Description

一种多功能医疗救援平台床面 技术领域
本发明是一种多功能医疗救援平台床面,属于医疗设备领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,战场应急救援是伤员救治过程中非常重要的一环,在伤员受到伤害后及时进行后送可以避免伤员的二次伤害,与此同时,随时进行应急治疗可以极大地提升伤员的存活率,也可为后续治疗提供便利条件,提升了医疗效率的同时能够有效的保存我方有生力量,为持久的战争过程提供助力,为了满足现代化战争条件下作战过程中的医疗需要,实现便携式医疗应急救援,我们设想开发一款能够满足基本应急医疗处理的便携式可移动救援平台。在如今市场上,大部分医疗平台受限于其体积、结构与重量,无法完成医疗平台向战场的运输,所以希望出现一种结构稳定,受外界影响较小,可满足手术条件,便于移动,可实现恶劣条件下的转移与隐蔽,成本较低,结构简单,便于维护的多功能医疗救援平台床面来解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种多功能医疗救援平台床面,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明使用方便,便于操作,稳定性好,可靠性高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种多功能医疗救援平台床面,包括台面主体部分以及辅助结构,所述台面主体部分由主台面、辅助台面、转轴、限位环、升降柱、底板、万向轮以及加强筋组成, 所述底板为立方体板状结构,所述底板的下端装配有万向轮,所述底板的上端安装有升降柱,所述升降柱的中轴线垂直于底板的上端面进行布置,所述升降柱与底板之间通过加强筋进行固定,所述升降柱的上端装配有主台面,所述主台面通过转轴与辅助台面进行固定,所述主台面的两侧位置安装有限位环,所述辅助结构由充气阀门、橡胶充气垫、限位轴以及限位杆组成,所述橡胶充气垫装配在辅助台面的下端位置,所述橡胶充气垫上安装有充气阀门,所述限位轴固定在主台面的下端位置,所述限位轴与限位杆固定在一起。
进一步地,所述加强筋是横截面呈直角三角形的板状结构,所述加强筋设置有四个且四个加强筋之间呈90°夹角进行布置。
进一步地,所述限位环为横截面呈圆形的圆弧形结构,所述限位环设置有四个且四个限位环关于主台面的中轴线对称进行布置。
进一步地,所述限位轴设置有四个且四个限位轴安装在主台面的前后边缘位置。
进一步地,所述橡胶充气垫设置有两个且分别安装在辅助台面的下端。
进一步地,所述主台面与辅助台面上分布有防滑纹。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种多功能医疗救援平台床面,通过添加限位环来实现对主台面的吊装,该设计解决了传统救援平台直升机无法进行吊装的问题,另外辅助台面的设计则有效的拓展了主台面的范围,该设计便于在紧急情况下进行多名患者的转移,而限位杆与限位轴的设计便于在辅助台面不使用时将其放下,加强筋则有效的起到了支撑升降柱的目的,最后橡胶充气垫与充气阀门的设计则便于在紧急的情况下将主台面作为转运船进行使用,该设计拓展了主台面的使用范围,本发明使用方便,便于操作,稳 定性好,可靠性高。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图1、图2与图3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种多功能医疗救援平台床面,包括台面主体部分以及辅助结构,台面主体部分由主台面1、辅助台面2、转轴3、限位环4、升降柱5、底板6、万向轮7以及加强筋12组成,底板6为立方体板状结构,底板6的下端装配有万向轮7,底板6的上端安装有升降柱5,升降柱5的中轴线垂直于底板6的上端面进行布置,升降柱5与底板6之间通过加强筋12进行固定,加强筋12则有效的起到了支撑升降柱5的目的,升降柱5的上端装配有主台面1,主台面1通过转轴3与辅助台面2进行固定,辅助台面2的设计则有效的拓展了主台面1的范围,该设计便于在紧急情况下进行多名患者的转移,主台面1的两侧位置安 装有限位环4。
辅助结构由充气阀门8、橡胶充气垫9、限位轴10以及限位杆11组成,橡胶充气垫9装配在辅助台面2的下端位置,橡胶充气垫9与充气阀门8的设计则便于在紧急的情况下将主台面1作为转运船进行使用,该设计拓展了主台面1的使用范围,橡胶充气垫9上安装有充气阀门8,限位轴10固定在主台面1的下端位置,限位轴10与限位杆11固定在一起,限位杆11与限位轴10的设计便于在辅助台面2不使用时将其放下。
加强筋12是横截面呈直角三角形的板状结构,加强筋12设置有四个且四个加强筋12之间呈90°夹角进行布置,限位环4为横截面呈圆形的圆弧形结构,限位环4设置有四个且四个限位环4关于主台面1的中轴线对称进行布置,通过添加限位环4来实现对主台面1的吊装,该设计解决了传统救援平台直升机无法进行吊装的问题,限位轴10设置有四个且四个限位轴10安装在主台面1的前后边缘位置,橡胶充气垫9设置有两个且分别安装在辅助台面2的下端,主台面1与辅助台面2上分布有防滑纹。
具体实施方式:在进行使用时,首先工作人员对本发明进行检查,检查是否存在缺陷,如果存在缺陷的话就无法进行使用了,此时需要通知维修人员进行维修,如果不存在问题的话就可以进行使用,使用时,患者躺在主台面1上,此时,工作人员通过升降柱5进行主台面1高度的调节,另外万向轮7则实现对本发明进行转移,一旦发生紧急状况,医护人员通过将辅助台面2转动到与主台面1相齐平的位置,然后转动限位杆11,进而实现对辅助台面2的固定,此时,多名患者可以同时躺在辅助台面2与主台面1上,而如果需要将本发明作为泅渡用具时,通过充气阀门8向橡胶充气垫9的内部进行充气,充气完成后将主台面1与辅助台面2从升降杆上拆卸下来,进而即可作为泅渡用具使用。

  1. 一种多功能医疗救援平台床面,包括台面主体部分以及辅助结构,其特征在于:所述台面主体部分由主台面(1)、辅助台面(2)、转轴(3)、限位环(4)、升降柱(5)、底板(6)、万向轮(7)以及加强筋(12)组成,所述底板(6)为立方体板状结构,所述底板(6)的下端装配有万向轮(7),所述底板(6)的上端安装有升降柱(5),所述升降柱(5)的中轴线垂直于底板(6)的上端面进行布置,所述升降柱(5)与底板(6)之间通过加强筋(12)进行固定,所述升降柱(5)的上端装配有主台面(1),所述主台面(1)通过转轴(3)与辅助台面(2)进行固定,所述主台面(1)的两侧位置安装有限位环(4);
    所述辅助结构由充气阀门(8)、橡胶充气垫(9)、限位轴(10)以及限位杆(11)组成,所述橡胶充气垫(9)装配在辅助台面(2)的下端位置,所述橡胶充气垫(9)上安装有充气阀门(8),所述限位轴(10)固定在主台面(1)的下端位置,所述限位轴(10)与限位杆(11)固定在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能医疗救援平台床面,其特征在于:所述加强筋(12)是横截面呈直角三角形的板状结构,所述加强筋(12)设置有四个且四个加强筋(12)之间呈90°夹角进行布置。
