手机、IPAD等移动终端作为电视第二屏的需求越来越明显,随着用户观看视频越来越多的采用移动设备(手机、PAD)来进行观看,多屏互动业务逐渐成为一种受家庭用户欢迎的新型业务,这就要求IPTV系统能为用户提供在手机、PAD等终端上无缝切换的业务服务。由于移动终端的移动平台和IPTV的IPTV固网平台是两个独立的平台,终端用户和机顶盒的信息分别在两个平台上,机顶盒的信息存储在IPTV固网平台里,而终端用户和机顶盒的绑定关系存在移动平台里,当移动终端用户需要查询绑定的机顶盒用户的信息时,需要通过移动平台到IPTV固网平台的中心数据库里去进行查询。由于实际应用中,移动终端数量远超过机顶盒,因此需要移动平台直接到IPTV固网平台进行频繁的查询,对IPTV固网平台造成很大的访问压力,甚至影响IPTV固网平台提供的正常的业务服务。
发明概述
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本发明实施例提供的IPTV多屏互动实现方法及管理交互系统,避免移 动终端需通过移动平台频繁的到IPTV固网平台进行机顶盒信息查询,以减轻IPTV固网平台访问压力。
本发明实施例提供一种IPTV多屏互动实现方法,包括:
管理交互系统从IPTV固网平台获取机顶盒的业务信息进行存储;
管理交互系统接收多屏业务,从本地获取该多屏业务中目标机顶盒的业务信息,并发给所述多屏业务对应的终端。
本发明实施例还提供一种管理交互系统,包括:
数据管理模块,设置为从IPTV固网平台获取机顶盒的业务信息进行存储;
交互处理模块,设置为接收多屏业务,从管理交互系统获取该多屏业务中目标机顶盒的业务信息,并发给所述多屏业务对应的终端。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行前述的IPTV多屏互动实现方法。
根据本发明实施例提供的IPTV多屏互动实现方法、管理交互系统以及计算机存储介质,通过管理交互系统先从IPTV固网平台获取到机顶盒的业务信息后进行本地存储;然后在有多屏业务发起时,管理交互系统可以直接从本地获取该多屏业务中目标机顶盒的业务信息,并发给多屏业务对应的终端。避免到IPTV固网平台去频繁的查询获取机顶盒业务信息,可以大大降低IPTV固网平台的访问压力,同时提升多屏业务处理效率,进而提升用户体验的满意度。

详述
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例只是本申请中一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例一:
请参见图1所示,该图所示为本实施例提供的实现多屏互动的系统架构示意图。包括IPTV固网平台101、移动平台102以及管理交互系统103。其中,IPTV固网平台101存储有每个机顶盒的信息,包括但不限于各种业务信息,例如机顶盒的信息列表。本实施例中的IPTV固网平台101还设置为与管理交互系统103建立连接,向管理交互系统103提供每个机顶盒业务信息。本实施例中的移动平台102可用于存储终端(例如手机、IPAD等各种移动终端或者电脑等固定类型的终端)与机顶盒的绑定关系,其也与管理交互系统103建立连接,可将终端所绑定的机顶盒信息发给管理交互系统103。本实施例中的管理交互系统103是将IPTV固网平台101和移动平台102融合的核心系统。其可先从IPTV固网平台101获取每个机顶盒的信息(包括业务信息)在本地进行存储。然后在终端或机顶盒发起多屏业务时,可直接从本地将该多屏业务中机顶盒(本实施例中将某一多屏业务中涉及到的机顶盒称为目标机顶盒)查询到对应的业务信息并传递给该多屏业务对应的终端,终端收到之后则可以将机顶盒信息展示出来以供用户选择,进行多屏互动。
本实施例中,进行多屏业务互动时,并不需要到IPTV固网平台101上 进行机顶盒信息查询,直接在管理交互系统103上进行查询即可,因此可以在很大程度上降低IPTV固网平台的访问压力,并能提升多屏业务的处理效率和可靠性,进而提升用户体验的满意度。应当理解的是,本实施例中的管理交互系统103可以通过各种具有用户管理以及信令交互功能的系统实现,例如可以采用UMMTS(User Manager and Message Transmit System,用户管理器和消息发送系统)实现上述IPTV固网平台和移动平台的融合。
下面对基于管理交互系统实现IPTV多屏互动方法进行示例说明,参见图2所示,包括:
S201:管理交互系统从IPTV固网平台获取机顶盒的业务信息进行存储。
该步骤中,管理交互系统可通过图3所示的过程获取机顶盒业务信息,包括:
S2011:管理交互系统接收机顶盒的注册请求,获取机顶盒注册的机顶盒账号。
本实施例中,机顶盒在开机后,可以向管理交互系统发起注册请求进行注册,管理交互系统获取该机顶盒注册的机顶盒账号。且该机顶盒账号与机顶盒在IPTV固网平台使用的机顶盒账号相同。
S2012:管理交互系统向IPTV固网平台发送包含机顶盒账号的信息获取请求。
管理交互系统在获取到机顶盒的机顶盒账号后,向IPTV固网平台发送信息获取请求以获取该机顶盒的业务信息。IPTV固网平台则提取该信息获取请求中的机顶盒账号,进而提取出该机顶盒账号对应的业务信息反馈给管理交互系统。
S2013:管理交互系统接收IPTV固网平台反馈的机顶盒账号对应的业务信息。
S2014:管理交互系统将收到的业务信息进行存储。
本实施例中,管理交互系统将每个机顶盒的业务信息进行存储时,可以采用机顶盒账号负载均衡的方式进行分布式存储,例如,将属于同一机 顶盒账号的业务信息存储在同一服务器上,这样保证了同一机顶盒账号分布在管理交互系统的同一台服务器上。
本实施例中,允许同一机顶盒账号登陆至少一个机顶盒,也即用一个机顶盒账号可以登录一个或2个以上的机顶盒。且本实施例中,终端可以根据需求与任意机顶盒账号进行绑定或解绑。终端与机顶盒账号的绑定关系存储在移动平台的数据库中。终端和机顶盒账号的绑定关系并不是静态的,可由用户动态确定的。终端发起多屏互动时,首先要查询绑定的机顶盒的详细信息,然后才能进行多屏共享。
由于对于机顶盒,允许一个机顶盒账号在任意数量的机顶盒上登陆,一个机顶盒账号登录的机顶盒数目是不定的,管理交互系统将机顶盒信息在本地可以采用key-value形式进行维护,key为机顶盒的UserID(机顶盒账号),value为该UserID所登陆的所有机顶盒的信息,value的大小随着实际登陆的机顶盒的数目而变化。
S202:管理交互系统接收多屏业务,从本地获取该多屏业务中目标机顶盒的业务信息,并发给多屏业务对应的终端。
本实施例中的多屏业务可以由终端发起,也可以由机顶盒发起。由终端发起时,终端可以通过向管理交互系统发送业务信息查询请求,管理交互系统接收到该业务信息查询请求后即可知道有多屏业务发起。由机顶盒发起时,机顶盒可以向管理交互系统发送信息推送请求,管理交互系统接收到之后也可知道机顶盒发起了多屏业务,也即在机顶盒上与终端进行多屏共享。本实施例中,终端可以在管理交互系统上完成注册。下面分别对机顶盒发起多屏业务和终端发起多屏业务的处理过程进行示例说明。
机顶盒发起多屏业务时的处理过程参见图4所示,包括:
S401:管理交互系统接收机顶盒发送的信息推送请求。
机顶盒发送的信息推送请求中包括目标机顶盒之机顶盒账号,也即机顶盒自身的机顶盒账号,以及接收此次推送信息的终端之识别信息,也即机顶盒所想要进行多屏共享的终端,可以是移动终端,也可以电脑等非移动类型的终端。
S402:管理交互系统在本地提取信息推送请求中机顶盒账号对应的业务信息。
管理交互系统以该机顶盒账号为索引找到存储有该机顶盒账号的服务器,进而提取出对应的业务信息。
S403:管理交互系统根据终端的识别信息将提取的业务信息发给对应的终端。
管理交互系统在将业务信息发给终端之前,还可对该业务消息进行组装等处理,以便终端收到之后将该机顶盒的业务信息进行显示供用户选择,进行多屏互动。
管理交互系统发起多屏业务时的处理过程参见图5所示,包括:
S501:管理交互系统接收终端发送的业务信息查询请求。
终端发送的业务信息查询请求包含终端自身的识别信息;且本实施例中终端的识别信息可以是能识别终端身份的终端账号。
S502:管理交互系统根据终端的识别信息从移动平台获取与该终端绑定的目标机顶盒的机顶盒账号。
由于终端与机顶盒的绑定关系在移动平台的数据库有中存储,因此管理交互系统根据终端的识别信息可以从移动平台的数据库中查找到与该终端绑定的机顶盒账号信息,且所绑定的机顶盒账号可能是1个或多个。
S503:管理交互系统获取到机顶盒账号后,在本系统内提取出机顶盒账号对应的业务信息。
管理交互系统以该机顶盒账号为索引找到存储有该机顶盒账号的服务器,进而提取出对应的业务信息。
另外,本实施例中进行业务信息查询时,可以查询管理交互系统中当前与终端直接交互(也即终端所属)的服务器中是否存在该机顶盒账号的业务信息,如不存在,再在其他服务器进行查询。也即本实施例在进行业务信息查询时,基于上述分布式存储,还可提供分布式查询。
所谓分布式查询,就是终端在管理交互系统中所属服务器和机顶盒所属的服务器不一定是一台服务器,当终端向其所归属的服务器发出查询请 求时,管理交互系统的服务器会根据分布式协议,将终端绑定的机顶盒信息全部查询出来。由于终端账号和机顶盒账号属于绑定关系,使用的不是同一个账号,而管理交互系统是根据机顶盒账号进行负载均衡存储的,按照负载均衡的规则,终端和与其有绑定关系的机顶盒不一定会被分配到同一台服务器上。并且一个终端运行绑定多个机顶盒账号,每个账号可能会分别在不同的服务器上,因此当终端向其归属的统服务器发出查询请求后,管理交互系统会到移动平台进行终端绑定的机顶盒账号查询,移动平台返回终端绑定的机顶盒账号列表,管理交互系统解析账号列表,对于返回的多个机顶盒账号,则一个个进行查询处理,首先管理交互系统会根据负载均衡的规则,确定机顶盒账号是否和终端账号是否在同一个服务器上,如果在,则在该服务器中查询该机顶盒账号对应的机顶盒业务信息,如果不在,则通过分布式查询协议,向其他服务器查询该机顶盒账号对应的机顶盒业务信息,多个服务器返回后,终端归属的服务器将所有返回信息汇总,然后返回给终端。
S504:管理交互系统根据终端识别信息将提取的业务信息发给终端,以供终端进行显示和供用户选择。
本实施例通过管理交互系统将IPTV固网平台和移动平台融合,在终端或机顶盒发起多屏业务时,可直接从本地将该多屏业务中机顶盒提取对应的业务信息并传递给该多屏业务对应的终端,终端收到之后则可以将机顶盒信息展示出来以供用户选择,进行多屏互动。不需要在IPTV固网平台上进行频繁的查询,可以减少IPTV查询压力,提升用户体验的满意度。
本施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令用于执行上述IPTV多屏互动实现方法。
实施例二:
本实施例对图1中的管理交互系统进行示例说明,参见图6所示,包括:
数据管理模块701,设置为从IPTV固网平台获取机顶盒的业务信息进行存储。
其中,数据管理模块包括数据获取单元7011和存储控制单元7012。
数据获取单元7011,设置为接收机顶盒的注册请求,获取机顶盒注册的机顶盒账号,向IPTV固网平台发送包含机顶盒账号的信息获取请求,以及接收IPTV固网平台反馈的机顶盒账号对应的业务信息。
本实施例中,机顶盒在开机后,可以向管理交互系统的数据获取单元7011发起注册请求进行注册,数据获取单元7011获取该机顶盒注册的机顶盒账号。且该机顶盒账号与机顶盒在IPTV固网平台使用的机顶盒账号相同。数据获取单元7011在获取到机顶盒的机顶盒账号后,向IPTV固网平台发送信息获取请求以获取该机顶盒的业务信息。IPTV固网平台则提取该信息获取请求中的机顶盒账号,进而提取出该机顶盒账号对应的业务信息反馈给数据获取单元7011。
存储控制单元7102设置为采用分布式存储方式,将属于同一机顶盒账号的业务信息存储在管理交互系统的同一服务器上。本实施例中,允许同一机顶盒账号登陆至少一个机顶盒,也即用一个机顶盒账号可以登录一个或2个以上的机顶盒。
交互处理模块702,设置为接收多屏业务,从管理交互系统获取该多屏业务中目标机顶盒的业务信息,并发给多屏业务对应的终端。
本实施例中的多屏业务可以由终端发起,也可以由机顶盒发起。由终端发起时,终端可以通过向管理交互系统的交互处理模块702发送业务信息查询请求,交互处理模块702接收到该业务信息查询请求后即可知道有多屏业务发起。由机顶盒发起时,机顶盒可以向管理交互系统的交互处理模块702发送信息推送请求,交互处理模块702接收到之后也可知道机顶盒发起了多屏业务,也即在机顶盒上与终端进行多屏共享。下面分别对机顶盒发起多屏业务和终端发起多屏业务的处理过程进行示例说明。
机顶盒发起多屏业务时,交互处理模块702设置为接收机顶盒发送的信息推送请求,该信息推送请求包括目标机顶盒之机顶盒账号,以及接收此次推送信息的终端之识别信息;以及在管理交互系统本地提取机顶盒账号对应的业务信息,并根据所述识别信息将提取的所述业务信息发给对应的终端。
终端发起多屏业务时,交互处理模块702设置为接收终端发送的业务信息查询请求,该业务信息查询请求包含终端的识别信息;
交互处理模块702还设置为根据终端的识别信息从移动平台获取与终端绑定的目标机顶盒之机顶盒账号,在管理交互系统本地提取机顶盒账号对应的业务信息,并根据终端识别信息将提取的业务信息发给终端。以供终端进行显示和供用户选择。
本实施例中管理交互系统将IPTV固网平台和移动平台进行融合,在终端或机顶盒发起多屏业务时,可直接从本地将该多屏业务中机顶盒提取对应的业务信息并传递给该多屏业务对应的终端,不需要在IPTV固网平台上进行频繁的查询,可以减少IPTV查询压力,提升用户体验的满意度。
下面本实施例以管理交互系统为UMMTS,终端为移动终端为例,对整个多屏业务交互实现过程进行示例说明,参见图7所示,包括:
S801:机顶盒在开机后到UMMTS进行注册,UMMTS获取注册的机顶盒账号,向IPTV固网平台进行该机顶盒的认证,认证通过后,IPTV固网平台返回该机顶盒的详细信息(包含业务信息)。
S802:UMMTS在收到IPTV固网平台返回的机顶盒信息后,将该机顶盒信息在UMMTS中进行分布式存储,分布式存储的规则是根据机顶盒账号进行负载均衡,相同机顶盒账号的机顶盒信息保存在同一台服务器上,服务器以机顶盒账号作为索引,将所有相同机顶盒账号的机顶盒维护起来。
S803:用户在移动终端上设置终端账号和机顶盒账号的绑定关系,绑定关系通过IPTV业务接口机保存到移动平台的中心数据库中。
S804:移动终端要进行多屏共享时,向UMMTS发送业务信息查询请求,查询绑定机顶盒账号的列表详细信息。
S805:UMMTS在收到移动终端的查询请求后,解析移动终端的终端账号(可以为移动平台的登录账号),然后以该终端账号向移动平台查询该账号绑定的机顶盒账号。
S806:移到平台在收到请求后,会在业务系统中查询该终端绑定的机 顶盒账号列表,然后返回给UMMTS。
S807:UMMTS解析移动终端绑定的机顶盒账号列表,根据分布式存储规则,进行分布式查询,首先根据存储规则,UMMTS检查该机顶盒账号是否在本机(也即移动终端当前所属服务器)维护,如果在本机维护,则从本机中找出该用户的设备信息,如果用户不在本机维护,则向UMMTS系统中该机顶盒账号归属的服务器发出查询请求,归属服务器在收到查询请求后,在自身存储中找到该机顶盒账号所带的设备信息,然后将设备信息返回给移动终端所属服务器,移动终端服务器在收到多个用户的设备返回消息后,将消息进行组装,返回给移动终端。
S808:移动终端在收到返回的机顶盒详细信息后,将机顶盒详细信息展示出来,供用户选择,进行多屏互动。
对于在机顶盒上向移动终端进行多屏共享的过程,可采用上述类似流程。本实施例不再赘述。
本实施例通过管理交互系统将IPTV固网平台和移动平台融合,在终端或机顶盒发起多屏业务时,从管理交互系将该多屏业务中机顶盒提取对应的业务信息并传递给该多屏业务对应的终端,不需要在IPTV固网平台上进行频繁的查询,可以减少IPTV查询压力。且本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述本发明实施例的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在计算机存储介质(ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。所以,本申请不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

根据本发明实施例提供的IPTV多屏互动实现方法、管理交互系统以及计算机存储介质,通过管理交互系统先从IPTV固网平台获取到机顶盒的业务信息后进行本地存储;然后在有多屏业务发起时,管理交互系统可以直接从本地获取该多屏业务中目标机顶盒的业务信息,并发给多屏业务对应的终端。避免到IPTV固网平台去频繁的查询获取机顶盒业务信息,可以大大降低IPTV固网平台的访问压力,同时提升多屏业务处理效率,进而提升用户体验的满意度。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种IPTV多屏互动实现方法,包括:
    管理交互系统从IPTV固网平台获取机顶盒的业务信息进行存储;
    管理交互系统接收多屏业务,从本地获取所述多屏业务中目标机顶盒的业务信息,并发给所述多屏业务对应的终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的IPTV多屏互动实现方法,其中,管理交互系统从IPTV固网平台获取机顶盒的业务信息包括:
    管理交互系统接收机顶盒的注册请求,获取机顶盒注册的机顶盒账号;
    管理交互系统向所述IPTV固网平台发送包含所述机顶盒账号的信息获取请求;
    管理交互系统接收所述IPTV固网平台反馈的所述机顶盒账号对应的业务信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的IPTV多屏互动实现方法,其中,管理交互系统将机顶盒的业务信息进行存储包括:
    采用分布式存储方式,将属于同一机顶盒账号的业务信息存储在同一服务器上;同一机顶盒账号被允许登陆至少一个机顶盒。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的IPTV多屏互动实现方法,其中,管理交互系统接收多屏业务,从本地获取所述多屏业务中目标机顶盒的业务信息,并发给所述多屏业务对应的终端包括:
    管理交互系统接收机顶盒发送的信息推送请求,所述信息推送请求包括目标机顶盒之机顶盒账号,以及接收此次推送信息的终端之识别信息;
    管理交互系统在本地提取所述机顶盒账号对应的业务信息;
    管理交互系统根据所述识别信息将提取的所述业务信息发给对应的终端。
  5. 如权利要求2或3所述的IPTV多屏互动实现方法,其中,管理交互系统接收多屏业务,从本地获取该多屏业务中目标机顶盒的业务信息,并发给所述多屏业务对应的终端包括:
    管理交互系统接收终端发送的业务信息查询请求,所述业务信息查询请求包含所述终端的识别信息;
    管理交互系统根据所述终端的识别信息从移动平台获取与所述终端绑定的目标机顶盒之机顶盒账号;
    管理交互系统在本地提取所述机顶盒账号对应的业务信息;
    管理交互系统根据所述终端识别信息将提取的所述业务信息发给所述终端。
  6. 一种管理交互系统,包括:
    数据管理模块,设置为从IPTV固网平台获取机顶盒的业务信息进行存储;
    交互处理模块,设置为接收多屏业务,从管理交互系统获取所述多屏业务中目标机顶盒的业务信息,并发给所述多屏业务对应的终端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的管理交互系统,其中,所述数据管理模块包括:
    数据获取单元,设置为接收机顶盒的注册请求,获取机顶盒注册的机顶盒账号,向所述IPTV固网平台发送包含所述机顶盒账号的信息获取请求,以及接收所述IPTV固网平台反馈的所述机顶盒账号对应的业务信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的管理交互系统,其中,所述数据管理模块还包括存储控制单元,设置为采用分布式存储方式,将属于同一机顶盒账号的业务信息存储在管理交互系统的同一服务器上;同一机顶盒账号被允许登陆至少一个机顶盒。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的管理交互系统,其中,所述交互处理模块设置为接收机顶盒发送的信息推送请求,所述信息推送请求包括目标机顶盒之机顶盒账号,以及接收此次推送信息的终端之识别信息;以及在管理交互系统本地提取所述机顶盒账号对应的业务信息,并根据所述识别信息将提取的所述业务信息发给对应的终端。
  10. 如权利要求7或8所述的管理交互系统,其中,所述交互处理模块设置为接收终端发送的业务信息查询请求,所述业务信息查询请求包含所述终端的识别信息;以及根据所述终端的识别信息从移动平台获取与所述终端 绑定的目标机顶盒之机顶盒账号,在管理交互系统本地提取所述机顶盒账号对应的业务信息,并根据所述终端识别信息将提取的所述业务信息发给所述终端。
  11. 一种计算机存储介质,计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-5任一项的IPTV多屏互动实现方法。
