一种环保污水沉淀罐 技术领域
本实用新型涉及环保技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保污水沉淀罐。
背景技术
污水,通常指受一定污染的、来自生活和生产的排出水。污水主要有生活污水、工业废水和初期雨水。污水的主要污染物有病原体污染物、耗氧污染物、植物营养物和有毒污染物等。
根据污水来源的观点,污水可以定义为从住宅、机关、商业或者工业区排放的与地下水、地表水、暴风雪等混合的携带有废物的液体或者水。污水由许多类别,相应地减少污水对环境的影响也有许多技术和工艺。按照污水来源,污水可以分为这四类。
沉淀罐一般在重力的作用下来实现污水的沉降,影响污水的沉降效果,且沉降后的沉降物不易排出。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种环保污水沉淀罐。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种环保污水沉淀罐,包括沉淀罐本体,所述沉淀罐本体一侧上设有进水管,所述沉淀罐本体内壁一侧上设有药液加注管,所述药液加注管上设有若干个注药孔,所述沉淀罐本体底部一侧设置有排料盖板,所述沉淀罐本体上设置有充气泵,所述充气泵与进气管连接,所述进气管上设置有进气支管A、进气支管B,所述沉淀罐本体底部设置有排渣叶片。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述排料盖板与沉淀罐本体之间为铰接连接。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述进气支管A排气朝向竖直向下方向,所述进气支管B排气朝向竖直向上方向。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述排渣叶片旋转方向为逆时针。
与现有的技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,本实用新型通过设置充气泵、进气支管A、进气支管B与排渣叶片,这样充气泵产生高压气体经过进气支管A、进气支管B排出,实现对污水进行竖直方向两个方向的旋转搅拌,实现污水进行循环翻滚,使得污水与药液接触更加充分,提高污水的沉降效果,同时在药液加注管加入药液,经过注药孔排入沉淀罐内部,这样可以提高沉降效率,且沉降后排渣叶片便于沉降物的排出。

一种环保污水沉淀罐,包括沉淀罐本体1,所述沉淀罐本体1一侧上设有进水管2,所述沉淀罐本体1内壁一侧上设有药液加注管3,所述药液加注管3上设有若干个注药孔4,所述沉淀罐本体1底部一侧设置有排料盖板 101,其中所述排料盖板101与沉淀罐本体1之间为铰接连接。所述沉淀罐本体1上设置有充气泵5,所述充气泵5与进气管6连接,所述进气管6上设置有进气支管A601、进气支管B602,其中所述进气支管A601排气朝向竖直向下方向,所述进气支管B602排气朝向竖直向上方向。
所述沉淀罐本体1底部设置有排渣叶片7,其中所述排渣叶片7旋转方向为逆时针。这样充气泵5产生高压气体经过进气支管A601、进气支管B602排出,实现对污水进行竖直方向两个方向的旋转搅拌,实现污水进行循环翻滚,使得污水与药液接触更加充分,提高污水的沉降效果,同时在药液加注管加入药液,经过注药孔4排入沉淀罐内部,这样可以提高沉降效率,且沉降后排渣叶片7便于沉降物的排出。

  1. 一种环保污水沉淀罐,包括沉淀罐本体(1),所述沉淀罐本体(1)一侧上设有进水管(2),所述沉淀罐本体(1)内壁一侧上设有药液加注管(3),所述药液加注管(3)上设有若干个注药孔(4),所述沉淀罐本体(1)底部一侧设置有排料盖板(101),其特征在于:所述沉淀罐本体(1)上设置有充气泵(5),所述充气泵(5)与进气管(6)连接,所述进气管(6)上设置有进气支管A(601)、进气支管B(602),所述沉淀罐本体(1)底部设置有排渣叶片(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的环保污水沉淀罐,其特征在于:所述排料盖板(101)与沉淀罐本体(1)之间为铰接连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的环保污水沉淀罐,其特征在于:所述进气支管A(601)排气朝向竖直向下方向,所述进气支管B(602)排气朝向竖直向上方向。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的环保污水沉淀罐,其特征在于:所述排渣叶片(7)旋转方向为逆时针。
