本发明涉及垃圾处理设备技术领域,具体为一种智能化餐饮垃圾回收处理机。
餐饮垃圾,也叫餐厨垃圾(俗称泔水、泔脚),是指剩饭菜、餐桌废弃物及厨房下角料的总称,其主要成份是米、面、淀粉类,骨、肉、油、皮、刺、鳞等,其中富含维生素、淀粉、蛋白质、油脂、食用纤维、脂肪酸、糖、盐等营养物质,以及钙、钠、镁、钾、铁等矿物质,餐饮垃圾是居民在生活消费过程中形成癿一种生活生物,其来源主要是饭碗、食堂、街头小吃等场所,所含癿各种有机物质在夏天极易腐蚀,餐饮垃圾中剩菜汤、馊水等含量很大,容易在垃圾癿收集、运输过程中造成污染,因此快速解决餐饮垃圾的问题成为政府以及很多餐饮企业注重的问题,所以餐饮垃圾回收利用的装置也就显得越来越重要,目前现在的一些餐饮垃圾回收处理机工作效率还不能达到人们所预设的期望值,功能比较单一,因此人们迫切需要一种新型的多功能餐饮垃圾回收处理机来高效率智能化的完成餐饮垃圾回收利用工作。

本发明的目的在于提供一种智能化餐饮垃圾回收处理机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

警提醒使用者,从而安全高效率完成工作。

具体使用方式:本发明工作中,首先将餐饮垃圾由进料斗12送到粉碎室18内,进入到粉碎室18后粉碎刀17会快速的将餐饮垃圾粉碎处理,粉碎后的垃圾会由粉碎室18排放进油水分离室20内,油水分离完毕后餐饮垃圾会排进至干燥除水室15内,在干燥除水的同时消毒杀菌装置21会对餐饮垃圾进行消毒灭菌处理,确保了制成的饲料安全,干燥除水完成后餐饮垃圾就会进入到饲料制粒机2内完成饲料的制成,从而使得餐饮垃圾再次利用,在机器工作过程中使用者可以通过操控箱10内的操控显示屏25来使机器智能化的工作,当机器发生故障时警报器24会自动报警提醒使用者,从而高效率智能化的完成工作。
