黑茶胶囊及其制造方法 技术领域
本申请总体上涉及黑茶的保存、包装和密封技术领域,特别是涉及一种黑茶胶囊及其制造方法。
背景技术
黑茶(dark tea)因成品茶的外观呈黑色,故得名。它是六大茶类之一,属后发酵茶。黑茶的传统冲泡方法由于色香味方面的讲究而略显繁琐。
随着近年来生活节奏的加快,为了适应人们希望方便快捷地饮用黑茶的需求,生产出了一种速溶黑茶。所谓的速溶黑茶,就是利用工业化的技术,将黑茶在饮料工厂里进行蒸煮,然后利用冷冻干燥法,将其干燥成粉,在生产中根据不同人群的口味需求加入一些添加剂(例如,糖、盐和奶精等),并将产品封装在小袋之中,形成黑茶的茶包。在需要饮用时,人们可以将茶包放入到水杯中,加入开水即可饮用。
如此的饮用黑茶虽然保证了人们的便捷,但是却失去了黑茶原有的风味,这就导致目前仍然有很多人沿用传统的方法现泡黑茶。但是,目前的现泡黑茶除了上面提及的步骤繁琐之外,还存在很多的其他麻烦。比如,干燥的黑茶储存不便,这是由于黑茶非常容易吸收其他异味,并容易受潮,因此一旦存储不当则造成黑茶的浪费;此外,每次冲泡后,还必须处理掉冲泡容器中的黑茶残渣并清洗冲泡盖网,都导致在使用中非常不便。

如图1A和图1B所示,第一盖体121、侧壁110、和第二盖体122可形成一闭合腔体,该闭合腔体用于容纳黑茶190。由于如上所述,为了防止黑茶190受潮变味,希望所述黑茶190被密封地保存于作为闭合容器的黑茶胶囊100中,所以可以在所述黑茶胶囊100(即,闭合腔体)中形成有一密封区域,其中密封地填充有所述黑茶190。
在一个示例中,第一盖体121、侧壁110、和第二盖体122所形成的闭合腔体本身可以是密封的(气密的),并且该黑茶190可以直接置于密封的闭合腔体中(即,该闭合腔体自身就形成所述密封区域)。替换地,该闭合腔体也可以是非密封的,例如,在该第一盖体121上可能存在一个或多个孔眼,以便冲泡后的黑茶茶水从所述第一盖体121排出。在此情况下,黑茶190可以先置于一密封的子容器(例如,由塑料、复合薄膜等材料构成的袋子、盒子等)中,再将该子容器置于该非密封的闭合腔体之中(即,在该闭合腔 体内部另外地形成有一个密封区域)。例如,该密封的子容器可以是单独形成并然后放置到该闭合腔体中的,或者也可以在闭合腔体中通过密封膜等结构在非密封的第一盖体121和/或第二盖体122的内侧与侧壁相气密结合而形成的。由此,能够使得黑茶190与外围的空气隔绝,从而尽可能持久地储藏黑茶,防止黑茶吸收其他异味或容易受潮。需要说明的是,在后者情况下,应保证在冲泡操作中胶囊冲泡装置在刺破黑茶胶囊的盖体时,所述密封的子容器也能够被同时刺破,以实现黑茶的冲泡。
此外,为了进一步提升黑茶的保存效果,还可以向胶囊空间中充满惰性气体。为此,所述密封区域包括黑茶容纳区域和气体容纳区域,两者都是密封的(气密的)。其中,黑茶容纳区域用于容纳黑茶190,而气体容纳区域用于容纳无毒无味的惰性气体,以改善所述黑茶190在所述黑茶胶囊中的保存状况。例如,该黑茶容纳区域和该气体容纳区域可以是两个在物理上分离的空间。具体地,可以将该黑茶190先置于作为黑茶容纳区域的一密封的小容器(例如,袋子、盒子等)中,再将该小容器放置于充满惰性气体的一密封的大容器中并至于非密封的闭合腔体之中,或将该小容器直接放置于充满惰性气体的密封的闭合腔体之中。也就是说,该气体容纳区域将黑茶容纳区域包围在其中,最大程度地减小了黑茶与氧气及水分等接触的可能性,从而改善了黑茶190在黑茶胶囊100中的保存状况。替换地,该黑茶容纳区域和该气体容纳区域也可以是同一个区域,即将黑茶190简单地置于充满有惰性气体的密封腔体之中,或者将该黑茶置于填充有惰性气体的一密封的小容器中,再置于密封或非密封的闭合腔体之中。
当然,本申请不限于此。除了采用填充惰性气体方式之外,还可以采用例如对该密封区域进行抽真空的方式来延迟黑茶在胶囊中的保存时间和保存质量。
下面,将参考图2A到图2D来说明黑茶胶囊100与胶囊冲泡装置结合使用的场景。
图2A-2D图示了根据本申请实施例各个具体示例的黑茶胶囊的使用场景图。
如图2A所示,在第一具体示例中,第一盖体121、侧壁110、和第二盖体122形成密封的黑茶胶囊100。在希望冲泡黑茶时,用户可以方便地将黑茶胶囊100放入胶囊冲泡装置中,该胶囊冲泡装置装备有中空的上穿刺部和 下穿刺部。这时,自动地或者通过用户手动操作,胶囊冲泡装置的上穿刺部下移并刺破黑茶胶囊100的第二盖体122,并且下穿刺部上移并刺破黑茶胶囊100的第一盖体121。然后,热水经由上穿刺部的中空通道注入黑茶胶囊100中并与黑茶胶囊内的黑茶充分作用形成黑茶茶水。最后,黑茶茶水经由下穿刺部的中空通道流出。
显然,本具体示例不限于此。例如,该第一盖体121和/或第二盖体122也可以是非密封的盖体,其上具有一个或多个预设的开口。这时,在上述盖体的内侧可以通过下密封膜和/或上密封膜来对黑茶进行密封封装。在此情况下,胶囊冲泡装置的下穿刺部和/或上穿刺部应在穿刺的过程中能够刺破上述塑料膜,以使得从上穿刺部的中空通道中流出的热水能够与黑茶混合形成黑茶茶水,并从下穿刺部的中空通道或者从第一盖体121上的预设开口中流出。
由于在图2A所示的第一具体示例中,黑茶茶水从下穿刺部的中空通道中流出的速度将会很快,所以可能导致黑茶与热水的相互作用效果不够好,刨除的黑茶茶水不够浓。因此,如图2B所示,在第二具体示例中,与黑茶胶囊100相互作用的胶囊冲泡装置装备的下穿刺部也可以是非中空的。在此情况下,黑茶茶水可以在不断注入的热水的压力作用下从该下穿刺部与第一盖体121之间的缝隙中流出。由于该缝隙的孔径往往很小,所以黑茶茶水的排出速度不会过快,使得热水与黑茶能够充分混合。而且,该小排出孔径还可以对黑茶在冲泡时所形成的残渣起到一定的过滤作用。
除了使用外设在胶囊冲泡装置中的下穿刺部来进行穿刺之外,替换地或附加地,例如,也可以直接在黑茶胶囊100中设置内穿刺部。如图2C所示,在第三具体示例中,在第一盖体121上设有多个预设的开口120,在其内侧通过下密封膜123来实现密封操作,并且在第一盖体121与下密封膜123之间设置有一个或多个内穿刺部124,用于执行对于下密封膜123的穿刺操作。例如,该内穿刺部124可以为一个或多个尖顶椎体或针状物,其固定用的底部一体地形成或通过其他方式设置(例如,粘接、卡接、螺丝固定等)在第一盖体121的内表面,其穿刺用的尖锐顶部朝向下密封膜123进行设置。在希望冲泡黑茶时,用户可以方便地将黑茶胶囊100放入胶囊冲泡装置中,该胶囊冲泡装置装备有中空的上穿刺部。这时,自动地或者通过用户手动操作,胶囊冲泡装置的上穿刺部下移并刺破黑茶胶囊100的第二盖体122。然后,热水经由上穿刺部的中空通道注入黑茶胶囊100中并与黑茶胶囊内的黑茶充 分作用形成黑茶茶水。随着热水的不断注入,黑茶胶囊100内部的热水体积不断增加,对下密封膜123产生的压力不断加大,使得具有一定柔性的下密封膜123(尤其是其中心部位)由于该压力而被迫朝向内穿刺部124膨胀靠近,从而受到其穿刺作用而被刺破。最后,黑茶茶水经由第一盖体121上的预设开口120流出。
为了进一步节省成本,也可以省略上述的内穿刺部。如图2D所示,在第四具体示例中,第一盖体121、侧壁110、和第二盖体122形成密封的黑茶胶囊100,并且在该第一盖体121上可以形成有一个或多个易破裂区域125,其在与水(或热水)接触时或在高压力的作用下(即,在其所承受的压力大于预定阈值时)会出现破裂。在希望冲泡黑茶时,用户可以方便地将黑茶胶囊100放入胶囊冲泡装置中,该胶囊冲泡装置装备有中空的上穿刺部。这时,自动地或者通过用户手动操作,胶囊冲泡装置的上穿刺部下移并刺破黑茶胶囊100的第二盖体122。然后,热水经由上穿刺部的中空通道注入黑茶胶囊100中并与黑茶胶囊内的黑茶充分作用形成黑茶茶水。最后,第一盖体121上的易破裂区域125受到热水的浸泡、或与之发生某种反应、或者胶囊内不断增大的水压作用下出现破裂,使得黑茶茶水经由其中流出。优选地,该易破裂区域的口径可以设置为较小,以实现对于黑茶残渣的过滤。
尽管在上文中通过采用小孔径的出水口来实现对于黑茶残渣的过滤,但是,本申请不限于此。例如,为了获得更好的过滤效果,以防止黑茶残渣跟随冲泡后的黑茶茶水从所述第一盖体排出,从而影响用户的饮用口感,在本申请的第二实施例中,替换地或附加地,可以在第一盖体附近设置一个过滤网。
图3A和图3B分别图示了根据本申请第二实施例的黑茶胶囊的立体图和剖面图。
如图3A和图3B所示,与第一实施例类似地,根据本申请第二实施例的黑茶胶囊100包括:侧壁110、第一盖体121、和第二盖体122。第二实施例与上述第一实施例的不同之处在于,该黑茶胶囊100还包括:第一过滤网131,该第一过滤网131设置在第一盖体121的内侧,起到过滤作用,从而防止黑茶在冲泡时从黑茶胶囊中泄漏到茶杯等容器中影响饮用口感。具体地,在所述第二盖体122与所述第一过滤网131之间填充有黑茶190,第一过滤网131用于过滤在对黑茶胶囊100进行冲泡时黑茶190所形成的残渣, 防止残渣跟随冲泡后的黑茶茶水从所述第一盖体121排出。
在一个示例中,为了防止黑茶渣从第一过滤网131的边缘冲落到第一盖体并随后排出,第一过滤网131的边缘可以在整体上与侧壁110的内侧壁紧密贴合。例如,第一过滤网131可以通过卡接、粘接、焊接等方式连接在侧壁110的内侧,以与其成为一体。
为了对残渣进行有效过滤,第一过滤网131可以由纸质、布制、塑料或是金属制成。例如,本实施例中可以采用布制过滤材质构成第一过滤网131,既能保证其与水接触后不易破裂,又能防止其遇到热水时在高温作用下生有害物质,且价格低廉。
在与如图2A和图2B所示的装备有下穿刺部的胶囊冲泡装置结合使用时,为了防止第一过滤网131被该下穿刺部刺破,第一过滤网131与第一盖体121之间可以隔开一预定距离,使得当第一盖体121被下穿刺部刺破以向外排出黑茶茶水时,第一过滤网131不会被同时刺破,导致丧失过滤功能。
为此,如图3A和图3B所示,黑茶胶囊100还可以包括:第一滤网支撑装置141,用于支撑第一过滤网131。该第一滤网支撑装置141位于所述第一过滤网131与所述第一盖体之间,并将第一过滤网131与第一盖体之间隔开第一预定距离。例如,该第一预定距离可以是大于或略大于该下穿刺部刺入黑茶胶囊100中的深度。此外,该第一滤网支撑装置141还可以向第一过滤网131施加更加均匀和稳定的支撑力,避免了简单地将第一过滤网131搁置在侧壁110上时可能出现的移动、晃动、倾斜、翻动等现象。
第一滤网支撑装置141可以与侧壁110一体成型,也可以通过卡接、粘接等形式设于黑茶胶囊内,从而支撑并隔离第一过滤网131。
图4A-4F图示了根据本申请实施例的第一滤网支撑装置的不同支撑方式的示意图。
例如,第一滤网支撑装置141可以作为支撑板或支撑块而垂直设置在第一盖体所在的平面与第一过滤网131所在的平面之间,或者也可以作为凸起物等结构而形成在侧壁的内壁上。参照图4A所示,为了获得较强的支撑性能,可以在第一盖体中心上设有一个圆柱体,其中,圆柱体的一端与第一盖体内表面连接,另一端与第一过滤网131的下表面(即,朝向第一盖体的一面)连接,同时以圆柱体为中心向外辐射地设有三个等长支撑板,每相邻两个支撑板的夹角优选地为120°,支撑板的一侧连接到该圆柱体,另一侧连接 到侧壁的内壁,且支撑板的上下端部分别与滤网的下表面和第一盖体的内表面连接,从而该圆柱体和该支撑板两者共同形成该第一滤网支撑装置141,用于高强度地支撑第一过滤网131。参照图4B所示,第一滤网支撑装置141也可以为首尾相接、内接于滤网所在圆面的正多边形支撑板,例如,图4B所示的为正三角形。参照图4C所示,第一滤网支撑装置141还可以是垂直于滤网和第一盖体所在圆面设置的多个支撑板,多个支撑板优选为平行且等间距地设置。参照图4D所示,第一滤网支撑装置141也可以为一个或多个等长支撑物,其沿滤网所在圆面的直径方向交叉设置。参照图4E所示,第一滤网支撑装置141还可以是沿滤网和第一盖体之间的内壁设置的一圈直径略小于第一盖体直径的环状支撑架,或将滤网与第一盖体之间的侧壁110从内部增厚,在增厚的平台上设置过滤网。参照图4F所示,第一滤网支撑装置141还可以是设在滤网与第一盖体之间的侧壁110内壁上的多个凸起,例如为了受力均匀,所述多个凸起可以等间距设置。此外,第一滤网支撑装置141的支撑方式不限于上述所示,还可以根据实际情况进行调整设置,只要其所在的位置能够避开胶囊冲泡装置对于第一盖体的穿刺部位即可。
为了防止黑茶残渣跟随冲泡后的黑茶茶水从被刺破的第二盖体逆向排出,从而造成胶囊冲泡装置污染,在本申请的第三实施例中,除了第一盖体附近的第一过滤网131之外,可以进一步或者单独地在第二盖体附近设置一个过滤网。
图5A和图5B分别图示了根据本申请第三实施例的黑茶胶囊的立体图和剖面图。
如图5A和图5B所示,第三实施例与第二实施例区别在于,该黑茶胶囊100除了侧壁110、第一盖体121、第二盖体122、第一过滤网131、和可选的第一滤网支撑装置141之外,还包括:第二过滤网132,其设在黑茶胶囊100的第二盖体122内侧,起到过滤作用,从而防止黑茶在冲泡时从黑茶胶囊中逆向溢出而对胶囊冲泡装置造成污染,导致用户不易清洗等操作不便。具体地,在所述第二过滤网132与所述第一过滤网131(或第一盖体121)之间填充有黑茶190,第二过滤网132用于过滤在对所述黑茶胶囊100进行冲泡时所述黑茶190所形成的残渣,防止所述残渣从被刺破的所述第二盖体122逆向排出。
此外,该第二过滤网132还可以对于冲泡用的液体起到缓冲和加压的效 果,使得当第二盖体122被刺破以注入冲泡用的液体(例如,热水)时,该液体不会直接砸压在黑茶之上而导致快速渗透黑茶从第一盖体121排出,相反地,该液体将受到第二过滤网132的阻挡,而在第二过滤网132与第二盖体122之间的空间中形成缓冲并受到挤压,并最终以更大的压力作用到黑茶上,使得黑茶得到充分浸泡,形成更为饱满的黑茶茶水。
与第二实施例中相似地,在与胶囊冲泡装置结合使用时,为了防止第二过滤网132被上穿刺部刺破,第二过滤网132与第二盖体122之间可以隔开一预定距离,使得当第二盖体122被下穿刺部刺破以向内注入冲泡用的热水时,第二过滤网132不会被同时刺破,导致丧失过滤功能。
为此,如图5A和图5B所示,黑茶胶囊100还包括:第二滤网支撑装置142,设在第二过滤网132和第二盖体122之间,用于固定第二过滤网132,防止当侧壁110内的水流反冲时将第二过滤网132冲到第二盖体122上;同时,第二滤网支撑装置142将第二过滤网132和第二盖体122隔开第二预定距离,防止第二盖体122被刺破时第二过滤网132同时被刺破。例如,该第二预定距离可以是大于或略大于该上穿刺部刺入黑茶胶囊100中的深度。
第二过滤网132和第二滤网支撑装置142可以采用与先前实施例中的第一过滤网131和第一滤网支撑装置141相同的结构和材料来形成,因此在这里省略了其重复描述。
需要说明的是,在该第一盖体121和/或第二盖体122的内侧还包括下密封膜和/或上密封膜来对黑茶进行密封封装的情况下,该第一过滤网131和第二过滤网132可以分别对应地设置在下密封膜和上密封膜的内侧,即该第一过滤网131可以设置在黑茶与下密封膜之间且优选地不会被下穿刺部或内穿刺部刺破,而该第二过滤网132可以设置在上密封膜与黑茶之间且优选地不会被上穿刺部刺破。
此外,尽管在上文中以通过在侧壁内设有凸起、支撑板等滤网支撑装置来支持过滤网为例进行说明,但是,本申请不限于此。例如,还可以考虑将侧壁形成为适于放置过滤网的形状,如图6和图7所示。
图6图示了根据本申请第四实施例的黑茶胶囊的立体图。
需要说明的是,在图6中,方便起见,将仅仅以第一过滤网131为例进行说明,而省略用于第二过滤网132的类似结构。参照图6所示,根据本申请第四实施例的黑茶胶囊100包括:侧壁110、第一盖体121、第二盖体122、 和第一过滤网131。具体地,该侧壁110可以包括具有不同形状的第一侧壁部分211、第二侧壁部分212。
第一侧壁部分211具有第一端111和第三端113,第一端111和第三端113是位于第一侧壁部分211上相反位置的两端。例如,在图6所示的方向中,第一端111可以是第一侧壁部分211的底端,而第三端113可以是第一侧壁部分211的顶端。第一侧壁部分211的第一端111具有第一开口,而第一侧壁部分211的第三端113具有第三开口。
第一盖体121设在第一侧壁部分211的第一端111,用于覆盖第一开口。
第二侧壁部分212具有第二端112和第四端114,第二端112和第四端114是位于第二侧壁部分212上相反位置的两端。例如,在图6所示的方向中,第二端112可以是第二侧壁部分212的顶端,而第四端114可以是第二侧壁部分212的底端。第二侧壁部分212的第二端112具有第二开口,而第二侧壁部分212的第四端114具有半封闭端部。即,在该第四端114的端面上具有一第四开口。
第一侧壁部分211的第三开口与第二侧壁部分212的第四开口具有相同的形状和尺寸,并且相互对接。例如,第一侧壁部分211和第二侧壁部分212可以通过一体成型形成,也可通过粘接、铆接、卡接等形式连接。
第一盖体121、第一侧壁部分211、第二侧壁部分212和第二盖体122形成一闭合腔体,在该闭合腔体内部填充有黑茶。
在一个实例中,如图6所示,第一侧壁部分211和第二侧壁部分212可以为直径不同的圆柱体,具体地,第一侧壁部分211的圆柱体直径小于第二侧壁部分212的圆柱体直径,在第二侧壁部分212的封闭的第四端114上开具有一个圆形开孔,该圆形开孔的直径等于该第一侧壁部分211的第三端113的直径。该第一侧壁部分211与第二侧壁部分212通过该圆形开孔对接,使得第一侧壁部分211和第二侧壁部分212连接区域形成阶梯状,用于放置第一过滤网131。具体地,在第二侧壁部分212的第四端114设置第一过滤网131,因为第一侧壁部分211的直径小于第二侧壁部分212的直径,因此第一过滤网131处于阶梯状的台面而不会掉落。第一侧壁部分211和第二侧壁部分212可通过铆接、卡接、粘接、一体成型等方式连接。本实施例利用黑茶胶囊100本身的形状特点来支持第一过滤网131,省去了另外增设滤网支撑装置的工序,简单方便。
需要说明的是,尽管在图6中以大直径圆柱体连接小直径圆柱体为例图示了该黑茶胶囊100,但是,本申请不限于此。在实践中,该黑茶胶囊100也可以依据实际需要将第一侧壁部分211和第二侧壁部分212分别变化为圆台、椎体、锥台、球台或其他规则形体或不规则形体等,只需保证第一侧壁部分211与第二侧壁部分212接触部分有直径差即可(并且两者并非必须同心),以适应不同应用场景的实际需求。例如,第一侧壁部分211和第二侧壁部分212也可以是圆柱体、椭圆柱体、长方体、六棱柱或八棱柱等,并且为了更加兼容,该黑茶胶囊100在外形上可以针对适于在现有技术已知的各种胶囊咖啡机中的使用进行设计。
本实施例其他特征与先前已经描述的其他实施例相似,此处不再赘述。
图7图示了根据本申请第五实施例的黑茶胶囊的立体图。
参照图7所示,本申请实施例的黑茶胶囊100包括:侧壁110、第一盖体121、第二盖体122、第一过滤网131、和第二过滤网132。
侧壁110具有第一端111和第二端112,第一端111和第二端112是位于侧壁110上相反位置的两端。例如,在图7所示的方向中,第一端111可以是侧壁110的底部,而第二端112可以是侧壁110的顶部。侧壁110的第一端111具有第一开口,而侧壁110的第二端112具有第二开口。
侧壁110的内壁侧还设有凹槽,凹槽沿内壁侧圆周面一圈设置。具体地,靠近第一端111处设有第一凹槽151,靠近第二端112处设有第二凹槽152。第一凹槽151和第二凹槽152分别用于支撑第一过滤网131和第二过滤网132。也就是说,第一过滤网131设在第一凹槽151处,而第二过滤网132设置在第二凹槽152处。各个过滤网的直径可以设置为等于或略小于凹槽的直径,但是大于或略大于凹槽外侧壁部分的直径。例如,该凹槽可以通过在具有一定厚度的侧壁上开槽而形成。这样,该凹槽可以对第一过滤网的位置进行限制,省去了另外增设滤网支撑装置的工序,节约了成本。

如图8所示,根据本申请实施例的黑茶胶囊的制造方法包括:
在步骤S110中,形成侧壁和第一盖体。
所述侧壁的第一端具有第一开口,所述侧壁的第二端具有第二开口,所 述第一端和所述第二端是位于所述侧壁上相反位置的两端,所述第一盖体用于覆盖所述第一开口。
在步骤S120中,在所述第一盖体的内侧设置第一过滤网。
在步骤S130中,将黑茶填充到所述第一过滤网的内侧。
在步骤S140中,使用第二盖体来覆盖所述第二开口,以使得所述黑茶被密封地保存于所述黑茶胶囊中,所述第一过滤网用于过滤在对所述黑茶胶囊进行冲泡时所述黑茶所形成的残渣,防止所述残渣跟随冲泡后的黑茶茶水从所述第一盖体排出。
在一个示例中,在步骤S130之后,该制造方法还可以包括:在所述第二盖体的内侧设置第二过滤网。
在此情况下,步骤S120到S140可以包括:同时地或分别地,在该侧壁靠近第一端和第二端的内壁上形成第一滤网支撑装置和第二滤网支撑装置(例如,凸起结构)。接下来,将第一过滤网经由第二开口直接压入侧壁内部并设置在第一滤网支撑装置上,使其由于受到第一滤网支撑装置的支撑而不再下落。然后,可以向黑茶胶囊中注入黑茶,直到该黑茶的高度接近、到达或略超过第二滤网支撑装置的下沿为止。继而,将第二过滤网经由第二开口过盈压落在第二滤网支撑装置以下。优选地,为了便于安装该第二滤网支撑装置,可以将该第二滤网支撑装置的凸起结构形成为楔形,且尖端向上(类似地,该第一滤网支撑装置也可以采用相同的形状,但尖端向下)。最后,将第二盖体覆盖在第二开口之上,由此形成其中密封有黑茶的黑茶胶囊。
当然,根据本申请实施例的制造方法不仅限于此,而是可以包括能够制造出具有参考图1A到图7进行详细描述的、根据本申请各个实施例的黑茶胶囊的具体结构和形状的任何步骤。为了简略起见,这里省略了其重复描述。
综上所述,在使用根据本申请各个实施例的黑茶胶囊时,都可以方便地将黑茶胶囊放入胶囊冲泡装置中,由胶囊冲泡装置刺破黑茶胶囊的第二盖体,热水由此注入黑茶胶囊腔体中,热水与黑茶胶囊内的黑茶充分作用形成黑茶茶水,再通过外设的过滤网或盖体自身形成的小孔眼而从第一盖体流出。因为在第一盖体与过滤网之间还可以设有隔开二者距离的滤网支撑装置或适当地改变侧壁的结构,因此在刺破盖体的同时不会刺破过滤网,使得过滤网能够很好的过滤黑茶渣,使黑茶渣留在胶囊内部,使用后的胶囊可直接取出扔掉,无需倒渣及清洗胶囊冲泡装置。同时,必要时,在第二盖体内侧 也可以设有过滤网,并在二者之间设有滤网支撑装置或适当地改变侧壁的结构,防止水流冲入黑茶胶囊时将黑茶从刺破的第二盖体处反冲而出,导致胶囊冲泡装置污染。本申请提供的黑茶胶囊结构简单、使用方便,可根据不同胶囊机的要求生产使用,十分适于推广和应用,同时还能起到很好的保存黑茶的作用,使冲泡出的黑茶口味更香醇。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种黑茶胶囊,其特征在于,所述黑茶胶囊包括:
    侧壁,所述侧壁的第一端具有第一开口,所述侧壁的第二端具有第二开口,所述第一端和所述第二端是位于所述侧壁上相反位置的两端;
    第一盖体,用于覆盖所述第一开口;
    第二盖体,用于覆盖所述第二开口;以及
    第一过滤网,设置在所述第一盖体的内侧,在所述第一过滤网与所述第二盖体之间填充有黑茶,所述黑茶被密封地保存于所述黑茶胶囊中,并且所述第一过滤网用于过滤在对所述黑茶胶囊进行冲泡时所述黑茶所形成的残渣,防止所述残渣跟随冲泡后的黑茶茶水从所述第一盖体排出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的黑茶胶囊,其特征在于,所述侧壁呈圆台型,所述圆台型的侧壁直径小的一端为所述第一端,直径大的一端为所述第二端。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的黑茶胶囊,其特征在于,所述侧壁和所述第一盖体是一体成型的。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的黑茶胶囊,其特征在于,所述第一过滤网与所述第一盖体之间隔开第一预定距离,使得当所述第一盖体被刺破以排出所述黑茶茶水时,所述第一过滤网不会被同时刺破。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的黑茶胶囊,其特征在于,所述黑茶胶囊还包括:
    第一滤网支撑装置,位于所述第一过滤网与所述第一盖体之间,用于支撑所述第一过滤网,并将两者间隔开所述第一预定距离。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的黑茶胶囊,其特征在于,所述第一滤网支撑装置包括设置在所述侧壁的内侧的多个凸起。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的黑茶胶囊,其特征在于,所述黑茶胶囊还包括:
    第二过滤网,设置在所述第二盖体的内侧,所述黑茶被填充在所述第一过滤网与所述第二过滤网之间,所述第二过滤网用于过滤在对所述黑茶胶囊进行冲泡时所述黑茶所形成的残渣,防止所述残渣从被刺破的所述第二盖体逆向排出,并且所述第二过滤网与所述第二盖体之间隔开第二预定距离,使得当所述第二盖体被刺破以注入冲泡用的液体时,所述第二过滤网不会被同时刺破。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的黑茶胶囊,其特征在于,所述黑茶胶囊还包括:
    第二滤网支撑装置,位于所述第二过滤网与所述第二盖体之间,用于支撑所述第二过滤网,并将两者间隔开所述第二预定距离。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的黑茶胶囊,其特征在于,在所述黑茶胶囊中形成有一密封区域,所述密封区域包括:
    黑茶容纳区域,用于容纳所述黑茶;以及
    气体容纳区域,用于容纳无毒无味的惰性气体,以改善所述黑茶在所述黑茶胶囊中的保存状况。
  10. 一种黑茶胶囊的制造方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    形成侧壁和第一盖体,所述侧壁的第一端具有第一开口,所述侧壁的第二端具有第二开口,所述第一端和所述第二端是位于所述侧壁上相反位置的两端,所述第一盖体用于覆盖所述第一开口;
    在所述第一盖体的内侧设置第一过滤网;
    将黑茶填充到所述第一过滤网的内侧;以及
    使用第二盖体来覆盖所述第二开口,以使得所述黑茶被密封地保存于所述黑茶胶囊中,所述第一过滤网用于过滤在对所述黑茶胶囊进行冲泡时所述黑茶所形成的残渣,防止所述残渣跟随冲泡后的黑茶茶水从所述第一盖体排出。
