Description

一种组合柜 技术领域
本申请的技术方案属于家具及其连接结构领域,具体涉及一种组合柜。
背景技术
组合柜,顾名思义是将两种或者两种以上用途不同的柜子整合形成一个整体,在保证功能不缺失的情况下减小了柜子的占地面积。对现在的小户型家居环境来说,具有节约室内空间资源的作用。现在比较常见的组合柜有书柜电脑桌组合、书柜办公桌组合、衣柜梳妆台组合、榻榻米床组合等。
现有的组合柜在使用过程中存在一个问题,组合柜为了保证其内部具有足够的置物空间,其体积设计的相比单个的柜体会大一些。而现代人流动性较为频繁,每次转移居住地时都需要搬运家具,大体积的组合柜在搬用时是很不方便的。
组合柜由多个单元柜拼接形成,当单元柜和单元柜之间采用嵌槽和连接块连接,拆分组合柜时将相应处的连接块抽出,将单元柜依次拆分。这种组合柜在使用过程中存在一个问题,为了保证组合柜柜面的平整,连接块的两端和柜面是平齐的,而组合柜一般是依墙而放的,这时要将连接块抽出缺少施力点,抽出不便,进而造成组合柜的拆分较为不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组合柜,它具有使组合的柜体方便搬运的特点。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种组合柜,包括单元柜和连接装置,该连接装置包括分别设置于单元柜外侧的四个角上的L形护角和嵌柱,任意两个L形护角相对的一侧与单元柜的外壁三者共同形成梯形嵌槽,所述梯形嵌槽中嵌设有截面形状呈双梯形的嵌柱,相邻两个单元柜通过嵌柱连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,组合柜整体被分割成了若干单元柜,单元柜之间通过连接装置连接。当要搬运组合柜时,将组合柜拆分成若干单元柜,单元柜的体积、重量相较组合柜会小很多,搬运起来也就方便多了。连接装置包括连接在单元柜外壁上的四个护角以及嵌柱。首先,梯形连接结构具有强度高、配合精度高的特点,那对于使用梯形结构连接的若干单元柜而言,可以提高单元柜之间连接的稳定性以及配合精度,使得组合柜在实现搬运方便的同时还能拥有较好的耐用性以及舒适的外观。其次,护角以及嵌柱与单元柜本体是分开设置的,这样的结构形式方便加工,同时护角还能对单元柜起到保护作用,进一步提高了组合柜的耐用性。而且,使用嵌柱连接或分离两个相邻单元柜时,只需要以直线形式将嵌柱插入或者拔出嵌槽,步骤较为简洁,可以节省一定的时间和人力。
本发明进一步设置为:所述嵌槽内嵌入有截面形状呈梯形的插板。
通过采用上述技术方案,当柜体组装完成后,最外面一层的单元柜上存在护角形成的嵌槽。使用插板可以填充嵌槽,这样可以进一步增加组合柜的强度,同时也能使组合柜更加美观。
本发明进一步设置为:所述组合柜的下方还连接有用于使其脱离地面的支架。
通过采用上述技术方案,如果将组合柜直接置放到地面,会带来两方面 的不便。第一,不方便打扫组合柜柜底和周边的卫生。第二,如果地面潮湿,潮气会加快组合柜的老化,同时会影响存放在组合柜中的物件,所以需要设置支架将组合柜撑离地面。支架可以通过嵌入最底层单元柜底部的嵌槽中来实现连接。
本发明进一步设置为:所述单元柜呈前端开口设置,所述开口上设置封板或柜门或抽屉或隔板。
通过采用上述技术方案,可以选择在部分单元格上设置封板、柜门、抽屉或隔板,这样人们可以根据自己的需求自由组合。
本发明进一步设置为:所述单元柜后端也呈开口设置,所述开口上设置封板或柜门。
通过采用上述技术方案,进一步增加了人们对组合柜组合的随意性。在组合柜上选用一些单元柜设置成两端开口的形式,这样人们可以从组合柜的任意一面取放物件。选用一些单元柜设置成双开门的结构,不仅取放物件简单,而且能够有效保存放置在其中的物价。当只需要单元柜一侧开口时,可以选用一些单元柜在其一侧开口上设置封板。还可以选用在一些两端或者一端开口的单元柜中设置抽屉、隔板、柜门,多种组合形式能够充分满足日常生活中的使用。
为进一步解决单元柜之间拆卸不方便的问题,使连接装置不影响柜面平整的基础上使连接块的抽出较为方便,进而使得组合柜的拆分较为方便。本发明进一步设置为:所述嵌柱内设置有拉拔装置,所述拉拔装置包括固定连接于嵌柱中的套筒、滑移连接于所述套筒内的拉拔杆以及设置于套筒内用于驱动拉拔杆伸出或者缩回的弹性伸缩组件,按压拉拔杆端部使拉拔杆伸出时, 拉拔杆的长度能够被人手握持。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过按压可以使得拉拔杆伸出,作为供人手握持的施力点,人手抽拉拉拔杆,拉拔杆通过套筒带动连接块抽出,这样组合柜就可以进行拆分,使用较为方便。
本发明进一步设置为:所述嵌槽的一侧填充有用于阻止嵌柱位移的木楔。
通过采用上述技术方案,拉拔装置的使用过程中,人手按压拉拔杆端部时,嵌柱不能够滑移。在实际使用中,随着组合柜拆分次数的增加,连接块和嵌槽接触面会越加光滑,这时很难保证连接块在按压时的稳定,所以在嵌槽的一端设置木楔,木楔和嵌槽紧配合能够阻止嵌柱发生滑移,进而可以使得拉拔装置能可靠工作。
本发明进一步设置为:所述套筒中对称设置有两组拉拔杆以及用于驱动拉拔杆的弹性伸缩组件。
通过采用上述技术方案,当组合柜依墙而放时,如果在人为在疏忽的情况下将拉拔装置供人手按压的一面贴墙而放,这时人们无法使用拉拔装置。为了解决这种情况,将拉拔装置设置成两面均可伸缩的结构,使得组合柜的使用更方便。
本发明进一步设置为:所述弹性伸缩组件包括垫板、弹簧、卡位件、按压件以及限位件,垫板与套筒的端面平行且紧配合在套筒中部,弹簧安放于垫板上,卡位件包括插柱和以插柱的轴线为圆心圆周阵列在插柱外壁上的四个插板,插板背离弹簧的一端为楔形面,按压件包括拉拔杆、以拉拔杆轴线为圆心圆周阵列在拉拔杆外周上的8个挡块以及等间距分布在拉拔杆接近卡位件一端的楔形齿,楔形齿共有8个且与挡块的位置相对应,楔形齿的斜面 与插板的楔形面配合,限位件包括一端开口的扣盖、等间隔开设在扣盖内壁上的四个限位槽以及四个滑道,限位槽和滑道交错分布,且形成的间距相等,扣盖上背离开口的一侧开有通孔,拉拔杆能从该通孔中穿出,拉拔杆带动挡块能在限位槽和滑道形成的槽中滑移,插柱带动插板能在四条滑道形成的空间中滑移。
通过采用上述技术方案,拉拔装置使用时,通过人手按压拉拔杆伸出套筒的一端,拉拔杆依靠挡块与限位槽以及滑道的配合直线滑移,同时推动插柱带动插板在滑道中滑移,插柱向下挤压弹簧,当插板完全脱离滑道时,在拉拔杆上楔形齿和插板上楔形面的共同作用下,插柱带动插板做一个45°角的转动,也就是插板刚好对应限位槽的位置,这时拉拔杆的端部保持缩回状态,与连接块的端面保持平齐;当再一次按压拉拔杆时,拉拔杆依靠其上楔形齿和插板上楔形面的配合使得插柱带动插板做一个45°角的转动,这时插板刚好对应滑道的位置,在弹簧的压缩状态得到释放开始推动插柱带动插板在滑道中滑移,最终压板伸出。循环往复,拉拔杆能够不断的伸出或者缩回,当拉拔杆伸出时,人手能够握持,进而能够将嵌柱拔出。
本发明进一步设置为:所述拉拔装置用塑料制成。
通过采用上述技术方案,拉拔装置的配合结构复杂,用塑料模具制造较为方便。
本发明进一步设置为:组合柜还包括保护板,保护板包覆在所有单元柜形成整体的四周上。
通过采用上述技术方案,封板使得组合柜的四周较为平整,便于使用。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:组合柜整体被分割成了若干单元 柜,单元柜之间通过连接装置连接。当要搬运组合柜时,将组合柜拆分成若干单元柜,单元柜的体积、重量相较组合柜会小很多,搬运起来也就方便多了。连接装置包括连接在单元柜外壁上的四个护角以及嵌柱。首先,梯形连接结构具有强度高、配合精度高的特点,那对于使用梯形结构连接的若干单元柜而言,可以提高单元柜之间连接的稳定性以及配合精度,使得组合柜在实现搬运方便的同时还能拥有较好的耐用性以及舒适的外观。其次,护角以及嵌柱与单元柜本体是分开设置的,这样的结构形式方便加工,同时护角还能对单元柜起到保护作用,进一步提高了组合柜的耐用性。而且,使用嵌柱连接或分离两个相邻单元柜时,只需要以直线形式将嵌柱插入或者拔出嵌槽,步骤较为简洁,可以节省一定的时间和人力。同时,通过按压可以使得拉拔杆伸出,作为供人手握持的施力点,人手抽拉拉拔杆,拉拔杆通过套筒带动连接块抽出,这样组合柜就可以进行拆分,使用较为方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:一种组合柜,本发明的连接装置可用于组合柜中,组合柜可以是功能衣柜、电视柜、酒柜、书柜、橱柜等,可以采用木质、塑料、金属、合成、复合材料来制造。参照图1、图2、图3,组合柜包括若干单元柜1,单元柜1为方形筒状结构且两侧开口,单元柜1按照倍数比例拼接组合,具体情况可以按照室内空间的大小和形状自由组合。单元柜1两两之间通过连接装置2连接,该连接装置2包括分别设置于单元柜1外侧的四个角上的L形护角21和嵌柱22,L形护角21可以采用木材或者金属材料制造,通过螺栓或胶层来连接到单元柜1上面。任意两个L形护角21相对的一侧与单元柜1的外壁三者共同形成梯形嵌槽11,梯形嵌槽11中嵌设有截面形状呈双 梯形的嵌柱22,相邻两个单元柜1通过嵌柱22连接。这种组合柜最好的设置方式是放置在室内空间的中部,起到隔断作用,同时取放物件比较简单。
参照图1,当组合柜组装完成后,最外面一层的单元柜1上存在护角形成的嵌槽11。在这里我们设计了一种截面形状呈梯形的插板12,将插板12插入嵌槽11可以使两个护角和插板12组成一个平面。这样既可以增加组合柜的强度,也能使组合柜更加美观。
参照图1,在日常生活中,有些物件需要在避光、防尘空间中存放。出于这方面的考虑,我们可以在全部或者部分单元柜1上设置柜门15,柜门15可以有以下几种形式。第一种,在单元柜1的开口的侧边设置转轴,柜门15是与该转轴枢接的平开门。第二种,在单元柜1的开口的中部设置转轴,柜门15是围绕该转轴转动的旋转门。第三种,在单元柜1开口的顶壁和底壁上分别开设对称的两个滑槽,柜门15是卡设在该滑槽中的推拉门。柜门15可以使用木质、金属、玻璃材料来制造。
如果组合柜是依墙摆放的,可以只在单元柜1的一侧开口上设置柜门15,这时墙体和单元柜1框体以及柜门15三者可以形成避光、防尘的封闭空间。如果组合柜设置在居室的中间,可以选用在单元柜1的两边都设置柜门15。也可以在单元柜1的一侧开口处设置柜门15,另一侧开口处设置封板14,封板14可以嵌入单元柜1中,也可以通过胶或者螺钉连接到单元柜1上。这样柜门15、单元柜1框体和封板14可以形成密闭空间。还可以选用抽屉16来形成密闭空间,在一个单元柜1中可以设置一层或者多层抽屉16,这里可以按照单元柜1的大小或者所要存放物品的大小自行设定每个单元柜1中设置的抽屉16的具体层数。
参照图1,在生活有时要存放一些体积较小的物件,直接将其放入单元柜1中会占用整个单元柜1的空间,造成空间的浪费,而且当一个单元柜1中存放的物件较多时,不容易寻找。出于这方面的考虑,我们可以在全部或部分单元柜1中设置隔板17,隔板17形状可以随意限定,如采用平板可以将单元柜1分割成两个储物腔,采用“十”字隔板17可以将单元柜1分割成四个储物腔。在制作隔板17时,隔板17外边框要稍稍大于单元柜1的内边框,这样可以将隔板17直接嵌装到单元柜1中,而无需再单元柜1中开设嵌槽11,这样既可以保证单柜柜的强度,同时也能减少加工步骤,节约加工成本。这样我们可以将小件物件分类存放到不同的储物腔中,这样既节约的单元柜1的内部空间,也便于物件的寻找。
实施例二:本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,参照图4,出于保护组合柜和方便打扫组合柜底部和周边卫生的目的下,在组合柜底部设置支架13,支架13可以采用木材或者金属材料制造。支架13可以单独制造,然后将组合柜摆放在其上。也可以和支架13和组合柜分体设置,将支架13接近最底层单元柜1的一边设置成双梯形嵌柱22的结构,通过这种方式实现支架13和单元柜1的连接,充分利用单元柜1的连接形式,提高适配性。在一组组合柜中,单元柜1的大小和形状可以根据具体需要自行设定,与之适配的L形护角21、嵌柱22、以及插板12也可以根据实际情况来制作。在组合柜中,可以将部分单元柜1做成其余单元柜的任意倍数大小,比如2倍、3倍等大小,这部分单元柜1竖向设置可以用作衣柜,横向布置可以用做储放大物件的储物柜。也可以根据功能性的需要,增加或者减少组合柜中的部分单元柜1,使组合柜的形状更加随意多变,方便生活中的使用。
实施例三:参照图5,组合柜由多个单元柜1拼接形成,相邻两个单元柜1通过嵌槽11和嵌柱22连接。本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,组合柜还包括保护板5,保护板5包覆在单元柜1形成整体的四周上。保护板5和单元柜1之间通过嵌槽11和嵌柱22的结构连接,保护板5使得组合柜的四周较为平整,便于使用。
拆分某个组合柜时,将连接处的嵌柱22抽出,就能将单个的单元柜1拆分下来。在实际使用中,组合柜的柜面一般是平整的,同时组合柜一般是依墙而放的,这时要将嵌柱22抽出因为缺少施力点而较为不便,进而组合柜的拆分也不方便。为了解决这个问题在嵌柱22中设置拉拔装置3。
拉拔装置3与嵌柱22固定连接,其能够伸出或者缩回。当拉拔装置3缩回时,其端部和组合柜的柜面平齐;当拉拔装置3伸出时,其端部伸出组合柜,这时工作人员可以用手抓握拉拔装置3的端部,以向外的方向抽拉拉拔装置3,拉拔装置3连带嵌柱22一起抽出。
结合图6,为了使得相邻两个单元柜1的连接较为牢固,嵌柱22的长度一般等于单元柜1的宽度,也就是组合柜的宽度。拉拔装置3回缩时,端部和嵌柱22的端部平齐;拉拔装置3伸出时,端部伸出嵌柱22的距离以人手能够有效握持为准。
拉拔装置3端部的伸出是以人手按压拉板装置端部的方式进行。实际使用过程中,组合柜有依墙摆放和作为隔断摆放在室内中部两种摆放形式。组合柜依墙而放时,人手按压拉拔装置3端部,嵌柱22和相邻两个组合柜配合的静摩擦阻力配合人手按压,最终使得拉拔装置3的端部伸出。
结合图7、图8,拉拔装置3用塑料制成,其包括与嵌柱22固定连接的 套筒30、滑移连接于套筒30内部的拉拔杆31以及设置于套筒30内用于驱动拉拔杆31进行伸缩运动的弹性伸缩组件32。弹性伸缩组件32包括垫板320、弹簧321、卡位件322、按压件323以及限位件324。垫板320与套筒30的端面平行且紧配合在套筒30中部。弹簧321安放于垫板320上。结合图9,卡位件322包括柱形的插柱3220和以插柱3220的轴线为圆心圆周阵列在插柱3220外壁上的四个插板3221,插板3221背离弹簧321的一端为楔形面3222。按压件323包括以拉拔杆31轴线为圆心圆周阵列在拉拔杆31外周上的8个挡块3230以及等间距分布在拉拔杆31接近卡位件322一端的楔形齿3231。楔形齿3231共有8个且与挡块3230的位置相对应,楔形齿3231的斜面与插板3221的楔形面3222配合。限位件324包括一端开口的扣盖3240、等间隔开设在扣盖3240内壁上的四个限位槽3242以及四个滑道3241,限位槽3242和滑道3241交错分布,且形成的间距相等。扣盖3240上背离开口的一侧开有通孔,拉拔杆31能从该通孔中穿出。拉拔杆31带动挡块3230能在限位槽3242和滑道3241形成的槽中滑移,插柱3220带动插板3221能在四条滑道3241形成的空间中滑移。
拉拔装置3使用时,通过人手按压拉拔杆31伸出套筒30的一端,拉拔杆31依靠挡块3230与限位槽3242以及滑道3241的配合直线滑移,同时推动插柱3220带动插板3221在滑道3241中滑移,插柱3220向下挤压弹簧321,当插板3221完全脱离滑道3241时,在拉拔杆31上楔形齿3231和插板3221上楔形面3222的共同作用下,插柱3220带动插板3221做一个45°角的转动,也就是插板3221刚好对应限位槽3242的位置,这时拉拔杆31的端部保持缩回状态,与嵌柱22的端面保持平齐;当再一次按压拉拔杆31时,拉 拔杆31依靠其上楔形齿3231和插板3221上楔形面3222的配合使得插柱3220带动插板3221做一个45°角的转动,这时插板3221刚好对应滑道3241的位置,在弹簧321的压缩状态得到释放开始推动插柱3220带动插板3221在滑道3241中滑移,最终拉拔杆31伸出。循环往复,拉拔杆31能够不断的伸出或者缩回,当拉拔杆31伸出时,人手能够握持,进而能够将嵌柱22拔出。
实施例四:本实施例与实施例三的区别在于,参照图10,为了使得人手按压拉拔装置3时,嵌柱22能够为拉拔装置3提供足够的按压反作用力,在相邻两个单元柜1嵌槽围合形成的孔中填塞木楔4。这样木楔4能为拉拔装置3提供足够的反作用力。
实施例五:本实施例与实施例三的区别在于,参照图11、图12,当组合柜依墙而放时,如果在人为在疏忽的情况下将拉拔装置3供人手按压的一面贴墙而放,这时人们无法使用拉拔装置3。为了解决这种情况,将拉拔装置3设置成两面均可伸缩的结构,也就是在套筒30中以垫板320为对称基准,对称设置两组拉拔杆31和弹性伸缩组件32。需要注意的是,嵌柱22和组合柜配合提供的反作用力要能够大于人手按压拉板装置的力。

  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一所述的组合柜,其特征在于,所述弹性伸缩组件(32)包括垫板(320)、弹簧(321)、卡位件(322)、按压件(323)以及限位件(324),垫板(320)与套筒(30)的端面平行且紧配合在套筒(30)中部,弹簧(321)安放于垫板(320)上,卡位件(322)包括插柱(3220)和以插柱(3220)的轴线为圆心圆周阵列在插柱(3220)外壁上的四个插板(3221),插板(3221)背离弹簧(321)的一端为楔形面(3222),按压件(323)包括以拉拔杆(31)轴线为圆心圆周阵列在拉拔杆(31)外周上的8个挡块(3230)以及等间距分布在拉拔杆(31)接近卡位件(322)一端的楔形齿(3231),楔形齿(3231)共有8个且与挡块(3230)的位置相对应,楔形齿(3231)的斜面与插板(3221)的楔形面(3222)配合,限位件(324)包括一端开口的扣盖(3240)、等间隔开设在扣盖(3240)内壁上的四个限位槽(3242)以及四个滑道(3241),限位槽(3242)和滑道(3241)交错分布,且形成的间距相等,扣盖(3240)上背离开口的一侧开有通孔,拉拔杆(31)能从该通孔中穿出,拉拔杆(31)带动挡块(3230)能在限位槽(3242)和滑道(3241)形成的槽中滑移,插柱(3220)带动插板(3221)能在四条滑道(3241)形成的空间中滑移。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的组合柜,其特征在于,所述拉拔装置(3)用塑料制成。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的组合柜,其特征在于,组合柜还包括保护板(5),保护板(5)包覆在所有单元柜(1)形成整体的四周上。
