Description

一拉易开的纸箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸箱,具体地说是一拉易开的纸箱。
背景技术
目前市场上的纸箱多采用不干胶带沿两块外摇板之间的缝隙进行粘贴封箱。开箱时,往往因为胶带与纸箱粘合紧密,从而难以将胶带撕开,需用刀或尖锐物品将胶带划破,导致人们开箱不便,划破胶带的过程中容易对人、箱内物体和箱体造成损伤,也不利于纸箱的重复利用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种方便开箱的一拉易开的纸箱。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一拉易开的纸箱,包括上下开口的箱体,箱体上开口处设有一对外摇板和一对内摇板,箱体设有内摇板的一侧侧壁上开设一个第一通孔组,第一通孔组由数个第一通孔依次排列组成,第一通孔组为闭合环形或开口环形,闭合环形的第一通孔组内围成一个扣板或开口环形的第一通孔组与其所在侧壁的上边沿围成一个扣板,扣板位于两块外摇板闭合后产生的缝隙的下方。
为进一步实现本发明的目的,还可以采用以下技术方案:所述箱体或扣板上开设通口,通口与扣板相切或相交或位于扣板上。所述通口的直径或宽度大于1cm。所述箱体或扣板上开设第二通孔组,第二通孔组由数个第二通孔依次排列成环形构成,数个第二通孔内围成连接板。所述每块内摇板由第一折板和第二折板连接构成,第一折板与第二折板之间设置压线,第一折板与第二折板能够沿压线相对弯折。所述扣板的形状为三角形、长方形、正方形、多边形、圆形或半圆形。
本发明的优点在于:本发明能够在人们封装纸箱时,将胶带的端部粘在扣板上。开箱时,不需要借助任何工具,可将手指伸入通孔,钩住扣板并将扣板提起,从而将胶带的端部带起,方便去除纸箱上的胶带的同时,不伤及人、纸箱以及箱内物品,方便对纸箱重复利用。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的一拉易开的纸箱,如图1所示,包括上下开口的箱体1,如图1和图3所示,箱体1上开口处设有一对外摇板7和一对内摇板11。如图1和图2所示,箱体1设有内摇板11的一侧侧壁上开设一个第一通孔组。第一通孔组由数个第一通孔4依次排列成组成,第一通孔组为闭合环形或开口环形。如图2所示,闭合环形的第一通孔组内围成一个扣板2,如图1所示,开口环形的第一通孔组与其所在侧壁的上边沿围成一个扣板2,扣板2位于两块外摇板7闭合后产生的缝隙12的下方。所述扣板2的形状为三角形、长方形、正方形、多边形、圆形或半圆形,其中优选长方形,长方形的扣板2四个角可设计为圆角。
封装箱时,先将胶带的端部粘在箱体一侧的扣板2上,再将胶带沿缝隙12封箱口至箱体另一侧的扣板2。开箱时,先用手用力向里按压扣板2,由于扣板2周边为第一通孔组,因此,可轻易将扣板2与箱体1的侧壁分离;再抓住扣板2向上提起,连同胶带的端部带起,方便去除纸箱上的胶带的同时,不伤及纸箱以及箱内物品,方便对纸箱重复利用。
扣板2提起后在箱体1侧壁上留有开口,方便人手扣住进行搬运。
如图1所示,所述箱体1或扣板2上可开设通口6,该图中通口6与扣板2相切,当然通口6也可与扣板2相交,或直接开设于扣板2上。人们封装纸箱时,将胶带的端部粘在扣板2上并避开通口6。开箱时,将手指伸入通口6,钩住扣板2将扣板2向外拉出后向上提起,从而能轻易将胶带的端部带起通口6能够在夏季天气潮湿时,将箱体内部潮气排出,避免箱体受潮。所述通口6的直径或宽度大于1cm。
如图2所示,所述箱体1或扣板2上开设第二通孔组,第二通孔组由数个第二通孔5依次排列成环形构成。数个第二通孔5内围成连接板3,连接板3通过第二通孔5与箱体1侧壁部分或扣板2连接,以便于用户用手指能轻易将连接板3捅开,捅开后原来连接板3位置变成通口6。连接板3能够将通口6闭合,避免箱体1内物品漏出或异物、灰尘等进入箱体1内。这种结构在开箱时,只需用手指将连接板3戳破即可将手指伸入通口6。如图2所示,图中上方的连接板3位于扣板2上,图中下方的连 接板3与扣板2相交,当然连接板3也可与扣板2相切。
每个设有内摇板11的侧壁上,其上部和下部均可设置扣板2、通口6或连接板3。方便不用纸箱时将纸箱两面的胶带轻松去除,将纸箱折叠存放。
如图3所示,所述每块内摇板11由第一折板8和第二折板9连接构成。第一折板8与第二折板9之间设置压线10,第一折板8与第二折板9能够沿压线10相对弯折。如图4上方左侧所示,第二折板9可相对第一折板8向内翻折90度,如图4上方右侧所示,第二折板9可相对第一折板8向内翻折180度,实际使用过程中第二折板(9)可根据需求相对第一折板8向内翻折90度-180度不等。同时,如图4下方所示,用户也可先将第二折板9相对第一折板8向内翻折180度合并,再将第二折板9和第一折板8继续翻折90度。第一折板8和第二折板9翻折后位于箱体1内部,相当于在箱体内增设了加强筋,可起到增加纸箱支撑力的效果,使纸箱更牢固。

Claims (6)

  1. 一拉易开的纸箱,包括上下开口的箱体(1),箱体(1)上开口处设有一对外摇板(7)和一对内摇板(11),其特征在于:箱体(1)设有内摇板(11)的一侧侧壁上开设一个第一通孔组,第一通孔组由数个第一通孔(4)依次排列组成,第一通孔组为闭合环形或开口环形,闭合环形的第一通孔组内围成一个扣板(2)或开口环形的第一通孔组与其所在侧壁的上边沿围成一个扣板(2),扣板(2)位于两块外摇板(7)闭合后产生的缝隙(12)的下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一拉易开的纸箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)或扣板(2)上开设通口(6),通口(6)与扣板(2)相切或相交或位于扣板(2)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一拉易开的纸箱,其特征在于:所述通口(6)的直径或宽度大于1cm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一拉易开的纸箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)或扣板(2)上开设第二通孔组,第二通孔组由数个第二通孔(5)依次排列成环形构成,数个第二通孔(5)内围成连接板(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一拉易开的纸箱,其特征在于:所述每块内摇板(11)由第一折板(8)和第二折板(9)连接构成,第一折板(8)与第二折板(9)之间设置压线(10),第一折板(8)与第二折板(9)能够沿压线(10)相对弯折。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一拉易开的纸箱,其特征在于:所述扣板(2)的形状为三角形、长方形、正方形、多边形、圆形或半圆形。
