Description

接触性好的智能排插弹片 技术领域
本发明涉及排插技术领域,具体地讲,涉及一种接触性好的智能排插弹片。
背景技术
现有技术中,常见的排插,其一般包括壳体、设置于壳体内的用以连接火线的火线导电片、用以连接零线的零线导电片、用以容置相应火线导电片上的导电弹片的火线插头插放座、用以容置相应零线导电片上的导电弹片的零线插头插放座及设置于壳体外的与相应插放座位置相对的插孔。
此种结构的排插,虽然已经得到广泛应用,但其依然具有一定的缺陷和不足。
具体来说,其相应火线导电片上的导电弹片、相应零线导电片上的导电弹片及相应插头插放座的设计一般均较为简单,也使得相应火线导电片上的导电弹片及相应零线导电片上的导电弹片均不具有很好的卡固弹性,在相应的火线插头插放座内及相应的零线插头插放座内分别多次的插拔火线插头及零线插头后,相应的导电弹片较容易受到相应插头的插接及挤压而向两侧移位,继而使得失去弹性而不能很好的卡固所插接的插头,从而使得所插接的插头松动而较容易接电不良及较容易掉落或拔出,使得影响接电效果。
藉此,针对现状,对现有的排插弹片进行改进及优化,以使接电导电性能好等,则是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术之不足而提供的一种接触性好的智能排插弹片。
本发明解决现有技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种接触性好的智能排插弹片,包括上盖、底壳、电源控制模块及与所述电源控制模块相连接的电源连接线、火线导电片、零线导电片;其中,
所述电源连接线显露于所述上盖与所述底壳外,所述电源控制模块、火线导电片及所述零线导电片均设置于所述上盖内;
所述火线导电片包括横向设置的导电连接片A及固设于所述导电连接片A上的导电弹片A,所述导电弹片A包括与所述导电连接片A相连接的导电支座A及相对的设置于所述导电支座A上方的两抵接片A,两所述抵接片A的上端分别向两侧张开以使形成撑开片A;
所述零线导电片包括横向设置的导电连接片B及固设于所述导电连接片B上的导电弹片 B,所述导电弹片B包括与所述导电连接片B相连接的导电支座B及相对的设置于所述导电支座B上方的两抵接片B,两所述抵接片B的上端分别向两侧张开以使形成撑开片B;
所述上盖的内顶面固设有方形结构的火线插头插放座及方形结构的零线插头插放座,所述火线插头插放座的内顶面及所述零线插头插放座的内顶面分别开设有贯穿至所述上盖的外顶面的插孔;
所述导电弹片A卡固于所述火线插头插放座内,所述导电弹片A的两撑开片A的位置与所述火线插头插放座的内顶面的插孔的位置相对,所述火线插头插放座的两相对内侧壁分别设置有以使对相应位置的撑开片A进行限位的与相应撑开片A的侧边沿相抵的限位块A;
所述导电弹片B卡固于所述零线插头插放座内,所述导电弹片B的两撑开片B的位置与所述零线插头插放座的内顶面的插孔的位置相对,所述零线插头插放座的两相对内侧壁分别设置有以使对相应位置的撑开片B进行限位的与相应撑开片B的侧边沿相抵的限位块B。

其二、在本发明的技术方案中,一方面,所述火线插头插放座的内前壁设有以使对所述导电支座A进行限位的定位块A,所述定位块A卡固于所述第二固定片的上边沿的中部的卡槽A内,通过所述定位块A的限位及固定,使得所述第二固定片不会移位,继而使得所述导电弹片A所构成的整体不会发生移位,另一方面,所述零线插头插放座的内后壁设有以使对所述导电支座B进行限位的定位块B,所述定位块B卡固于所述第五固定片的上边沿的中部的卡槽B内,通过所述定位块B的限位及固定,使得所述第五固定片不会移位,继而使得所述导电弹片B所构成的整体同样不会发生移位,故而,本发明的所述导电弹片A及所述导电弹片B固定性好,使用稳固可靠。
其三、在本实施例中,所述火线插头插放座的两相对内侧壁上靠近其内前壁开设有过片槽A,所述导电连接片A卡固于所述过片槽A内,所述零线插头插放座的两相对内侧壁上靠近其内后壁开设有过片槽B,所述导电连接片B卡固于所述过片槽B内,如此,通过所述过片槽A的卡固,则使得所述导电连接片A固定性好,稳固性好,通过所述过片槽B的卡固,则使得所述导电连接片B固定性好,稳固性好,继而,本发明的所述火线导电片固定性好,稳固性好,不易移位,本发明的所述零线导电片固定性好,稳固性好,也不易移位,使得本发明的整体稳固效果能达到最佳。

更进一步的,在优选方案中,本发明的所述火线插头插放座101的两相对内侧壁上靠近其内前壁开设有一过片槽A1013,所述导电连接片A501卡固于所述过片槽A1013内;所述零线插头插放座102的两相对内侧壁上靠近其内后壁开设有一过片槽B1023,所述导电连接片B601卡固于所述过片槽B1023内。
结合以上所述,可以理解的是,通过所述过片槽A1013的卡固,则使得所述导电连接片A501固定性好,稳固性好,通过所述过片槽B1023的卡固,则使得所述导电连接片B601固定性好,稳固性好。
继而,本发明的所述火线导电片50固定性好,稳固性好,不易移位,本发明的所述零线导电片60固定性好,稳固性好,也不易移位,使得本发明的整体稳固效果能达到最佳。
需要强调的是,在较佳技术方案中,所述火线插头插放座101及所述零线插头插放座102均设置有多个,多个所述火线插头插放座101及多个所述零线插头插放座102沿所述上盖10的长度方向交错的设置于所述上盖10的内顶面;

所述底壳20的外底面的两侧沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多个与相应中空结构的限位柱201 位置相对的通孔202,多个所述通孔202内分别固设有贯穿至所述限位柱201及相对位置的所述固定柱105内的紧固螺丝。
且每个所述通孔202外还分别固设有一塞至相应通孔202内的密封塞203。
如此,即使得所述上盖10与所述底壳20之间固定性好、稳固性好好、不会移位及密封性好。
需要补充的是,在具体实施时,本发明还包括横向设置的地线导电片80,所述地线导电片80包括导电连接片C801及导电弹片C802,所述导电连接片C801具有前端面及后端面,多个所述导电弹片C802均匀的固设于所述导电连接片C801的上边沿;所述上盖10的内顶面沿其长度方向还均匀的固设有多个地线插头插放座106,每个所述地线插头插放座106的内顶面也分别开设有贯穿至所述上盖10的外顶面的插孔,多个所述导电弹片C802对应卡固于多个所述地线插头插放座106内。
如此,即使得本发明使用更安全。
具体的,每个所述地线插头插放座106的内顶面则分别开设有贯穿至所述上盖10的外顶面的地线插头插孔107。
进一步需要补充的是,在本技术方案中,所述撑开片A50221、抵接片A5022、第一固定片50211、第二固定片50212、第三固定片50213及所述导电连接片A501一体成型;所述撑开片B60221、抵接片B6022、第四固定片60211、第五固定片60212、第六固定片60213及所述导电连接片B601一体成型。
如此,即使得本发明的所述火线导电片50及所述零线导电片60均没有焊点,使得其整体结构更佳美观精致。

综上所述,本发明所提供的一种接触性好的智能排插弹片,在具体实施时,一方面,在相应的火线插头插放座101内插入火线插头后,相应的撑开片A50221受相应限位块A1011的抵压而不易因相应火线插头的插接挤压力向两侧移位,使得其依然能保持固有的弹性和抵触力,即便多次在相应的火线插头插放座101内插入火线插头,相应火线插头的外壁与相应撑开片A50221之间依然能保持很好的接触,使得导电性好而不会失电及松脱,另一方面,在相应的零线插头插放座102内插入零线插头后,相应的撑开片B60221受相应限位块B的抵压而不易因相应零线插头的插接挤压力向两侧移位,使得其依然同样能保持固有的弹性和抵触力,即便多次在相应的零线插头插放座102内插入零线插头,相应零线插头的外壁与相应撑开片B60221之间依然同样能保持很好的接触,使得导电性好而不会失电及松 脱,从而,本发明实用性好,使用效果好。
此外,在本发明的技术方案中,一方面,通过所述定位块A1012的限位及固定,使得所述第二固定片50212不会移位,继而使得所述导电弹片A502所构成的整体不会发生移位,另一方面,通过所述定位块B1022的限位及固定,使得所述第五固定片60212不会移位,继而使得所述导电弹片B602所构成的整体同样不会发生移位,故而,本发明的所述导电弹片A502及所述导电弹片B602固定性好,使用稳固可靠。
再次,在本实施例中,所述火线插头插放座101的两相对内侧壁上靠近其内前壁开设有过片槽A1013,所述导电连接片A501卡固于所述过片槽A1013内,所述零线插头插放座102的两相对内侧壁上靠近其内后壁开设有过片槽B1023,所述导电连接片B601卡固于所述过片槽B1023内,如此,通过所述过片槽A1013的卡固,则使得所述导电连接片A501固定性好,稳固性好,通过所述过片槽B1023的卡固,则使得所述导电连接片B601固定性好,稳固性好,继而,本发明的所述火线导电片50固定性好,稳固性好,不易移位,本发明的所述零线导电片60固定性好,稳固性好,也不易移位,使得本发明的整体稳固效果能达到最佳。
相应的,本发明的整体结构简单,易实施,易操作,实用性强,专用性强,制造成本低,在结构的改进及技术的改进中,均不需要增加太多的成本,使得本发明必然具有很好的市场推广价值,本发明会非常的受欢迎,能得到有效普及。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种接触性好的智能排插弹片,包括上盖、底壳、电源控制模块及与所述电源控制模块相连接的电源连接线、火线导电片、零线导电片;所述电源连接线显露于所述上盖与所述底壳外,所述电源控制模块、火线导电片及所述零线导电片均设置于所述上盖内;其特征在于:
    所述火线导电片包括横向设置的导电连接片A及固设于所述导电连接片A上的导电弹片A,所述导电弹片A包括与所述导电连接片A相连接的导电支座A及相对的设置于所述导电支座A上方的两抵接片A,两所述抵接片A的上端分别向两侧张开以使形成撑开片A;
    所述零线导电片包括横向设置的导电连接片B及固设于所述导电连接片B上的导电弹片B,所述导电弹片B包括与所述导电连接片B相连接的导电支座B及相对的设置于所述导电支座B上方的两抵接片B,两所述抵接片B的上端分别向两侧张开以使形成撑开片B;
    所述上盖的内顶面固设有方形结构的火线插头插放座及方形结构的零线插头插放座,所述火线插头插放座的内顶面及所述零线插头插放座的内顶面分别开设有贯穿至所述上盖的外顶面的插孔;
    所述导电弹片A卡固于所述火线插头插放座内,所述导电弹片A的两撑开片A的位置与所述火线插头插放座的内顶面的插孔的位置相对,所述火线插头插放座的两相对内侧壁分别设置有以使对相应位置的撑开片A进行限位的与相应撑开片A的侧边沿相抵的限位块A;
    所述导电弹片B卡固于所述零线插头插放座内,所述导电弹片B的两撑开片B的位置与所述零线插头插放座的内顶面的插孔的位置相对,所述零线插头插放座的两相对内侧壁分别设置有以使对相应位置的撑开片B进行限位的与相应撑开片B的侧边沿相抵的限位块B。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接触性好的智能排插弹片,其特征在于:所述横向设置的导电连接片A及所述横向设置的导电连接片B均具有前端面及后端面;所述导电支座A及所述导电支座B均成型为横置的三角形结构;
    所述导电支座A包括依次相连接的第一固定片、第二固定片及第三固定片;所述第二固定片竖向固设于所述导电连接片A的上边沿,所述第一固定片及所述第三固定片均位于所述导电连接片A的后端面的上方,且所述第一固定片的末端与所述第三固定片的末端相抵接;其中一所述抵接片A固设于所述第一固定片的末端的上方,另一所述抵接片A固设于所述第三固定片的末端的上方;
    所述导电支座B包括依次相连接的第四固定片、第五固定片及第六固定片;所述第五固定片竖向固设于所述导电连接片B的上边沿,所述第四固定片及所述第六固定片均位于所述导电连接片B的前端面的上方,且所述第四固定片的末端与所述第六固定片的末端相抵 接;其中一所述抵接片B固设于所述第四固定片的末端的上方,另一所述抵接片B固设于所述第六固定片的末端的上方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的接触性好的智能排插弹片,其特征在于:所述第二固定片的上边沿的中部开有一卡槽A,所述火线插头插放座的内前壁设有以使对所述导电支座A进行限位的定位块A,所述定位块A卡固于所述卡槽A内;
    所述第五固定片的上边沿的中部开有一卡槽B,所述零线插头插放座的内后壁设有以使对所述导电支座B进行限位的定位块B,所述定位块B卡固于所述卡槽B内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的接触性好的智能排插弹片,其特征在于:所述火线插头插放座的两相对内侧壁上靠近其内前壁开设有一过片槽A,所述导电连接片A卡固于所述过片槽A内;
    所述零线插头插放座的两相对内侧壁上靠近其内后壁开设有一过片槽B,所述导电连接片B卡固于所述过片槽B内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的接触性好的智能排插弹片,其特征在于:所述火线插头插放座及所述零线插头插放座均设置有多个,多个所述火线插头插放座及多个所述零线插头插放座沿所述上盖的长度方向交错的设置于所述上盖的内顶面;
    相应的,固设于所述导电连接片A上的导电弹片A设置有多个,多个所述导电弹片A对应卡固于多个所述火线插头插放座内;固设于所述导电连接片B上的导电弹片B设置有多个,多个所述导电弹片B对应卡固于多个所述零线插头插放座内。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的接触性好的智能排插弹片,其特征在于:它还包括一电源开关键,所述电源开关键设置于所述上盖的上顶面的一端,且所述电源开关键与所述电源控制模块相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的接触性好的智能排插弹片,其特征在于:所述上盖的内顶面的两侧沿其长度方向均匀的设置有多个中空结构的固定柱,所述底壳的内底面的两侧沿其长度方向均匀的设置有多个与相应固定柱位置相对的中空结构的限位柱,多个中空结构的所述限位柱的顶部分别向内凹陷形成有一凹台,多个所述固定柱的底部对应卡固于相应位置的所述凹台内;
    所述底壳的外底面的两侧沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多个与相应中空结构的限位柱位置相对的通孔,多个所述通孔内分别固设有贯穿至所述限位柱及相对位置的所述固定柱内的紧固螺丝。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的接触性好的智能排插弹片,其特征在于:每个所述通孔外还分别 固设有一塞至相应通孔内的密封塞。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的接触性好的智能排插弹片,其特征在于:所述撑开片A、抵接片A、第一固定片、第二固定片、第三固定片及所述导电连接片A一体成型;所述撑开片B、抵接片B、第四固定片、第五固定片、第六固定片及所述导电连接片B一体成型。
