Description

一种遥控器、照明装置及照明系统 技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种遥控器、照明装置及照明系统。
背景技术
随着照明技术的不断发展,能够发出不同颜色的光线的彩色灯具也逐渐应用广泛,如何调整这些彩色灯具的颜色,使得灯具所发出光线的颜色匹配照明环境或达到用户需求,也逐渐受到业内重视。
目前,一般采用遥控器来控制彩色灯具所发出光线的颜色,然而现有的遥控器一般会在生产过程中预先录入几种常用的颜色,这些常用的颜色难以匹配现实中颜色多样的照明环境,使得操作人员无法使用遥控器来根据照明环境的颜色来调整彩色灯具发出的灯光的颜色,导致彩色灯具发出的灯光的色彩较为单调,严重时,还会因为灯具所发光线与照射环境的颜色冲突,产生光污染而危害用户健康。
发明内容
本发明提供一种遥控器、照明装置及照明系统,尤其是一种用于照明装置的遥控器,其可解决传统的遥控器仅能控制照明装置发出几种固定颜色的灯光的问题。
本发明提供了一种遥控器,用于控制目标照明装置所发出光线的颜色,包括:壳体;遥控端主控板,位于所述壳体内并设置有用于获取目标区域的颜色信息的取色单元以及用于将所述颜色信息发送至所述目标照明装置的无线传输单元;取色开关,位于所述壳体上并与所述取色单元和无线传输单元电性连接,所述取色开关用于启动和停止所述取色单元与无线传输单元。
更进一步的,所述遥控端主控板上还设置有用于使得所述无线传输单元与所述目标照明装置配对的控制部配对单元。
更进一步的,所述遥控器还设有配对开关,所述配对开关位于所述壳体上并与所述控制部配对单元电性连接,所述配对开关用于启动和停止所述控制部配对单元。
更进一步的,所述取色开关包括取色电路板、取色按键以及取色按键帽,所述配对开关包括配对电路板、配对按键以及配对按键帽,所述壳体上分别设置有取色按键槽和配对按键槽,取色按键帽和配对按键帽分别从取色按键槽和配对按键槽露出。

隔离罩60包括与光源板51相连的隔离连接部63以及与隔离连接部63相连的配光部64,配光部64用于将第二颜色发光单元54所发出的彩光朝向外围扩散,可以是反射或者是反射折射或者是折射透射等;隔离连接部63用于与光源板51相连,可以是通过螺钉锁定或者是销钉锁定或者是焊接或者是卡扣连接等,优选的,本发明选用螺钉对锁定,拆装方便。配光部64将第二颜色发光单元54所发出的彩光朝向外围扩散,避免第一颜色发光单元53发出的白光与第二颜色发光单元54发出的彩光之间产生干扰。
第一颜色发光单元53为第一颜色LED发光单元,第二颜色发光单元54为第二颜色LED发光单元。第一颜色LED发光单元和第二颜色LED发光单元节能,不易发热,使用寿命长。
一种照明装置,包括:灯壳70;光源组件50,光源组件50设置于灯壳70内,用于发光。灯壳70内还设置有用于驱动光源组件50的驱动组件90,参前面指出的其他可能性驱动组件90包括驱动电源单元。驱动电源单元为光源组件100供电,第一颜色发光单元53发出白光,第二颜色发光单元54在照明端主控板的控制下可以发出彩色的光。具体的,取色终端内设置有颜色采集单元,通过取色智能终端的主控板对颜色采集单元采集到的颜色信息进行计算处理后,通过无线传输单元传输到照明装置的控制单元,控制单元根据收到的颜色的信息数据,控制彩光发光单元所发出的光的颜色。取色智能终端可以是手机、照相机、遥控器等。将白光发光单元以及彩光发光单元集成在光源板51上,使得光源组件50结构简单紧凑,既可以发出白光,又可以发出彩光,白光发光单元与彩光发光单元可以同时或者分别通电发光,分别或者同时实现日常照明和装饰的效果,满足不同人群的使用需求。
灯壳70包括底盘71,光源板51通过锁定装置锁定在底盘71上,可以是通过螺钉将光源板51锁定在底盘71上,或者是通过磁铁将光源板51吸附在底盘71上,或者是通过胶水将光源板51粘贴在底盘71上等;灯壳70还包括将光源组件50覆盖的面罩72,第一颜色发光单元53与第二颜色发光单元54分别朝向面罩72。底盘71与面罩72形成灯壳70,其将光源组件50包覆。面罩72可以是透明或者半透明的面罩72,对照明装置500的光源组件50有效的保护,防止灰尘落入光源组件50,影响照明装置500的照明效果以及使用寿命。
面罩72的内壁上沿周向设置有定位卡环721,隔离罩60沿周向设置有与面罩72对应的安装凸台601,安装凸台601上间隔设置有卡扣602,面罩72与隔离罩60通过卡扣602以及定位卡环721锁定。在安装好隔离罩60后,再将面罩72扣在隔离罩60的安装凸台601上,下压即可将面罩72安装在隔离罩60上,并锁定,连接方便且牢靠。当然,还可以是在面罩72的内壁上沿周向间隔设置卡扣,在隔离罩60的安装凸台601上沿周向设置定位卡环,用于将面罩72与隔离罩60固定。或者是通过螺钉、销钉等将面罩72与隔离罩60固定。
灯壳70沿周向设置有用于将灯壳70固定的保护边框73;具体的,底盘71沿周向向上延伸形成底盘边沿711,底盘边沿711沿周向设置有保护边框73;保护边框73与底盘71通过卡扣固定;底盘边沿711的外壁上沿周向设置有凹槽,保护边框73的内壁上沿周向设置有与凹槽对应的凸起,当将保护边框73扣合在底盘边沿711上时,凸起位于凹槽内,连接方便。
底盘71的底部设置有安装挂板80,安装挂板80与底盘71之间形成可用于容纳驱动照明装置500的驱动组件90的容纳腔;底盘71开设有多个长条形的螺杆安装孔712,安装挂板80通过设于螺杆安装孔712内的螺杆81锁定于底盘71上。驱动组件位于安装挂板80与底盘71之间的容纳腔内。长条形的螺杆安装孔712在安装螺杆81时,方便对底盘71或者安装挂板80的位置进行调整。安装挂板80用于将照明装置500安装在所需要的位置,如墙壁上或者房顶上或者家具上等,安装方便。当然,所述底盘71与安装挂板80还可以是一体式结构。作为本发明的另一优选实施例,驱动组件90可以设置于底盘71上,且位于光源板51与底盘71之间,或者是驱动组件90集成在光源板51的底部。
作为本发明的另一优选实施例,底盘71开设有螺杆安装孔712,螺杆安装孔712包括供螺杆81通过的安装段713以及用于锁定的锁定段714,安装段713的宽度大于锁定段714的宽度,安装挂板80通过设置于锁定段714内的螺杆81以及螺母锁定于底盘71上。长条形的螺杆安装孔712在安装螺杆81时,方便对底盘71或者安装挂板80的位置进行调整。且螺杆81上的螺母去不要取下,螺杆81可以直接穿过安装段713,再将螺杆81移动至锁定段714,拧紧螺母即可,拆卸维修的时候也不需要将螺母取下,不易发生零件丢失或者装配困难的问题。
本实施例中,灯壳70为五角星形的灯壳。具体的,光源板51为五角星形,隔离罩60为五角星形,灯壳70为五角星形,保护边框73为五角星形;使得照明装置为五角星形,造型奇特,增加了照明的趣味性,尤其适用于儿童房的需求。当然,所述光源板51、隔离罩60以及中间区域还可以是圆形或者方形或者椭圆形或者别的形状。
一种遥控器100,用于控制目标照明装置所发出的光线的颜色,本实施例的目标照明装置为照明装置500,还可以是别的目标照明装置,如台灯、路灯等。
遥控器100包括:壳体10;遥控端主控板20,位于壳体10内并设置有用于获取目标区域的颜色信息的取色单元30以及用于将颜色信息发送至目标照明装置的无线传输单元,本实施例的目标照明装置为照明装置500;取色开关47位于壳体10上并与所述取色单元30和无线传输单元电性连接,取色开关47用于启动和停止取色单元30与无线传输单元。按压取色开关47,可以触发取色单元30取色,以获取颜色信息,遥控端主控板20对颜色信息进行运算处理后,通过无线传输单元传输至照明装置500,以使照明装置500获得相应的颜色信息并发出该颜色的光线。遥控器100结构简单、操作方便,可以根据客户需求,使照明装置500发出对应的颜色的光线。具体的,壳体10内还设置有与遥控端主控板20相连的驱动电源组件49,用于为遥控器100供电。
遥控端主控板20上还设置有用于与目标照明装置配对的控制部配对单元;控制部配对单元可以是信号发射器(图未示),信号发射器用于发射信号,使遥控器100与照明装置配500对,照明装置可以是台灯、路灯、壁灯、吸顶灯、灯杆或者别的形式的灯;与照明装置500配对完成后,通过取色开关47触发取色单元30取色,得到颜色信息,并将其传送到遥控端主控板20,遥控端主控板20对接收到的颜色信息进行运算处理,得出颜色信息数据,并传送到无线传输单元,无线传输单元将其转化成无线电信号(即色点信息的X、Y、Z值)发射出去,当该无线电信号被照明 装置上的无线通信模块(与无线传输单元匹配耦合)接收后,照明装置500的彩光发光单元即可根据其接收到的色点信息发出相应颜色的光。
遥控器100还设有配对开关46,配对开关46位于壳体10上并与控制部配对单元电性连接,配对开关46用于启动和停止控制部配对单元。启动配对开关46,配对开关46触发信号发射器发射信号,使遥控器100与照明装置500的无线通信模块配对。通过配对开关46控制的控制方式,操作简单,且不会发生配对错误的问题。
取色开关47和配对开关46通过螺丝设置于壳体10上。螺丝连接的方式,操作简单,连接牢靠,且位于壳体10上,方便操作人员的操作。当然,取色开关47和配对开关46还可以是通过卡持结构设置于壳体10上,或者是粘贴在所述壳体上等,在此不作赘述。配对开关46包括配对电路板461、配对按键以及配对按键帽462,配对按键设置于配对电路板461上;取色开关47包括取色电路板471、取色按键以及取色按键帽472,取色按键位于取色电路板471上;配对按键帽462用于按压配对电路板461上的配对按键,取色按键帽472用于按压取色电路板471上的取色按键,配对电路板461与取色电路板471可以是分体式结构,配对电路板461与取色电路板471分别设置在握杆40内;配对电路板461与取色电路板471还可以是一体式结构,将配对电路板461以及取色电路板471集成在一个电路板上,形成开关部电路板48,再将此开关部电路板48设置在壳体10内,此种方式使得配对开关46以及取色开关47结构更加的简单。配对按键帽462与取色按键帽472可以是上下排列或者是左右排列,优选的,本发明采用上下排列的方式。配对按键帽462与取色按键帽472可以是硅胶材料或者是塑料材料或者是与壳体10相同的材料制成。
取色单元30包括感应元件31以及补光元件32;感应元件31用于感测颜色信息并将其传输到遥控端主控板20。具体的,感应元件31可以根据低端、中端、高端的不同应用选择不同的感应器,比如颜色传感器或者光谱探测器。颜色传感器主要应用在低中端,探测的物体表面的颜色并转换成三基色信息。光谱探测器主要应用在高端,能够准确的探测物体反色光谱,为后端灯具实现光输出提供更加可靠的信息。采集原始颜色信息为R,G,B或颜色的光谱信息。在本实施例中采用颜色传感器来检测被照物的颜色信息。颜色传感器根据其输出的不同可以分为RGB颜色传感器、XYZ颜色传感器,在本实施里中采用的是RGB颜色传感器,其对应的是RGB颜色模型。RGB颜色模型是最常见的颜色模型,源于视觉三色说,即自然界中存在的所有颜色都可以由红(R)、绿(G)、蓝(B)三种单色合成。因此,RGB颜色传感器的输出的颜色信息即为R、G、B三色分量。操作人员在握住该遥控器100的壳体10并面对外界带有原始颜色的物体时,取色单元30的颜色传感器朝向外界带有原始颜色的物体,既方便该取色单元30采集颜色信息,又方便操作人员使用,且当外界带有原始颜色的物体为不发光物体时,补光元件32发出的光可直接照射在该不发光物体上,优选的,补光元件32选用发出白光的光源。壳体10内设置有与取色单元30对应的聚光透镜33;颜色传感器是通过接收反射自物体的光来分辨颜色的,而同一物体的不同位置也会有不同的颜色,为了精确测量颜色,在另一较佳的实施例中,可在RGB颜色传感器的光入射口处设置汇聚聚光透镜组件,汇聚聚光透镜组件可选用凸透镜、菲涅尔聚光透镜等汇聚聚光透镜或其组合,从而使得RGB颜色传感器只接受来自较小范围的入射光。
壳体10开设有与感应元件31以及补光元件32对应的取色通孔14以及补光通孔13,感应元件31朝向取色通孔14,补光元件32朝向补光通孔13。补光通孔13方便补光元件的光照射出,对取色环境进行补光;感应通孔14方便感应元件31进行取色。
壳体10开设有凹槽112以及覆盖于凹槽112上的透光镜15,补光通孔13以及取色通孔14分别位于凹槽112内并被透光镜15封口。透光镜15将补光通孔13以及取色通孔14封口后,可以防尘防潮,对头壳101内的装置进行有效保护,且不会对感应元件3的颜色采集以及补光元件32的补光产生影响。
补光元件32通过卡环321固设于聚光透镜33上。卡环321固定的方式,操作简单,连接方便可靠。
壳体10包括相互连接的头壳101和握杆40,遥控端主控板20位于头壳10内,取色开关47和配对开关46均位于所述握杆40上。且取色开关47和配对开关46沿着握杆40的延伸方向排列于所述握杆40上。
头壳101包括相互卡扣连接的上盖11和下盖12,下盖12与握杆40通过固定螺杆122以及螺母123连接锁定。上盖11开设有与补光元件32以及感应元件31对应的补光通孔13以及取色通孔14,感应元件31朝向取色通孔14,补光元件32朝向补光通孔13。上盖11与下盖12可以是透明或者不透明的,且下盖12与上盖11可以通过扣合、螺钉锁定、粘合或者是一体成型;本发明优选的使用卡扣连接,上盖11的开口处沿周向设置有卡扣111,卡扣111位于上盖11的内壁上,下盖的开口处沿周向设置有与卡扣111对应的扣口121,扣口121位于下盖的外壁上,当上盖11与下盖12扣合时,卡扣111位于对应的扣口121内,将上盖11与下盖12锁定,安装方便,连接牢靠。当然,还可以是卡扣位于下盖12上,扣口位于上盖11上。头壳101可以是立体多边形、五角星形、花朵形、皇冠形以及别的形状等。造型奇特,满足不同人群的使用需求。本发明采用正多边形,遥控器100还包括设置于固定螺杆122上的饰件16,在下盖12与握杆40的交接处的螺杆122上套设皇冠状的饰件16,使得遥控器100的造型更加的美观。
遥控器100还包括位于壳体10内的电源收容腔44以及用于打开和封闭电源收容腔44的盖体45。具体的,握杆40包括卡扣连接的前盖41和后盖42;前盖41与后盖42通过卡扣锁定形成收容腔,收容腔包括开关收容腔43以及电源收容腔44,配对开关46以及取色开关47均设于开关收容腔43,驱动电源组件49设于所述电源收容腔44。驱动电源组件49包括设置于握杆40内的电池盒491以及设置于电池盒491内的电池492。驱动电源组件49可以是直流电或者是交流电,可以是固定式或者移动式的电源,优选的,选用移动式的锂电池作为驱动电源,可反复充电,既可以节约该取色遥控器的使用成本,又可以减少电池的使用量,从而减小废电池带来的环境污染。具体的,电源收容腔44内固设有电池盒491,将电池492沿着握杆40底端的电池安装孔置入电池盒491内后,将盖体45盖上即可。当然,也可以是将电池492安装在电池盒491内,再将电池盒491从握杆40底端的电池安装孔中装入握杆40的电源收容腔44内,最后将盖体45装入握杆40底端的电池安装孔中。
本发明的照明装置500的隔离罩30将光源板51隔离成第一腔体和第二腔体,白光发光单元位于第一腔体内,彩光发光单元位于第二腔体内,使得白光发光单元 与彩光发光单元为独立的单元,在发光时,相互之间不会发生干扰。将白光发光单元与彩光发光单元集成在光源板51上,使得照明装置500结构简单紧凑,既可以发出白光,也可以发出由遥控器100采集后传输来的彩光;安装挂板50方便照明装置500的安装,可以安装在墙壁或者是顶板上,安装方便;具体的,遥控器100,通过配对开关46触发信号发射器发射信号,照明装置500的无线通信模块接收到信号后,遥控器100即与照明装置500配对,遥控器100与照明装置500配对完成后,通过遥控器100的取色开关46触发补光元件32补光,同时颜色传感器采集颜色并将颜色信息传输到遥控端主控板20,遥控端主控板20对颜色信息进行运算处理后,通过无线传输单元传输出去,照明装置500的无线通信模块接收到颜色信息后,将颜色信息传输到照明端主控板,照明端主控板控制照明装置500的彩光发光单元发出该颜色的光线。遥控器100结构简单,可以根据客户需求,使灯具发出对应的颜色的光线。且通过要控制100控制的方式,操作简单,且五角星形的照明装置,造型奇特,增加了照明的趣味性,尤其适用于儿童房的需求

Claims (25)

  1. 一种遥控器,用于控制目标照明装置所发出光线的颜色,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    遥控端主控板,位于所述壳体内并设置有用于获取目标区域的颜色信息的取色单元以及用于将所述颜色信息发送至所述目标照明装置的无线传输单元;
    取色开关,位于所述壳体上并与所述取色单元和无线传输单元电性连接,所述取色开关用于启动和停止所述取色单元与无线传输单元。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的遥控器,其特征在于:所述遥控端主控板上还设置有用于使得所述无线传输单元与所述目标照明装置配对的控制部配对单元。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的遥控器,其特征在于:所述遥控器还设有配对开关,所述配对开关位于所述壳体上并与所述控制部配对单元电性连接,所述配对开关用于启动和停止所述控制部配对单元。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的遥控器,其特征在于:所述取色开关包括取色电路板、取色按键以及取色按键帽,所述配对开关包括配对电路板、配对按键以及配对按键帽,所述壳体上分别设置有取色按键槽和配对按键槽,取色按键帽和配对按键帽分别从取色按键槽和配对按键槽露出。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的遥控器,其特征在于:所述取色电路板和所述配对电路板为一体式结构。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的遥控器,其特征在于:所述取色单元包括感应元件以及补光元件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的遥控器,其特征在于:所述壳体开设有与所述补光元件以及所述感应元件对应的补光通孔以及取色通孔,所述感应元件朝向取色通孔,所述补光元件朝向补光通孔;
    所述壳体开设有凹槽,所述补光通孔以及取色通孔分别位于所述凹槽内,补光通孔以及取色通孔上覆盖有透光镜,且透光镜位于凹槽内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的遥控器,其特征在于:所述壳体内设置有覆盖于所述取色单元上的聚光透镜。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的遥控器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括相互连接的头壳和握杆,所述遥控端主控板位于所述头壳内,所述取色开关和配对开关均位于所述握杆上,且取色开关和配对开关沿所述握杆的延伸方向排列于所述握杆上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的遥控器,其特征在于:所述遥控器还包括位于所述壳体内的电源收容腔以及用于打开和封闭所述电源收容腔的盖体。
  11. 一种照明装置,其特征在于,包括:
    灯壳;
    光源组件,设置于所述灯壳内,用于发光;
    驱动组件,与所述光源组件电性连接;
    其中,所述照明装置受控于权利要求1-10任一项所述的遥控器,以控制所述光源组件所发出光线的颜色。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述光源组件包括:
    光源板;
    发光单元集合,包括设置于光源板上的第一颜色发光单元与第二颜色发光单元;
    照明端主控板,与光源板电性连接,用于控制第一颜色发光单元和/或第二颜色发光单元发光,其上设置有接收无线信号的无线通信模块;
    隔离罩,位于第一颜色发光单元与第二颜色发光单元之间,以用于将第一颜色发光单元与第二颜色发光单元分隔成位于不同的光学腔体。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述照明端主控板上设置有用于接收颜色信息的接收器,所述照明端主控板控制所述第一颜色发光单元和/或第二颜色发光单元发出所述颜色信息一致的光线。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述第一颜色发光单元为白光发光单元,所述第二颜色发光单元为彩光发光单元。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述光源组件包括覆盖于所述第一颜色发光单元上的第一保护罩和覆盖于所述第二颜色发光单元上的第二保护罩。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述第二颜色发光单元设置于所述第一颜色发光单元的外围。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述隔离罩包括与所述光源板结合的隔离连接部以及连接于所述隔离连接部的配光部,所述配光部用于将所述第二颜色发光单元所发出光线朝向外围扩散。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述第一颜色发光单元和第二颜色发光单元均为LED发光单元。
  19. 如权利要求11所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯壳包括底盘,所述光源板通过锁定装置锁定在底盘上。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯壳还包括将所述光源组件覆盖的面罩,所述第一颜色发光单元与所述第二颜色发光单元分别朝向面罩。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述底盘的底部设置有安装挂板,所述安装挂板与所述底盘之间形成容纳腔,所述驱动组件位于所述容纳腔内。
  22. 如权利要求19所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述驱动组件设置于所述底盘上,且位于所述光源板与底盘之间。
  23. 如权利要求21所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述底盘开设有多个长条形的螺杆安装孔,所述安装挂板通过设于螺杆安装孔内的螺杆锁定于底盘上。
  24. 如权利要求21所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述底盘开设有长条形的螺钉安装孔,螺钉安装孔包括供螺杆通过的安装段以及用于锁定的锁定段,安装段的宽度大于锁定段的宽度,所述安装挂板通过设置于锁定段内的螺杆以及螺母锁定于底盘上。
  25. 一种照明系统,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1至10所述的任意一种遥控器,用于获取目标区域的颜色信息并将所述颜色信息发送至照明装置;
    如权利要求11至24所述的任意一种照明装置,用于根据所述颜色信息控制光源组件所发出光线的颜色。
