Claims (8)
- 一种多股独立进出音圈,其由ICE芯片控制作用,其特征在于,所述的多股独立进出音圈为封闭线圈,所述的封闭线圈由以下步骤绕制而成:a.将至少两根漆包线同步并排形成多股排线,所述的漆包线相互独立,各自绝缘;b.将所述的多股排线绕制形成所述封闭线圈;所述的每一根漆包线,都具有独立的电流进出端;c.在ICE芯片的控制作用下,所述的漆包线共同形成多进多出电接端,分别对应不同频率声音的振动驱动控制,不同声音频率由不同的漆包线绕制的线圈驱动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多股独立进出音圈,其特征在于:其还进一步包括有骨架音圈,所述的多股排线绕制于音圈骨架上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多股独立进出音圈,其特征在于:所述音圈骨架由补强纸层或/和铝箔层或/和高温胶带层粘结而成。
- 根据权利要求3所述的多股独立进出音圈,其特征在于:所述补强纸层为由牛皮纸制成的纸管,所述的铝箔层为由铝箔片制成的铝管,所述的高温胶带层为由高温胶带片制成的高温胶带管。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多股独立进出音圈,其特征在于:所述封闭线圈为圆环状线圈、椭圆状线圈、矩形线圈、正方形线圈、八边形线圈、正六边形线圈或跑道形线圈,所述音圈骨架与封闭线圈的形状相对应。
- 根据权利要求1~5任一所述的多股独立进出音圈,其特征在于:所述的封闭线圈中的每个漆包线的线径相等。
- 根据权利要求6所述的多股独立进出音圈,其特征在于:所述多股排线中漆包线的数量为两根或以上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的多股独立进出音圈,其特征在于:在绕制所述的封闭线圈时,将至少两根漆包线并排形成多股排线,再用所 述的多股排线绕制成内外结构的线圈的第一层,依次绕制,形成内外结构的多股多层封闭线圈。
