Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système (10) pour aider une personne handicapée (62), comprenant un siège (12) pour permettre à la personne handicapée (62) de s'asseoir ; un bras (14) présentant un moyen d'entraînement (94), pour faire pivoter le bras (14) avec le siège (12) autour d'une charnière statique (78) du bras (14), la charnière statique (78) étant distale par rapport au siège (12). Le pivotement du bras (14), conjointement avec le siège (12), facilite le levage des fesses (80) de la personne handicapée à partir d'une première position (99A), en passant par une deuxième position (99B) dans laquelle le bras (14) est incliné, vers une troisième position (99C) pour appuyer sur les fesses (80) horizontalement. Ainsi, le siège (12) appuie sur les fesses (80) orthogonalement (86) dans l'une quelconque des positions (99A, 99B, 99C), le moyen d'entraînement (94) pour faire pivoter le bras (14) comprenant un mécanisme hydraulique qui est alimenté par pression d'eau de réseau (36).
