Description

便携式防晒霜使用设备和防晒霜使用的提醒方法 技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及一种便携式防晒霜使用设备和防晒霜使用的提醒方法。
背景技术
波长位于0.32微米至0.40微米的紫外线为A紫外线。人的皮肤接受过量的A紫外线照射会引起光致凝结,会抑制人的免疫系统的正常功能;波长位于0.28微米至0.32微米之间的为B紫外线,人的皮肤长期接受B紫外线的照射则可能会导致皮肤癌,白内障及免疫系统功能障碍等隐患。日常生活中,人们难免会暴露于紫外线下,所以需要使用防晒霜来对皮肤加以保护,以防止上述疾病的发生。
针对于不同强度的紫外线要采用不同防御等级的防晒霜。防晒霜的防御指标主要包括:PA(Preventive Effect)和SPF(Sun Protection Factor),PA被区分为防御效果递增的PA+、PA++、PA+++;SPF是指防晒护肤产品对紫外线防护能力的大小,SPF指数越高,对皮肤给予的保护能力越强。
如果检测紫外线强度的装置与盛装护肤产品的容器分开设置,用户有时会忘记携带护肤产品,在这种情况下,用户可能长时间受到紫外线的照射,从而对他/她的健康带来不利影响。除此之外,针对不同强度的紫外线需要使用不同防御等级的护肤产品,需要实时地监控紫外线强度,实时地给用户提醒以使用相应防御等级的护肤产品。

本发明至少一实施例提供一种便携式防晒霜使用设备和防晒霜使用的提醒方法,通过便携式防晒霜使用设备上的紫外线检测单元测试当前的紫外线强度,并将当前的紫外线强度反馈给防晒霜使用提醒单元,根据当前的紫外线强度提醒用户使用相应防御等级的防晒霜,从而使得用户能够获得及时、准确和有效的紫外线防护,减少或消除紫外线照射给用户带来的隐患,改善用户的生活品质。
本发明的实施例提供一种便携式防晒霜使用设备,图1A为该实施例提供的便携式防晒霜使用设备的结构示意图。如图1A所示,该便携式防晒霜使用设备100包括:紫外线处理装置101和与紫外线处理装置101连接的防晒霜盛放装置102,其中,紫外线处理装置101包括:紫外线检测单元和防晒霜使用提醒单元,该紫外线检测单元用于检测紫外线并获取当前的紫外线强度;该防晒霜使用提醒单元用于发出使用与当前的紫外线强度相对应的防御等级的防晒霜的预警提醒;防晒霜盛放装置用于盛放不同防御等级的防晒霜。
例如,在该便携式防晒霜使用设备100中,紫外线处理装置101和防晒霜盛放装置102连接在一起,例如二者也可以一体形成或彼此固定在一起,通过紫外线处理装置101中的紫外线检测单元检测当前的紫外线强度,因此可以方便地提醒用户使用何种防御等级的防晒霜,或者直接指示用户使用哪个防晒霜盛放装置102中的防晒霜。除此之外,本实施例中的便携式防晒霜使用设备100可以方便地盛放多个对应于不同紫外线防御等级的防晒霜,同时用户也很容易立刻找到对应于当前紫外线强度的防晒霜。
例如,防晒霜盛放装置102也可从紫外线处理装置101上拆卸下来,以便于填装或者更换防晒霜。

例如,紫外线指数包含0-15个等级,数字越大表示紫外线强度越强。紫外线等级确定单元107根据紫外线强度将其预先划分为紫外线强度递增的第一强度范围、第二强度范围和第三强度范围的标准,输出对应于第一强度范围的轻度级信号,对应于第二强度范围的中度级信号,对应于第三强度范围的严重级信号。
例如,0-2为最弱级,该级别的紫外线为安全级,可以不采取防御措施;3-6为中等级,该级别的紫外线被设定为第一强度范围,可涂擦防晒指数(Sun Protection Factor,SPF)不低于20的防晒霜;7-9为较强级,该级别的紫外线被设定为第二强度范围,可涂擦SPF不低于30且PA(Preventive Effect)为PA++以上的防晒霜;紫外线指数大于10为最强级,该级别的紫外线被设定为第三强度范围,紫外线在该强度等级范围内时尽量不要外出,必须外出时,要使用SPF大于50的防晒霜,及PA+++以上的防晒霜。
这里,SPF是防晒护肤产品对紫外线防护能力的大小。SPF指数越高,对皮肤给予的保护能力越大。SPF值不同,表示有效防晒的时间不同。例如,SPF 20=20*10=200分钟;SPF 30=30*10=300分钟;SPF 50=50*10=500分钟。
例如,紫外线检测单元用于按照预设时间周期获取便携式防晒霜使用设备环境中当前紫外线的强度。预设时间周期可以为固定时间,例如,5分钟、10分钟、20分钟或者30分钟;或者预设时间周期可以随当前紫外线强度的增加逐渐变短,当检测到当前紫外线的强度在第一强度范围内时,预设时间周期为30分钟,当检测到当前紫外线的强度在第二强度范围内时,预设时间周期为15分钟,当检测到当前紫外线的强度在第三强度范围内时,预设时间周期为5分钟。
图1D为紫外线处理装置的再一个示例的示意图,该紫外线处理装置与图1B的示例相比,还包括一个控制器。该控制器与紫外线检测单元和防晒霜使用提醒单元连接,控制器从紫外线检测单元获取当前紫外线强度的检测结果,根据该检测结果控制防晒霜使用提醒单元进行相应的提醒操作。而且该控制器还可以作为紫外线等级确定单元使用。该控制器例如可以为通过专用或通用计算设备实现,例如DSP、单片机、CPU等。

如图1A所示,该紫外线处理装置101上还可以设置有起定时开关作用的第一按钮111。每种防晒霜都有相应的有效防晒时间,用户可以在每次喷涂完防晒霜后设定时间,当防晒霜的有效防晒时间截止时对用户加以提醒。

例如,如图2所示,在6个防晒霜盛放装置102中,靠近紫外线处理装置101的两个防晒霜盛放装置102中盛放着SPF不低于20的防晒霜来防御第一强度范围内的紫外线,中间的两个防晒霜盛放装置102中盛放着SPF不低于30的防晒霜来防御第二强度范围内的紫外线,远离紫外线处理装置101的两个防晒霜盛放装置102中盛放着SPF不低于50的防晒霜来防御第三强度范围内的紫外线。

图3为防晒霜盛放装置102的一个示例的内部结构示意图,该示范性的防晒霜盛放装置102包括按压头201、出口单向阀202、密封橡胶垫203、隔绝板204和入口单向阀205。使用该防晒霜盛放装置10挤出防晒霜的过程为:用户根据提醒信息按下相应防晒霜盛放装置的按压头201,或者在紫外线处理装置中设置有控制器,防晒霜盛放装置中设置有驱动器,驱动器用于驱动防晒霜的喷出,在腕带103上设置连接线,驱动器和控制器通过连接线连接,连接线将控制器发出的信号传送至驱动器,驱动器接受信号进行后续工作,例如,控制器根据相应的提醒信号,控制驱动器驱动按压头201向下运动,挤压密封橡胶垫203,让外界的空气进入入口单向阀205,空气压缩隔绝板 204下面的防晒霜,让防晒霜通过出口单向阀202,最后防晒霜从出口挤出。
本发明的实施例还提供一种便携式防晒霜使用设备,图4为本实施例提供的一种便携式防晒霜使用设备的结构示意图,该便携式防晒霜使用设备100包括:紫外线处理装置101和与紫外线处理装置101连接的防晒霜盛放装置102,其中,紫外线处理装置101包括:紫外线检测单元和防晒霜使用提醒单元,该紫外线检测单元用于检测紫外线并获取当前的紫外线强度;该防晒霜使用提醒单元用于发出使用与当前的紫外线强度相对应的防御等级的防晒霜的预警提醒;防晒霜盛放装置用于盛放不同防御等级的防晒霜。紫外线处理装置101也同样可以为如图1B-1D所示的示例。
例如,如图4所示,该紫外线处理装置101具有外壁114,外壁114上设置有多个容纳空间117,各个防晒霜盛放装置102分别设置在各个容纳空间内。
例如,图5为图4中便携式防晒霜使用设备外壁和防晒霜盛放装置结合的结构示意图,图6为图4中便携式防晒霜使用设备的外壁的结构示意图,外壁114的形状包括环形、多边形,容纳空间117包括凹陷部分和卡紧部分,容纳空间由设置在外壁上的凹槽结构1171和弧形片1172限定,各个防晒霜盛放装置102放置在各个容纳空间内。
需要说明的是,多个容纳空间可以设置成不同的大小,以适应于不同的防晒霜盛放装置。除此之外,容纳空间的大小也可以通过材料的柔韧性来调节,用于适应于不同尺寸的防晒霜盛放装置。
例如,图7为图4中便携式防晒霜使用设备内部的结构示意图,圆柱体内可以设置电池115,圆柱体内也可以布线。在电池115两端具有电池电极,在一端的电池电极上设置有传感器112和显示屏110,电池115的形状在此不做限定,可以是任何合适的形状。
图8为图4中便携式防晒霜使用设备更换防晒霜的示意图,该紫外线处理装置还包括底板116,底板116上设置有多个凹槽,防晒霜盛放装置的远离防晒霜出口的一端被限定在凹槽中,底板116通过螺母固定于下电极板上。防晒霜更换过程为:取下底板116,将防晒霜盛放装置取出,向防晒霜盛放装置放入新的防晒霜,或者直接换取新的装有防晒霜的防晒霜盛放装置。
例如,便携式防晒霜使用设备更换防晒霜的过程可以是自动化控制的。例如,如果为有线控制,在防晒霜更换的过程中,如图7所示,可通过设置 在圆柱状内的布线驱动设置在底板116和容纳空间之间的弹出机构自动弹出,从而使底板116与容纳空间分离,进而进行后续的防晒霜盛放装置更换的过程,或者,如果为无线控制,则图7中圆柱状内部可以不用布线,通过无线设备将信号传递给底板116或者外壁114上的信号接收单元,然后驱动底板116和容纳空间之间设置的弹出机构自动弹出,从而带动底板116与容纳空间分离。
防晒霜盛放装置102的内部结构示意图参见上述相关描述,在此不再赘述。
本发明的实施例还提供一种防晒霜使用的提醒方法,包括:采用上述任一便携式防晒霜使用设备获取当前的紫外线强度、获取与当前的紫外线强度对应防御等级的防晒霜使用的预警提醒。
该便携式防晒霜使用设备包括紫外线处理装置和与紫外线处理装置连接的防晒霜盛放装置,紫外线处理装置和防晒霜盛放装置设置在一起,两者配合使用。该紫外线处理装置包括:紫外线检测单元和防晒霜使用提醒单元,紫外线检测单元用于检测紫外线并获取当前的紫外线强度,防晒霜使用提醒单元用于发出使用与当前的紫外线强度相对应的防御等级的防晒霜的预警提醒,防晒霜盛放装置用于盛放不同防御等级的防晒霜。紫外线处理装置101同样可以采用如图1B-1D所示的示例。
紫外线处理装置包括紫外线等级确定单元,紫外线等级确定单元将紫外线强度预先划分为紫外线强度递增的第一强度范围、第二强度范围和第三强度范围的标准,并输出对应于第一强度范围的轻度级信号,对应于第二强度范围的中度级信号和对应于第三强度范围的严重级信号。
例如,紫外线指数包含0-15个基础等级,数字越大表示紫外线强度越强。紫外线指数为0-2时,设定为最弱级,该级别的紫外线为安全级,可以不采取防御措施;3-6为中等级,该级别的紫外线被设定为第一强度范围,可涂擦防晒指数(Sun Protection Factor,SPF)不低于20的防晒霜;7-9为较强级,该级别的紫外线被设定为第二强度范围,可涂擦SPF不低于30且PA(Preventive Effect)为PA++以上的防晒霜;紫外线指数大于10为最强级,该级别的紫外线被设定为第三强度范围,紫外线在该强度等级范围内时尽量不要外出,必须外出时,要使用SPF大于50的防晒霜,及PA+++以上的防晒霜。
这里,SPF是防晒护肤产品对紫外线防护能力的大小。SPF指数越高,对皮肤给予的保护能力越大。SPF值不同,表示有效防晒的时间不同。例如,SPF 20=20*10=200分钟;SPF 30=30*10=300分钟;SPF 50=50*10=500分钟。
例如,紫外线检测单元用于按照预设时间周期获取便携式防晒霜使用设备环境中当前紫外线的强度。预设时间周期可以为固定时间,例如,5分钟、10分钟、20分钟或者30分钟;或者预设时间周期可以随当前紫外线强度的增加逐渐变短,当检测到当前紫外线的强度在第一强度范围内时,预设时间周期为30分钟,当检测到当前紫外线的强度在第二强度范围内时,预设时间周期为15分钟,当检测到当前紫外线的强度在第三强度范围内时,预设时间周期为5分钟。
例如,防晒霜使用的提醒方法包括语音输出、图像显示和震动。例如,若提醒方法为语音输出,则输出预设的语音信号,直接用语音播报的形式提醒用户使用何种防御等级的防晒霜,或者控制器接受了语音提醒信号,驱动器直接驱动按压头201向下运动挤出防晒霜;若提醒方法为图像显示,则输出预设的图像信号,直接以图像或者文字的形式告知用户使用何种防御等级的防晒霜;若提醒方法为震动,则输出预设频率的震动信号。
本发明的实施例提供的便携式防晒霜使用设备具有以下至少一项有益效果:(1)紫外线处理装置和防晒霜盛放装置设置在一起,可通过紫外线处理装置检测出当前的紫外线强度等级,并给用户以提醒,指示用户使用合适的防晒霜;(2)针对不同的紫外线强度,相应防御等级的防晒霜自动喷出,给用户以保护。
有以下几点需要说明:
(1)本发明实施例附图只涉及到与本发明实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计。
(2)为了清晰起见,在用于描述本发明的实施例的附图中,层或区域的厚度被放大或缩小,即这些附图并非按照实际的比例绘制。可以理解,当诸如层、膜、区域或基板之类的元件被称作位于另一元件“上”或“下”时,该元件可以“直接”位于另一元件“上”或“下”,或者可以存在中间元件。
(3)在不冲突的情况下,本发明的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合以得到新的实施例。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种便携式防晒霜使用设备,包括:紫外线处理装置和与所述紫外线处理装置连接的防晒霜盛放装置,其中,
    所述紫外线处理装置包括:
    紫外线检测单元,用于检测紫外线并获取当前的紫外线强度;
    防晒霜使用提醒单元,用于发出使用与所述当前的紫外线强度相对应的防御等级的防晒霜的预警提醒;
    所述防晒霜盛放装置用于盛放不同防御等级的防晒霜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述紫外线处理装置还包括控制器,所述控制器与所述紫外线检测单元和所述防晒霜使用提醒单元连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述紫外线处理装置还包括通信模块,所述通信模块与所述控制器连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述防晒霜盛放装置还包括驱动器,所述驱动器和所述控制器连接,所述驱动器用于驱动防晒霜的喷出。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述紫外线处理装置还包括紫外线等级确定单元,所述紫外线等级确定单元用于确定当前紫外线的强度等级。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述紫外线等级确定单元,根据紫外线强度将其预先划分为紫外线强度递增的第一强度范围、第二强度范围和第三强度范围的标准,输出对应于所述第一强度范围的轻度级信号,对应于所述第二强度范围的中度级信号和对应于所述第三强度范围的严重级信号。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述紫外线检测单元用于按照预设时间周期获取所述便携式防晒霜使用设备环境中当前紫外线的强度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,包括多个防晒霜盛放装置,其中,多个所述防晒霜盛放装置用于盛放不同防御等级的防晒霜。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述防晒霜使用提醒单元内存储有各个所述防晒霜盛放装置内盛放的防晒霜对应防御等级的信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述防晒霜使用提醒单元包括语音输出装置、图像显示装置或震动装置。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,还包括适于佩戴于使用者手腕的腕带,其中,所述紫外线处理装置和所述防晒霜盛放装置通过所述腕带连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述腕带上设置有容纳空间,所述防晒霜盛放装置设置在所述容纳空间内。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述腕带上设置有扣紧器,所述扣紧器可以调整所述腕带的限制空间。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述紫外线处理装置具有外壁,所述外壁上设置有容纳空间,所述防晒霜盛放装置设置在所述容纳空间内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,其中,所述容纳空间的大小可调节以适应于不同尺寸的所述防晒霜盛放装置。
  16. 一种防晒霜使用的提醒方法,包括:采用权利要求1-15中任一项所述的便携式防晒霜使用设备,获取当前的紫外线强度,发出使用与所述当前的紫外线强度相对应的防御等级的防晒霜的预警提醒。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的防晒霜使用的提醒方法,其中,将紫外线强度预先划分为紫外线强度递增的第一强度范围、第二强度范围和第三强度范围的标准,输出对应于所述第一强度范围的轻度级信号,对应于所述第二强度范围的中度级信号和对应于所述第三强度范围的严重级信号。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的防晒霜使用的提醒方法,其中,所述预警提醒包括:语音输出、图像显示或震动。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的防晒霜使用的提醒方法,其中,若所述预警提醒为所述语音输出,则输出预设的语音信号;若所述预警提醒为所述图像显示,则输出预设的图像信号;若所述预警提醒为所述震动,则输出预设频率的震动信号。
