Abstract
The present invention is related to a string lock and its female lock; the female lock is for fixing to a cloth including a restricting string base and a bottom board; the restraining string base contains a main body and a hollow bolt; the main body has a binding surface, which is installed with a front opening hole and multiple protruding blocks; the hollow bolt is coupled to the main body; the bottom board is installed with a connecting hole; the hollow bolt is bolted to the bottom board such that the protruding block on the binding surface press against the surface of the cloth held between the hollow bolt and bottom board.
Description
- The purpose of the present invention is in providing a string locking device and its female lock in order to realize the stable positioning of female lock. The female lock of the string locking device provided by the present invention is for fixing the installed cloth element wherein the female lock contains:

- restraining string base including:
- main body, having a binding surface wherein the binding surface is installed with a front opening hole penetrating the main body and installed with multiple protruding blocks; and
- hollow bolt, coupled to the main body and connected to the front opening hole, vertically extending from the binding surface towards the exterior of the main body; and
- bottom board, installed with a connecting hole for accepting the penetration of hollow bolt;
- The hollow bolt is bolted to the bottom board so that the protruding blocks on the binding surface press against the surface of the cloth held between the hollow bolt and the bottom board.
- Optionally, the protruding blocks installed on the binding surface of the main body are circularly surrounding the cone protruding blocks on the front opening hole.
- Furthermore the bottom board device has binding surface for connecting to the cloth element, wherein the binding surface of the bottom board is installed with multiple protruding blocks. Optionally, the protruding blocks installed on the binding surface of the bottom board is circularly installed on the cone protruding blocks surrounding the connecting hole.
- The present invention provides a string-locking device containing a female lock, male lock, and an elastic structure;
- The female lock includes a restraining string base and a bottom board, wherein the restraining string base contains a main body and a hollow bolt; the main body has a binding surface and installed with an assembling grove; the binding surface is installed with a front opening hole penetrating the main body and the assembling grove and is installed with multiple protruding blocks; the hollow bolt is coupled to the main body and connecting to the front opening hole; the hollow bolt penetrates the connecting hole installed on the bottom board and is bolted to the bottom board so that the protruding block press against the surface of the cloth element held between the hollow bolt and the bottom board;
- The elastic structure is installed at the bottom of the assembling grove;
- The male lock has a lock body and the lock body is installed with a male lock opening hole; the male lock is installed in the assembling grove so that the lock body presses against the elastic structure in order to receive the spring force, wherein the hole size of the male lock and installation direction matches with the hole size of the front opening hole and installation direction; the male lock also has a limiting section so that the bottom of the lock body is always located in the assembling grove.
- Optionally, the limiting section is a clicking hook installed in the lock body so that it presses against the top side edge when the spring force is greater than external force; the elastic structure is a spring.
- In the present invention, a hollow bolt is installed through female restraining string base using bolted method for connecting cloth element and bottom board and installing protruding blocks on the binding surface of connecting cloth for assistance of pressing against the surface of cloth element for enforcing the binding intensity of female lock and cloth element. This is for stable positioning and thereon increases the operating feature and durability of the string locking device.

- The present invention proposes a string locking device and its female lock, wherein the main feature is in the female lock restraining string base is installed with hollow bolt, using bolting method to combine with cloth element and bottom board. The binding surface for connecting with cloth element is installed with protruding blocks for assistance of pressing against the surface of cloth element, wherein the female lock and cloth element could provide high binding intensity to provide female lock with stable positioning.
- Below connecting instruction with attached diagrams provides detailed description for the embodiment of the present invention. Clearly, the embodiment described is one of the embodiments of the present invention. The embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art under the pretext without paying creativity are protected by the claims of the present invention.
- Please refer to
FIG. 1 throughFIG. 5 at the same time. As shown in the diagrams,string lock 10 comprises amale lock 20, afemale lock 50, and anelastic structure 60 for fixing onto acloth element 90 with a string penetrating through thehole 93 oncloth element 90. The above stated cloth element refers to any carrier usingstring locking device 10, which can be any fabrics, leather products, plastic products, or paper products. - The
female lock 50 installed oncloth element 90 consists of astring restraining base 30 and abottom board 40. The string-restraining base 30 comprises amain body 31 and ahollow bolt 36, wherein themain body 31 is installed with a hollow shell ofassembly grove 32 with abinding surface 310 for binding thecloth element 90. The top ofbinding surface 310 is installed with afront opening hole 33, wherein thefront opening hole 33 penetrates the two opposing walls of the assemblinggrove 32 of themain body 31. The top ofbinding surface 310 is installed with multiple cone shapedprotruding blocks 34 circularly installed on the surrounding offront opening hole 33. Thehollow bolt 36 is a copper bolt coupled to themain body 31 and connected tofront opening hole 33, vertically extended from thebinding surface 310 towards exterior ofmain body 31. Thebottom board 40 in general is presenting a plate structure, wherein the top is installed with abinding hole 41 for receiving the penetrating installation ofhollow bolt 36. Thebottom board 40 has an individual bindingsurface 42 for bindingcloth element 90. Thebinding surface 42 is also installed with multiple cone-shaped protruding blocks 43 circularly installed on the surrounding ofbinding hole 41. - Additionally the
main body 31 of therestraining string base 30 and thebottom board 40 in general is made of plastic injection art, whereas the binding method ofhollow bolt 36 andmain body 31 is compressed together, or bound through combined injection ofhollow bolt 36 andmain body 31 so that thehollow bolt 36 is embedded directly inmain body 31. - The
restraining string base 30 andbottom board 40 are connected to theopposing surface binding cloth element 90, respectively for thehollow bolt 36 to be installed on thebinding hole 41 through thehole 93 ofcloth element 90. Thehollow bolt 36 penetratinghollow bolt 41 is bound to thebinding hole 41 using compressed and rotated method for connecting tobottom board 40. The protrudingblock 34 of restrainingstring base 30 and the protrudingblock 43 ofbottom board 40 respectively press against thesurface cloth element 90, which assist intensifying the binding strength to stabilize the positioning offemale lock 50. - The
elastic structure 60 is a spring installed at the bottom of assemblinggrove 32. Themale lock 20 has an activatingsection 21, alock body 22, and a limitingsection 24. The top oflock body 22 is installed with amale lock hole 23, wherein the size of the hole and direction of opening matches with thefront opening hole 33 and direction of restrainingbase 30. The activatingsection 21 is presenting a curving structure installed on the top of thelock body 22, wherein the limitingsection 24 is a clicking hook installed on thelock body 22. Themale lock 20 is installed on the assemblinggrove 32 of restrainingstring base 30 so that thebottom surface 25 of thelock body 22 presses againstelastic structure 60 in order to receive its pressing spring force while the limitingsection 24 presses against the edge offront opening hole 33. - When the
male lock 20 receives spring force, the malelock opening hole 23 drifts away thefront opening hole 33, the limitingsection 24 presses against the top side edge offront opening hole 33 so that themale lock 20 is restrained inside the assemblinggrove 32. When the activatingsection 21 ofmale lock 20 is subjected to external force F, thelock body 22 is pressed against theelastic structure 60 and sunk into assemblinggrove 32 until the limitingsection 24 is pressed against the lower side edge of thefront opening hole 33, the malelock opening hole 23 is pointed tofront opening hole 33 while and form a penetratingpath 11 withbolt 36 that for string to pass through. When the external force F is removed, themale lock 20 returns to the original position so that the malelock opening hole 23 drifts away thefront opening hole 33, causing the penetratingpath 11 to reduce, thereafter achieves the locking function for the string. - Lastly to explain in particular is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the protruding blocks 34 and 43 is using cone-shaped protruding blocks forming circular arrangement as an example. In other embodiment the protruding blocks can be designed into any suitable shape structure and arranged in any forms that similarly achieves the effect of assisting in positioning.
- In summary, the present invention of string locking device and its female lock through installing hollow bolt in the female lock restraining base adopts bolting method for connecting with cloth element and bottom board, and through the binding surface of cloth element additional protruding blocks are additionally installed pressing against the surface of cloth element for the aid of positioning Therefore, the binding intensity of female lock with cloth element will effectively increase, rendering the string locking device steadily positioned, thereby helps in increasing its operating feature and durability.
- Above is just the preferred embodiment of the present invention. However, the claims of the present invention are not limited here. Those skilled in this art could easily make numerous modifications and variations without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims.
Claims (15)
1. A female lock of a string-locking device for fixing onto a cloth element, the female lock contains:
restraining string, including:
main body, having a binding surface, wherein the binding surface is installed with a front opening hole penetrating the main body, and is installed with multiple protruding blocks; and
hollow bolt, coupled to the main body, and connecting to the front opening hole, extending vertically to the exterior of the main body; and
a bottom board, installed with a connecting hole, for accepting the penetration of the hollow bolt;
the hollow bolt is bolted to the bottom board in order for the protruding blocks on the binding surface pressing against the surface of the cloth between the hollow bolt and bottom board;
2. The female lock of the string-locking device as claim 1 , wherein the protruding blocks installed on the binding face of the main body are respectively a cone protruding block;
3. The female lock of the string-locking device as claim 1 , wherein the protruding blocks installed on the binding surface of the main body are installed circularly on the peripheral of the aforementioned front opening hole;
4. The female lock of the string-locking device as claim 1 , wherein the bottom board has binding surface connecting to the cloth element, the binding surface of the bottom board is installed with multiple protruding blocks;
5. The female lock of the string-locking device as claim 4 , wherein the protruding blocks installed on the binding surface of the bottom board are respectively a cone protruding block;
6. The female lock of the string locking device as claim 4 , wherein the protruding blocks installed on the binding surface of the bottom board are circularly installed on the peripheral of the connecting hole;
7. The female lock of the string locking device as claim 1 , wherein the main body is installed with an assembling grove, the front opening hole penetrates the two opposing walls of the assembling grove;
8. The female lock of the string locking device as claim 2 , wherein the main body is installed with an assembling grove, the front opening hole penetrates the two opposing walls of the assembling grove;
9. The female lock of the string locking device as claim 3 , wherein the main body is installed with an assembling grove, the front opening hole penetrates the two opposing walls of the assembling grove;
10. The female lock of the string locking device as claim 4 , wherein the main body is installed with an assembling grove, the front opening hole penetrates the two opposing walls of the assembling grove;
11. The female lock of the string locking device as claim 5 , wherein the main body is installed with an assembling grove, the front opening hole penetrates the two opposing walls of the assembling grove;
12. The female lock of the string locking device as claim 6 , wherein the main body is installed with an assembling grove, the front opening hole penetrates the two opposing walls of the assembling grove;
13. A string locking device, containing female lock, male lock, and an elastic structure;
the female lock contains a string restraining base and a bottom board, the string restraining includes a main body and a hollow bolt; the main body has a binding surface, and installed with an assembling grove; the binding surface is installed with a front opening hole penetrating the main body and connecting to the front opening hole; the hollow bolt penetrates the connecting hole of the bottom board and is bolted to the bottom board so that the protruding blocks on the binding surface of the main body press against the surface of cloth between the hollow bolt and bottom board;
the elastic structure is installed on the bottom of the assembling grove;
the male locking device has a lock body, the lock body is installed with a male lock opening hole, the male lock is assembled to the assembling grove so that the lock body presses against the elastic structure in order to accept a spring force, wherein the hole size and direction of the male lock opening hole matches with the hole size and direction of the front opening hole; the male lock also has a limiting section so that the bottom of the lock body is always sit in the assembling grove;
14. According to the string-locking device stated in claim 13 , wherein the limiting section is a clicking hook installed in the lock body so that when the spring force is larger than external force can press against the upper side edge of the front opening hole;
15. The string-locking device stated in claim 13 , wherein the elastic structure is a spring.
