마스크 팩은 부직포 등과 같은 재질의 시트에 피부 미용을 위한 기능성 성분을 함유시키고 이를 얼굴에 밀착하도록 함으로써 기능성 성분이 피부에 침투되도록 하는 미용용품으로서 널리 사용되고 있다. 이러한 마스크 팩은 기능성 성분에 의해 피부의 노화를 방지하고 수분이나 영양 성분을 공급하도록 함으로써 피부 미용을 개선하는 효과가 있다.

도 1 및 도 2는 본 발명에 의한 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기(100)를 설명하기 위한 도면으로서, 도 1은 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기(100)의 피부 접촉성 시트(10)의 접촉면(11)을 나타낸 것이고 도 2는 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기(100)의 피부 접촉성 시트(10)의 접촉면(11)의 반대면(12)을 나타낸 것이다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명에 의한 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기(100)는 피부 접촉성 시트(10) 및 제어부(20)를 구비한다.
피부 접촉성 시트(10)는 인체의 얼굴 피부에 접촉하는 접촉면(11)을 가지며, 상기 접촉면(11)에는 전도성 재료로 된 제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)이 소정의 패턴 형태로 배치되어 있다. 피부 접촉성 시트(10)는 얼굴을 전체적으로 덮을 수 있는 크기로서, 귀에 걸어서 고정할 수 있는 귀걸이부(13)가 형성되어 있다. 또한, 목 부위와 턱부분까지 덮을 수 있으며 목 뒤쪽에서 연결할 수 있는 목걸이부(14)가 형성되어 있다. 사용자가 피부 접촉성 시트(10)를 착용한 상태는 도 5 및 도 6에 도시되어 있다.
피부 접촉성 시트(10)는 얼굴에 부착하여 사용하는 것으로서 얼굴 형태에 상응하도록 눈, 코, 입 부위에는 절개부가 형성되어 있다. 또한, 피부 접촉성 시트(10)의 접촉면(11)에는 피부 미용을 위한 영양 물질, 생리 활성 물질 또는 치료 약제 등이 액상으로 함유되어 있다. 예컨대, 자연 성분 추출물을 기반으로 주름 개선과 피부 노화 방지에 효능을 갖는 것으로 알려진 아데노신과 나이아신아마이드를 최적의 배합으로 조합한 피부 미용 물질이 액상으로 함유될 수 있다. 또한, 은행잎 추출물, 병풀 추출물, 다이아몬드 가루 등과 같은 물질도 포함될 수 있다. 이러한 함유 물질은 예시적인 것이며, 필요에 따라 기타 다른 성분을 포함할 수 있음은 물론이다.
또한, 피부 접촉성 시트(10)는 얼굴에 사용하기 위한 마스크 팩의 형태로 되어 있으나, 얼굴 이외의 등, 배, 팔, 다리, 엉덩이 등의 인체의 각 부위에 모두 사용가능하며 이러한 각 부위 별로 다른 형태로 제작될 수 있음은 물론이다.
또한, 피부 접촉성 시트(10)는 피부에 접촉하여 사용할 수 있는 모든 종류의 천연 섬유, 합성 섬유, 천연 물질 등을 포함하며, 신축성을 갖는 친환경 소재의 섬유재로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
도 1을 참조하면, 접촉면(11)에는 전도성 재료로 된 제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)이 소정의 패턴 형태로 배치되어 있다. 상기 제1 전극(112)과 제2 전극(113)은 전도성 물질 예컨대, 금, 은, 동, 카본 등과 같이 전류를 흐르게 할 수 있는 모든 종류의 전도성 재료로 형성되며, 이러한 전도성 재료는 인쇄 방식으로 접촉면(11)에 부착될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제1 전극(112)과 제2 전극(13)은 후술하는 제어부(20)에 의해 전원을 공급받는 양전극 및 음전극으로 각각 기능하는 것으로서 서로 연결되지 않도록 배치된다.
도 1에는 상기 제1 전극(112)과 제2 전극(113)은 꽃과 줄기 형태의 패턴으로 형성되어 있는데 이러한 패턴은 접촉면(11)에 상응하는 범위로 분산하여 골고루 배치되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 제1 전극(112)과 제2 전극(113)에는 각각 홀(1213,1214)가 형성되어 있는데, 이 홀(1213,1214)은 접촉면(11)의 반대면(12)으로 관통되어 있으며, 후술하는 바와 같이 이 홀(1213,1214)들은 고정부(121)의 제3 전극(1211) 및 제4 전극(1212)과 연결되어 있다.
제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)의 패턴 모양 중에서 점으로 나타낸 부분은 마사지 기능을 극대화하기 위한 5대 경혈점을 의미한다.
한편, 도 2는 피부 접촉성 시트(10)의 접촉면(11)의 반대면(12)을 나타낸 것으로서, 도 2를 참조하면, 접촉면(11)의 반대면 즉, 인체의 얼굴 피부와 접촉하지 않는 면에는 제어부(20)가 접촉 고정되도록 하는 고정부(121)가 형성되어 있다.
도 3은 고정부(121)와 제어부(20)을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 고정부(121)의 표면에는 제3 전극(1211) 및 제4 전극(1212)이 배치된다. 제3 전극(1211) 및 제4 전극(1212)는 제어부(20)의 일표면에 돌출 형성된 양전극(21) 및 음전극(22)과 각각 접촉한다.
도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이, 제어부(20)의 일표면에는 양전극(21)과 음전극(22) 돌출 형성되는데, 이 양전극(21)과 음전극(22)은 제어부(20)의 중심으로부터 소정의 거리만큼 떨어져서 배치되어 있다. 제3 전극(1211) 및 제4 전극(1212)은 이러한 제어부(20)의 양전극(21) 및 음전극(22)이 떨어진 거리에 상응하여 서로 간격을 두고 원 형태로 형성되어 있다. 제3 전극(1211) 및 제4 전극(1212) 또한 서로 연결되지 않도록 배치된다.
제3 전극(1211)과 제4 전극(1212)의 일단부에는 홀(1213,1214)이 각각 형성되어 있다. 상기 홀(1213,1214)는 피부 접촉성 시트(10)를 관통하여 접촉면(11)으로 소통되어 있다(도 1 및 도 2 참조). 상기 홀(1213,1214)은 전기적 연결을 위하여 도전성 재료로 형성된다.
접촉면(11)쪽의 홀(1213,1214)에는 각각 접촉면(11)의 제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)이 연결된다. 따라서, 고정부(121)에 제어부(20)가 접촉 고정되면 제어부(20)의 양전극(21) 및 음전극(22)은 반대면(12)의 제3 전극(1211) 및 제4 전극(1212)과 접촉하게 되고, 제3 전극(1211) 및 제4 전극(1212)은 각각 홀(1213, 1214)를 통해 제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)과 연결된다.
즉, 홀(1213,1214)을 통하여 제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)과 제3 전극(1211) 및 제4 전극(1212)이 전기적으로 연결되게 된다. 따라서, 제어부(20)로부터 양전극(21) 및 음전극(22)를 통해 공급되는 전류가 제3 전극(1211), 홀(1213,1214), 제1 전극(112), 및 제2 전극(113)을 통해 흐를 수 있게 된다.
이와 같은 구성에 의하여, 제어부(20)의 동작에 의해 전류가 공급되면, 얼굴 형태에 상응하도록 골고루 분산 배치되어 있는 패턴 형태의 제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)을 따라 사용자의 얼굴 피부에 전기적 자극이 가해지고 따라서 사용자의 얼굴 전반에 걸쳐 이온 영동 기능 및 마사지 기능을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
이러한 구성에 의하여, 제어부(20)로부터 전류가 공급되면, 제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)을 통해 접촉면(11)에 함유된 피부 영양 물질이 이온화되어 사용자의 얼굴 피부에 침투되므로 얼굴 피부 세포에서 영양 물질의 흡수를 극대화할 수 있는 이온 영동 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
또한, 패턴화된 제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)을 통해 활성 이온이 경혈점에 모여 경락 마사지를 수행하게 되므로 경락 자극을 통한 피부 탄력 향상, 주름 완화, 피부 처짐 방지 등과 같은 마사지 가능도 제공할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 고정부(121)에는 제어부(20)와의 접촉 고정을 위해 그 가장자리 부분(1214)의 내면에는 자석을 배치한다. 또한, 제어부(20)의 가장자리 부분(210)에도 자석을 배치하거나 금속성 재료로 가장자리 부분(210)을 형성한다.
이에 의하여 사용자는 피부 접촉성 시트(10)를 착용한 상태에서 제어부(20)를 고정부(121) 근처에 가져가면 제어부(20)의 가장자리 부분(210)과 고정부(121)의 가장자리 부분(1214)가 자력에 의해 밀착되기 때문에, 제어부(20)의 양전극(21)과 음전극(22)이 고정부(121)의 제3 전극(1211) 및 제4 전극(1212)에 정확히 접촉하면서 제어부(20)가 고정부(121)에 고정될 수 있다.
도 4는 제어부(20)의 외면을 나타낸 것이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 제어부(20)의 외면에는 본 발명에 의한 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기(10)의 전체적인 동작을 제어하기 위한 버튼 및 램프(23,24,25,26,27)이 배치되어 있다.
이 버튼 및 램프(23,24,25,26,27)들은 전원 온/오프 버튼, 전원 램프, 전류 세기 조절 버튼, 전류 세기 표시 램프, 블루투스 표시 램프, 사용시간 표시 램프 등을 포함할 수 있다. 제어부(20)의 내부에는 오실레이터 등과 같은 제너레이터가 포함된 회로가 배치되어 있고 사용자는 이러한 버튼을 조작함으로써 전원 온/오프, 전류의 세기(자극 강도)를 간편하게 조작할 수 있다. 이러한 회로 및 버튼 조작에 의한 동작은 종래 기술에 의해 잘 알려져 있는 것이고 이들은 본 발명의 직접적인 목적은 아니므로 이들에 대한 상세 설명은 생략한다.
한편, 제어부(20)는 충전을 위한 충전 단자로서 예컨대 마이크로 USB 단자와 같은 단자를 포함할 수 있다.
도 5 및 도 6은 본 발명에 의한 마스크 팩형 미용 기기(100)의 동작 상태를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 5는 도 1 내지 도 4에서 설명한 바와 같은 피부 접촉성 시트(10)를 사람의 얼굴에 부착한 상태에서 제어부(20)를 고정부(121)에 접촉하는 상태를 나타낸 것이다. 즉, 사용자는 피부 접촉성 시트(10)를 도 5에 나타낸 바와 같이 얼굴에 부착한 상태에서, 접촉면(11)의 반대면(12)의 고정부(121)에 제어부(20)를 갖다 대면 자석에 의해 제어부(20)는 고정부(121)에 접촉 고정되고, 제어부(20)의 양전극(21) 및 음전극(22)이 고정부(121)의 제3 전극(1211) 및 제4 전극(1212)과 각각 접촉하게 되고 이에 의해 전기적으로 연결된다.
도 6은 제어부(20)가 고정부(121)에 접촉 고정된 상태로서, 이러한 상태에서 사용자가 제어부(20)의 표면에 배치된 버튼을 이용하여 전원 온 동작을 수행하고, 원하는 전류의 세기를 설정할 수 있다. 이러한 버튼 조작에 의하여 제어부(20)로부터 공급되는 전류는 고정부(121)를 통해 접촉면(11)의 제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)과 피부를 통해 흐르게 되므로, 얼굴 피부에 전기적 자극을 가할 수 있게 된다. 이에 의하여 전류가 패턴 형태로 배치된 제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)을 따라 흐르게 되어 이온 영동 기능을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 또한, 제어부(20)에서 저주파 전류를 공급함으로써 제1 전극(112) 및 제2 전극(113)의 패턴을 따라 저주파 자극을 피부에 가할 수 있으므로 마사지 기능도 수행할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 제어부(20)는 스마트폰과 블루투스 등과 같은 방식으로 무선 통신할 수 있는 무선 통신 모듈을 더 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 무선 통신 모듈에 의해 사용자는 자신의 스마트폰에 제어부(20)를 제어할 수 있는 어플리케이션을 설치하고 어플리케이션과 무선 통신 모듈간에 제어 신호 및 상태 정보와 같은 정보를 송수신함으로써 제어부(20)를 직접 조작하고 상태 정보를 파악할 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명에 의한 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기(100)를 제어하기 위한 어플리케이션의 화면을 나타낸 것이다.
도 7에 나타낸 바와 같이, 어플리케이션의 화면에는 제어부(20)를 조절할 수 있는 버튼들이 배치되어 있다.
도 7에서 번호로 표시된 기능들은 다음과 같다.
1 : 전류 세기 표시 LED (1~8 단계)
2 : 제어부(20)의 배터리 잔량 표시
3 : 사용 시간
4 : 전류 세기(강도) 표시 바 (1~8 단계)
5 : 전원 온/오프 버튼
6 : 전류 세기(강도) 조절 버튼
7 : 음악 온/오프 버튼
이와 같은 어플리케이션을 사용하면, 사용자는 제어부(20)를 피부 접촉성 시트(10)에 부착한 후 스마트폰을 조작하는 것만으로 마스크 팩을 통한 이온 영동 및 마사지 기능을 피부에 제공할 수 있으므로 간편하게 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
이상에서 본 발명에 의한 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 본 발명을 설명하였으나 본 발명은 다양한 형태의 변형/수정 실시가 가능함은 물론이다.
예컨대, 본 발명에 의한 피부 접촉성 시트(10)는 마스크 팩과 같은 형태 뿐 아니라 모든 종류의 미용/의료용 시트재료에 그대로 적용할 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기로서,
    전도성 재료로 된 제1 전극 및 제2 전극이 배치된 접촉면과 제어부가 고정되는 고정부가 형성된 상기 접촉면의 반대면을 갖는 피부 접촉성 시트; 및
    상기 피부 접촉성 시트의 고정부와 접촉 고정되어 전류를 공급하는 제어부
    를 포함하고,
    상기 고정부의 표면에는 제어부의 양전극 및 음전극과 각각 접촉하는 제3 전극 및 제4 전극이 배치되고,
    상기 제3 전극 및 제4 전극은 상기 제1 전극 및 제2 전극과 각각 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 전극 및 제2 전극은 각각 접촉면에 상응하는 범위로 분산하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부의 제3 전극과 제4 전극의 일단부에는 홀이 형성되고, 상기 홀은 피부 접촉성 시트를 관통하여 접촉면으로 소통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 접촉면쪽의 홀에는 각각 접촉면의 제1 전극 및 제2 전극이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부의 가장자리 부분에는 자석이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기.
  6. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 제3 전극과 제4 전극은 제어부의 양전극과 음전극 사이의 거리에 상응하여 서로 간격을 두고 원 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는, 무선 통신 모듈을 포함하며,
    상기 무선 통신 모듈에 의해 스마트폰의 어플리케이션과 제어 신호 및 상태 정보를 송수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스크 팩형 피부 미용 기기.
