本实施例中用户可以通过移动终端上的操作菜单触发查看所述移动终端操作记录的控制指令,移动终端则可以根据用户操作接收到查看所述移动终端操作记录的控制指令,具体地,用户可以通过启动移动终端桌面上查看操作记录的软件,获取到控制指令。当然还可以通过其他的方式获 得查看所述移动终端操作记录的控制指令。

系统日志是记录系统中硬件、软件和系统问题的信息,同时还可以监视系统中发生的事件。系统日志可以包括系统日志、应用程序日志和安全日志。因此在获得系统日志后,对步骤S20获得的系统日志进行筛选,筛选出与操作记录对应的系统日志,从而根据系统日志获得移动终端的操作记录。具体地,本实施例中对获得的系统日志进行筛选,筛选出系统日志中与用户操作对应的日志,作为目标系统日志,此时可以删除与用户操作不相关的日志;因为用户每一次的操作会引起系统或者应用程序等进行对应的处理,可能会导致产生对应的多个系统日志或者应用程序日志,其中部分日志是系统或者应用程序的处理过程,因此在获得与操作记录相关的目标系统日志时,需要对获得的目标系统日志进行解析,从而解析出移动 终端的操作记录,由于用户操作的都是应用软件或者开机等,而英文代码中存在对应的英文与应用软件或者开机等相对应,因此用户可以根据这些操作记录中英文识别出操作。

学生家长可以随时通过远程终端,查看孩子在学校上课期间有没有用手机偷偷玩游戏,以便更好地教育孩子。

当不小心遗失手机或将手机遗落在办公桌上的时候,用户可以第一时 间通过远程终端检查自己的手机的短信、图库、手机银行等应用在这期间是否被人偷偷访问过,以便尽快进行修改密码等补救措施。

当用户更换了手机之后,但由于联系人、浏览器收藏夹等资料没有备份过来,这时可以通过查看手机历史记录查找到需要的电话号码或网页。
可选地,用户还可以通过远程终端向移动终端发送待机、复制等指令,控制移动终端进行对应的待机、复制处理,给使用者带来很大的方便,比如在应用场景四种时,用户可以复制原手机中内容在新手机中进行保存或者打开,进而可以给使用者带来很大的方便。

步骤S60,在服务器进行注册;

为用户进行查看,本实施例中还包括服务器,用户需要事先将移动终端在服务器上进行注册,具体地,将被查询移动终端的国际移动设备标识IMEI号在服务器上注册。
用户可以通过远程终端登录服务器,在服务器中通过IMEI号选择需要查询的移动终端。然后通过服务器,向被查询的该移动终端发起查询操作记录的指令,具体地,可以发起打开/关闭系统日志的指令。被查询移动终端收到系统日志查询系统日志的指令后,通过手机中央处理单元执行相应操作。具体地,若被查询移动终端收到的是关闭系统日志指令,日志捕获模块通过工程命令等方式关闭日志打印功能;若被查询移动终端收到 的是打开系统日志指令,日志捕获模块通过工程命令等方式开启日志打印功能,并将捕获的系统日志保存到存储模块。移动终端中央处理单元从存储模块中读取系统日志,将移动终端操作相关的记录筛选出来,解析出每条记录的时间戳、操作类型(如打开浏览器、拨打电话等)和操作内容(如:网址、呼叫号码等),并将这些英文代码形式的日志信息转化为语言文字上传到服务器。服务器将接收到的操作记录时间戳、操作类型和操作内容以列表的方式呈现给用户,用户则可以通过远程终端访问服务器进行随时查看。需要特别说明的是移动终端也可以将系统日志发送给服务器,由服务器进行筛选和解析等步骤。

    将所述操作记录发送给远程终端,以供用户查看。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的查看移动终端操作记录的方法,其中,所述接收远程终端所发送的查看所述移动终端操作记录的控制指令的步骤之前包括:
    在服务器进行注册;
    所述接收远程终端所发送的查看所述移动终端操作记录的控制指令的步骤包括:
    接收远程终端通过所述服务器发送的查看所述移动终端操作记录的控制指令;
    所述解析所述目标系统日志,获得所述移动终端的操作记录,以供用户查看的步骤还包括:
    解析所述目标系统日志,获得所述移动终端的操作记录,并发送给所述服务器,由服务器发送给远程终端,以供用户查看。
  6. 一种查看移动终端操作记录的装置,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收查看所述移动终端操作记录的控制指令;
    获取模块,设置为根据所述控制指令获取所述移动终端的系统日志;
    筛选模块,设置为对所述系统日志进行筛选,获得与所述移动终端的操作记录相关的内容,作为目标系统日志;
    解析模块,设置为解析所述目标系统日志,获取移动终端的操作记录,以供用户查看。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述解析模块还设置为解析所述目标系统日志,获得所述操作记录,其中所述操作记录包括操作时间、操作类型和操作内容;对所述移动终端的操作记录进行转化,以供用户查看。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块还设置为根据所述控制指令开启系统日志打印功能,获得所述移动终端的系统日志;存储所述系统日志。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,
    所述接收模块还设置为接收远程终端所发送的查看所述移动终端操作记录的控制指令;
    所述解析模块还设置为解析所述目标系统日志,获得所述移动终端的操作记录;将所述操作记录发送给远程终端,以供用户查看。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    注册模块,设置为在服务器进行注册;
    所述接收模块还设置为接收远程终端通过所述服务器发送的查看所述移动终端操作记录的控制指令;
    所述解析模块还设置为解析所述目标系统日志,获得所述移动终端的操作记录,并发送给所述服务器,由服务器发送给远程终端,以供用户查看。
