Description

一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铸造底座,具体涉及一种适用于10-15米不锈钢旗杆、灯杆的新型整体铸钢铸造底座。
背景技术
原有的旗杆和灯杆的底座采用铁板焊接而成,不但制造过程费时费力,且焊接过的铁板在强度以及抗裂性能上收到一定的影响,从而导致底座不稳固,严重会导致旗杆或灯杆倒塌的危险,使用安全系数不高。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的:本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种通过采用铸造工艺一体成型,从而加强了底座抗拉和抗裂性能,同时定位孔和调节螺丝相结合,方便了现场安装,可普遍适用于各类不锈钢旗杆、灯杆固定安装使用的新型整体铸钢铸造底座。
技术方案:本实用新型所述的一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座,包括一体成型的底板和中空结构的圆形套筒,所述圆形套筒位于所述底板的中心位置,所述底板与所述圆形套筒还设有若干加强筋连接固定,所述底板上还设有若干定位孔和调节螺丝。
进一步的,所述底板和圆形套筒均采用45号钢。
进一步的,所述底板的厚度为5-10mm,长度和宽度范围为200-350mm。
进一步的,所述圆形套筒的孔径为150-200mm,厚度为3-8mm,高度为200-300mm。
进一步的,所述加强筋的数量不少于四个,且对称分布,且该加强筋的厚度为3-5mm。
进一步的,所述定位孔采用腰形孔结构,且长度范围45-60mm,宽度为30mm。
进一步的,两相邻的定位孔之间的距离为160-230mm。
进一步的,调节螺丝对称分布在所述底板上,且与定位孔一一间隔设置。
有益效果:本实用新型所述的一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座,通过采用铸造工艺一体成型,从而加强了底座抗拉和抗裂性能,同时定位孔和调节螺丝相结合,方便了现场安装,可普遍适用于各类不锈钢旗杆、灯杆固定安装使用。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座,包括一体成型的底板1和中空结构的 圆形套筒2,所述圆形套筒2位于所述底板1的中心位置,所述底板1与所述圆形套筒2还设有若干加强筋3连接固定,所述底板1上还设有若干定位孔4。
为了使底座更加稳固和便于安装,进一步优化:
进一步的,所述底板1和圆形套筒2均采用45号钢,大大提高整体底座的强度。
进一步的,所述底板1的厚度为5-10mm,长度和宽度范围为200-350mm,提高了底座地面的抓地面积。
进一步的,所述圆形套筒2的孔径为150-200mm,厚度为3-8mm,高度为200-300mm,以便适应不同管径灯杆或旗杆使用,同时提高连接强度。
进一步的,所述加强筋3的数量不少于四个,且对称分布,且该加强筋3的厚度为3-5mm。
进一步的,所述定位孔4采用腰形孔结构,且长度范围45-60mm,宽度为30mm。
进一步的,两相邻的定位孔之间的距离为160-230mm。
如图3所示的另一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座结构示意图,该底座与上述结构类似,只是增加了调节螺丝5,调节螺丝5与定位孔4一一对应相隔设置,从而方便了现场安装,也增加了安装的精确性。

  1. 一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座,其特征在于:包括一体成型的底板(1)和中空结构的圆形套筒(2),所述圆形套筒(2)位于所述底板(1)的中心位置,所述底板(1)与所述圆形套筒(2)还设有若干加强筋(3)连接固定,所述底板(1)上还设有若干定位孔(4)和调节螺丝(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座,其特征在于:所述底板(1)和圆形套筒(2)均采用45号钢。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座,其特征在于:所述底板(1)的厚度为5-10mm,长度和宽度范围为200-350mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座,其特征在于:所述圆形套筒(2)的孔径为150-200mm,厚度为3-8mm,高度为200-300mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座,其特征在于:所述加强筋(3)的数量不少于四个,且对称分布,且该加强筋(3)的厚度为3-5mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座,其特征在于:所述定位孔(4)采用腰形孔结构,且长度范围45-60mm,宽度为30mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座,其特征在于:两相邻的定位孔之间的距离为160-230mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型整体铸钢铸造底座,其特征在于:调节螺丝(5)对称分布在所述底板(1)上,且与定位孔(4)一一间隔设置。
