Description

一种梯形入光的侧入式背光模组 技术领域
本发明涉及显示装置,尤其涉及显示装置中的一种梯形入光的侧入式背光模组。
背景技术
背光模组为液晶显示器面板的关键零组件之一,功能在于供应充足的亮度与分布均匀的光源,使其能正常显示影像。
一般侧入式背光模组的结构为利用通电后的灯源(一般为CCFl或是LED),其经过有印刷网点的亚克力折射导光,使光线均匀分布于背光模组的表面,利用该原理,就可以使线光源转换为均匀的面光源。再经过扩散片和其他膜片的作用,进一步提高面光源的亮度与均匀度,扩散射出分布于发光区域内。
但是,目前随着LED技术的广泛应用以及节能减排的要求,减少LED的数量以及背光模组窄边化的应用越来越广泛,但现有的背光模组仍需要较多的LED来实现足够的亮度,导致背光模组窄边化难以实现。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种LED的数量少、背光模组窄边化的梯形入光的侧入式背光模组。
本发明提供了一种梯形入光的侧入式背光模组,包括导光板和光源板,所述导光板的侧边设有梯形入光槽,所述光源板上设有光源,所述光源设置在所述梯形入光槽内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述光源紧贴所述梯形入光槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述梯形入光槽包括上底部和位于所述上底部两侧的腰部,所述光源紧贴所述梯形入光槽的腰部和上底部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述梯形入光槽的腰部紧贴有一个所述光源。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述梯形入光槽的上底部紧贴有至少二个所述光源。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述梯形入光槽为等腰梯形。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述光源为发光二极管。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述梯形入光槽位于所述导光板的下侧边。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导光板没有设置所述梯形入光槽的侧边设有反射条。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述反射条贴在所述导光板的侧边。
本发明的有益效果是:通过上述方案,可通过在导光板上设置梯形入光槽,将光源设置在梯形入光槽内,增强了光源在导光板内的散射,提高了光源的利用率,可在保持亮度不变的基础上,减少光源的数量,以实现背光模组窄边化。

下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
图1中的附图标号为:导光板1;梯形入光槽2;光源3;光源板4。
如图1所示,一种梯形入光的侧入式背光模组,包括导光板1和光源板4,所述导光板1的侧边设有梯形入光槽2,所述光源板4上设有光源3,所 述光源3设置在所述梯形入光槽2内。
如图1所示,所述光源3紧贴所述梯形入光槽2。
如图1所示,所述梯形入光槽2包括上底部和位于所述上底部两侧的腰部,所述光源3紧贴所述梯形入光槽2的腰部和上底部。
如图1所示,所述梯形入光槽2的腰部紧贴有一个所述光源3。
如图1所示,所述梯形入光槽2的上底部紧贴有至少二个所述光源3。
如图1所示,所述梯形入光槽2为等腰梯形。
如图1所示,所述光源3为发光二极管。
如图1所示,所述梯形入光槽2位于所述导光板1的下侧边。
如图1所示,所述导光板1没有设置所述梯形入光槽2的侧边设有反射条,以加强光线在所述导光板1内的反射。
如图1所示,所述反射条贴在所述导光板1的侧边。
本发明提供的一种梯形入光的侧入式背光模组,可通过在导光板1上设置梯形入光槽2,将光源3设置在梯形入光槽2内,增强了光源3在导光板内的散射,提高了光源3的利用率,可在保持亮度不变的基础上,减少光源3的数量,以实现背光模组窄边化。
本发明提供的一种梯形入光的侧入式背光模组,导光板1的梯形入光槽2的深度根据选用的发光二极管尺寸、光源板4尺寸、导光板1伸缩率及结构配合公差尺寸而定,以光源板4边缘与导光板1边缘平齐为原则。导光板1除入光侧(即设置有梯形入光槽2的一侧),其他侧边均贴反射条或加工有类似反射条功能的结构,在导光板1入光侧(即设置有梯形入光槽2的一侧)需做抛光处理。考虑到窄边化,在光源板4两头仅折弯1颗发光二极管的尺 寸,折弯角度根据所选取的发光二极管类型进行调整。相比于常规侧入式背光模组,此种入光方式通过减少发光二极管的应用,降低了背光模组的能耗及经济成本,同时窄边框的设计也提高了产品的外观。

  1. 一种梯形入光的侧入式背光模组,其特征在于:包括导光板和光源板,所述导光板的侧边设有梯形入光槽,所述光源板上设有光源,所述光源设置在所述梯形入光槽内,所述光源紧贴所述梯形入光槽。
