本发明公开了一种手机及其防电话诈骗的方法:当有来电时,获取来电号码;将来电号码与本机通讯录联系号码匹配;判断来电号码是否为本机通讯录联系号码;若是,播放提示信息;若否,判断来电号码是否为已登记诈骗号码,若是,挂断来电;播放第一提示信息;若否,在接通来电后,获取通话语音信息;判断是否包含诈骗信息;若是,自动挂断通话;播放第二提示信息。本发明还公开了一种手机。本发明的手机及其防电话诈骗的方法,能够防止用户因诈骗电话而受骗的现象的发生,达到防止电话诈骗的目的,同时在接听之前用户无需查看手机屏幕即可知晓来电号码所对应的联系人名称,适用于各类人群,尤其适用于老人、小孩等不认识字的用户群体。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及通讯技术领域,尤其涉及一种手机及其防电话诈骗的方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展以及人们生活水平的日渐提高,我国的电信事业发展十分迅速。截至去年11月,移动手机用户已近5亿,固定电话用户达到3.5亿,中国已成为全球用户最多的通讯大国。但是,在电信产业迅猛发展的同时,利用现代通讯技术和结算方式的便利进行的各种犯罪活动也日益猖獗起来。
目前,电话的诈骗手段越来越多,很多让人防不胜防,针对电话诈骗目前主要是通过媒体、社会宣传对诈骗活动进行披露,使人们提高警惕来达到防范作用,这种方式过度依赖人们的主观判断,因此,并不是特别容易进行分辨,这种诈骗方式仍有可能危害到人们的生活和工作。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种手机及其防电话诈骗的方法,旨在解决如何防止电话诈骗的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的手机防电话诈骗的方法,所述手机防电话诈骗的方法包括:
当有来电时,获取来电号码;
将所述来电号码与本机通讯录中的联系号码进行匹配;
判断所述来电号码是否为本机通讯录中的联系号码;
若是,则生成并播放来电号码的提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码所对应的联系人名称;
若否,则将所述来电号码与服务器中登记的诈骗号码进行比对,判断所述来电号码是否为已登记诈骗号码;
当所述来电号码为已登记诈骗号码,则挂断所述来电;
生成并播放来电号码的第一提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码为诈骗号码;
当所述来电号码非已登记的诈骗号码,在接通所述来电后,实时获取通话语音信息;
判断所获取的语音信息中是否包含诈骗信息;
当所获取的语音信息中包含诈骗信息,则自动挂断通话;
生成并播放电话诈骗的第二提示信息,告知用户:所述来电为诈骗电话。
优选地,所述提示信息为语音提示信息;所述第一提示信息为第一语音提示信息;所述第二提示信息为第二语音提示信息。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种手机,所述手机包括:
获取模块,用于当有来电时,获取来电号码;
匹配模块,用于将所述来电号码与本机通讯录中的联系号码进行匹配;
判断模块,用于判断所述来电号码是否为本机通讯录中的联系号码;
提示模块,用于当所述来电号码为本机通讯录中的联系号码,则生成并播放来电号码的提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码所对应的联系人名称;
第一判断模块,用于当所述来电号码不是本机通讯录中的联系号码,则将所述来电号码与服务器中登记的诈骗号码进行比对,判断所述来电号码是否为已登记诈骗号码;
挂断模块,用于当所述来电号码为已登记诈骗号码,则挂断所述来电;
第一提示模块,用于生成并播放来电号码的第一提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码为诈骗号码;
第一获取模块,用于当所述来电号码非已登记的诈骗号码,在接通所述来电后,实时获取通话语音信息;
第二判断模块,用于判断所获取的语音信息中是否包含诈骗信息;
第一挂断模块,用于当所获取的语音信息中包含诈骗信息,则自动挂断通话;
第二提示模块,用于生成并播放电话诈骗的第二提示信息,告知用户:所述来电为诈骗电话。
优选地,所述提示信息为语音提示信息;所述第一提示信息为第一语音提示信息;所述第二提示信息为第二语音提示信息。
本发明所提供的手机及其防电话诈骗的方法,通过当有来电时,获取来电号码;将所述来电号码与本机通讯录中的联系号码进行匹配;判断所述来电号码是否为本机通讯录中的联系号码;若是,则生成并播放来电号码的提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码所对应的联系人名称;若否,则将所述来电号码与服务器中登记的诈骗号码进行比对,判断所述来电号码是否为已登记诈骗号码;当所述来电号码为已登记诈骗号码,则挂断所述来电;生成并播放来电号码的第一提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码为诈骗号码;当所述来电号码非已登记的诈骗号码,在接通所述来电后,实时获取通话语音信息;判断所获取的语音信息中是否包含诈骗信息;当所获取的语音信息中包含诈骗信息,则自动挂断通话;生成并播放电话诈骗的第二提示信息,告知用户:所述来电为诈骗电话的方式,能够防止用户因诈骗电话而受骗的现象的发生,达到防止电话诈骗的目的,同时在接听之前用户无需查看手机屏幕即可知晓来电号码所对应的联系人名称,适用于各类人群,尤其适用于老人、小孩等不认识字的用户群体。

本发明提供一种手机防电话诈骗的方法。参照图1,图1为本发明的手机防电话诈骗的方法一实施例的流程示意图。在一实施例中,所述手机防电话诈骗的方法包括:
步骤S10、当有来电时,获取来电号码。
步骤S20、将所述来电号码与本机通讯录中的联系号码进行匹配。
步骤S30、判断所述来电号码是否为本机通讯录中的联系号码。
步骤S40、当所述来电号码为本机通讯录中的联系号码,则生成并播放来电号码的提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码所对应的联系人名称。
本实施例中所述提示信息为:语音提示信息。例如若所述来电号码与本机通讯录中联系人名称为“同事李华”的联系号码匹配成功,则生成并播放“来电联系人是同事李华”的语音提示信息。
步骤S50、当所述来电号码不是本机通讯录中的联系号码,则将所述来电号码与服务器中登记的诈骗号码进行比对,判断所述来电号码是否为已登记诈骗号码。
步骤S60、当所述来电号码为已登记诈骗号码,则挂断所述来电。
步骤S70、生成并播放来电号码的第一提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码为诈骗号码。
本实施例中所述第一提示信息为:第一语音提示信息。例如本步骤S70可以生成并播放“来电号码为诈骗号码”的第一语音提示信息。
步骤S80、当所述来电号码非已登记的诈骗号码,在接通所述来电后,实时获取通话语音信息。
步骤S90、判断所获取的语音信息中是否包含诈骗信息。
本实施例中所述步骤S90具体为:判断所获取的语音信息中是否包含以下词汇中的至少一种:身份证号码、银行卡卡号、社交账号、密码;若是,则表明所获取的语音信息中包含诈骗信息。
步骤S100、当所获取的语音信息中包含诈骗信息,则自动挂断通话。
步骤S110、生成并播放电话诈骗的第二提示信息,告知用户:所述来电为诈骗电话。
本步骤中所述第二提示信息为第二语音提示信息。
上述实施例所提供的手机防电话诈骗的方法,能够防止用户因诈骗电话而受骗的现象的发生,达到防止电话诈骗的目的,同时在接听之前用户无需查看手机屏幕即可知晓来电号码所对应的联系人名称,适用于各类人群,尤其适用于老人、小孩等不认识字的用户群体。
本发明进一步提供一种手机。参照图2,图2为本发明的手机一实施例的功能模块示意图。在一实施例中,所述手机100包括:获取模块110、匹配模块120、判断模块130、提示模块140、第一判断模块150、挂断模块160、第一提示模块170、第一获取模块180、第二判断模块190、第一挂断模块101、第二提示模块102。其中,所述获取模块110,用于当有来电时,获取来电号码。所述匹配模块120,用于将所述来电号码与本机通讯录中的联系号码进行匹配。所述判断模块130,用于判断所述来电号码是否为本机通讯录中的联系号码。所述提示模块140,用于当所述来电号码为本机通讯录中的联系号码,则生成并播放来电号码的提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码所对应的联系人名称。所述第一判断模块150,用于当所述来电号码不是本机通讯录中的联系号码,则将所述来电号码与服务器中登记的诈骗号码进行比对,判断所述来电号码是否为已登记诈骗号码。所述挂断模块160,用于当所述来电号码为已登记诈骗号码,则挂断所述来电。所述第一提示模块170,用于生成并播放来电号码的第一提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码为诈骗号码。所述第一获取模块180,用于当所述来电号码非已登记的诈骗号码,在接通所述来电后,实时获取通话语音信息。所述第二判断模块190,用于判断所获取的语音信息中是否包含诈骗信息。所述第一挂断模块101,用于当所获取的语音信息中包含诈骗信息,则自动挂断通话。所述第二提示模块102,用于生成并播放电话诈骗的第二提示信息,告知用户:所述来电为诈骗电话。
本实施例中所述提示信息为:语音提示信息。例如假若所述来电号码与本机通讯录中联系人名称为“同事李华”的联系号码匹配成功,则所述提示模块140生成并播放“来电联系人是同事李华”的语音提示信息。
本实施例中所述第一提示信息为:第一语音提示信息。例如所述第一提示模块170可以生成并播放“来电号码为诈骗号码”的第一语音提示信息。
本实施例中所述第二判断模块190,具体用于判断所获取的语音信息中是否包含以下词汇中的至少一种:身份证号码、银行卡卡号、社交账号、密码;若是,则表明所获取的语音信息中包含诈骗信息。
本实施例中所述第二提示信息为第二语音提示信息。
上述实施例所提供的手机100,能够防止用户因诈骗电话而受骗的现象的发生,达到防止电话诈骗的目的,同时在接听之前用户无需查看手机屏幕即可知晓来电号码所对应的联系人名称,适用于各类人群,尤其适用于老人、小孩等不认识字的用户群体。

- 一种手机防电话诈骗的方法,其特征在于,所述手机防电话诈骗的方法包括:当有来电时,获取来电号码;将所述来电号码与本机通讯录中的联系号码进行匹配;判断所述来电号码是否为本机通讯录中的联系号码;若是,则生成并播放来电号码的提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码所对应的联系人名称;若否,则将所述来电号码与服务器中登记的诈骗号码进行比对,判断所述来电号码是否为已登记诈骗号码;当所述来电号码为已登记诈骗号码,则挂断所述来电;生成并播放来电号码的第一提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码为诈骗号码;当所述来电号码非已登记的诈骗号码,在接通所述来电后,实时获取通话语音信息;判断所获取的语音信息中是否包含诈骗信息;当所获取的语音信息中包含诈骗信息,则自动挂断通话;生成并播放电话诈骗的第二提示信息,告知用户:所述来电为诈骗电话。
- 根据权利要求1所述手机防电话诈骗的方法,其特征在于,所述提示信息为语音提示信息;所述第一提示信息为第一语音提示信息;所述第二提示信息为第二语音提示信息。
- 一种手机,其特征在于,所述手机包括:获取模块,用于当有来电时,获取来电号码;匹配模块,用于将所述来电号码与本机通讯录中的联系号码进行匹配;判断模块,用于判断所述来电号码是否为本机通讯录中的联系号码;提示模块,用于当所述来电号码为本机通讯录中的联系号码,则生成并播放来电号码的提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码所对应的联系人名称;第一判断模块,用于当所述来电号码不是本机通讯录中的联系号码,则将所述来电号码与服务器中登记的诈骗号码进行比对,判断所述来电号码是否为已登记诈骗号码;挂断模块,用于当所述来电号码为已登记诈骗号码,则挂断所述来电;第一提示模块,用于生成并播放来电号码的第一提示信息,告知用户:所述来电号码为诈骗号码;第一获取模块,用于当所述来电号码非已登记的诈骗号码,在接通所述来电后,实时获取通话语音信息;第二判断模块,用于判断所获取的语音信息中是否包含诈骗信息;第一挂断模块,用于当所获取的语音信息中包含诈骗信息,则自动挂断通话;第二提示模块,用于生成并播放电话诈骗的第二提示信息,告知用户:所述来电为诈骗电话。
