一种能够暂时保存脑脊液的装置,采用截止阀(4),能够在抽取完脑脊液后,关闭,防止脑脊液漏出,且采用的防掉凸点(5),可以避免截止阀(4)脱落;采用的密封圈(6)能够确保脑脊液不会泄露;采用的防掉环(81),能够确保环形活塞杆(9)及主活塞杆(10)不脱离于主体,而掉落外界。

Description

一种能够暂时保存脑脊液的装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗卫生用品技术领域,具体为一种能够暂时保存脑脊液的装置。
背景技术
神经科医生在抽取病人的脑脊液时,为了防止被感染,一般都穿戴防护服、佩戴橡胶手套进行操作。由于没有专用的脑脊液抽取工具,一般使用传统的注射器进行抽取。传统的注射器一般包括带有穿刺针的注射筒,注射筒内滑动密封插装有连接在一起的密封塞和推拉杆。通过抽拉推拉杆,可以驱动密封塞在注射筒内滑动,从而实现对脑脊液的抽取和排放。脑脊液抽取后,一般都会推入试管中或直接用注射器暂存。而直接用注射器暂存脑脊液时,暴露于大气中的穿刺针不但不安全,而且容易导致脑脊液挥发,因此只适合短时间暂存。由于传统注射器没有锁紧装置,使用传统注射器暂存脑脊液时,如果不小心碰到推拉杆或误操作,容易将脑脊液推射出来,很不安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够暂时保存脑脊液的装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种能够暂时保存脑脊液的装置,包括注射器、针头和针头栓,所述针头通过针头栓套装在所述注射器的乳头上,其特征在于:所述注射器的乳头内设有截止阀,所述截止阀由左半部与右半部构成,所述左半部设有凹槽,所述右半部设有与凹槽相配合的凸块,所述左半部与右半部上都设有防掉凸点,所述截止阀与乳头相交处 设有密封圈,所述注射器的外部设有外筒,所述注射器与外筒之间形成环形加压区,所述环形加压区内设有环形活塞杆,所述环形活塞杆的下端设有环形活塞,所述环形加压区的上方设有防掉环,所述注射器内设有主活塞杆,所述主活塞杆的下端设有主活塞,上端设有主活塞柄,所述主活塞柄的两侧又与环形活塞杆的上端相连接,所述外筒外侧的上方设有推拉环,所述环形活塞与环形加压区相配合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单、成本较低、设计合理、操作便捷,能够暂时保存脑脊液,避免与空气接触,保护脑脊液的安全,可以防止不小心碰到推拉杆或误操作,将脑脊液推射出来;采用截止阀,能够在抽取完脑脊液后,关闭,防止脑脊液漏出,且采用的防掉凸点,可以避免截止阀脱落;采用的密封圈能够确保脑脊液不会泄露;采用的防掉环,能够确保环形活塞杆及主活塞杆不脱离于主体,而掉落外界。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种能够暂时保存脑脊液的装置,包括注射器1、针头2和针头栓3,所述针头2通过针头栓3套装在所述注射器1的乳头11上,所述注射器1的乳头11内设有截止阀4,所述截止阀4由左半部41与右半部42构成,所述左半部41设有凹槽411,所述右半部42设有与凹槽411相配合的凸块421,所述左半部41与右半部42上都设有防掉凸点5,所述截止阀4与乳头11相交处设有密封圈6,所述注射器1的外部设有外筒7,所述注射器1与外筒7之间形成环形加压区8,所述环形加压区8内设有环形活塞杆9,所述环形活塞杆9的下端设有环形活塞91,所述环形加压区8的上方设有防掉环81,所述注射器1内设有主活塞杆10,所述主活塞杆10的下端设有主活塞101,上端设有主活塞柄102,所述主活塞柄102的两侧又与环形活塞杆9的上端相连接;所述外筒7外侧的上方设有推拉环71;所述环形活塞91与环形加压区8相配合。
采用截止阀4,能够在抽取完脑脊液后,关闭,防止脑脊液漏出,且采用的防掉凸点5,可以避免截止阀4脱落;采用的密封圈6能够确保脑脊液不会泄露;采用的防掉环81,能够确保环形活塞杆9及主活塞杆10不脱离于主体,而掉落外界。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种能够暂时保存脑脊液的装置,包括注射器(1)、针头(2)和针头栓(3),所述针头(2)通过针头栓(3)套装在所述注射器(1)的乳头(11)上,其特征在于:所述注射器(1)的乳头(11)内设有截止阀(4),所述截止阀(4)由左半部(41)与右半部(42)构成,所述左半部(41)设有凹槽(411),所述右半部(42)设有与凹槽(411)相配合的凸块(421),所述左半部(41)与右半部(42)上都设有防掉凸点(5),所述截止阀(4)与乳头(11)相交处设有密封圈(6),所述注射器(1)的外部设有外筒(7),所述注射器(1)与外筒(7)之间形成环形加压区(8),所述环形加压区(8)内设有环形活塞杆(9),所述环形活塞杆(9)的下端设有环形活塞(91),所述环形加压区(8)的上方设有防掉环(81),所述注射器(1)内设有主活塞杆(10),所述主活塞杆(10)的下端设有主活塞(101),上端设有主活塞柄(102),所述主活塞柄(102)的两侧又与环形活塞杆(9)的上端相连接,所述外筒(7)外侧的上方设有推拉环(71),所述环形活塞(91)与环形加压区(8)相配合。
