- the imaging sensor moves in the same plane when moving under the MEMS (can move in different directions of the same plane), and the same plane refers to the plane of the imaging sensor after focusing, so that the imaging sensor When moving under the MEMS, the change of the focal length is hardly affected, or the distance between the lens optical center and the imaging sensor is not affected when moving, so that the image obtained by the imaging sensor at different positions is basically a clear image obtained after focusing.

- the plurality of images can be superimposed. It can be understood that if there are overlapping portions at the time of superimposition, the pixel values of the overlapping portions in the superimposed image can be selected as the average of the pixel values of the corresponding portions of the plurality of images. - the pixel value of the leftmost column of the image, the pixel value of the rightmost column is the pixel value of the rightmost column of the image after the second movement, and the portion of the N*(M-1) size in the middle
- the pixel value of each pixel is the mean of the corresponding pixel values of the two image portions that are overlapped as described above.

Rounding down (X/0.5) means not exceeding the maximum integer value of X/0.5.
- the desired portion of the superimposed image may be selected for enlargement, and the specific magnification is related to the number of pixels added by the superimposed image.
