技术领域
本发明涉及IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IP多媒体子系统)网络通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种即时通信方法及装置。
背景技术
IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IP多媒体系统)是一种全新的多媒体业务形式,可实现移动网络与固网融合,以及语音、数据、视频三重融合,能够满足用户更多样化的多媒体业务需求。在当前IMS网络中,用户可以通过在PC(个人计算机)、智能手机、PAD(平板电脑)、可视电话等终端上登录自己的通讯账号,实现与其他用户之间的通信。但在同一时刻一个通讯账号只能在一个终端上登录,同一个通讯账号无法同时在多个终端上进行登录。这样,当用户当前登录通讯账号的终端在故障或关机等情况下时,用户就无法及时接收到其他用户发送的呼叫、语音等消息,因此,在当前IMS网络中,即时通信的可靠性不高。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种即时通信方法和装置,旨在解决在当前IMS网络中,即时通信的可靠性不高的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种即时通信方法,所述即时通信方法包括以下步骤:
在接收到发送端基于当前登录的第一通讯账号,采用IMS多媒体子系统网络发送的通信数据时,获取所述通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号;
根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送所述通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
优选地,在执行所述获取所述通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号步骤的同时,执行以下步骤:
获取所述通信数据中包含的所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号,其中,在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,所述发送端根据所述第一通讯账号以及所述发送端的标识信息,生成所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号;
解析所述实际通讯账号,确定所述发送端对应的第一通讯账号;
所述在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送所述通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端的步骤包括:
将所述通信数据中包含的所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号替换为所述第一通讯账号,更新所述通信数据;
在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送更新的通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
优选地,所述即时通信方法还包括步骤:
将各个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息进行保存,其中,所述通讯账号信息包括通讯账号对应的账号类型;
所述根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号的步骤包括:
查询保存的通讯账号信息,获取所述第二通讯账号对应的账号类型;
根据所述第二通讯账号对应的账号类型,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号。

本发明提出的即时通信方法及装置,在接收到发送端基于当前登录的第一通讯账号,采用IMS多媒体子系统网络发送的通信数据时,首先获取通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号,在该第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络将通信数据发送至当前登录第二通讯账号的多个接收端,即使在其中某接收端无法接收到通信数据,还有其他接收端接收到通信数据,从而提高了即时通信的可靠性。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种即时通信方法。参照图1,图1为本发明即时通信方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,所述即时通信方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,在接收到发送端基于当前登录的第一通讯账号,采用IMS多媒体子系统网络发送的通信数据时,获取所述通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号;
本实施例中,发送端、接收端以及通讯服务器通过IMS(IP multimedia subsystem,IP多媒体子系统)网络组成通讯系统,实现电话呼叫接听、消息收发等通信功能。在用户之间进行通信前,用户需要先注册相应的通讯账号,通讯账号有两种类型,一种为一号多机通讯账号,另外一种为一号一机通讯账号。若通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号,则用户可以在智能手机、pad(平板电脑)、PC(个人计算机)等多个终端上同时登录该通讯账号,而若通讯账号为一号一机通讯账号,则用户在一个时刻只能在一个终端上登录该通讯账号,不能同时在其他终端上登陆该通讯账号。
当通讯账号为一号一机通讯账号时,则该通讯账号在某一终端登录时,该通讯账号为在线状态,否则,就为离线状态。当通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,通讯账号的在线状态由用户登录该通讯账号的情况决定。例如,若用户包括四个终端A1、A2、A3和A4,则只要其中一个终端登录该通讯账号,则该通讯账号就为在线状态,只有当四个终端均未登录该通讯账号时,该通讯账号才为离线状态。而对于四个终端A1、A2、A3和A4之间,每个终端上显示该通讯账号在四个终端上的呈现状态,例如,若终端A1、A2登录该通讯账号,A3、A4未登陆该通讯账号,则在四个终端A1、A2、A3和A4上分别显示该通讯账号的呈现状态为:A1、A2在线,A3、A4离线。
当发送方用户想要与接收方用户进行通信时,例如,发送方用户注册了第一通讯账号,接收方用户注册了第二通讯账号,发送方用户通过发送端登录第一通讯账号,接收方用户通过接收端登录第二通讯账号。当发送方用户通过发送端向接收方用户发送通信数据时,其中,该通信数据可以为呼叫请求,或者为即时消息,或者还可以为其他多媒体业务数据。发送端基于当前登录的第一通讯账号,采用IMS网络发送与接收端进行通信的通信数据至通讯服务器。其中,该通信数据中包含有接收端对应的第二通讯账号。通讯服务器在接收到发送端发送的通信数据时,首先获取该通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号。
步骤S20,根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
当通讯服务器获取到通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号之后,通讯服务器根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号。具体地,本实施例中,所述即时通信方法还包括步骤:
步骤a,将各个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息进行保存,其中,所述通讯账号信息包括通讯账号对应的账号类型;
如图2所示,所述步骤S20包括:
步骤S21,查询保存的通讯账号信息,获取所述第二通讯账号对应的账号类型;
步骤S22,根据所述第二通讯账号对应的账号类型,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号。
本实施例中,通讯服务器中保存各个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息。其中,通讯账号信息包括各个通讯账号、各个通讯账号对应的账号类型、各个通讯账号对应的通信记录等信息。当通讯服务器获取到通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号之后,查询保存的通讯账号信息,获取该第二通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息。例如,若通讯服务器将各个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息保存在预设的数据库中,当获取到通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号时,通讯服务器查询该数据库,从中获取第二通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息。然后根据第二通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息,确定第二通讯账号的账号类型,根据第二通讯账号的账号类型,判断第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号,也即判断第二通讯账号是否可以同时在多个接收端登录。
步骤S30,在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送所述通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
在第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,也即可能有多个接收端同时登陆第二通讯账号,此时,通讯服务器采用IMS网络将通信数据发送至当前登录第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
例如,若接收方用户在智能手机、pad、PC机、可视电话等多个接收端同时登陆了第二通讯账号,此时,通讯服务器采用IMS网络将通信数据发送至接收方用户的智能手机、pad、PC机、可视电话等多个接收端。当接收方用户的智能手机、pad、PC机、可视电话等多个接收端在接收到该通信数据时,接收方用户可根据实际情况,选择其中的任意一个接收端执行响应操作。比如在通信数据为呼叫请求时,接收方用户可选择身边最近的一个接收端执行接听操作,从而反馈相应的接听响应消息,实现第一通讯账号与第二通讯账号之间的呼叫通信。
在第二通讯账号为一号一机通讯账号时,也即当前只能有一个接收端登陆第二通讯账号,此时,通讯服务器采用IMS网络将通信数据发送至当前登录第二通讯账号的一个接收端。
进一步地,本实施例中,所述即时通信方法还包括步骤:
步骤b,将保存的每个一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息发送至一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端,以供一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端共享所述一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息。
本实施例中,通讯服务器保存各个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息,之后,通讯服务器将保存的每个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息发送至所述通讯账号对应的至少一个终端。当通讯账号为一号一机通讯账号时,通讯服务器将其对应的通讯账号信息发送至该一号一机通讯账号对应的一个终端。当通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,通讯服务器将其对应的通讯账号信息发送至该一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端。例如,当某个一号多机通讯账号对应的终端为终端A1、A2、A3和A4时,通讯服务器将该一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息同时发送至终端A1、A2、A3和A4。因此,终端A1、A2、A3和A4可以共享该一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息。当用户通过终端A1、A2、A3和A4中的任意一个终端更改该一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息时,比如加入某群组或者退出某群组,通讯服务器保存更改后的通讯账号信息,并将更改后的通讯账号信息同时发送至该一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端,从而保证了一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端的通讯账号信息同步。
本实施例提供的方案,在接收到发送端基于当前登录的第一通讯账号,采用IMS多媒体子系统网络发送的通信数据时,首先获取通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号,在该第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络将通信数据发送至当前登录第二通讯账号的多个接收端,即使在其中某接收端无法接收到通信数据,还有其他接收端接收到通信数据,从而提高了即时通信的可靠性,提高了用户体验。
进一步地,基于第一实施例提出本发明即时通信方法第二实施例。在第二实施例中,在执行所述步骤S10的同时,执行以下步骤:
步骤c,获取所述通信数据中包含的所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号,其中,在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,所述发送端根据所述第一通讯账号以及所述发送端的标识信息,生成所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号;
步骤d,解析所述实际通讯账号,确定所述发送端对应的第一通讯账号;
所述步骤S30包括:
步骤e,将所述通信数据中包含的所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号替换为所述第一通讯账号,更新所述通信数据;
步骤f,在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送更新的通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
本实施例中,每个发送端都有对应的标识信息,例如,智能手机的标识信息为phone,平板电脑的标识信息为pad等等。当发送端基于当前登录的第一通讯账号,采用IMS网络发送通信数据时,若第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号,为了使得通讯服务器能够识别出该发送端,发送端根据其标识信息以及第一通讯账号,生成发送端对应的实际通讯账号。例如,若第一通讯账号为xiaowang,当发送端的标识信息为phone时,则生成发送端对应的实际通讯账号xiaowang-phone,当发送端的标识信息为pc时,则生成发送端对应的实际通讯账号xiaowang-pc,当发送端的标识信息为pad时,则生成发送端对应的实际通讯账号xiaowang-pad。发送端发送包含有接收端对应的第二通讯账号和发送端对应的实际通讯账号的通信数据至通讯服务器。
通讯服务器在接收到发送端发送的通信数据时,除了获取通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号以外,还获取通信数据中包含的发送端对应的实际通讯账号。
在获取了发送端对应的实际通讯账号之后,通讯服务器解析该实际通讯账号,确定发送端对应的第一通讯账号。例如,若获取发送端对应的实际通讯账号为xiaowang-phone,通讯服务器解析该实际通讯账号,确定其中phone为发送端对应的标识信息,xiaowang为发送端对应的第一通讯账号。
之后,通讯服务器对通信数据进行更新,将通信数据中包含的发送端对应的实际通讯账号替换为第一通讯账号。例如,若发送端对应的实际通讯账号为xiaowang-phone,则将其替换为xiaowang。当第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,通讯服务器采用IMS网络发送更新的通信数据至当前登录第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
当接收端接收到通讯服务器发送的更新的通信数据时,可获取该通信数据中包含的发送端对应的第一通讯账号。例如,若更新的通信数据中包含的发送端对应的第一通讯账号为xiaowang,接收方用户通过查看接收端接收到的该通信数据,即可知道该通信数据是由通讯账号为xiaowang的发送方用户发送的。
若第一通讯账号为一号一机通讯账号,则发送端直接发送包含有接收端对应的第二通讯账号和发送端对应的第一通讯账号的通信数据至通讯服务器。通讯服务器在接收到该通行数据时,若第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号,则通讯服务器直接转发该通信数据至当前登录第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
具体地,当发送端发送的通信数据为即时消息时,所述即时通信方法还包括:
步骤g,根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第一通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
步骤h,在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,发送所述即时消息至当前登录所述第一通讯账号的除所述发送端以外的其他终端。
当通讯服务器接收到发送端发送的即时消息,确定了发送端对应的第一通讯账号后,根据预存的通讯账号信息,按照对第二通讯账号进行判断的方式,判断第一通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号。在第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,通讯服务器还将该即时消息发送至当前登录第一通讯账号的除发送端以外的其他终端。
例如,若发送方用户在终端A1、A2、A3和A4上登陆第一通讯账号,并通过终端A1基于第一通讯账号,采用IMS网络发送即时消息至通讯服务器,也即此时终端A1为发送端。通讯服务器在接收到即时消息,判断第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,通讯服务器将接收到的该即时消息还发送至终端A2、A3和A4,从而实现在登录第一通讯账号的所有终端上显示即时消息。
本实施例提出的方案,当发送端基于登录的第一通讯账号发送即时消息至通讯服务器时,若第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号,则通讯服务器将该即时消息发送至当前登录第一通讯账号的除发送端以外的其他终端,从而实现在登录第一通讯账号的所有终端上显示该即时消息,进一步提高了用户体验。
本发明进一步提供一种即时通信装置。
参照图3,图3为本发明即时通信装置第一实施例的功能模块示意图。在本实施例中,所述即时通信装置包括:
获取模块10,用于在接收到发送端基于当前登录的第一通讯账号,采用IMS多媒体子系统网络发送的通信数据时,获取所述通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号;

本实施例中,存储模块将各个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息进行保存。其中,通讯账号信息包括各个通讯账号、各个通讯账号对应的账号类型、各个通讯账号对应的通信记录等信息。当获取模块10获取到通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号之后,查询单元21查询保存的通讯账号信息,获取该第二通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息。例如,若存储模块将各个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息保存在预设的数据库中,当获取模块10获取到通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号时,查询单元21查询该数据库,从中获取第二通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息,然后根据第二通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息,确定第二通讯账号的账号类型。分析单元22根据第二通讯账号的账号类型,判断第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号,也即判断第二通讯账号是否可以同时在多个接收端登录。
处理模块30,用于在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送所述通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
在第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,也即可能有多个接收端同时登陆第二通讯账号,此时,处理模块30采用IMS网络将通信数据发送至当前登录第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
例如,若接收方用户在智能手机、pad、PC机、可视电话等多个接收端同时登陆了第二通讯账号,此时,处理模块30采用IMS网络将通信数据发送至接收方用户的智能手机、pad、PC机、可视电话等多个接收端。当接收方用户的智能手机、pad、PC机、可视电话等多个接收端在接收到该通信数据时,接收方用户可根据实际情况,选择其中的任意一个接收端执行响应操作。比如在通信数据为呼叫请求时,接收方用户可选择身边最近的一个接收端执行接听操作,从而反馈相应的接听响应消息,实现第一通讯账号与第二通讯账号之间的呼叫通信。
在第二通讯账号为一号一机通讯账号时,也即当前只能有一个接收端登陆第二通讯账号,此时,处理模块30采用IMS网络将通信数据发送至当前登录第二通讯账号的一个接收端。
进一步地,本实施例中,所述处理模块30还用于:
将保存的每个一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息发送至一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端,以供一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端共享所述一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息。
本实施例中,存储模块保存各个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息,之后,处理模块30将保存的每个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息发送至所述通讯账号对应的至少一个终端。当通讯账号为一号一机通讯账号时,处理模块30将其对应的通讯账号信息发送至该一号一机通讯账号对应的一个终端。当通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,处理模块30将其对应的通讯账号信息发送至该一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端。例如,当某个一号多机通讯账号对应的终端为终端A1、A2、A3和A4时,处理模块30将该一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息同时发送至终端A1、A2、A3和A4。因此,终端A1、A2、A3和A4可以共享该一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息。当用户通过终端A1、A2、A3和A4中的任意一个终端更改该一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息时,比如加入某群组或者退出某群组,存储模块保存更改后的通讯账号信息,处理模块30将更改后的通讯账号信息同时发送至该一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端,从而保证了一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端的通讯账号信息同步。
本实施例提供的方案,在接收到发送端基于当前登录的第一通讯账号,采用IMS多媒体子系统网络发送的通信数据时,获取模块10首先获取通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号,在该第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,处理模块30采用IMS网络将通信数据发送至当前登录第二通讯账号的多个接收端,即使在其中某接收端无法接收到通信数据,还有其他接收端接收到通信数据,从而提高了即时通信的可靠性,提高了用户体验。
进一步地,基于第一实施例提出本发明即时通信装置第二实施例。在第二实施例中,所述获取模块10还用于:
获取所述通信数据中包含的所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号,其中,在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,所述发送端根据所述第一通讯账号以及所述发送端的标识信息,生成所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号;
所述分析模块20还用于:
解析所述实际通讯账号,确定所述发送端对应的第一通讯账号;
所述处理模块30还用于:
将所述通信数据中包含的所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号替换为所述第一通讯账号,更新所述通信数据;以及在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送更新的通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
本实施例中,每个发送端都有对应的标识信息,例如,智能手机的标识信息为phone,平板电脑的标识信息为pad等等。当发送端基于当前登录的第一通讯账号,采用IMS网络发送通信数据时,若第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号,为了使得通讯服务器能够识别出该发送端,发送端根据其标识信息以及第一通讯账号,生成发送端对应的实际通讯账号。例如,若第一通讯账号为xiaowang,当发送端的标识信息为phone时,则生成发送端对应的实际通讯账号xiaowang-phone,当发送端的标识信息为pc时,则生成发送端对应的实际通讯账号xiaowang-pc,当发送端的标识信息为pad时,则生成发送端对应的实际通讯账号xiaowang-pad。发送端发送包含有接收端对应的第二通讯账号和发送端对应的实际通讯账号的通信数据至通讯服务器。
通讯服务器在接收到发送端发送的通信数据时,获取模块10除了获取通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号以外,还获取通信数据中包含的发送端对应的实际通讯账号。
在获取模块10获取了发送端对应的实际通讯账号之后,分析模块20解析该实际通讯账号,确定发送端对应的第一通讯账号。例如,若获取发送端对应的实际通讯账号为xiaowang-phone,分析模块20解析该实际通讯账号,确定其中phone为发送端对应的标识信息,xiaowang为发送端对应的第一通讯账号。
之后,处理模块30对通信数据进行更新,将通信数据中包含的发送端对应的实际通讯账号替换为第一通讯账号。例如,若发送端对应的实际通讯账号为xiaowang-phone,则将其替换为xiaowang。当第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,处理模块30采用IMS网络发送更新的通信数据至当前登录第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
当接收端接收到通讯服务器发送的更新的通信数据时,可获取该通信数据中包含的发送端对应的第一通讯账号。例如,若更新的通信数据中包含的发送端对应的第一通讯账号为xiaowang,接收方用户通过查看接收端接收到的该通信数据,即可知道该通信数据是由通讯账号为xiaowang的发送方用户发送的。
若第一通讯账号为一号一机通讯账号,则发送端直接发送包含有接收端对应的第二通讯账号和发送端对应的第一通讯账号的通信数据至通讯服务器。通讯服务器在接收到该通行数据时,若第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号,则处理模块30直接转发该通信数据至当前登录第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
具体地,当发送端发送的通信数据为即时消息时,所述分析模块20还用于:
根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第一通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
所述处理模块30还用于:
在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,发送所述即时消息至当前登录所述第一通讯账号的除所述发送端以外的其他终端。
当通讯服务器接收到发送端发送的即时消息,分析模块20确定了发送端对应的第一通讯账号后,根据预存的通讯账号信息,按照对第二通讯账号进行判断的方式,判断第一通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号。在第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,处理模块30还将该即时消息发送至当前登录第一通讯账号的除发送端以外的其他终端。
例如,若发送方用户在终端A1、A2、A3和A4上登陆第一通讯账号,并通过终端A1基于第一通讯账号,采用IMS网络发送即时消息至通讯服务器,也即此时终端A1为发送端。通讯服务器在接收到即时消息,分析模块20判断第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,处理模块30将接收到的该即时消息还发送至终端A2、A3和A4,从而实现在登录第一通讯账号的所有终端上显示即时消息。
本实施例提出的方案,当发送端基于登录的第一通讯账号发送即时消息至通讯服务器时,若分析模块20判断第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号,则处理模块30将该即时消息发送至当前登录第一通讯账号的除发送端以外的其他终端,从而实现在登录第一通讯账号的所有终端上显示该即时消息,进一步提高了用户体验。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者系统所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种即时通信方法,其特征在于,所述即时通信方法包括以下步骤:
    在接收到发送端基于当前登录的第一通讯账号,采用IMS多媒体子系统网络发送的通信数据时,获取所述通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号;
    根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
    在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送所述通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的即时通信方法,其特征在于,在所述通信数据为即时消息时,所述即时通信方法还包括:
    根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第一通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
    在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,发送所述即时消息至当前登录所述第一通讯账号的除所述发送端以外的其他终端。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的即时通信方法,其特征在于,在执行所述获取所述通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号步骤的同时,执行以下步骤:
    获取所述通信数据中包含的所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号,其中,在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,所述发送端根据所述第一通讯账号以及所述发送端的标识信息,生成所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号;
    解析所述实际通讯账号,确定所述发送端对应的第一通讯账号;
    所述在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送所述通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端的步骤包括:
    将所述通信数据中包含的所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号替换为所述第一通讯账号,更新所述通信数据;
    在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送更新的通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的即时通信方法,其特征在于,在所述通信数据为即时消息时,所述即时通信方法还包括:
    根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第一通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
    在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,发送所述即时消息至当前登录所述第一通讯账号的除所述发送端以外的其他终端。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的即时通信方法,其特征在于,所述即时通信方法还包括步骤:
    将各个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息进行保存,其中,所述通讯账号信息包括通讯账号对应的账号类型;
    所述根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号的步骤包括:
    查询保存的通讯账号信息,获取所述第二通讯账号对应的账号类型;
    根据所述第二通讯账号对应的账号类型,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的即时通信方法,其特征在于,所述即时通信方法还包括步骤:
    将各个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息进行保存,其中,所述通讯账号信息包括通讯账号对应的账号类型;
    所述根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号的步骤包括:
    查询保存的通讯账号信息,获取所述第二通讯账号对应的账号类型;
    根据所述第二通讯账号对应的账号类型,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的即时通信方法,其特征在于,所述即时通信方法还包括步骤:
    将保存的每个一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息发送至一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端,以供一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端共享所述一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的即时通信方法,其特征在于,在所述通信数据为即时消息时,所述即时通信方法还包括:
    根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第一通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
    在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,发送所述即时消息至当前登录所述第一通讯账号的除所述发送端以外的其他终端。
  9. 一种即时通信装置,其特征在于,所述即时通信装置包括:
    获取模块,用于在接收到发送端基于当前登录的第一通讯账号,采用IMS多媒体子系统网络发送的通信数据时,获取所述通信数据中包含的接收端对应的第二通讯账号;
    分析模块,用于根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
    处理模块,用于在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送所述通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的即时通信装置,其特征在于,在所述通信数据为即时消息时,所述分析模块,还用于根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第一通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
    所述处理模块,还用于在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,发送所述即时消息至当前登录所述第一通讯账号的除所述发送端以外的其他终端。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的即时通信装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块,还用于获取所述通信数据中包含的所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号,其中,在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,所述发送端根据所述第一通讯账号以及所述发送端的标识信息,生成所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号;
    所述分析模块,还用于解析所述实际通讯账号,确定所述发送端对应的第一通讯账号;
    所述处理模块,还用于将所述通信数据中包含的所述发送端对应的实际通讯账号替换为所述第一通讯账号,更新所述通信数据;以及在所述第二通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,采用IMS网络发送更新的通信数据至当前登录所述第二通讯账号的至少一个接收端。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的即时通信装置,其特征在于,在所述通信数据为即时消息时,所述分析模块,还用于根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第一通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
    所述处理模块,还用于在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,发送所述即时消息至当前登录所述第一通讯账号的除所述发送端以外的其他终端。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的即时通信装置,其特征在于,所述即时通信装置还包括:
    存储模块,用于将各个通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息进行保存,其中,所述通讯账号信息包括通讯账号对应的账号类型;
    所述分析模块包括:
    查询单元,用于查询保存的通讯账号信息,获取所述第二通讯账号对应的账号类型;
    分析单元,用于根据所述第二通讯账号对应的账号类型,判断所述第二通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的即时通信装置,其特征在于,在所述通信数据为即时消息时,所述分析模块,还用于根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第一通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
    所述处理模块,还用于在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,发送所述即时消息至当前登录所述第一通讯账号的除所述发送端以外的其他终端。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的即时通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    将保存的每个一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息发送至一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端,以供一号多机通讯账号对应的多个终端共享所述一号多机通讯账号对应的通讯账号信息。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的即时通信装置,其特征在于,在所述通信数据为即时消息时,所述分析模块,还用于根据预存的通讯账号信息,判断所述第一通讯账号是否为一号多机通讯账号;
    所述处理模块,还用于在所述第一通讯账号为一号多机通讯账号时,发送所述即时消息至当前登录所述第一通讯账号的除所述发送端以外的其他终端。
