Description

一种按键、游戏手柄及遥控控制器 技术领域
本发明涉及按键制造领域,特别涉及一种按键、游戏手柄及遥控控制器。
发明背景
游戏手柄、遥控飞机(无人机)等控制器上均有较多按键,现有技术中的按键大多为一体式结构,方向键整体安装在主机上。一方面,在需要更换该种按键时,必须拆下面板才能更换,但是对于普通用户,拆卸时很容易损坏产品结构,或者不能正常组装回去,导致主机无法正常使用。另一方面,该种按键的材质硬度、尺寸、颜色均比较单一、不可或较难更换,因此,不能适应用户对按键的多样化需求,如不同手感、不同形状、尺寸、不同颜色等,用户体验较差。
现有技术中,也有一部分按键的结构是包括按键帽和按键支架两部分,拆卸或更换按键时仅需拆下按键帽即可,但是这类按键的按键帽和按键支架一般是通过筋定位的方式实现固定,如图1所示,在按键帽和按键支架上分别设置定位筋(11’)和定位槽,安装按键帽时,需要旋转按键帽直至定位筋卡在定位槽内,因此安装并不方便。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明提供了一种按键、游戏手柄及遥控控制器,以解决现有技术按键拆卸时容易损坏产品结构以及按键更换不方便、不能适应用户对按键的多样化需求的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种按键,包括:圆柱形按键帽和圆柱形按键支架,所述按键支架上设置有第一磁性连接件,所述按键帽的对应位置设置有第二磁性连接件;所述按键帽扣合在所述按键支架上,并通过所述第一磁性连接件和第二磁性连接件之间的磁力吸合连接;
所述按键帽和所述按键支架上还设置有周向限位组件。
可选地,所述周向限位组件包括:沿所述按键帽内侧壁圆周、和沿所述按键支架的外侧壁圆周设置的可互相啮合的锯齿状结构。
可选地,所述锯齿状结构的边缘为直线或弧线。
可选地,所述按键支架的顶部设置有安装所述第一磁性连接件的第一安装槽;所述按键帽的对应位置设置有安装所述第二磁性连接件的第二安装槽。
可选地,所述第一磁性连接件为强磁性材质,所述第二磁性连接件为磁吸附材质;
或者,所述第二磁性连接件为强磁性材质,所述第一磁性连接件为磁吸附材质;
或者,所述第一磁性连接件和第二磁性连接件均为强磁性材质。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的按键包括圆柱形按键帽和圆柱形按键支架,二者之间通过磁力吸合连接,更换或拆卸按键时只需要克服磁力将按键帽取下即可,操作简便、无需专业知识、不会破坏产品内部结构,并且还可以更换不同颜色、不同硬度、不同手感的按键帽,适合不同需求和喜好的用户使用。
此外,按键帽和按键支架上分别设置沿所述按键帽内侧壁圆周、和沿所述按键支架的外侧壁圆周,可互相啮合的锯齿状结构。安装按键时,将按键帽扣在按键支架上后,按键帽在磁力的吸合作用下,自动与按键支架上的锯齿状结构啮合,实现按键帽和按键支架的定位和周向固定,安装较为方便。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
如图2所示,本发明实施例提供一种按键,包括:圆柱形按键帽1和圆柱形按键支架2,按键支架2上设置有第一磁性连接件3,按键帽1的对应位置设置有第二磁性连接件4;按键帽1扣合在按键支架2上,并通过第一磁性连接件3和第二磁性连接件4之间的磁力吸合连 接,实现按键帽1和按键支架2之间的轴向固定。
按键帽1和按键支架2上还设置有周向限位组件,实现按键帽1和按键支架2之间的周向固定,避免在按压按键时按键帽1可能会产生的周向旋转。在本发明的一个具体实施例中,周向限位组件包括:沿按键帽1内侧壁圆周、和沿按键支架2的外侧壁圆周设置的可互相啮合的锯齿状结构11、21。
第一磁性连接件3为强磁性材质,第二磁性连接件4为磁吸附材质,例如铁、镍等能被磁吸附的材质;
或者,第二磁性连接件4为强磁性材质,第一磁性连接件3为磁吸附材质;
或者,第一磁性连接件3和第二磁性连接件4均为强磁性材质。
当需要对按键帽1进行更换的时候,只需要施加的外力大于第一磁性连接件3和第二磁性连接件4之间的磁性吸力即可,操作简便、无需专业知识、不会破坏产品内部结构,并且还可以更换不同颜色、不同硬度、不同手感的按键帽1,适合对按键有不同需求和喜好的用户使用。
重新装回按键帽1时,将按键帽1扣在按键支架2上后,在磁力的吸合作用下,按键帽1和按键支架2上的锯齿状结构自动啮合,实现按键帽1和按键支架2的定位和周向固定,无须像现有技术那样旋转按键帽1将其定位装配至按键支架2的某一固定方位,因此安装较为方便。
在本发明的一个实施例中,按键支架2的顶部设置有安装第一磁性连接件3的第一安装槽;按键帽1的对应位置设置有安装第二磁性连接件4的第二安装槽。
在本发明的一个实施例中,锯齿状结构的边缘为直线。在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图5所示,锯齿状结构的边缘为弧线,相对于直线形的锯齿状结构来说,在磁力的吸合作用下自动啮合时,弧线形的锯齿状结构的啮合过程更为流畅舒缓。
在本发明的一个实施例中,可根据需要调整锯齿状结构的高度,如图6所示,锯齿状结构11、21的高度小于按键帽1高度的一半,如图7所示,锯齿状结构11、21的高度大于按键帽1高度的一半,只要能够实现按键帽1和按键支架2之间的啮合固定即可。
如图3、图4所示,按键支架2底部对称设置有弹性臂22,例如可以设置两个或四个等。弹性臂22平行按键支架2底部平面;弹性臂22末端设置有安装孔23,在安装孔23中旋入螺钉将按键支架2固定在按键安装位置的面板5上。弹性臂22具有弹性,在按压按键的外力撤销后,弹性臂22带动按键支架2回弹和复位。
如图3所示,按键支架2底部设置有与按键安装处的按键元器件6相对应的凸台24。当按键帽1被按下时,凸台24接触并按压对应位置的按键元器件6,使得按键按键元器件6对 应的电路导通。
如图8所示,本发明实施例还提供一种游戏手柄,包括如权利要求上壳7、下壳8和上述的按键。
本发明实施例还提供一种遥控控制器,包括上述的按键。

  1. 一种按键,其特征在于,包括:圆柱形按键帽和圆柱形按键支架,所述按键支架上设置有第一磁性连接件,所述按键帽的对应位置设置有第二磁性连接件;所述按键帽扣合在所述按键支架上,并通过所述第一磁性连接件和第二磁性连接件之间的磁力吸合连接;
    所述按键帽和所述按键支架上还设置有周向限位组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按键,其特征在于,所述周向限位组件包括:沿所述按键帽内侧壁圆周、和沿所述按键支架的外侧壁圆周设置的可互相啮合的锯齿状结构。
