为了解决相同的问题,本发明还提供了一种上述发卡、换卡设备的发卡、换卡方法,包括以下步骤:
S01、读卡器将插入其内部的第一卡片的账户信息进行读取并存储;
S02、卡片运送装置将所述第一卡片从读卡器中取出,并将所述第一卡片运送给卡片暂存装置进行暂存;
S03、卡片运送装置将发卡装置发出的第二卡片取走,并将所述第二卡片运送给读卡器,读卡器将存储的所述账户信息写入所述第二卡片,并将所述第二卡片吐出;
S04、卡片运送装置将卡片暂存装置上的第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给卡片回收装置进行回收。
作为优选方案,在步骤S03中,若发卡装置发出第二卡片失败时:所述卡片运送装置将卡片暂存装置的所述第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给读卡器,由读卡器将所述第一卡片吐出;或者,若读卡器在第二卡片上写入所述账户信息失败时:所述卡片运送装置先将第二卡片运送至卡片回收装置进行回收,然后将卡片暂存装置的所述第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给读卡器,由读卡器将所述第一卡片吐出。
作为优选方案,在步骤S04中,卡片运送装置将卡片暂存装置上的第一卡片取走,先将所述第一卡片运送给卡片物理破坏装置进行物理破坏;然后,卡片运送装置将卡片物理破坏装置中的所述第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给卡片回收装置进行回收。
为了解决相同的问题,本发明还提供了一种金融自助终端,包括上述所述的发卡、换卡设备。
本发明所提供的一种金融自助系统的发卡、换卡设备及其发卡、换卡方法,将读卡器、发卡装置、 卡片回收装置、卡片运送装置以及卡片暂存装置集成在同一台设备中,卡片运送装置在不同工作模式下有序切换,从而将读卡器、卡片暂存装置、发卡装置以及卡片回收装置各自的用途及功能有效地衔接起来,从而实现了自动发卡、自动换卡、自动回收旧卡及自动升级新卡的功能,以节省人力成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,示意性地显示了本发明金融自助系统的发卡、换卡设备,其包括分别安装在底座8上的读卡器1、发卡装置2、卡片暂存装置3、卡片回收装置4、卡片运送装置5、卡片物理破坏装置6、卡箱套7,具体安装位置为:卡片运送装置5安装在底座8的中部,在卡片运送装置5的一侧沿卡片运送装置5运送卡片的轨迹方向上依次排布有三个卡箱套7,卡箱套7的顶部设有第一开口71,发卡装置2的第一箱体21穿过第一开口71可滑动的套接在卡箱套7上,在卡箱套7的底部侧面设有第二开口72,卡片回收装置4的第二箱体110穿过该第二开口72可滑动地套接在卡箱套7的底部。在卡片运送装置5的另外一侧沿卡片运送装置5运送卡片的轨迹方向上依次排布有读卡器1、卡片暂存装置3和卡片物理破坏装置6。
请参照图1并结合图2至图8所示,示意性地显示本发明的发卡装置2,其包括第一闸门钥匙100、中空的第一箱体21及刮卡机构22,第一箱体21的一个侧壁的底部设有第一闸口021,在第一箱体21上安装有可自动开合的闸门装置,该闸门装置位于第一闸口021的前侧,以打开或锁闭第一闸口021;具体为,该可滑动的闸门装置包括闸门基座30、第一滑动闸门23、第一闸门复位机构25以及第一自锁机构24,第一滑动闸门23设在第一自锁机构24的正前方,第一滑动闸门23具有两个工作状态:第一滑动闸门23向上抬升至某一高度时,第一滑动闸门23处于打开状态,此时,第一闸口021被打开;第一滑动闸门23向下复位时,第一滑动闸门23处于关闭状态,此时第一闸口021被关闭;第一滑动闸门23上设置有卡紧位,相应地,第一自锁机构24上设有卡紧部,当第一滑动闸门23处于关闭状态时,卡紧部卡接在卡紧位上以使第一滑动闸门23被锁死,从而可以防止第一滑动闸门23受外界的干扰而随意开启,提高了第一滑动闸门23关闭的安全性。
如图2及图3所示,本发明的第一自锁机构24包括第一阀杆241和阀杆复位件243,第一阀杆241的一端与闸门基座30铰接形成铰接端2411,第一阀杆241的另一端为自由端2412,第一阀杆241 的自由端2412上设有第一卡紧部9,阀杆复位件243设在第一阀杆241的自由端2412上,本实施例中,以靠近第一闸门钥匙100的一侧为内侧,远离第一闸门钥匙100一侧为外侧,当第一闸门钥匙100顶推第一阀杆241的第一卡紧部9使其脱离第一卡紧位232,同时自由端2412向外转动,此时,第一闸门钥匙100进一步向里推进以抬升部1003推动挡轴234并抬升第一滑动闸门23向上打开第一闸口021;当第一闸门钥匙100抽离第一滑动闸门23及第一自锁机构24过程中,阀杆复位件243迫使第一阀杆241的自由端2412向里转动,使第一卡紧部9复位卡紧在第一卡紧位232上,第一滑动闸门23复位(落下)关闭第一闸口021;所述阀杆复位件243可以是弹簧。
如图3所示,第一自锁机构24还可包括至少一个锁杆242和锁杆复位件244,锁杆242设在第一阀杆241的外侧,锁杆242呈镰刀型,锁杆242一端为撬动端2421,锁杆242的另一端为卡接端2422,撬动端2421上设有顶推轴2424,在顶推轴2424上设有轴承,第一阀杆241的外侧壁上设有顶推板2413,该轴承抵靠在顶推板2413上,卡接端2422上设有第二卡紧部10,锁杆242的中部与闸门基座30铰接形成铰接部2423,锁杆复位件244设在撬动端2421上,使得撬动端2421始终处于向内旋转的趋势,使卡接端2422上的第二卡紧部10卡紧在第二卡紧位233上,当第一阀杆241的自由端2412向外旋转时,第一阀杆241的顶推板2413顶推撬动端2421上的轴承,使撬动端2421向外旋转,根据杆杠原理,此时卡接端2422将会向内旋转,从而使得卡接端2422上的第二卡紧部10从第二卡紧位233上脱离,最好将铰接部2423的位置设的稍微靠近撬动端2421,这样当撬动端2421和卡接端2422绕铰接部2423旋转时,卡接端2422移动的距离大于撬动端2421移动的距离,如此可以避免第一阀杆241顶推撬动端2421移动了较大的距离后,卡接端2422的第二卡紧部10还未脱离第二卡紧位233的现象发生,提高滑动闸门正常开启的可靠性。
如图3所示,最好将锁杆242设置为两个,这两个锁杆242对称设置,两个第一阀杆241介于该两个锁杆242之间,且两个锁杆242上的轴承始终抵靠在两个第一阀杆241上的顶推板2413上,这两个锁杆242的撬动端2421通过锁杆复位件244连接,锁杆复位件244可以是第二弹簧,第二弹簧被拉伸地连接在该两个锁杆242的撬动端2421上(具体为第二弹簧被拉伸地连接在两个撬动端2421的顶推轴2424上),使该两个撬动端2421始终处于向内旋转的复位状态,以保证卡接端2422上的第二卡紧部10复位至第一滑动闸门23的第二卡紧位233上的可靠性,并且设置左右对称的两个锁杆242可以防止外界用其它小物件将锁杆242拨开使得卡接端2422上的第二卡紧部10脱离第二卡紧位233。此外,设置第一阀杆241的第一卡紧部9与第一滑动闸门23的第一卡紧位232卡紧,以及锁杆242的第二卡紧部10与第一滑动闸门23的第二卡紧位233卡紧,可以实现锁紧第一滑动闸门23的双保险,进一步提高了第一滑动闸门23关闭时的安全性。
如图4所示,第一滑动闸门23为方形,在第一滑动闸门23上沿第一滑动闸门23的长边方向上对称地开设有两个滑槽231,滑槽231为长条形,在滑槽231的内侧(靠近两个滑槽231的对称轴侧)的侧壁上设置第一卡紧位232,在滑槽231的外侧(远离两个滑槽231的对称轴侧)的侧壁上设置有第二卡紧位233,第一卡紧位232的位置高于第二卡紧位233的位置,第一卡紧位232对应卡接第一阀 杆241的自由端2412上的第一卡紧部9,第二卡紧位233对应卡接锁杆242的卡接端2422上的第二卡紧部10,在第一滑动闸门23的中部靠下的位置设有挡轴234,第一闸门钥匙100通过顶推该挡轴234使第一滑动闸门23抬升而打开,第一滑动闸门23的顶部设有复位连接部236,第一闸门复位机构25连接在该复位连接部236上,该第一闸门复位机构25为第三弹簧,第三弹簧的一端连接复位连接部236,第三弹簧的另一端与闸门基座30上的第一限位轴201连接,第三弹簧始终处于拉伸状态,从而可以保持第一滑动闸门23始终具有向下运动的关闭趋势,当然,第一闸门复位机构25也可为相同极性相对设置的两个磁铁,其中一个磁铁固定在复位连接部236上,另外一个磁铁相对应地固定在闸门基座30的第一限位轴201上,两个磁铁相对的面的极性相同,根据磁铁同极性相斥的原理,使得第一滑动闸门23始终具有向下运动的关闭趋势,在第一滑动闸门23设有葫芦孔235,葫芦孔235设置为多个,较佳地,葫芦孔235设置为三个,其中的一个设置在第一滑动闸门23的中部靠上的位置并套接在第一限位轴201上,其余两个分别设在第一滑动闸门23的下端两个底角处并套接在闸门基座30的第二限位轴202上,第一限位轴201及第二限位轴202与葫芦孔235配合可以限制第一滑动闸门23抬升的距离,从而可以避免第一滑动闸门23向上抬升的距离过大,提高了第一滑动闸门23开启的精确度,此外也可防止第一滑动闸门23从闸门装置中滑出而脱落。
如图5所示,第一闸门钥匙100为一底部折弯的钣金件,底部折弯的部分为第一底座1004,第一闸门钥匙100的底部的两个侧向外延伸形成顶推部1001,顶推部1001的前端设有导向部1005,后端设有内凹部1006第一闸门钥匙100的中部设有缺口1002,缺口1002的底部形成抬升部1003,顶推部1001的位置比抬升部1003的位置高,顶推部1001用于顶推第一阀杆241的自由端2412向外旋转,使第一卡紧部9脱离第一卡紧位232,抬升部1003用于抬升第一滑动闸门23,使第一滑动闸门23打开;此外,自由端2412向外旋转的同时推动撬动端2421向外旋转,使得锁杆242的卡接端2422向内旋转,由于镰刀形锁杆242向内旋转的部分较长,所以卡接端2422会刚好旋转接近至内凹部1006处,内凹部1006刚好挡住卡接端,这样可以防止外界使用其他物件(如刀片、剪刀等)将第一阀杆241或锁杆242拨开。
请参照图1并结合图2至图8所示,第一闸门钥匙100通过第一底座1004固定连接在卡箱套7的内壁上,当第一箱体21套接于卡箱套7内时,第一闸门钥匙100将会被插入到第一自锁机构24中从而把第一滑动闸门23抬升并打开,具体为,第一闸门钥匙100的顶推部1001从两个第一阀杆241的自由端2412之间穿入,顶推第一阀杆241的自由端2412向外旋转,从而使自由端2412上的第一卡紧部9从第一滑动闸门23上的第一卡紧位232上脱离,同时,第一阀杆241的自由端2412向外旋转的过程中,第一阀杆241外侧壁上的顶推板2413顶推锁杆242的撬动端2421向外旋转,从而使得锁杆242的卡接端2422向内旋转,使第二卡紧部10从第一滑动闸门23上的第二卡紧位233上脱离,当第一闸门钥匙100继续插入直至第一闸门钥匙100的抬升部1003与第一滑动闸门23的挡轴234接触而使第一滑动闸门23向上抬升,第一滑动闸门23即被打开从而使第一闸口021与外部连通,此时可进行自助发卡动作;当第一箱体21从卡箱套7中抽出时,第一闸门钥匙100脱离闸门装置,此时 第一闸门复位机构25迫使第一滑动闸门23向下运动而关闭,从而使第一闸口021重新被第一滑动闸门23挡住,同时,阀杆复位件243驱动第一阀杆241的自由端2412向内转动而使第一卡紧部9复位卡紧在第一卡紧位232上,锁杆复位件244驱动锁杆242的撬动端2421向内转动而使第二卡紧部10复位卡紧在第二卡紧位233上,以锁紧第一滑动闸门23。
本发明的发卡装置2,在第一滑动闸门23上设置了锁紧位,当第一滑动闸门23处于关闭状态时,第一自锁机构24的锁紧部卡接在锁紧位上使第一滑动闸门23锁死,从而可以避免外界轻易地将第一滑动闸门23打开,因此可以起到保护第一箱体21内卡片安全的功能;而需要发卡时可通过第一闸门钥匙100顶推第一自锁机构使锁紧部脱离锁紧位,并使第一滑动闸门23抬升打开,而第一闸门钥匙100抽离时,第一滑动闸门23在第一闸门复位机构25的作用下复位关闭,该过程操作简便迅速,增加了发卡装置2的易用性能和安全性。
下面结合图6至图8具体说明本发明中发卡装置2是如何将卡片派出的:
如图7所示,发卡装置2的底部设有刮卡机构22,刮卡机构22安装在卡箱套7的底部,刮卡机构22包括刮刀020、第三驱动装置221、第二传动机构、第三传动机构以及第二导轨226,刮刀020可滑动地设在第二导轨226上,在第二导轨226的两端的下方分别设有第二主动轴228及第二从动轴229,第二传动机构的两个第五带轮224分别安装在第二主动轴228及第二从动轴229上,并通过第二传动机构的第四皮带227连接,刮刀020与第四皮带227的固定连接,第三传动机构的两个第四带轮222分别安装在第三驱动装置221的输出轴以及第二主动轴228上,并通过第三皮带223连接,当第三驱动装置221(例如电机)的输出轴转动时,通过第三皮带223带动第二主动轴228同步转动,而第二主动轴228则通过第四皮带227带动第二从动轴229同步转动,第四皮带227同时将带动与之固定连接的刮刀020沿第二导轨226做直线运动。
结合图6及图8所示,在第一箱体21底面设置的刮槽26,该刮槽26由远离第一闸口021的一端向靠近第一闸口021的一端延伸(如图6所示),当第一箱体21套接在卡箱套7上时,刮刀020正好穿入第一箱体21底面设置的刮槽26内,在第四皮带227的带动下,可使刮刀020沿刮槽26做往复直线运动,当刮刀020从远离第一闸口021的一端向靠近第一闸口021的一端运动时,可以将第一箱体21内的第二卡片从第一闸口021中刮出。当然可以将第三驱动装置221的输出轴直接与第二主动轴228同轴连接,以使本发明的设备结构更加紧凑。另外,第一闸口021的出口处还设有弹片225,该弹片225具有向上的折弯边,当第二卡片刮出时,下压弹片225进入夹持机构51;而当夹持机构51回收第一卡片时,在弹片225的导向作用下从第二闸口116顺利地掉入第二箱体110中。
结合图9至图13所示,示意性地显示了本发明的卡片回收装置4的结构,其包括第二箱体110、第二滑动闸门120、第二闸门复位机构130、第二自锁机构140及解锁机构150。其中,第二箱体110呈中空结构且顶部具有第二闸口116;第二滑动闸门120滑动连接于第二箱体110的顶部并具有一打开位置及一盖设于所述第二闸口116的关闭位置;第二闸门复位机构130设于安装架200上,用于驱动第二滑动闸门120由所述打开位置移动至所述关闭位置;第二自锁机构140设于第二箱体110的内 部,用于锁定处于所述关闭位置的第二滑动闸门120;解锁机构150设于第二箱体110的远离第二闸口116的端壁,用于驱动第二自锁机构140解锁,以使第二滑动闸门120可移动至所述打开位置。
本发明中,安装架200为卡箱套7的下半部分(发卡装置2的下部),安装架200内设有安装腔(卡箱套7的下半部分腔体),第二箱体110可拆卸地装设于该安装腔内;本实施例中,安装架200与卡箱套7为一整体结构,也可以为分体的结构。第二闸门复位机构130设于安装腔的侧壁上并部分凸伸于安装腔内,当第二箱体110滑动而脱离安装架200时,第二闸门复位机构130可驱动第二滑动闸门120由所述打开位置移动至所述关闭位置,实现第二滑动闸门120的自动关闭。
继续参看图9及图10所示,第二箱体110包括第二底座111、与第二底座111连接的侧壁112、与第二底座111和侧壁112同时连接的前端壁113和后端壁114,且第二箱体110的顶部设有一顶板115,顶板115的长度小于第二箱体110的长度,使第二箱体110的顶部形成有第二闸口116。本实施例中,顶板115与后端壁114连接,第二闸口116靠近前端壁113。后端壁114的外侧还固定有拉手117,以便于第二箱体110的安装和拆卸。
下面结合图10及图11所示,第二箱体110的侧壁112上设有导向槽1121及导向件(未图示)。其中,导向槽1121开设于第二闸口116所在端并沿第二箱体110的滑动方向延伸,第二滑动闸门120滑动地连接于导向槽1121内,且第二滑动闸门120部分凸出导向槽1121以与第二闸门复位机构130相抵触;导向件焊接于侧壁112上并位于顶板115的下方,导向件1122与顶板115之间具有一定间隙,第二滑动闸门120可沿导向槽1121,在导向件和顶板115之间的间隙滑动。
另外,第二滑动闸门120的两端分别固定有第一压铆柱121、第二压铆柱122,第一压铆柱121卡设于导向槽1121内并凸出侧壁112外,用于和第二闸门复位机构130的卡勾131(详见后述)相抵触;第二压铆柱122用于和第二自锁机构140的第二阀杆141(详见后述)相卡合,以锁定处于关闭位置的第二滑动闸门120。
下面结合图9至图11所示,安装架200的安装腔的一侧具有开孔220,对应于开孔220处设有柱体230,第二闸门复位机构130连接于柱体230上。具体地,所述第二闸门复位机构130包括卡勾131及第一扭簧132,卡勾131连接于柱体230上,并使其端部凸伸于安装腔内,第一扭簧132连接于柱体230上并抵触卡勾131,第一扭簧132的扭力作用使卡勾131可勾住第二滑动闸门120的第一压铆柱121,从而使第二滑动闸门120滑动至所述关闭位置。
下面结合图10及图12所示,所述第二自锁机构140包括第二阀杆141、第二扭簧142及回收弹簧143。其中,第二阀杆141通过第三压铆柱(未标号)枢接于第二箱体110的侧壁112,第二阀杆141具有一与第二滑动闸门120相抵触的锁定位置及一与第二滑动闸门120相脱离的解锁位置,第二扭簧142连接于第三压铆柱并抵触第二阀杆141,使第二阀杆141具有向所述锁定位置运动的趋势。所述回收弹簧143的两端分别连接于第二滑动闸门120及后端壁114,其用于驱动第二滑动闸门120由关闭位置复位至打开位置。
参看图10及图12所示,所述第二阀杆141的前端设有凹槽(未图示),该凹槽与第二滑动闸门120 上的第二压铆柱122可分离地卡合,第二阀杆141的后端邻近后端壁114,用于和解锁机构150相作用。本实施例中,第二阀杆141在第二扭簧142的作用下具有顺时针旋转的力。当第二压铆柱122与第二阀杆141的凹槽相抵触时,第二滑动闸门120处于所述关闭位置并被第二阀杆141顶住,即,第二滑动闸门120被锁定,如图12所示。当解锁机构150作用于第二阀杆141的后端时,可驱动第二阀杆141由所述锁定位置移动至解锁位置,本实施例中,解锁机构150驱动第二阀杆141的前端向下运动,使第二滑动闸门120的第二压铆柱122脱离第二阀杆141的凹槽,第二滑动闸门120可在回收弹簧143的拉力作用下向后滑动至打开位置。优选地,所述后端壁114上固定有弹簧基座144,回收弹簧143的一端固定于弹簧基座144。
继续参看图10及图12所示,所述解锁机构150包括锁151及锁舌152,锁151连接于后端壁114,锁舌152设于第二箱体110内并与锁151连接,与锁151相配合的解锁件经由锁151来驱动锁舌152转动,从而使锁舌152驱动第二阀杆141转动至解锁位置。
本实施例中,解锁件为钥匙。打开第二滑动闸门120时,用钥匙开锁151,即,逆时针旋转钥匙以带动锁舌152逆时针旋转到一定角度,使锁舌152与第二阀杆141的后端相接触,第二阀杆141在锁舌152的作用下绕第三压铆柱转动使其前端向下运动,从而使第二滑动闸门120的第二压铆柱122脱离第二阀杆141凹槽,此时,第二滑动闸门120在回收弹簧143的拉力下向后运动,即使第二滑动闸门120滑动至打开位置。
下面参看图13所示,所述第二箱体110的第二底座111包括底板1111及固定于底板1111上的斜面1112,斜面1112与底板1111之间具有一定的倾斜角度,且斜面1112位于第二闸口116的下方,斜面1112的长度大致为第二箱体110长度的一半。由于斜面1112的作用,使得回收后的卡倾斜摆放,确保回收后的凸字卡的边缘高于凸出字体,这时后面落下的卡会沿着前面卡的边缘滑入,避免第二张卡卡在第一张卡的凸字上无法滑入而回收失败的问题出现。另外,斜面1112长度为第二箱体110长度的一半是为了方便取出回收的卡。
本发明中,所述第二箱体110内还设有一挡板160,所述挡板160沿第二箱体110的高度方向设置并靠近后端壁114。这样,当回收一定数量的银行卡(特别是凸字卡)时,挡板160的设置,可以确保回收后的卡整齐叠放又方便取卡,避免银行卡前后交错导致极个别的银行卡尾部翘起而使回收数量受限的情况出现。
下面结合图9至图13所示,对本发明中可自动上锁的第二箱体110的工作原理进行描述。
使用时,首先将该第二箱体110推入自动发卡设备。如图9所示,推动拉手117使第二箱体110装入安装架200内,推入前,第二滑动闸门120需打开,否则第二箱体110无法被推入,装入后即可用于回收卡。回收卡的过程中,由于斜面1112的作用,回收后的卡呈倾斜摆放,确保回收后的凸字卡的边缘高于凸出字体,使后面落下的卡会沿着前面卡的边缘滑入,避免第二张卡卡在第一张卡的凸字上无法滑入致使回收失败的情况出现;往后拉第二箱体110使其脱离安装架200时,第二箱体110的第二滑动闸门120会自动关闭并被锁定,只有用钥匙才可以将第二滑动闸门120打开以达到保护里 面的卡片的目的。
如图11所示,当拉动拉手117使第二箱体110向后运动一定距离后,第二滑动闸门120上的第一压铆柱121抵触到卡勾131,卡勾131在第一扭簧132的扭力下勾住第二滑动闸门120,使第二滑动闸门120与第二箱体110相对滑动,直至第二滑动闸门120由打开位置移动至关闭位置为止,以封闭第二闸口116。
当第二滑动闸门120处于所述关闭位置时,第二滑动闸门120上的第二压铆柱122卡合于第二阀杆141的凹槽内,由于第二阀杆141在第二扭簧142的作用下具有顺时针旋转的力,因此第二滑动闸门120被第二阀杆141顶住,即第二滑动闸门120已上锁,不能被打开。此时,回收弹簧143处于拉伸状态。
当需要打开第二滑动闸门120时,需用钥匙开锁151。具体地,逆时针旋转钥匙以带动锁舌152逆时针旋转到一定角度后,使锁舌152与第二阀杆141的后端接触,第二阀杆141在锁舌152的作用下转动使其前端向下运动,使得第二滑动闸门120的第二压铆柱122脱离第二阀杆141的凹槽,第二滑动闸门120在回收弹簧143的拉力下向后运动直至移动到打开位置。
由于本发明自动上锁的第二箱体110,其第二闸门复位机构130设于自动发卡设备上并与第二滑动闸门120相对应,第二自锁机构140设于第二箱体110的内部,解锁机构150设于第二箱体110的一端壁并与第二自锁机构140可分离地接触。当拉动第二箱体110脱离自动发卡设备时,第二闸门复位机构130驱动第二滑动闸门120由打开位置移动至关闭位置,同时第二自锁机构140将处于关闭位置的第二滑动闸门120锁定,使第二箱体110无法被打开,以对其内的卡进行有效保护,从而保证用户的银行卡安全;只有通过钥匙驱动解锁机构150动作,才能驱动第二自锁机构140解锁而使第二滑动闸门120移动至打开位置。因此,该自动上锁的第二箱体110达到一定的安全级别,且结构简单。
结合图1、图14及图15所示,卡片运送装置5包括用于夹取或发出卡片的夹持机构51、第一导轨53以及驱动夹持机构51沿第一导轨53来回移动的驱动机构52。
参见图15所示,夹持机构51包括第一架体54、第一驱动装置511(例如电机)、第一传动机构以及夹持部件,该夹持部件包括两个轴线相互平行的滚轮510、第一主动轴515及第一从动轴516;其中,第一主动轴515与第一从动轴516的轴线相互平行,且第一主动轴515与第一从动轴516呈上下并列设置的方式安装在第一架体54上,两个滚轮510分别安装在第一主动轴515及第一从动轴516上且安装位置呈上下对应,两个滚轮510的外圆周面相互对应,装在第一主动轴515上的滚轮为摩擦轮,装在第一从动轴516上的滚轮为压紧轮,该两个滚轮510外圆周面之间的缝隙形成夹持空间以便夹取或发出卡片50;最好将夹持部件设置为两组,两组夹持部件在第一架体54的安装位置处于同一水平高度,以便可以将卡片50比较可靠地沿水平方向夹取或发出。
参见图15所示,第一传动机构包括第一皮带512、第一带轮513以及第二带轮514,第一带轮513安装在第一驱动装置511的输出轴上,第二带轮514分别安装在两个第一主动轴515上,第一皮带512分别套接在第一带轮513和两个第二带轮514上,当第一驱动装置511驱动第一带轮513转动时, 将通过第一皮带512将运动传递至两个第二带轮514上,从而使第二带轮514带动两个第一主动轴515同向转动,迫使安装在第一主动轴515上的滚轮510同步转动以借助滚轮表面的摩擦力将卡片50滚入两个滚轮510的夹持空间中或将卡片50从两个滚轮510之间的夹持空间中搓出。
继续结合图14及图15所示,在本实施例中,第一导轨53为长条的棒状结构,第一导轨53的两端分别架设在第一架体54上使第一导轨53的中部悬空,最好将第一导轨53的数量设为两个且相互平行,夹持机构51的第二架体55可滑动地套接在第一导轨53上;驱动机构52设有第二驱动装置521以及第二传动机构,第二传动机构包括第二皮带522、第三带轮523以及第四带轮524,两个第三带轮523分别设在其中一个第一导轨53的两端,第四带轮524设在第二驱动装置521的输出轴上,第二皮带522分别套接于两个第三带轮523及第四带轮524上,夹持机构51的第二架体55与第二皮带522固定连接,当第二驱动装置521驱动第四带轮524转动时,将会带动第二皮带522在三个带轮上转动,从而使第二皮带522带动夹持机构51沿第一导轨53来回移动,以实现卡片的来回搬运。
请参照回图1并结合图14及图15所示,在读卡器1、发卡装置2、卡片暂存装置3、卡片回收装置4、卡片物理破坏装置6的各自的工作位(工作位指的是上述装置接收或发出卡片的位置)均设置有定位传感器(未图示),当夹持机构51运动至相应的定位传感器所处的位置时,定位传感器将会感应到夹持机构51到达并发送到达信号给主控器,主控器接收到定位传感器发送的到达信号后控制第二驱动装置521停止运行,将夹持机构51停止在相应的工作位上,依此原理实现夹持机构51在读卡器1、发卡装置2、卡片暂存装置3、卡片回收装置4、卡片物理破坏装置6的各自的工作位处停止的功能。
结合图1及图15所示,当第一卡片(第一卡片指的是需要更换的卡片,例如背景技术中提到的市民手中的磁条卡)从本发明的设备外部插入到读卡器1中时,首先,读卡器1对插入的第一卡片的账户信息进行读取并将读取的账户信息在后台存储器中进行暂时存储;
然后,主控器控制卡片运送装置5的第二驱动装置521运转将夹持机构51驱动至读卡器的工作位处停止,紧接着,主控器控制夹持机构51的第一驱动装置511运转以驱动夹持部件的第一主动轴515上的滚轮510转动将读卡器1中的第一卡片夹取到夹持机构51中,在夹持机构51中同样设有定位传感器,当该定位传感器感应到第一卡片到位时,即发送到位信号给主控器,主控器接收到该定位信号后,控制第一驱动装置511停止运转,将第一卡片保留在夹持机构51中;接着,主控器再次驱动第二驱动装置521运转,将夹持机构51驱动至卡片暂存模块3的工作位处停止,然后主控器控制夹持结构51动作,将第一卡片送出至卡片暂存装置3中进行暂存;此为卡片运送装置5的第一工作模式。
请参照回图1所示,待卡片运送装置5完成第一工作模式后,主控器控制夹持机构51运动至发卡装置2的工作位处停止,发卡装置2将其存储的第二卡片(第二卡片指的用来更换的卡片,例如背景技术中提到的芯片卡)派出以便夹持机构51进行夹取,当发卡装置2成功地将第二卡片派出到卡片运送装置5的夹持机构51中时,在主控器的控制下,夹持机构51将第二卡片运送回读卡器1的工作位,并将第二卡片送入读卡器1中;此为卡片运送装置5的第二工作模式。
当读卡器1感应到夹持机构51送入的第二卡片后,即从后台调取之前暂存的第一卡片的账户信息,将该账户信息写入第二卡片中,若账户信息写入第二卡片成功,则读卡器1将会把该账户信息写入成功的第二卡片吐出到设备外部,以发给用户。
参见图1并结合图14及图15所示,当第二卡片成功地从读卡器1中发给用户后;
在接收到第一卡片的账户信息写入第二卡片成功的指令时,主控器控制卡片运送装置5将夹持机构51运动至卡片暂存装置3的工作位处,卡片暂存装置3将暂存的第一卡片返回给卡片运送装置5的夹持机构51中,由夹持结构51将第一卡片运送给卡片回收装置4以对第一卡片进行回收;此为卡片运送装置5的第三工作模式。
作为优选的,第三工作模式包括卡片运送装置5将卡片暂存装置3返回的第一卡片运送至卡片物理破坏装置6中进行磁条破坏的第三前置工作模式以及卡片运送装置5将已经破坏磁条的第一卡片从卡片物理破坏装置6上取走,并运送给卡片回收装置4以对第一卡片进行会回收的第三后置工作模式。在卡片物理破坏装置6中,第一卡片将被物理性破坏(如在磁条上打孔等),实现对原卡片的销毁。
参见图1并结合图14及图15所示,当第一卡片的账户信息写入第二卡片失败(包括发卡装置2的第二卡片刮出失败或者读卡器1将账户信息写入第二卡片失败,或者用户取消办理业务等情形);
在接收到第一卡片的账户信息写入第二卡片失败的指令时,主控器控制卡片运送装置5的夹持机构51运动至读卡器1处将第二卡片从读卡器1上取走,并将第二卡片运送给卡片回收装置4,此为卡片运送装置的第四工作模式;接着,主控器控制卡片运送装置5的夹持机构51运动至卡片暂存装置3的工作位处,卡片暂存装置3将暂存的第一卡片返回给卡片运送装置5,由卡片运送装置5的夹持机构51将第一卡片运送回读卡器1(此为卡片运送装置5的第五工作模式),再由读卡器1将第一卡片吐出到设备外部,返还给用户。
请结合图16所示,图中A路径为本发明实施例的最佳的卡片回收路径示意,回收时卡片运送装置5沿A路径将第一卡片(旧卡)从读卡器1依次运送至卡片暂存装置3、卡片物理破坏装置6,最后运送至卡片回收装置4中进行回收;B路径为本发明实施例的最佳的卡片发出路径示意,发卡时回收时卡片运送装置5沿B路径将第二卡片(新卡)从发卡装置2运送至读卡器1中进行发放操作。上述A路径和B路径在发卡、换卡操作时交叉执行,例如:
当卡片运送装置5在其第一工作模式、第二工作模式及第三工作模式之间有序切换完成一个周期,以将上述的各装置(读卡器1、发卡装置2、卡片暂存装置3、卡片回收装置4)的各自实现的功能进行有序衔接时,即可实现自动地将第一卡片回收、将第二卡片发给用户,以实现旧卡(第一卡片)换新卡(第二卡片)功能。
作为优选的,当卡片运送装置5在其第一工作模式、第二工作模式、第四工作模式及第五工作模式之间有序切换完成一个周期,或者,当卡片运送装置5在其第一工作模式和第五工作模式之间有序切换完成一个周期,以将上述的各装置(读卡器1、发卡装置2、卡片暂存装置3)的各自实现的功能进行有序衔接时,即可实现当第二卡片刮出失败,或者读卡器1将账户信息写入第二卡片失败,或者用 户取消办理业务时,将第一卡片重新返还给用户的功能。
作为优选的,当卡片运送装置5在其第一工作模式、第二工作模式、第三前置工作模式及第三后置工作模式之间有序切换完成一个周期,以将上述的各装置(读卡器1、发卡装置2、卡片暂存装置3、卡片回收装置4、卡片物理破坏装置6)的各自实现的功能进行有序衔接时,即可在实现自动地将第一卡片回收、将第二卡片发给用户,以旧卡(第一卡片)换新卡(第二卡片)的基础上,对第一卡片进行销毁的功能,以保障用户账户信息的安全性。
本发明还公开了上述发卡、换卡设备的发卡、换卡方法,具体步骤如下:
S01、读卡器1将插入其内部的第一卡片的账户信息进行读取并存储;
S02、卡片运送装置5将所述第一卡片从读卡器1中取出,并将所述第一卡片运送给卡片暂存装置3进行暂存;
S03、卡片运送装置5将发卡装置2发出的第二卡片取走,并将所述第二卡片运送给读卡器1,读卡器1将存储的所述账户信息写入所述第二卡片,并将所述第二卡片从设备内吐出;
S04、卡片运送装置5将卡片暂存装置3上的第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给卡片回收装置4进行回收。
作为优选,在步骤S02之后、步骤S03之前,还包括卡片运送装置5将卡片暂存装置3的所述第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给读卡器1,由读卡器1将所述第一卡片从设备内吐出的步骤;如此,可以在用户取消办理业务时,使设备将第一卡片返还给用户。
作为优选,在步骤S03中,若发卡装置2发出第二卡片失败时,则卡片运送装置5将卡片暂存装置3中的所述第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给读卡器1,由读卡器1将所述第一卡片从设备内吐出;或者,若读卡器1在所述第二卡片上写入所述账户信息失败时,卡片运送装置5先将第二卡片运送至卡片回收装置4进行回收,然后将卡片暂存装置3的所述第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给读卡器1,由读卡器1将所述第一卡片吐出。如此,可以在当发卡装置2的第二卡片刮出失败或者读卡器1将账户信息写入第二卡片失败时,可以使设备将第一卡片返还给用户。
作为优选,在步骤S04中,卡片运送装置5将卡片暂存装置3上的第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给卡片物理破坏装置6进行物理破坏,然后,卡片运送装置5将卡片物理破坏装置6中的第一卡片取走,并将该被破坏的第一卡片运送给卡片回收装置4进行回收;如此,可以先将第一卡片的账户信息进行销毁,再对该第一卡片进行回收,以保证用户的账户信息的隐秘性。
本发明还公开了一种金融自助终端(例如远程视频柜员机VTM或金融自助柜员机ATM等),包括以上实施例中所述的发卡、换卡设备。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种金融自助系统的发卡、换卡设备,其特征在于,包括
    读卡器,用于读取和存储第一卡片的账户信息,以及将存储的所述第一卡片的账户信息写入第二卡片后,将所述第二卡片吐出到外界;
    至少一个发卡装置,用于将其存储的所述第二卡片派出;
    卡片暂存装置,用于暂存所述第一卡片;
    至少一个卡片回收装置,用于回收所述第一卡片和/或第二卡片;
    卡片运送装置,其具有将所述第一卡片从所述读卡器上取走并将所述第一卡片运送给所述卡片暂存装置的第一工作模式,将所述第二卡片从所述发卡装置上取走并将所述第二卡片运送给所述读卡器的第二工作模式,以及将所述卡片暂存装置上的所述第一卡片取走并将所述第一卡片运送给所述卡片回收装置的第三工作模式;
    所述卡片运送装置根据指令在所述第一工作模式、所述第二工作模式及所述第三工作模式之间有序切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发卡、换卡设备,其特征在于,还包括用于将所述第一卡片进行物理破坏的卡片物理破坏装置;
    所述第三工作模式包括将所述第一卡片从所述卡片暂存装置上取走并将所述第一卡片运送给所述卡片物理破坏装置的第三前置工作模式,以及将所述第一卡片从所述卡片物理破坏装置上取走并将所述第一卡片运送给所述卡片回收装置的第三后置工作模式。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发卡、换卡设备,其特征在于,所述卡片运送装置还具有将所述第二卡片从所述读卡器上取走并将所述第二卡片运送给所述卡片回收装置的第四工作模式,以及将所述第一卡片从所述卡片暂存装置上取走并将所述第一卡片运送给所述读卡器的第五工作模式;
    所述卡片运送装置根据指令在所述第一工作模式、第二工作模式、第四工作模式以及第五工作模式之间有序切换;
    或者,所述卡片运送装置还用于根据指令在所述第一工作模式和第五工作模式之间有序切换。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的发卡、换卡设备,其特征在于,所述发卡装置包括中空的第一箱体、设于所述第一箱体上的可自动开合的闸门装置、顶部设有第一开口的卡箱套以及设于所述卡箱套内的刮卡机构,所述第一箱体穿过所述第一开口且可滑动地套接于所述卡箱套内;
    所述第一箱体上设有可供所述第二卡片出入的第一闸口,所述闸门装置安装于所述第一闸口的前侧,以打开或锁闭所述第一闸口;
    所述第一箱体的底壁上开设有刮槽,所述刮卡机构设有刮刀;所述第一卡箱套接于所述卡箱套内时,所述卡箱套作用于所述闸门装置以打开所述第一闸口,所述刮刀可往复移动地配合在所述刮槽内,所述刮卡机构驱动所述刮刀将所述第二卡片从第一闸口中刮出;
    所述第一卡箱离开所述卡箱套时,所述闸门装置自动锁闭所述第一闸口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发卡、换卡设备,其特征在于,所述闸门装置包括闸门基座、第一滑动闸门、第一闸门复位机构以及第一自锁机构,所述第一滑动闸门可上下滑动地设于闸门基座上,所述第一闸门复位机构分别与所述第一滑动闸门和所述闸门基座连接,所述第一滑动闸门上设有卡紧位,所述第一自锁机构设于所述闸门基座上,且所述第一自锁机构上设有卡紧部,所述卡紧部卡接在所述卡紧位上以锁紧所述第一滑动闸门;开锁时,顶推所述第一自锁机构使所述卡紧部脱离所述卡紧位,并抬升所述第一滑动闸门以打开所述第一闸口;闭锁时,所述第一滑动闸门在所述第一闸门复位机构的作用下复位以关闭所述第一闸口,且所述卡紧部复位卡紧在所述卡紧位上,以锁闭所述第一闸口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发卡、换卡设备,其特征在于,所述第一自锁机构包括第一阀杆、阀杆复位件、锁杆以及锁杆复位件,
    所述第一阀杆的一端与闸门基座铰接,所述第一阀杆的另一端为自由端,所述自由端上设有第一卡紧部;
    所述锁杆设在所述第一阀杆的外侧,所述锁杆的中部与闸门基座铰接,所述锁杆的一端为撬动端,所述锁杆的另一端为卡接端,所述卡接端上设有第二卡紧部;
    所述滑动闸门上设有与所述第一阀杆数量相同的滑槽,所述滑槽内设有第一卡紧位及第二卡紧位,所述第一卡紧位位于所述滑槽偏向内侧的侧壁上,所述第二卡紧位设于所述滑槽偏向外侧的侧壁上,所述卡接端的第二卡紧部与所述第二卡紧位对应配合;
    开锁时,顶推所述第一阀杆的自由端向外转动,使所述第一卡紧部脱离所述第一卡紧位,同时,所述第一阀杆的自由端向外转动从而推动所述撬动端向外转动,并使得所述卡接端向内转动,迫使所述第二卡紧部脱离所述第二卡紧位;
    闭锁时,所述阀杆复位件驱动所述阀杆的自由端向内转动,使所述第一卡紧部复位并卡接在所述第一卡紧位上,所述锁杆复位件驱动所述锁杆的撬动端向内转动,并使得所述卡接端向外转动,以使得所述第二卡紧部复位并卡接在所述第二卡紧位上。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的发卡、换卡设备,其特征在于,所述卡片回收装置还包括中空的且设有第二闸口的第二箱体、底部侧面设有第二开口的卡箱套、第二滑动闸门、第二闸门复位机构、第二自锁机构以及解锁机构,
    所述第二滑动闸门可滑动地连接于所述二箱体上并具有一打开位置及一盖设于所述第二闸门上的关闭位置;
    所述第二闸门复位机构设于所述卡箱套的侧壁上,所述第二卡箱脱离所述卡箱套时,所述第二闸门复位机构驱动所述第二闸门由所述打开位置移动至所述关闭位置;
    所述第二自锁机构设于所述第二箱体的内部,用于锁死处于所述关闭位置的所述第二滑动闸门;
    所述解锁机构设于所述第二箱体远离所述第二闸口的端壁,用于驱动所述第二自锁机构解锁,以使所述第二滑动闸门可移动至所述打开位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发卡、换卡设备,其特征在于,所述卡片运送装置包括用于夹取或发出卡片的夹持机构,以及用于驱动所述夹持机构在上述工作模式之间切换的驱动机构;
    所述夹持机构包括第一驱动装置以及至少一组由两个轴线相互平行的滚轮构成的夹持部件,两个所述滚轮上下设置,两个所述滚轮之间的缝隙形成夹持空间,所述第一驱动装置驱动两个所述滚轮之一转动以使所述夹持部件夹取或发出卡片;
    所述驱动机构包括第一导轨、第二驱动装置,所述夹持机构可滑动地设于所述第一导轨上,所述第二驱动装置驱动所述夹持机构沿所述第一导轨往复移动,以使所述夹持机构在上述工作模式之间切换。
  9. 一种权利要求1-8任一项所述发卡、换卡设备的发卡、换卡方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S01、读卡器将插入其内部的第一卡片的账户信息进行读取并存储;
    S02、卡片运送装置将所述第一卡片从读卡器中取出,并将所述第一卡片运送给卡片暂存装置进行暂存;
    S03、卡片运送装置将发卡装置发出的第二卡片取走,并将所述第二卡片运送给读卡器,读卡器将存储的所述账户信息写入所述第二卡片,并将所述第二卡片吐出;
    S04、卡片运送装置将卡片暂存装置上的第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给卡片回收装置进行回收。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发卡、换卡方法,其特征在于,在步骤S03中,若发卡装置发出第二卡片失败时:
    所述卡片运送装置将卡片暂存装置的所述第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给读卡器,由读卡器将所述第一卡片吐出;
    或者,若读卡器在第二卡片上写入所述账户信息失败时:所述卡片运送装置先将第二卡片运送至卡片回收装置进行回收,然后将卡片暂存装置的所述第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给读卡器,由读卡器将所述第一卡片吐出。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的发卡、换卡方法,其特征在于,在步骤S04中,卡片运送装置将卡片暂存装置上的第一卡片取走,先将所述第一卡片运送给卡片物理破坏装置进行物理破坏;然后,卡片运送装置将卡片物理破坏装置中的所述第一卡片取走,并将所述第一卡片运送给卡片回收装置进行回收。
  12. 一种金融自助终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的发卡、换卡设备。
