L'élément de fixation (201) est disposé solidement au-dessus de l'élément de connexion conducteur (10). Le premier élément de connexion (202) et le deuxième élément de connexion (203) sont disposés longitudinalement et solidement au niveau de bords de deux côtés de l'élément de fixation (201), respectivement. Le premier élément de connexion (202) et le deuxième élément de connexion (203) sont situés du même côté de l'élément de fixation (201).
