Abstract
La présente invention concerne un module de pressage de jus pour une centrifugeuse et, plus particulièrement, une centrifugeuse permettant de simplifier un trajet de transmission d'entraînement, de rendre le nettoyage pratique et de bloquer la chaleur de frottement. À cet effet, le centrifugeuse comprend : un filtre à grille pour recevoir une vis qui reçoit une force d'entraînement et tourne ; une brosse rotative disposée sur l'extérieur du filtre à grille de centrifugation et tournant conjointement avec la vis ; un récipient pour recevoir la vis, le filtre à grille de centrifugation et la brosse rotative ; et un corps principal comportant une partie d'installation pour monter le récipient formé dans le côté supérieur de celui-ci et un arbre d'entraînement raccordé à la vis et transmettant une force d'entraînement formée au centre de la partie d'installation, le corps principal comprenant : un engrenage principal positionné sur le côté supérieur de la partie de montage et raccordé à l'arbre d'entraînement pour tourner conjointement avec celui-ci ; un premier engrenage de transmission engrené avec l'engrenage principal ; un deuxième engrenage de transmission disposé sur la surface inférieure du récipient ; un engrenage de transmission d'entraînement dans lequel les arbres centraux du premier engrenage de transmission et du deuxième engrenage de transmission pénètrent dans la surface inférieure du récipient et sont mutuellement reliés à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur ; et un engrenage entraîné formé au niveau de la partie inférieure de la brosse rotative et engrené avec le deuxième engrenage de transmission, de façon à séparer une structure de transmission d'entraînement de la brosse rotative du récipient et du moteur. Grâce à la configuration mentionnée ci-dessus, l'engrenage principal est raccordé au corps principal, de façon à faciliter le nettoyage et le séchage du récipient. De plus, le bruit et la transmission de chaleur de frottement peuvent être évités par une structure de couvercle de protection.
