Abstract

L'aspirateur de salive connu a pour inconvénients de générer de forts flux d'air dus à l'aspiration de la salive, des résidus dentaires et des résidus de traitement, car cela provoque habituellement une douleur désagréable à intension au niveau des dents. L'utilisation des dispositifs connus de rinçage buccal ont pour inconvénients qu'il faut cracher constamment le liquide et que la pulvérisation se fait dans la région antérieure de la bouche. Les dispositifs connus de nettoyage lingual se présentent sous la forme de dispositifs de grattage lingual ou de nettoyage mécanique. Les deux dispositifs ont en commun de comporter un conduit (1) d'alimentation en milieu et un canal (2) d'évacuation de milieu. Dans le cas de l'aspirateur de salive (B), de l'air chaud est amené pendant le traitement dentaire tandis que la salive, l'eau et les résidus de dents sont aspirés. Dans le dispositif de nettoyage interdentaire et lingual (A), un milieu, par exemple de l'eau, est amené et immédiatement aspiré après avoir impacté la dent ou la langue. Ainsi, un traitement et des soins dentaires agréables et des soins linguaux efficaces sont possibles.
