Abstract

一种灯光模块,包括上盖、面罩、设置在面罩下方的电路板及下盖,所述面罩上设有多个发光平面,所述电路板上设有与所述发光平面数量相适配的灯源,所述上盖设有容置空腔,该容置空腔的两端面均为敞口,所述下盖设有用于与积木搭建元件进行拼接的连接孔,所述下盖及面罩分别安装于所述容置空腔两端的敞口处上;由于本发明上的面罩上设有多个发光平面,所述电路板上设置有与所述发光平面数量相匹配的灯源,每个灯源从各自发光平面发射出来,根据灯源颜色或发光平面的不同,从而实现了各种的发光效果,此外,所述下盖上还设有连接孔,不仅可以实现多个灯光模块的组合,而且还可以与其他积木进行组装,实现不同模块的拼接。

一种灯光模块
技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,具体涉及一种灯光模块。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,积木机器人已经普遍出现于人们的生活中,现有积木机器人基本采用各类模块进行搭建各种不同的形象,如主控制器、舵机、连接件、装饰件及灯光模块等模块,并通过控制舵机,让机器人执行各种动作。
但是现有灯光模块的功能单一,而且装配受到限制,无法与各类模块进行很好搭建,不能实现更好的用户体验。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种灯光模块,包括上盖、面罩、设置在面罩下方的电路板及下盖,所述面罩上设有多个发光平面,所述电路板上设有与所述发光平面数量相适配的灯源,所述上盖设有容置空腔,该容置空腔的两端面均为敞口,所述下盖设有用于与积木搭建元件进行拼接的连接孔,所述下盖及面罩分别安装于所述容置空腔两端的敞口处上。
由于本发明上的面罩上设有多个发光平面,所述电路板上设置有与所述发光平面数量相匹配的灯源,每个灯源从各自发光平面发射出来,根据灯源颜色或发光平面的不同,从而实现了各种的发光效果,此外,所述下盖上还设有连接孔,不仅可以实现多个灯光模块的组合,而且还可以与其他积木进行组装,实现不同模块的拼接。
优选的,所述面罩包括修饰环及面罩本体,所述面罩本体上设有修饰环安装部,所述修饰环安装于该修饰环安装部上。
优选的,所述修饰环上设有修饰环卡扣,所述修饰环安装部上设有修饰环卡槽,所述修饰环卡扣与所述修饰环卡槽卡扣连接。
优选的,所述修饰环呈圆形,且安装于所述面罩本体的中部。
优选的,所述发光平面的数量为8个,并均匀设置在所述面罩本体上。
优选的,所述面罩本体为透光材料制成的面罩本体。
优选的,所述灯源为LED灯。
优选的,所述LED灯为RGB LED灯。
优选的,所述电路板上还设有两个用于与所述灯源信号连接的信号接口。
优选的,所述下盖包括下盖本体及安装在下盖本体上的遮挡片,所述遮挡片安装于所述电路板的下方。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明:
请参阅图1-7,本发明实施例提供一种灯光模块,包括上盖10、面罩20、电路板30及下盖40,所述上盖10上设有容置空腔11,该容置空腔11的两端均为敞口,所述面罩20及下盖40分别安装于该容置空腔11两端的敞口处上,所述电路板30上设有多个灯源31,该电路板30安装于所述面罩20的下方,且所述电路板30设置于所述面罩20及下盖之间,采用以上技术方案后,由于所述面罩20及下盖40分别安装于该容置空腔11两端的敞口处上,因此将该容置空腔11形成一个能够充分保护电路板30及电路板上的灯源31的密闭空腔。
请参阅图1-4,所述面罩20采用透光材料制成,且面罩20上设有与所述灯源31数量相匹配的发光平面211,每一个灯源31分别设置在各自位置的发光平面211下方,相邻发光平面211成一定夹角且存在分界棱线,当相邻的LED灯发不同颜色的光时,发光平面之间也不会串光,在本实施例中,所述发光平面211及灯源31的数量均为8个,所述面罩20呈圆锥形,所述发光平面211倾斜设置于该面罩20,并且所述发光平面211将所述面罩20平分为8等分,所述灯源31的位置与所述发光平面211的位置相对应,呈圆周阵列设置在所述电路板30上,为了提高灯光模块的发光效果,每个灯源31可以采用彼此独立地电控制,这样不仅便于每个灯源31的检测,而且通过每一个灯源31之间相互配合,可以形成各式各样的发光效果,从而实现更好的用户体验。
请参阅图1-4,所述面罩20包括面罩本体21及修饰环22,所述修饰环22可以为多种形状,使得所述面罩20具有不同的外形,进一步提高产品的多样性,从而增加了用户的兴趣爱好,在本实施例中,所述修饰环22呈黑色圆形,所述面罩20呈白色,当灯源31工作后,光线透过所述发光平面211后,照射在修饰环22上,从灯光模块的外部看,对比更加鲜明,黑色部分显得更加明亮;当把该灯光模块与其他积木搭建元件拼接机器人时,该灯光模块可以为机器人的眼睛,或者拼接成其他形状,也可以提高用户的兴趣。
请参阅图1-4,所述面罩本体21上设有修饰环安装部213,所述修饰环22安装于该修饰环安装部213上,在本实施例中,所述修饰环22上设有修饰环卡扣221,所述修饰环安装部213上设有修饰环卡槽214,所述修饰环卡扣221与所述修饰环卡槽214卡扣连接,不仅可以防止所述修饰环22与面罩本体21之间的相对转动,而且使得固定更加牢固;当修饰环22与面罩本体21组装在一起时,将所述修饰环22直接按压在所述修饰环安装部213上,所述修饰环卡扣221直接卡合在所述修饰环卡槽214上,不需要在所述面罩本体21与修饰环22灌胶或者锁螺丝,组装起来更加方便,从而节约了制造成本,此外,只要按压修饰环卡扣221,使得所述修饰环卡扣221与修饰环卡槽214分离,即可更换不同形状的修饰环22,便于产品的维护。
请参阅图1-5,在本实施例中,所述修饰环22安装于所述面罩本体21的中部,以便每一个灯源31能够更均匀的照射在所述修饰环22上,从而激发所述修饰环22的每一个区域,能够形成有一个理想的光分布。
请参阅图1-5,所述面罩本体21采用透明材料制造而成,使得所述灯源31发出的光能透过该述面罩本体21后照射在修饰环22上,或者用于提供照明之用。
请参阅图1-4,所述面罩本体21上设有面罩凸台212,该面罩凸台212均匀设置在面罩本体21的外延上,所述容置空腔11的一端敞口处上设有凸缘13,所述容置空腔11上设有凸台滑槽12,所述面罩凸台212沿着所述凸台滑槽12前进后卡合在所述凸缘13上,采用以上技术方案后,不仅可以将所述面罩本体21牢固固定在所述上盖10上,而且还可以避免了所述面罩20与所述上盖10之间的相对转动,进一步提高所述灯光模块的使用寿命。
请参阅图1-5,所述灯源31为LED灯,且每一个LED灯的颜色可以相同或不同,在本实施例中,所述LED灯为RGB LED灯,这样可以通过电路板30分别对每个LED进行控制,从而使得每个LED灯31可以发出红、绿、蓝、红绿、红蓝、绿蓝及白光等七种颜色,此外,还可以利用电流的大小来控制LED灯中各种颜色的亮度,进而导致丰富多彩的颜色变化,从而提高了用户的兴趣,根据每一个LED灯发光顺序,可以将8个LED灯形成同一颜色或不同颜色的跑马灯效果,再一次提高了用户的使用兴趣。
请参阅图1-5,所述电路板30为PCB板,所述PCB板30的两侧上均设有用于与所述灯源信号连接的信号接口32,所述上盖10设有信号接口端15,该信号接口32安装于所述信号接口端15上,采用以上技术方案后,不仅便于所述灯光模块与外部电路进行信号连接,而且便于通过外部总电路对所述LED灯31进行控制,实现一体功能效果。
请参阅图1-6,所述下盖40包括下盖本体41及遮挡片42,所述下盖本体41上设有下盖卡扣411,所述上盖10上设有上盖卡槽14,所述上盖卡槽14的位置与所述下盖卡扣411的位置相对应,当所述下盖40安装在所述容置空腔11的另一端敞口处时,所述下盖卡扣411与所述上盖卡槽14卡扣连接,所述遮挡片42安装于所述下盖本体41上,不仅避免了所述下盖40与上盖10之间的相对转动而且使得所述下盖40更加稳定的固定在所述上盖10。
请参阅图1-6,在本实施中,所述下盖40上还设有连接孔413,通过该连接孔413,所述灯光模块可以便于与其他积木搭建元件进行拼接,从而实现了所述灯光模块与其他不同的积木搭建元件进行拼接,形成各种不同的功能效果,特别当该灯光模块与积木机器人装配时,更能提高积木积木机器人的可玩性,进而提高了用户体验。
请参阅图1-6,所述遮挡片42上设有遮挡片凸台421及遮挡片凹槽422,所述下盖40上设有下盖凹槽412,所述遮挡片凸台421安装于所述下盖凹槽412上,所述遮挡片凹槽422设置在所述下盖卡扣411上,所述PCB板30位于所述遮挡片42的上方,采用以上技术方案后,不仅进一步提高了所述容置空腔11的密封性,将所述PCB板30设置在该容置空腔11上,而且还可以防止漏光效果,进一步提高了所述LED灯31的光能利用率。
综合上述,由于所述上盖10与下盖40、面罩本体21与修饰环22均为卡扣连接,使得所述灯光模块的整体结构显得更为紧凑;所述PCB板30上设有信号接口32,且所述下盖40上设有连接孔413,从而便于所述灯光模块与其他积木模块连接,便于外部电路对所述灯光模块的灯光效果进行控制,从而提高用户的兴趣及用户体验,进一步提高产品的市场竞争力。

Claims (10)

1.一种灯光模块,其特征在于:包括上盖、面罩、设置在面罩下方的电路板及下盖,所述面罩上设有多个发光平面,所述电路板上设有与所述发光平面数量相适配的灯源,所述上盖设有容置空腔,该容置空腔的两端面均为敞口,所述下盖设有用于与积木搭建元件进行拼接的连接孔,所述下盖及面罩分别安装于所述容置空腔两端的敞口处上;每一个所述灯源分别设置在各自位置的发光平面下方,相邻所述发光平面成一定夹角且存在分界棱线,当相邻的LED灯发不同颜色的光时,所述发光平面之间也不会串光。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯光模块,其特征在于:所述面罩包括修饰环及面罩本体,所述面罩本体上设有修饰环安装部,所述修饰环安装于该修饰环安装部上。
3.如权利要求2所述的灯光模块,其特征在于:所述修饰环上设有修饰环卡扣,所述修饰环安装部上设有修饰环卡槽,所述修饰环卡扣与所述修饰环卡槽卡扣连接。
4.如权利要求2所述的灯光模块,其特征在于:所述修饰环呈圆形,且安装于所述面罩本体的中部。
5.如权利要求2所述的灯光模块,其特征在于:所述发光平面的数量为8个,并均匀设置在所述面罩本体上。
6.如权利要求5所述的灯光模块,其特征在于:所述面罩本体为透光材料制成的面罩本体。
7.如权利要求1所述的灯光模块,其特征在于:所述灯源为LED灯。
8.如权利要求7所述的灯光模块,其特征在于:所述LED灯为RGB LED灯。
9.如权利要求1所述的灯光模块,其特征在于:所述电路板上还设有两个用于与灯源信号连接的信号接口。
10.如权利要求1所述的灯光模块,其特征在于:所述下盖包括下盖本体及安装在下盖本体上的遮挡片,所述遮挡片安装于所述电路板的下方。
