本申请提供了一种防松脱插座,造型安全可靠、使用方便且防松脱。
本申请实施例提供一种防松脱插座,包括插座本体,以及,所述的插座本体上设置的弹性压块、旋转凸轮及拨杆。
可选的,所述插座本体上设置有方孔。
可选的,所述插座本体上设置有条形锁扣。
可选的,所述插座本体上设置有方形锁扣。
可选的,所述弹性压块的数量为2个。
可选的,所述条形锁扣的数量为2个。
可选的,所述方形锁扣的数量为1个。
可选的,所述插座本体上设置有插头安装孔和条形孔。
可选的,所述插座本体为塑料材质。
本申请实施例提供一种防松脱插座,该插座本体上设置有插头防松脱机构,防止插头在使用过程中松脱,同时采用锁扣实现同其他电器设备的安装固定, 结构新颖、安全可靠以及安装方便快捷。

其中:1为插座本体,11为弹性压块,12为旋转凸轮,13为拨杆,14为方孔,15为条形锁扣,16为方形锁扣,17为插头安装孔,18为条形孔。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对上述方案进行说明。应理解,这些实施例是用于说明本申请而非用于限制本申请的范围。本申请实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件进行调整,未注明的实施条件通常为常规实验中的条件。在不冲突的情况下,实施例和实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
如图1~5所示,一种防松脱插座,包括插座本体1,以及,所述的插座本体1上设置的弹性压块11、旋转凸轮12及拨杆13。
可选的,插座本体1上设置有方孔14。
通过插座本体1上设置的方孔14并利用扎线带可以实现对插头电源线的防松脱功能。
可选的,插座本体1上设置有条形锁扣15。
可选的,插座本体1上设置有方形锁扣16。
可选的,条形锁扣15数量为2个。
可选的,方形锁扣16数量为1个。
其中,条形锁扣15和方形锁扣16可选的设置为弹性锁扣,当插座插入插头安装孔17后,条形锁扣15和方形锁扣16用于锁紧插座与插座本体1,使插座不会被拔出。
可选的,弹性压块11数量为2个。
其中,弹性压块11设置成两个可以从相对的两侧被旋转凸轮12挤压,从而实现插头安装孔17从相对的两侧变小,防止插头松脱。
可选的,插座本体1上设置有插头安装孔17和条形孔18。
可选的,插座本体1为塑料材质。
在使用时插头固定在插座本体1上设置的插头安装孔17的位置,通过旋转拨杆13在条形孔18内的位置实现旋转凸轮12对弹性压块11的挤压并最终实现对插头的防松脱功能。
通过旋转拨杆13在条形孔18内的位置,实现凸轮12对弹性压块11的挤压,从而实现插头安装孔17变小,防止插头松脱;旋转拨杆13到相反方向实现凸轮12放开对弹性压块11的挤压,从而实现插头安装孔17恢复正常大小,方便拔掉插头。
本申请实施例提供一种防松脱插座,该插座本体上设置有插头防松脱机构,防止插头在使用过程中松脱,结构新颖、安全可靠。

  1. 一种防松脱插座,包括插座本体(1),以及,所述的插座本体(1)上设置的弹性压块(11)、旋转凸轮(12)及拨杆(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所示的一种防松脱插座,其中,所述插座本体(1)上设置有方孔(14)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所示的一种防松脱插座,其中,所述插座本体(1)上设置有条形锁扣(15)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所示的一种防松脱插座,其中,所述插座本体(1)上设置有方形锁扣(16)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所示的一种防松脱插座,其中,所述弹性压块(11)的数量为2个。
  6. 根据权利要求1所示的一种防松脱插座,其中,所述条形锁扣(15)的数量为2个。
  7. 根据权利要求1所示的一种防松脱插座,其中,所述方形锁扣(16)的数量为1个。
  8. 根据权利要求1所示的一种防松脱插座,其中,所述插座本体上(1)设置有插头安装孔(17)和条形孔(18)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所示的一种防松脱插座,其中,所述插座本体(1)为塑料材质。
