Description

一种针槽体、穿刺架体及穿刺架 技术领域
本发明涉及超声波B超穿刺手术工具技术领域,具体涉及一种针槽体、穿刺架体及穿刺架。
背景技术
目前使用的体外穿刺架,在控制进针方式上一般采用两种方式来实现:
1.旋转针槽结构;2.单独针槽体结构;其中,单独针槽体都有不同规格的厚度与穿刺针一一对应,因此每个采用单独针槽体结构的穿刺架体都必须配有多种规格的针槽体。在B超穿刺手术中,医生会根据临床使用的情况,选择不同规格的针槽体来进行B超手术,目前现有结构的针槽体安装和拆卸复杂,达不到简易操作的目的,增加了穿刺手术时医生操作的难度。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中针槽体与穿刺架体安装和拆卸复杂,增加了穿刺手术时医生操作的难度的技术缺陷,本发明提供一种结构简单、安装及拆卸方便的针槽体、与该针槽体配套使用的穿刺架体以及所述针槽体及穿刺架体组成的穿刺架,可实现医生的单手操作,降低了穿刺手术时医生操作的难度。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种针槽体,其为中空的柱状结构,包括顺次连接的第一挡板、第一固定板、限位板以及第二固定板。
该针槽体结构简单,可以便于其与配套的穿刺架体的安装及拆卸。
优选的,所述第一固定板一端中部设有凸台。
优选的,所述第一固定板上位于所述凸台两侧的位置均设有u型连接槽。
优选的,所述第二固定板上设有两个n型卡合槽。
一种与上述任一项所述的针槽体配套使用的穿刺架体,所述穿刺架体一端具有连接部,所述连接部上设有互相垂直的第二挡板和倾斜安装板;其中,
所述倾斜安装板上设有互相平行的第一筋位和第二筋位。
优选的,所述第一筋位上远离所述第二筋位的一侧的顶端设有两个卡勾。用于卡住针槽体。
优选的,所述第一筋位上靠近所述第二筋位的一侧的底端设有加强筋。可以加强弹性手感。
优选的,所述第二筋位上远离所述第一筋位的一侧的底端设有两根限位筋。所述限位筋和针槽体上的n型卡合槽配合,可将针槽体卡住,使针槽体不晃动。
一种穿刺架,包括一个或多个上述任一项所述的针槽体及上述任一项所述的穿刺架体。
优选的,所述针槽体为多个,且所述多个针槽体的第一挡板的厚度均不相同。所述穿刺架体配合不同规格的针槽体使用时,第一挡板及第二挡板之间的间距会改变,以适应不同规格的穿刺针。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、该针槽体具有多种不同规格,可以适应穿刺手术中不同规格的穿刺针;
2、针槽体固定、更换简单方便,易操作,可实现医生的单手操作;
3、针槽体的第一挡板可以与穿刺架体的第二挡板及倾斜安装板之间形成u型针槽以适应穿刺针在里面自由活动;
4、所述u型针槽为半开放式的,可以随时实现穿刺手术中的针架分离(穿刺针及穿刺架的分离)功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的结构进行详细解释说明。
如图1及图2-1至图2-3所示,本发明实施例提供的一种针槽体1,其为中空的柱状结构,由顺次连接的第一挡板11、第一固定板12、限位板13以及第二固定板14组成。其中,所述第一挡板11可设计为多种厚度规格。
本发明实施例提供的一种针槽体1,所述第一挡板11与限位板13相互平行,所述第一固定板12与第二固定板14相互平行。
本发明实施例提供的一种针槽体1,所述第一固定板12一端中部设有凸台121。所述第一固定板12上位于所述凸台121两侧的位置均设有u型连接槽122。所述第一固定板12上还设有第一指示箭头123“↓”和提示用针规格的型号标记124。所述第二固定板14上设有两个n型卡合槽141。
如图3所示,本发明实施例提供的一种与上述针槽体1配套使用的穿刺架体,所述穿刺架体一端具有连接部2,所述连接部2上设有互相垂直的第二挡板21和倾斜安装板22,其中,所述倾斜安装板22的上表面为进针起始平面;所述倾斜安装板22可与所述针槽体1的底部相贴合。
本发明实施例提供的一种与上述针槽体1配套使用的穿刺架体,所述倾斜安装板22上设有互相平行的且分别与所述第一固定板12及第二固定板14相配合的第一筋位23和第二筋位24;其中,所述针槽体1可套装于所述第一筋位23及第二筋位24外。
本发明实施例提供的一种与上述针槽体1配套使用的穿刺架体,所述第一筋位23上远离所述第二筋位24的一侧的顶端设有两个卡勾231,用于卡 住针槽体1。所述第一筋位23上靠近所述第二筋位24的一侧的底端设有加强筋232,可以加强弹性手感。所述第一筋位23上远离所述第二筋位24的一侧的中部还设有第二指示箭头233“↓”。
本发明实施例提供的一种与上述针槽体1配套使用的穿刺架体,所述第二筋位24上远离所述第一筋位23的一侧的底端设有两根分别与两个n型卡合槽141相配合的限位筋241。所述限位筋241和针槽体1上的n型卡合槽141卡合,可将针槽体1卡住,使针槽体1不晃动。
如图4至图5所示,本发明实施例提供的一种穿刺架,包括多个上述针槽体1及一个上述穿刺架体。所述多个针槽体1的第一挡板11的厚度均不相同。所述穿刺架体配合不同厚度规格的针槽体1使用时,所述第一挡板11及第二挡板21之间的间距会改变,以适应不同规格的穿刺针。
本发明实施例提供的一种穿刺架,在具体使用时,可按下述操作步骤进行:
将穿刺架体固定到超声波B超探头上之后,选择合适规格的针槽体1,将所选针槽体1上设有的第一指示箭头123“↓”标记一面和穿刺架体上设有的第二指示箭头233“↓”放在一个方向,顺着穿刺架体上的第二指示箭头233“↓”指示方向往下按,此时第一筋位23上设有的两个卡勾231发生形变,当针槽体1被推到位(所述针槽体1的底端与倾斜安装板22完全贴合),两个卡勾231又弹性回位,将针槽体1卡在穿刺架体上固定,听到“啪嗒”声后,表明已经安装到位,第二筋位24上设有的两根限位筋241和针槽体1上设有的两个n型卡合槽141卡合,将针槽体1卡住使其不晃动。此时针槽体1的第一挡板11、穿刺架体的第二挡板21及倾斜安装板22之间形成自由开放式的u型针槽3,B超穿刺手术中穿刺针可以在形成的自由开放式的u型针槽3内任意角度自由进针。当手术中需要更换穿刺针规格时,捏住针槽体1上设有的凸台121结构,往里面按,直到按不动时,两个卡勾231与针槽体1分离,向上提针槽体1,针槽体1被取出,更换所需规格的针槽体1即可。不同规格针槽体1的相异之处在于针槽体1上设有的第一挡板11的壁厚不同,从而可以调节第一挡板11及第二挡板21之间的间距(即u型针 槽3的宽度),方便手术进行。

  1. 一种针槽体,其特征在于,其为中空的柱状结构,包括顺次连接的第一挡板(11)、第一固定板(12)、限位板(13)以及第二固定板(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的针槽体,其特征在于,所述第一固定板(12)一端中部设有凸台(121)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的针槽体,其特征在于,所述第一固定板(12)上位于所述凸台(121)两侧的位置均设有u型连接槽(122)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的针槽体,其特征在于,所述第二固定板(14)上设有两个n型卡合槽(141)。
  5. 一种与权利要求1-4任一项所述的针槽体配套使用的穿刺架体,其特征在于:该穿刺架体一端具有连接部(2),所述连接部(2)上设有互相垂直的第二挡板(21)和倾斜安装板(22);其中,
    所述倾斜安装板(22)上设有互相平行的第一筋位(23)和第二筋位(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的穿刺架体,其特征在于,所述第一筋位(23)上远离所述第二筋位(24)的一侧的顶端设有两个卡勾(231)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的穿刺架体,其特征在于,所述第一筋位(23)上靠近所述第二筋位(24)的一侧的底端设有加强筋(232)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的穿刺架体,其特征在于,所述第二筋位(24)上远离所述第一筋位(23)的一侧的底端设有两根限位筋(241)。
  9. 一种穿刺架,其特征在于,包括一个或多个权利要求1-4任一项所述的针槽体(1)及权利要求5-8任一项所述的穿刺架体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的穿刺架,其特征在于,所述针槽体(1)为多个,且所述多个针槽体(1)的第一挡板(11)的厚度均不相同。
