本发明涉及垃圾处理技术领域,具体为一种用于电子产品的垃圾处理设备。
背景技术
垃圾是人类日常生活和生产中产生的固体废弃物,由于排出量大,成分复杂多样,且具有污染性、资源性和社会性,需要无害化、资源化、减量化和社会化处理,如不能妥善处理,就会污染环境,影响环境卫生,浪费资源,破坏生产生活安全,破坏社会和谐,垃圾处理就是要把垃圾迅速清除,并进行无害化处理,最后加以合理的利用,也伴随着电子科技的发展,电子产品越来越多,其电子垃圾也就逐渐增多,而电子垃圾处理起来相对麻烦,处理不当就会造成大面积的土地污染,为了快速有效的针对电子垃圾处理,现推出一种用于电子产品的垃圾处理设备,来帮助人们解决问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于电子产品的垃圾处理设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该一种用于电子产品的垃圾处理设备操作简单,使用方便,解决了现有的电子垃圾难以处理的问题,主要利用检测装置和辅助回收装置的智能化操作,对现有的电子垃圾进行筛选识别,将可以循环利用的电子产品回收起来,方便二次利用,大大降低了使用成本,而需要处理的电子垃圾则通过电子垃圾处理装置进行处理,利用高温高压的原理,将整个电子垃圾融化成液态,最终经化学作用进行处理,既减少了占存空间,又加快了电子垃圾的处理,十分便利,是一种适合电子垃圾处理的好产品。

具体使用方式:本发明,使用者只需将电子垃圾通过进料斗14放入,该设备便会在PLC控制面板3和动力装置2的统一配合下,开始工作,电子垃圾经进料斗14进入到回收选择箱13,在回收选择箱13内部由检测装置9对其内部的电子产品机构进行检测,然后在辅助回收装置11的配合下完成对可二次利用的电子产品的选择,经回收引导管8左端的回收品出口7排出,而不能回收的垃圾制品则通过电子垃圾处理装置12对其进行煅烧加压处理,处理完成后在闸门控制装置16的控制下,将其通过处理品出口17排出,即完成整个工作过程。
