Description
本发明涉及一种伞的技术领域,特别与一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构有关。
伞是一种提供阴凉环境或遮蔽雨、雪的工具。伞通常包括伞面、伞骨和中棒。使用时,以手将之举起,将下伞巢沿中棒向上推,将伞骨展开,使伞面撑开,即可用来阻挡阳光和风雨。
现有技术中,为了固定下伞巢,通常是在中棒上开设剖槽,在中棒内安装弹节,弹节和中棒之间借助节点固定,而弹节的弹片从剖槽伸出,下伞巢上则开设卡孔,当下伞巢滑动到与弹节位置对应的时候,弹节的弹片伸入下伞巢的卡孔中,使下伞巢定位在中棒上。
现有技术的结构存在一些问题:
一、中棒上开设剖槽,直接影响中棒的强度;
二、弹节安装定位十分麻烦,费时费力;
三、弹节暴露在中棒之外,常有划伤手指、勾挂衣物的情形发生,安全性差。
基于上述问题,本申请人专门研发了一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构。
本发明的目的在于提供一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,使结构简单,安装方便快捷,提高安全性。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,在中棒上对应下伞巢的固定位置固定设有卡环,下伞巢的下部具有套管,套管的内壁上形成嵌槽,嵌槽的边缘形成导引卡环进入的斜面,当卡环滑入嵌槽中时使下伞巢定位在中棒上。
所述卡环的外侧为弧面,以利于滑入下伞巢的嵌槽中。
所述下伞巢的套管上开设竖槽,以增加套管的弹性,方便卡环滑入下伞巢的嵌槽中。
所述下伞巢的固定位置包括伞的展开固定位置和收合固定位置。
所述卡扣是独立的构件,固定在中棒上。
所述中棒的下端固定插接伞柄,伞柄的外表面对应下伞巢的收合固定位置一体形成供下伞巢收合定位的卡环。
所述下伞巢的下部向下延伸形成一体的套管。
所述套管的外表面套有外饰管。
所述外饰管的上部外表面与下伞巢的外表面平滑过渡。
采用上述方案后,本发明结构简单,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
一、中棒上没有开设剖槽,中棒的强度更高;
二、卡环可借助自身的弹性紧箍在中棒上或借助胶水固定在中棒上,安装方便快捷,省时省力,或进一步直接形成在伞柄的外表面,结构更简单;
三、在中棒上的卡环,不划伤手指,不勾挂衣物,安全性提升。

如图1至图4所示,本发明揭示的一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,是在中棒10上对应下伞巢20的固定位置固定设有卡环30,下伞巢20的下部具有套管21,套管21的内壁上形成嵌槽22,嵌槽22的边缘形成导引卡环30进入的斜面23,当卡环30滑入嵌槽22中时,使下伞巢20定位在中棒10上。
本发明进一步将卡环30的外侧为弧面31,以利于卡环30滑入下伞巢20的嵌槽22中。更进一步,下伞巢20的套管21上开设竖槽24,以增加套管21的弹性,方便卡环30滑入下伞巢20的嵌槽21中。
所述下伞巢20的固定位置包括伞的展开固定位置和收合固定位置,如图1同时示出了展开固定位置和收合固定位置,图2示出了展开固定位置,图3和图4示出了收合固定位置。
其中,图1和图2所示的卡扣30是独立的构件,可以借助自身的弹性紧箍在中棒10上,也可以借助胶水固定在中棒10上,亦或借助弹性紧箍的同时也借助胶水加强固定在中棒10上。而图3和图4所示的卡扣30不是独立构件,中棒10的下端固定插接伞柄11,伞柄11的外表面对应下伞巢10的收合固定位置一体形成卡环30供下伞巢20收合定位。
本发明的套管21可以与下伞巢20分体成型,再焊接或用胶水固定在一起,也可以由下伞巢20的下部向下延伸形成一体的套管21,套管21的外表面还可以进一步套有外饰管25,外饰管25的上部外表面与下伞巢20的外表面平滑过渡,使产品整体感强,外形美观,手握持操作更舒适,外饰管25还可以选择具有弹性的材质制成,进一步增强手感。
本发明结构简单,中棒10上没有开设剖槽,中棒10的强度更高;卡环30借助自身的弹性紧箍或胶水固定在中棒10上,安装方便快捷,省时省力,实施例二将卡环30直接形成在伞柄11的外表面,构件少,结构更简单;在中棒10上的卡环30,不划伤手指,不勾挂衣物,安全性提升。
本发明特别适于生产制造没有金属构件的全塑型环保轻便伞。

- 一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,其特征在于:在中棒上对应下伞巢的固定位置固定设有卡环,下伞巢的下部具有套管,套管的内壁上形成嵌槽,嵌槽的边缘形成导引卡环进入的斜面,当卡环滑入嵌槽中时使下伞巢定位在中棒上。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,其特征在于:所述卡环的外侧为弧面。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,其特征在于:所述下伞巢的套管上开设竖槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,其特征在于:所述下伞巢的固定位置包括伞的展开固定位置和收合固定位置。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,其特征在于:所述卡扣是独立的构件,固定在中棒上。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,其特征在于:所述中棒的下端固定插接伞柄,伞柄的外表面对应下伞巢的收合固定位置一体形成供下伞巢收合定位的卡环。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,其特征在于:所述下伞巢的下部向下延伸形成一体的套管。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,其特征在于:所述套管的外表面套有外饰管。
- 如权利要求8所述的一种无弹节的下伞巢定位结构,其特征在于:所述外饰管的上部外表面与下伞巢的外表面平滑过渡。
