Abstract

원자층 증착 장비 가스 모듈이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 원자층 증착 장비 가스 모듈은 기판을 향하여 소스 가스를 제공하는 소스 가스 공급부 및 상기 기판을 향하여 퍼지 가스를 제공하는 제1 퍼지 가스 공급부가 마련되는 제1 가스 모듈 및 상기 제1 가스 모듈에 대하여 상기 기판의 이송 방향에 위치하며, 상기 기판을 향하여 반응 가스를 제공하는 반응 가스 공급부 및 상기 기판을 향하여 퍼지 가스를 제공하는 제2 퍼지 가스 공급부가 마련되는 제2 가스 모듈을 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다.
