Description

通话控制方法、通话控制装置和终端
本申请要求于2016年6月30日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610512462.0、发明名称为“通话控制方法、通话控制装置和终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及终端技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种通话控制方法、一种通话控制装置和一种终端。
背景技术
目前,多路通话的终端业务十分常见,例如,终端A首先和终端B建立通话,在通话过程中终端A又欲与终端C建立通话,此时终端A会将与终端B的通话进行保持,保持成功后会完成与终端C的通话建立。此时,对于终端A存在两路通话,终端A与终端C的通话是当前激活的通话,而终端A和终端B的通话属于后台通话,处于保持状态,无语音传输。
然而,当终端C主动挂断通话时,或者在终端A和终端C之间的通信链路出现异常时,会导致终端A与终端C的通话挂断。对此,相关技术中有以下解决方式:
1、继续保持与终端B的通话,需要用户手动发起与终端C的通话,或手动激活与终端B的通话,才可以正常恢复。
2、终端A与终端C的通话挂断后,直接激活与终端B的通话。
其中,对于通话意外结束的情况,用户突然发现无音了,进而观测终端的界面,发现终端A和终端C之间的通话断了,然后需要在操作界面再次发起终端A和终端C之间的通话,操作十分繁琐。
而如果终端直接激活与终端B的通话,则未考虑到终端A和终端C之间的通信链路出现异常时如何修复的问题,造成用户体验极低。
因此,如何有效控制终端的通话,提升用户的体验,成为目前亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述问题,提出了一种新的技术方案,有效控制终端的通话,提升用户的体验。
有鉴于此,本发明的一方面提出了一种通话控制方法,包括:在保持第一通话的过程中,检测当前的第二通话是否结束;当检测到所述第二通话结束时,根据所述第二通话的中断原因,执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能。
在该技术方案中,保持第一通话的同时,如果检测到第二通话中断,则可以根据中断原因选择对应的合适的通话控制功能来执行,比如,如果检测到中断原因为对方终端挂断电话,说明第二通话已顺利结束,则可以选择自动激活保持的第一通话的通话控制功能来执行。
通过该技术方案,提升了通话控制的自动性,便于针对不同的通话中断原因采取适用的措施,避免因第二通话的通信链路出现异常造成中断时直接激活原保持的第一通话,即能够有效修复第二通话,并且,避免手动修复或激活通话,简化了用户操作,提升了用户体验。

具体来说,当检测到终端屏幕的工作状态为点亮状态时,说明终端已 远离用户的耳朵,判定为终端与对方终端之间的通话链路发生异常而导致的用户将终端拿离耳朵,故此时可以向对方终端重新发起第二通话。反之,当检测到终端屏幕的工作状态为熄灭状态时,说明终端依然在用户耳边,判定通话为自然挂断,并在第二预定时间间隔后自动激活第一通话。
其中,第二预定时间间隔可以由系统自带,也可以由用户根据实际习惯进行设置和调整,优选为3s。

步骤402,接收到当前通话被结束的消息,并获取被结束的原因值。
步骤404,判断被结束的原因值是否为第一种原因值,当判断结果为是时,进入步骤406,否则,进入步骤408。第一种原因值为对方终端主动挂断所述第二通话,当判断结果为否时,被结束的原因值是终端与对方终端之间的通话链路发生异常,导致通话中断。
步骤406,提示用户“当前通话结束,2秒后自动激活后台保持的通话”,并进入步骤414。
步骤408,提示用户“此次通话异常结束,如点亮屏幕终端会自动发起重呼,否则在3秒后自动激活后台保持的通话”,并进入步骤410。
步骤410,检测3秒内屏幕状态,判断屏幕是否会点亮,当判断结果为是时,进入步骤412,否则,进入步骤414。
步骤412,重新发起呼叫,即重新发起对刚刚中断的通话的呼叫。

下面具体描述本发明的本发明的技术方案。
本发明主要在于,在检测到当前通话被结束后,根据通话被结束的原因值来确定是继续重呼还是自动激活后台通话,整个过程无需用户手动参与,方便快捷,用户体验较高。
具体来说,终端处于两路通话过程中,一路激活一路保持,当终端检测到当前激活状态的通话被结束后,根据此路通话被结束的原因值来确定是继续重呼此路通话还是自动激活后台通话。
通话被结束的原因值主要有两类,第一种是远端正常挂断通话,第二种是通话链路异常导致掉话,此处所述的掉话可以是终端和对方终端中任何一方的掉话。
对于第一种,一般认为通话双方用户通话已经完成,对方终端主动结束通话,此时,认定用户的后续意愿是激活后台保持的通话。对于第二种,用户可能会进行重新呼叫或者去激活后台保持的通话。
因此,当终端检测到是由于第一种原因导致的通话被结束,则终端会提示用户“当前通话结束,2秒后自动激活后台保持的通话”,该提示信息可以是文本或语音,之后自动激活后台通话。如果终端检测到是由于第二种原因导致通话被结束,终端会根据终端特定状态去选择是进行重呼此路通话还是激活后台保持的通话。
终端特定状态可以有多种实现方式,主要原理是根据终端的当前某个特性的变化来判断是重呼此路通话还是激活后台保持的通话。例如,可根据终端屏幕的亮灭来确定执行何种操作。一般在通话过程中,用户会将终 端贴近耳朵,距离传感器检测到遮挡后会将屏幕灭掉,故通常通话过程中终端是灭屏的,当由于第二种原因导致掉话时,用户会很自然的拿起观察手机,此时距离传感器会远离遮挡,点亮屏幕。
该实施例就是利用这种使用习惯来实现根据终端屏幕的亮灭来确定执行何种操作。如当终端检测到当前通话被结束且原因值为第二种时,终端会提示用户“此次通话异常结束,如果重呼需点亮屏幕终端会自动发起重呼,否则在3秒后自动激活后台保持的通话”。若用户此时将终端远离遮挡,则终端自动完成重呼,否则终端在3秒后自动激活后台通话。
如果是第一种原因,则终端提示用户“当前通话已结束,2秒后自动激活后台通话”,时间到后自动激活后台保持的通话。
另外,也可以根据用户的不同操作来确定执行何种操作,比如,当终端检测到当前通话被结束后,判断用户的预设输入状态,如不同指纹信息、不同按键信息、不同控件触发信息、不同音频输入信息等,来确定后续是进行重呼还是激活后台通话。
图5示出了根据本发明的另一个实施例的终端的框图,如图5所示,该终端7可以包括:至少一个处理器71,例如CPU,至少一个通信总线72以及存储器73;通信总线72用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信;存储器73可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器73中存储一组程序代码,且处理器71用于调用存储器73中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
在保持第一通话的过程中,检测当前的第二通话是否结束;
当检测到所述第二通话结束时,根据所述第二通话的中断原因,执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能。

    当所述中断原因为所述对方终端主动挂断所述第二通话时,所述执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能,包括:
    在第一预定时间间隔后自动激活所述第一通话。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通话控制方法,其特征在于,当所述中断原因为所述终端与所述对方终端之间的通话链路发生异常时,所述执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能,包括:
    检测所述终端的工作状态,所述工作状态包括:屏幕的工作状态或预设输入状态,其中,所述预设输入状态包括指纹信息、按键信息、控件触发信息或音频输入信息;
    根据所述终端的工作状态,向所述对方终端重新发起所述第二通话或在第二预定时间间隔后自动激活所述第一通话。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的通话控制方法,其特征在于,当所述工作状态为所述屏幕的工作状态时,所述执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能,包括:

  6. 一种通话控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    通话状态检测单元,在保持第一通话的过程中,检测当前的第二通话是否结束;
    执行单元,当检测到所述第二通话结束时,根据所述第二通话的中断原因,执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的通话控制装置,其特征在于,所述执行单元包括:
    第一通话控制单元,当所述中断原因为所述对方终端主动挂断所述第二通话时,在第一预定时间间隔后自动激活所述第一通话。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的通话控制装置,其特征在于,所述执行单元包括:
    状态检测单元,当所述中断原因为所述终端与所述对方终端之间的通话链路发生异常时,检测所述终端的工作状态,所述工作状态包括:屏幕的工作状态或预设输入状态,其中,所述预设输入状态包括指纹信息、按键信息、控件触发信息或音频输入信息;
    第二通话控制单元,根据所述终端的工作状态,向所述对方终端重新发起所述第二通话或在第二预定时间间隔后自动激活所述第一通话。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的通话控制装置,其特征在于,所述状态检测单元用于:
    当所述工作状态为所述屏幕的工作状态时,通过距离传感器检测所述终端的屏幕的工作状态;以及
    所述第二通话控制单元用于:
    在所述工作状态为所述屏幕的工作状态时,当检测到所述屏幕的工作状态为点亮状态时,向所述对方终端重新发起所述第二通话,以及当检测到所述屏幕的工作状态为熄灭状态时,在第二预定时间间隔后自动激活所述第一通话。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的通话控制装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    通话提示单元,在所述执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能的同 时,发出与所述中断原因和所述对应的通话控制功能相关联的提示信息,其中,所述提示信息包括文字信息和/或声音信息。
  11. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括处理器和存储器,其中,所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    在保持第一通话的过程中,检测当前的第二通话是否结束;
    当检测到所述第二通话结束时,根据所述第二通话的中断原因,执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,
    当所述中断原因为所述对方终端主动挂断所述第二通话时,所述处理器执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能的具体步骤为:
    在第一预定时间间隔后自动激活所述第一通话。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,当所述中断原因为所述终端与所述对方终端之间的通话链路发生异常时,所述处理器执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能的具体步骤为:
    检测所述终端的工作状态,所述工作状态包括:屏幕的工作状态或预设输入状态,其中,所述预设输入状态包括指纹信息、按键信息、控件触发信息或音频输入信息;
    根据所述终端的工作状态,向所述对方终端重新发起所述第二通话或在第二预定时间间隔后自动激活所述第一通话。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,当所述工作状态为所述屏幕的工作状态时,所述处理器执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能的具体步骤为:
    通过距离传感器检测所述终端的屏幕的工作状态;
    当检测到所述屏幕的工作状态为点亮状态时,向所述对方终端重新发起所述第二通话;
    当检测到所述屏幕的工作状态为熄灭状态时,在第二预定时间间隔后自动激活所述第一通话。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还执行:
    在所述执行与所述中断原因对应的通话控制功能的同时,发出与所述中断原因和所述对应的通话控制功能相关联的提示信息,其中,所述提示信息包括文字信息和/或声音信息。
