侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构 技术领域
本发明关于一种帐篷,具体是指帐篷顶部枢接架杆的侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构。
背景技术
通常帐篷主要包括帐篷布及用于支撑帐篷布的帐篷支架,帐篷支架是由一顶部模组放射状枢接若干架杆组成,该顶部模组包括有上顶模与下顶模,以及成型在上顶模中部的支撑柱;各架杆的顶端共同枢接在上顶模上,在每根架杆的下方各设有辅助支杆,并且各辅助支杆的顶端共同枢接在下顶模上,下顶模套置于上顶模的支撑柱上并沿其上下移动,配合定位机构实现帐篷的展开与收合。
如此结构的帐篷顶部模组,为便于帐篷的展开,模组中需设置自动展开的弹开机构,因而造成模组机构复杂,成本居高不下;如果通过手动实现帐篷的展收,则对使用者的力度要求较大,对于力度较弱的女性很难操作帐篷的展收动作。本案由此产生。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,操作省力的侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构。
为达上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构,其包括枢接各帐篷架杆的上模座和枢接各辅助支杆的下模座,各辅助支杆的另一端是枢接在帐篷架杆上;其中:所述的上模座与下模座通过拉绳连接在一起,此拉绳的固定端是固定上模座上,自由端是跨过下模座中设置的滑轮而从下模座的侧壁伸出以供使用者施力;帐篷展开时,下模座是位于辅助支杆与帐篷架杆的枢接点水平线以上。
所述上模座的上部呈放射状设置有供帐篷架杆枢接的枢接槽,各枢接槽的上端形成止挡面,在上模座的中部向下形成一凸柱。
所述下模座的上部呈放射状设置有供辅助支杆枢接的枢接槽,各枢接槽的下端形成止挡面,在下模座的中部向上形成一供上模座凸柱伸置的套座。
所述下模座下部设置一把手。
所述下模座各枢接槽下部的侧壁上形成有与下模座中部内腔相通的通孔,而滑轮是对应此通孔的位置横向设置于下模座中部内腔中。
所述滑轮并排设置两个或多个。
所述通孔的数量对应滑轮设置的数量而设置。
所述拉绳的数量对应滑轮设置的数量而设置。
采用上述方案,本发明具有如下特点:
1、操作省力,由于本发明的模组是通过固定在上模座上的拉绳配合设置在下模座上的滑座即可拉动下模座相对上模座向上移动而实现帐篷的展开动作,对拉绳是向下施力,相对传统向上施力展开帐篷的力度要求大大降低,令帐篷的展开动作更加轻松。
2、结构简单,由于本发明的模组是利用拉绳牵制上模座与下模座,并配合帐篷布对帐篷支架的施力即可实现定位,无需额外设置定位机构,因此整个模组结构更加简单。

具体实施方式
如图1至图6所示,本发明揭示了一种侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构,其包括枢接各帐篷架杆A的上模座1和枢接各辅助支杆B的下模座2,各辅助支杆B的另一端是枢接在帐篷架杆A上;
本发明的关键在于:所述的上模座1与下模座2通过拉绳3连接在一起,此拉绳3的固定端是固定上模座1上,自由端是跨过下模座2中设置的滑轮4而从下模座2的侧壁伸出以供使用者施力;帐篷展开时,下模座2是位于辅助支杆B与帐篷架杆A的枢接点C水平线以上。
所述上模座1的上部呈放射状设置有供帐篷架杆A枢接的枢接槽11,各枢接槽11的上端形成止挡面12,此实施例中帐篷架杆A是通过接头A1枢接于枢接槽11中;另在上模座1的中部向下形成一凸柱13。
所述下模座2的上部呈放射状设置有供辅助支杆B枢接的枢接槽21,各枢接槽21的下端形成止挡面22,此实施例中辅助支杆B是通过接头B1枢接于枢接槽21中;在下模座2的中部向上形成一套座23,此套座23的内腔恰供上述上模座1的凸柱13伸置;另在下模座2的各枢接槽21下部设有一把手24,此把手24与下模座2可为一体的结构,亦可为分体结构;同时在下模座2的各枢接槽21下部的侧壁上形成有与下模座2中部内腔相通的通孔25,而滑轮4是对应此通孔25的位置横向设置于下模座2中部内腔中。为保证下模座2相对上模座1移动路径,此滑轮4是设置在下模座2的中部,为进一步保证下模座2相对上模座1运行的平稳性,此滑轮4可并排设置两个或多个,而通孔25的数量可对应滑轮4设置的数量而设置,此实施例中滑轮4是设置两个,则通孔25亦设置两个。
所述拉绳3的数量亦是对应滑轮4设置的数量而设置;此实施例中是对应两个滑轮4而设置两条拉绳3,此两条拉绳3可由一条绳索构成,其对折的中部形成固定在固定在上模座1的凸柱13处,两自由端分别跨过两滑轮4后而分别从两通孔25穿出。
配合图4所示,帐篷处于折收状态时,下模座2是处于帐篷下部,上模座1与下模座2由拉绳3牵制。
如图5、6所示,当进行帐篷展开操作时,操作者拉动拉绳3的自由端相对下模座2向外施力,即拉动下模座2相对上模座1向上运动,与此同时,下模座2带动辅助支杆B将帐篷架杆A推开,直至下模座2的位置恰跨过辅助支杆B与帐篷架杆A的枢接点C水平线,受帐篷布对帐篷支架的张力作用,此时的下模座2被定位而不会自行下移,实现帐篷的展开功能,而下模座2的套座23与上模座1的凸柱13的配合套置,可令整个模组更加稳固可靠。
如图6所示,在帐篷展开时,辅助支杆B与辅助支杆B与帐篷架杆A枢接点C水平线夹角a的最佳角度为10度。
反之,当需要对帐篷进行折收动作时,操作者只需手握下模座2的把手24向下拉动下模座2,克服帐篷布对帐篷支架的张力,令下模座2跨过辅助支杆B与帐篷架杆A的枢接点C水平线后,帐篷便可自动折收,省时省力。
由此可见,本发明的帐篷顶部模组结构,通过固定在上模座1上的拉绳3配合设置在下模座2上的滑座4即可拉动下模座2相对上模座1向上移动而实现帐篷的展开动作,对拉绳3是向下施力,相对传统向上施力展开帐篷的力度要求大大降低,令帐篷的展开动作更加轻松;同时利用拉绳3牵制上模座1与下模座2,并配合帐篷布对帐篷支架的施力即可实现定位,无需额外设置定位机构,因此整个模组结构更加简单。

Claims (8)

1、一种侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构,其包括枢接各帐篷架杆的上模座和枢接各辅助支杆的下模座,各辅助支杆的另一端是枢接在帐篷架杆上;其特征在于:所述的上模座与下模座通过拉绳连接在一起,此拉绳的固定端是固定上模座上,自由端是跨过下模座中设置的滑轮而从下模座的侧壁伸出以供使用者施力;帐篷展开时,下模座是位于辅助支杆与帐篷架杆的枢接点水平线以上。
2、如权利要求1所述的侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构,其特征在于:所述上模座的上部呈放射状设置有供帐篷架杆枢接的枢接槽,各枢接槽的上端形成止挡面,在上模座的中部向下形成一凸柱。
3、如权利要求2所述的侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构,其特征在于:所述下模座的上部呈放射状设置有供辅助支杆枢接的枢接槽,各枢接槽的下端形成止挡面,在下模座的中部向上形成一供上模座凸柱伸置的套座。
4、如权利要求1、2或3所述的侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构,其特征在于:所述下模座下部设置一把手。
5、如权利要求3所述的侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构,其特征在于:所述下模座各枢接槽下部的侧壁上形成有与下模座中部内腔相通的通孔,而滑轮是对应此通孔的位置横向设置于下模座中部内腔中。
6、如权利要求1或5所述的侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构,其特征在于:所述滑轮并排设置两个或多个。
7、如权利要求5所述的侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构,其特征在于:所述通孔的数量对应滑轮设置的数量而设置。
8、如权利要求1所述的侧拉绳帐篷顶部模组结构,其特征在于:所述拉绳的数量对应滑轮设置的数量而设置。
