本发明涉及垃圾处理设备技术领域,具体为一种智能化道路垃圾清理车。
背景技术
我国清扫车行业历经数十年的发展,产品从单一的纯扫式发展到目前的多种型式,产品性能和产品质量迅速提高,特别是在改革开放以后,通过进口关键外购件使扫路车产品性能和可靠性大大提高,我国扫路车的水平与国外发达国家相比,还存在一定的差距,特别是在产品的可靠性方面,为尽快提高我国扫路车的水平,缩小与先进国家扫路车水平的差距,满足我国环卫部门对路面清扫作业的要求,扫路车生产企业应选择一个合适的扫路车研究方向,目前现在的一些道路垃圾清理车工作效率还不能达到人们所预设的期望值,功能比较单一,而且对垃圾的清扫效果也不理想,因此人们迫切需要一种新型的多功能道路垃圾清理车来高效率智能化的完成道路垃圾清理工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能化道路垃圾清理车,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能化道路垃圾清理车,包括清扫装置、车头和车身,所述清扫装置上端安装有可旋转伸缩臂,所述可旋转伸缩臂上端安装有车头,所述车头内部安装有操控板,所述操控板内部安装有操控显示屏,所述操控显示屏下方安装有警报器,所述车头右端安装有障碍物感应器,所述车头左端安装有车身,所述车身内部安装有水 箱,所述水箱右侧安装有可移动挂钩,所述可移动挂钩右侧安装有大功率风机,所述大功率风机下端安装有风机管道,所述大功率风机右侧安装有蓄电池,所述风机管道左侧安装有垃圾箱,所述垃圾箱左侧安装有传送装置,所述车身上端铺设有太阳能板,所述车身下端设有垃圾吸附口,所述垃圾吸附口两侧对称安装有扫刷,所述垃圾吸附口内部安装有旋转叶片,所述车身左下端安装有滚刷,所述滚刷右侧安装有喷水嘴。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明智能化道路垃圾清理车,采用智能化控制技术,安装有红外线感应器,在垃圾清理车清理垃圾的过程中可时时的监控车底的情况,防止意外发生,安装有障碍物感应器,车辆在行驶时能检测到前方是否有障碍物的存在,若存在会自动提醒操控者,安装有清扫装置,在车辆前行时清扫装置会将大块的垃圾清扫至车底,设有垃圾吸附口和安装有扫刷,两者的结合会将车底的垃圾和灰尘清理到车身中的垃圾箱内,安装有旋转叶片,能将垃圾准确的送进到垃圾箱内,安装有太阳能板,能将太阳能转化为电能,节约了能源,安装有操控板,操控者通过操控板来监控整个清理车,安装有警报器,当垃圾清理车出现故障或出现突发状况时会自动报警提醒使用者,从而安全高效率完成工作。

具体使用方式:本发明工作中,在垃圾清理车工作时首先前方的清扫装置8会先将大块的垃圾以及灰尘扫到车底下方,可旋转伸缩臂9使得工作范围大大增大,然后车辆在继续行驶的同时扫刷6会将车底的垃圾都清扫至垃圾吸附口4的正下方,最后垃圾会在大功率风机17以及旋转叶片5作用下进入到垃圾箱14内,垃圾灰尘处理完后喷水嘴2会喷水同时滚刷1会对地面处理,当需要处理垃圾箱14内的垃圾时,可移动挂钩18会自动将垃圾箱14勾住放在传送装置13上,将垃圾箱14送出车身,在工作过程中使用者可以通过操控板23内的操控显示屏24来使垃圾车智能化的工作,当车辆发生故障时警报器22会自动报警提醒使用者,从而高效率智能化的完成工作。对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
