技术领域
本发明涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种帐号处理方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,随着电子科技的发展,语音输入越来越被人们推崇,语音输入是通过语音识别将人说话的内容转换为文本的一种输入方式。随着智能终端在人们生活中的普及,越来越多的智能终端逐渐具有语音服务的功能,例如,代替传统的手动输入登录帐号的方式,用户可以通过语音输入的方式登录帐号,这种方式给用户带来极大的便利,然而,在用户登录之后,仍然存在安全隐患的问题,例如在用户尚未退出帐号的情况下,其他用户继续使用该帐号中的业务,从而造成用户帐号信息或其他重要数据的丢失,因此,用户对已登录帐号中的操作也仍需要进行身份的验证,以确保帐号信息的安全性。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种帐号处理方法及装置,用于实现根据声纹信息是否匹配来确定帐号的当前登录状态,从而提高帐号的安全性。
第一方面,提供一种帐号处理方法,包括以下步骤:
当帐号处于登录状态时,接收用户输入的第一语音信息;
从所述第一语音信息中提取所述用户的第一声纹信息;
判断所述第一声纹信息和预设声纹信息是否匹配,所述预设声纹信息与所述帐号相关联;
当所述第一声纹信息和所述预设声纹信息不匹配时,退出所述帐号。

该实施例中,终端在预设时间段内未接收到用户输入的语音信息时退出当前帐号,因此能够在用户长时间不使用帐号时退出帐号,避免了用户忘记退出帐号而造成的帐号信息被盗或被其他用户使用的情况,从而提高帐号的安全性。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例提供的一种帐号处理方法无需终端处于联网状态,即使在离线状态下,也可以通过该方法来监测当前使用帐号的用户是否为注册帐号的用户,从而提高帐号的安全性,因此具有很大的实用性。
图1为本发明实施例中一种帐号处理方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法用于终端中,其中,终端可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等,该帐号处理方法包括以下步骤S11-S14:
步骤S11,当帐号处于登录状态时,接收用户输入的第一语音信息。
步骤S12,从第一语音信息中提取用户的第一声纹信息。
步骤S13,判断第一声纹信息和预设声纹信息是否匹配,预设声纹信息与帐号相关联。
其中,预设声纹信息与帐号相关联,并存储在终端中。预设声纹信息可以是终端在用户通过语音方式注册帐号时提取的,例如,用户在注册帐号时,通过语音输入帐号信息(包括帐号名称、密码等),终端从语音输入的帐号信息中提取出用户的声纹信息,并将帐号信息转化为文字内容,再将二者进行关联存储,此外,用户在注册时也可以手动输入帐号信息,同时语音输入一段任意内容的语音信息,这样,终端也可以从中提取出用户的声纹信息,并与用户手动输入的帐号信息进行关联存储;或者,预设声纹信息还可以是终端在帐号登录的短时间内从用户语音输入的信息中所提取出的声纹信息,如图2所示,可通过以下步骤S21-S23来获得预设声纹信息。
步骤S21,在帐号登录后的预设时间段内,接收输入的第二语音信息。
步骤S22,从第二语音信息中提取第二声纹信息。
步骤S23,将第二声纹信息存储为与帐号相关联的预设声纹信息。
在步骤S21-S23中,为了确保预设声纹信息的准确性,预设时间段可以设置为较短的时间段,例如,预设时间段设置为帐号登录后的30秒之内,用户在终端上登录帐号后,终端会录制用户30秒之内的语音信息,并提取出用户的声纹信息,作为预设声纹信息进行存储。
步骤S14,当第一声纹信息和预设声纹信息不匹配时,退出帐号。
此外,当第一声纹信息和预设声纹信息匹配时,保持帐号的登录状态。
采用本发明实施例提供的技术方案,能够在帐号处于登录状态时,对接收到的语音信息进行声纹匹配,并在声纹匹配失败时退出帐号,从而使与预设声纹信息不匹配的声纹信息对应的用户无法继续登录当前帐号,提高了帐号的安全性。
在一个实施例中,上述方法还包括以下步骤:从第一语音信息中提取第一语音内容。 因此,上述方法还可以实施为如图3所示的步骤S31-S37:
步骤S31,当帐号处于登录状态时,接收用户输入的第一语音信息。
步骤S32,从第一语音信息中提取第一语音内容。
步骤S33,判断第一语音内容中是否包含与帐号相关联的预设关键词。如果第一语音内容中包含与帐号相关联的预设关键词,则执行步骤S34;如果第一语音内容中不包含与帐号相关联的预设关键词,则返回步骤S31,即本次接收到的第一语音信息对当前帐号的登录状态没有影响,并继续接收用户输入的第一语音信息。
步骤S34,从第一语音信息中提取用户的第一声纹信息。
步骤S35,判断第一声纹信息和预存的与帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配。如果第一声纹信息和预存的与帐号相关联的预设声纹信息匹配,则执行步骤S36;如果第一声纹信息和预存的与帐号相关联的预设声纹信息不匹配,则执行步骤S37。
步骤S36,保持帐号的登录状态。
步骤S37,退出帐号。
本实施例中,预设关键词可以是与帐号所涉及的相关业务有关的词汇,例如用户的公司名称、地址、收藏、写信、收信等,当用户输入的语音信息中包含预设关键词时,说明用户正在使用当前帐号办理相关个人业务,此时终端更应判断该用户是否为注册帐号的同一用户,以确保帐号的安全性,因此,本实施例在只有当语音信息中的语音内容包含与帐号相关联的预设关键词时,终端才会通过判断声纹信息是否匹配来确定是否退出当前帐号,使得终端在语音内容不包含预设关键词时无需进行声纹匹配,从而在确保帐号安全性的同时,还能减少终端的工作量。
此外,上述方法中,在执行步骤S33之后,如果第一语音内容中不包含与帐号相关联的预设关键词,还可以执行以下步骤:当第一语音内容中不包含预设关键词时,按照预设频率判断第一声纹信息和预存的与帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配。这样能够避免在用户当前虽然登录帐号但并未使用帐号办理个人业务的情况下退出帐号的情况,且如果用户输入的语音内容中如果长时间不包含预设关键词时,终端根据预设频率来判断第一声纹信息和预存的与帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配,也可以实现对当前用户是否为注册帐号的用户的检测,从而提高帐号的安全性。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,上述方法还可实施为以下步骤S41-S47:
步骤S41,接收用户输入的第一语音信息。
步骤S42,从第一语音信息中提取第一语音内容。
步骤S43,判断本次接收到第一语音信息和上一次接收到第一语音信息之间的时间间隔是否达到预设阈值。如果本次接收到第一语音信息和上一次接收到第一语音信息之间的时间间隔达到预设阈值,则执行步骤S44;如果本次接收到第一语音信息和上一次接收到第一语音信息之间的时间间隔未达到预设阈值,则执行步骤S45。
步骤S44,判断第一声纹信息和预存的与帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否相匹配。如果 第一声纹信息和预存的与帐号相关联的预设声纹信息相匹配,则执行步骤S46;如果第一声纹信息和预存的与帐号相关联的预设声纹信息不相匹配,则执行步骤S47。
步骤S45,不进行声纹匹配。
步骤S46,保持帐号的登录状态。
步骤S47,退出帐号。
本实施例中,终端仅在本次接收到语音信息和上一次接收到语音信息之间的时间间隔达到预设阈值时,才会通过声纹匹配来确定是否退出当前帐号,例如,用户使用当前登录的帐号办理个人业务时,连续输入语音信息,这种情况下由于帐号被盗的几率很小,因此终端不需要持续判断用户的声纹信息是否和预设声纹信息相匹配,只需在用户相邻两次输入语音信息的时间间隔达到预设阈值时再判断,以避免终端持续做不必要的工作,因此本实施例的方案不仅能够确保当前帐号不被其他用户使用,以提高帐号的安全性,还能够减少终端的工作量。
在一个实施例中,上述方法还包括以下步骤:当预设时间段内未接收到用户输入的第一语音信息时,退出帐号。本实施例中,终端在预设时间段内未接收到用户输入的语音信息时退出当前帐号,因此能够在用户长时间不使用帐号时退出帐号,避免了用户忘记退出帐号而造成的帐号信息被盗或被其他用户使用的情况,从而提高帐号的安全性。
在一个实施例中,终端当前登录有多个帐号,因此,上述方法还可实施为如图5所示的步骤S51-S55:
步骤S51,接收用户输入的第一语音信息。
步骤S52,从第一语音信息中提取用户的第一声纹信息。
步骤S53,判断第一声纹信息是否和预存的与多个帐号相关联的预设声纹信息匹配。如果第一声纹信息和预存的与多个帐号相关联的预设声纹信息中的一个相匹配,则执行步骤S54;如果第一声纹信息和预存的与多个帐号相关联的预设声纹信息都不匹配,则执行步骤S55。
步骤S54,根据第一语音信息,在与第一声纹信息相匹配的预设声纹信息关联的帐号中执行相应业务。
例如,终端上当前登录有帐号A、帐号B和帐号C,且与帐号A相关联的预设声纹信息为预设声纹信息a,与帐号B相关联的预设声纹信息为预设声纹信息b,与帐号C相关联的预设声纹信息为预设声纹信息c。如果终端判定第一声纹信息和预设声纹信息c相匹配时,则根据用户输入的语音信息在帐号C上执行相应业务。具体举例来说,终端上登录有家庭男主人和女主人的帐号,且男主人的帐号关联男主人的声纹信息,女主人的帐号关联女主人的声纹信息,男主人通过语音输入“进入收藏夹”,则终端仅能进入男主人帐号中的收藏夹,而无法进入女主人帐号中的收藏夹。
步骤S55,退出所有帐号。
本实施例中,通过将第一声纹信息和当前登录的多个帐号所关联的预设声纹信息进行 匹配,并在第一声纹信息和所有预设声纹信息都不匹配时,退出当前登录的所有帐号,从而使其他用户无法继续登录并使用当前登录的任何一个帐号,提高了终端当前登录的所有帐号的安全性。
对应于上述实施例中的帐号处理方法,本发明还提供一种帐号处理装置,用于执行上述方法。

图11是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种可执行帐号处理方法的装置的框图。例如,装置1600可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图11,装置1600可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理器1601,存储器1602以及通信组件1603。
处理器1601通常控制装置1600的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1601可以执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。

在示例性实施例中,装置1600可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述帐号处理方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1602,上述指令可由装置1600的处理器1601执行以完成上述帐号处理方法。例如,非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
本发明还提供一种非暂时性计算机可读记录介质,所述介质上记录有计算机程序,所述程序包括用于执行如本发明上述实施例所述的帐号处理方法的指令。
本发明还提供一种计算机程序,所述程序包括:用于在所述程序被计算机执行时执行如本发明上述实施例所述的帐号处理方法的指令。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种帐号处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当帐号处于登录状态时,接收用户输入的第一语音信息;
    从所述第一语音信息中提取所述用户的第一声纹信息;
    判断所述第一声纹信息和预设声纹信息是否匹配,所述预设声纹信息与所述帐号相关联;
    当所述第一声纹信息和所述预设声纹信息不匹配时,退出所述帐号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述方法还包括:
    从所述第一语音信息中提取第一语音内容;
    所述判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配,包括:
    判断所述第一语音内容中是否包含与所述帐号相关联的预设关键词;
    当所述第一语音内容中包含所述预设关键词时,判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配,还包括:
    当所述第一语音内容中不包含所述预设关键词时,按照预设频率判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配,包括:
    判断本次接收到所述第一语音信息和上一次接收到所述第一语音信息之间的时间间隔是否达到预设阈值;
    当本次接收到所述第一语音信息和上一次接收到所述第一语音信息之间的时间间隔达到预设阈值时,判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否相匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当预设时间段内未接收到用户输入的第一语音信息时,退出所述帐号。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户输入的第一语音信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    在所述帐号登录后的预设时间段内,接收输入的第二语音信息;
    从所述第二语音信息中提取第二声纹信息;
    将所述第二声纹信息存储为与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当当前登录有至少两个帐号时,判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述至少两个帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配;
    当所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述至少两个帐号相关联的预设声纹信息都不匹配时,退出所述至少两个帐号。
  8. 一种帐号处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    当帐号处于登录状态时,接收用户输入的第一语音信息;
    从所述第一语音信息中提取所述用户的第一声纹信息;
    判断所述第一声纹信息和预设声纹信息是否匹配,所述预设声纹信息与所述帐号相关联;
    当所述第一声纹信息和所述预设声纹信息不匹配时,退出所述帐号。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的帐号处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器还被配置为:
    从所述第一语音信息中提取第一语音内容;
    判断所述第一语音内容中是否包含与所述帐号相关联的预设关键词;
    当所述第一语音内容中包含所述预设关键词时,判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的帐号处理装置,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为:
    当所述第一语音内容中不包含所述预设关键词时,按照预设频率判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的帐号处理装置,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为:
    判断本次接收到所述第一语音信息和上一次接收到所述第一语音信息之间的时间间隔是否达到预设阈值;
    当本次接收到所述第一语音信息和上一次接收到所述第一语音信息之间的时间间隔达到预设阈值时,判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否相匹配。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的帐号处理装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还被配置为:
    当预设时间段内未接收到用户输入的第一语音信息时,退出所述帐号。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的帐号处理装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还被配置为:在接收用户输入的第一语音信息之前,
    在所述帐号登录后的预设时间段内,接收输入的第二语音信息;
    从所述第二语音信息中提取第二声纹信息;
    将所述第二声纹信息存储为与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的帐号处理装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还被配置为:
    当当前登录有至少两个帐号时,判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述至少两个帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配;
    当所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述至少两个帐号相关联的预设声纹信息都不匹配时,退出所述至少两个帐号。
  15. 一种非暂时性计算机可读记录介质,所述介质上记录有计算机程序,所述程序包括用于执行帐号处理方法的指令,所述方法包括:
    当帐号处于登录状态时,接收用户输入的第一语音信息;
    从所述第一语音信息中提取所述用户的第一声纹信息;
    判断所述第一声纹信息和预设声纹信息是否匹配,所述预设声纹信息与所述帐号相关联;
    当所述第一声纹信息和所述预设声纹信息不匹配时,退出所述帐号。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读记录介质,其特征在于,
    所述方法还包括:
    从所述第一语音信息中提取第一语音内容;
    所述判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配,包括:
    判断所述第一语音内容中是否包含与所述帐号相关联的预设关键词;
    当所述第一语音内容中包含所述预设关键词时,判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读记录介质,其特征在于,所述判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配,还包括:
    当所述第一语音内容中不包含所述预设关键词时,按照预设频率判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读记录介质,其特征在于,所述判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否匹配,包括:
    判断本次接收到所述第一语音信息和上一次接收到所述第一语音信息之间的时间间隔是否达到预设阈值;
    当本次接收到所述第一语音信息和上一次接收到所述第一语音信息之间的时间间隔达到预设阈值时,判断所述第一声纹信息和预存的与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息是否相匹配。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读记录介质,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当预设时间段内未接收到用户输入的第一语音信息时,退出所述帐号。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读记录介质,其特征在于,所述接收用户输入的第一语音信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    在所述帐号登录后的预设时间段内,接收输入的第二语音信息;
    从所述第二语音信息中提取第二声纹信息;
    将所述第二声纹信息存储为与所述帐号相关联的预设声纹信息。
