다운 박스(13-1)를 이용하여 사용자가 문의한 상담 카테고리를 선택 가능하다. 13-2는 전문상담사에게 표시되는 대화창 리스트로, 하나 이상의 사용자 아이디, 대화 시간, 최근 대화 내용을 확인 가능하다. 13-3은 현재 대화중인 사용자와의 대화창을 나타낸다.
도 12a에서 드롭 다운 박스(13-1)를 선택하면, 도 12b의 13-4와 같이 상담 카테고리가 표시된다. 전문상담사는 상기 상담 카테고리(13-4) 중 하나를 선택할 수 있다. 예를 들어 전문상담사가 최저가 구매를 선택하면, 대화창 리스트(13-2)에 최저가 구매 상담을 신청한 사용자만이 정렬되며, 전문상담사는 정렬된 리스트에 표시된 사용자를 선택하여 상담을 진행할 수 있다.

추가로, 검색된 상품의 배송형태, 검색 결과를 정렬하기 위한 기준 목록, 검색 결과의 종류를 선택할 수 있는 메뉴, 할인모음가의 노출 범위를 설정할 수 있는 메뉴가 표시될 수 있다. 최저가 및 최고가를 모두 입력하여 검색결과에 반영할 수 있으며, 최저가가 최고가보다 높게 입력되는 경우 오류 메시지를 출력할 수 있다.
이러한 검색조건의 선택에 따라 검색결과목록이 변동되며, 검색결과목록에는 현재 판매 중인 상품이나 카탈로그만이 표시될 수 있다. 만약 검색 결과가 없는 경우에는, 검색 결과가 없음이 표시될 수 있다.

본 발명은 전자상거래 방법에 관한 것으로, 고객에 인스턴트 메시지를 이용한 맞춤 상품을 제공하고 최저가로 구매할 수 있도록 지원하며, 전문상담사에 검색 툴을 지원하여 서비스가 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 지원한다.
이는 곧 서비스 산업의 발전에 이바지할 수 있으며, 더불어, 본 발명은 시판 또는 영업의 가능성이 충분할 뿐만 아니라 현실적으로 명백하게 실시할 수 있는 정도이므로 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 인스턴트 메시지 송수신이 가능한 대화창을 이용하여 전자상거래 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 장치에 의한 전자상거래 방법에 있어서,
    사용자 단말 장치로부터 특정 상품군에 대한 서비스 요청을 수신하는 단계;
    상기 서비스 요청에 대응하여 사용자 단말 장치와 인스턴트 메시지 송수신이 가능한 대화창을 생성하는 단계;
    상기 대화창을 통해 사용자 단말 장치로부터 상품과 관련한 문의 메시지를 수신하고, 수신한 메시지를 통해 사용자의 요구사항을 확인하는 단계;
    상기 확인된 요구사항에 기반하여 검색된 추천 상품을 대화창을 통해 사용자 단말 장치로 제공하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자상거래 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서비스 요청을 수신하는 단계는,
    상기 대화창 생성 요청이 가능한 아이콘, 탭, 배너 중 어느 하나를 상기 사용자 단말 장치에 제공하고, 상기 아이콘, 탭, 배너 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 서비스 요청을 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자상거래 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 서비스 요청을 수신하는 단계는,
    사용자 단말 장치로부터 특정 상품군과 관련된 키워드 또는 카테고리를 수신하여 대화창 생성 요청이 가능한 배너를 상기 사용자 단말 장치에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자상거래 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요구사항을 확인하는 단계는,
    사용자가 원하는 상담의 종류를 선택할 수 있도록 하는 상담 선택 메뉴를 상기 대화창에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자상거래 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 요구사항을 확인하는 단계는,
    사용자가 상기 상담 선택 메뉴에서 선택한 결과에 따라, 상품 선택 메뉴를 상기 대화창에 표시하고, 사용자가 상기 상품 선택 메뉴에서 선택한 상품에 대하여 전문 상담사를 할당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자상거래 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추천 상품을 사용자 단말 장치로 제공하는 단계는,
    상기 요구사항 및 상품군을 고려하여 추천 상품을 검색하는 단계; 및
    상기 검색된 추천 상품에 대한 상품 상세 정보 및 상기 상품에 대한 구매를 위한 인터페이스를 제공하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자상거래 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 추천 상품을 사용자 단말 장치로 제공하는 단계는,
    상기 검색된 추천 상품과 동일한 상품을 제공하는 제3자의 전자상거래 서비스가 존재하는지 확인하여 가격 비교를 수행하는 단계; 및
    상기 비교 결과에 따라 동일한 상품을 제공하는 제3자의 전자상거래 서비스 중에서, 최저 가격으로 동일한 상품을 제공하는 제3자의 전자상거래 서비스보다 낮은 가격에 상기 추천 상품을 구매할 수 있도록 할인 쿠폰을 상기 대화창에 제공하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자상거래 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추천 상품을 사용자 단말 장치로 제공하는 단계는,
    상기 추천 상품의 구매가 가능한 페이지의 URL 또는 구매 버튼을 포함하는 메시지 중 하나를 상기 대화창에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자상거래 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 방법을 실행하는 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 방법을 실행시키도록 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 저장된 컴퓨터 프로그램.
  11. 인스턴트 메시지 송수신이 가능한 대화창을 이용하여 전자상거래 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 장치에 있어서,
    통신망을 통해 사용자 단말 장치와 데이터를 송수신하기 위한 통신부; 및
    상기 사용자 단말 장치로부터 수신하는 서비스 요청에 대응하여 상기 사용자 단말 장치와 인스턴트 메시지 송수신이 가능한 대화창을 생성하고, 상기 대화창을 통해 사용자의 요구사항을 확인하여, 상기 확인된 요구사항에 기반하여 추천 상품을 검색하고, 상기 검색된 추천 상품을 상기 대화창을 통해 상기 사용자 단말 장치에 제공하는 것을 제어하는 제어부;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 장치.
  12. 인스턴트 메시지 송수신이 가능한 대화창을 이용하여 전자상거래 서비스를 제공받는 사용자 단말 장치에 있어서,
    통신망을 통해 서비스 장치와 데이터를 송수신하기 위한 통신부;
    인스턴트 메시지 송수신을 위한 인스턴트 메시징 애플리케이션 및 상기 인스턴트 메시징 애플리케이션과 연동하여 서비스 장치에 의한 전자상거래 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 애플리케이션을 저장하는 저장부; 및
    상기 서비스 애플리케이션을 이용하여 상기 서비스 장치로 특정 상품군에 대한 서비스를 요청하고, 상기 서비스 장치로부터 상기 인스턴트 메시징 애플리케이션과 연동되어 인스턴트 메시지 송수신이 가능한 대화창을 제공 받아 표시하고, 상기 대화창을 통해 요구사항에 기반한 추천 상품을 제공받는 것을 제어하는 제어부;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말 장치.
