Description

一种智能化垃圾分类机 技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理设备技术领域,具体为一种智能化垃圾分类机。
背景技术
垃圾的分类有很多,主要包括人类和动物的粪便,医疗机构的医用垃圾,建筑装饰垃圾,电子行业生产的电子材料垃圾,化学工业生产的化合类有毒有害物质垃圾,电池,城市各方面的生活污水和制造业等工业企业排放的污水,少量的放射性污染物,其他没有列出的人类生活垃圾,由于垃圾的种类繁多,并且不同种类的垃圾在处理过程中的处理方式也不同,因此垃圾在处理之前必须进行分类,以便于进行最好的处理,然而现有的垃圾分类技术还比较落后,智能化程度低,工作效率低下,分类的等级也不够细,这直接造成了后续垃圾处理的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能化垃圾分类机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能化垃圾分类机,包括垃圾池、分类箱和工作主体,所述垃圾池安装在工作主体左侧,所述垃圾池内部安装有传送带,所述工作主体左上端设有进料口,所述传送带通过活动挡板与进料口相连接,所述工作主体内部右上端安装有旋转装置,所述旋转装置下端安装有两根伸缩杆,两根伸缩杆之间通过万向节相连接,所述万向节下方安装有活动钳,所述活动钳通过固定装置与万向节相连接,所述工作主体内部下端安装有转动板,所述工作主体下方左右两端安装有活动门, 所述分类箱安装在工作主体下端,所述活动门通过输料管与分类箱相连接,所述分类箱内部上端安装有机箱,所述机箱内部左侧安装有动力装置,所述动力装置右侧安装有PLC电控单元,所述工作主体分别与动力装置和PLC电控单元进行电性连接,所述机箱下端安装有隔板。
优选的,所述传送带顶端安装有驱动轮。
优选的,所述转动板上端安装有旋转轴。
优选的,所述工作主体左上方表面安装有操控面板。
优选的,所述伸缩杆左端安装有感应装置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明智能化垃圾分类机,采用智能化控制技术,安装有感应装置,智能的识别出垃圾所属的种类,并可以通过活动钳来进行分类,提高了垃圾分类的精确度和分类等级,提高了工作质量,对于垃圾细化分类加工具有重要意义,安装有转动板,可以带动垃圾进行旋转,保证垃圾分布均匀,提高了机器的工作效率,安装有操控面板,使用者可以根据不同的需求,来对垃圾的分类进行智能的设定,从而实现不同的工作,使用简单、操作便利。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种智能化垃圾分类机,包括垃圾池1、分类箱4和工作主体9,垃圾池1安装在工作主体9左侧,垃圾池1内部安装有传送带2,工作主体9左上端设有进料口10,传送带2通过活动挡板11与进料口10相连接,工作主体9内部右上端安装有旋转装置20,旋转装置20下端安装有两根伸缩杆17,两根伸缩杆17之间通过万向节21相连接,万向节21下方安装有活动钳19,活动钳19通过固定装置22与万向节21相连接,工作主体9内部下端安装有转动板16,工作主体9下方左右两端安装有活动门13,分类箱4安装在工作主体9下端,活动门13通过输料管14与分类箱4相连接,分类箱4内部上端安装有机箱5,机箱5内部左侧安装有动力装置6,动力装置6右侧安装有PLC电控单元8,工作主体9分别与动力装置6和PLC电控单元8进行电性连接,机箱5下端安装有隔板7,传送带2顶端安装有驱动轮3,转动板16上端安装有旋转轴15,工作主体9左上方表面安装有操控面板12,伸缩杆17左端安装有感应装置18。
具体使用方式:本发明工作中,使用者将垃圾投入垃圾池1中,PLC电控单元8控制驱动轮3转动,传送带2开始工作,将垃圾向右运输,通过活动挡板11和进料口10进入工作主体9内部,然后PLC电控单元8控制旋转 轴15转动,带动转动板16工作,同时活动门13打开,感应装置18智能的感应垃圾的种类和位置,PLC电控单元8根据感应装置18收集的信息智能的控制活动钳19将不同种类的垃圾放入不同的活动门13中,垃圾通过活动门13经过输料管14,进入分类箱4中,工作完成。

  1. 一种智能化垃圾分类机,包括垃圾池(1)、分类箱(4)和工作主体(9),其特征在于:所述垃圾池(1)安装在工作主体(9)左侧,所述垃圾池(1)内部安装有传送带(2),所述工作主体(9)左上端设有进料口(10),所述传送带(2)通过活动挡板(11)与进料口(10)相连接,所述工作主体(9)内部右上端安装有旋转装置(20),所述旋转装置(20)下端安装有两根伸缩杆(17),两根伸缩杆(17)之间通过万向节(21)相连接,所述万向节(21)下方安装有活动钳(19),所述活动钳(19)通过固定装置(22)与万向节(21)相连接,所述工作主体(9)内部下端安装有转动板(16),所述工作主体(9)下方左右两端安装有活动门(13),所述分类箱(4)安装在工作主体(9)下端,所述活动门(13)通过输料管(14)与分类箱(4)相连接,所述分类箱(4)内部上端安装有机箱(5),所述机箱(5)内部左侧安装有动力装置(6),所述动力装置(6)右侧安装有PLC电控单元(8),所述工作主体(9)分别与动力装置(6)和PLC电控单元(8)进行电性连接,所述机箱(5)下端安装有隔板(7)。
