本领域技术人员期望获得一种经由双向验证、进而提供更安全的电子支付方式的双向验证移动支付方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双向验证移动支付方法。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明提供一种技术方案如下:
一种双向验证移动支付方法,用于在发布者所持的第一移动支付终端与接收者所持的第二移动支付终端之间进行电子支付,该方法包括如下步骤:a)、第二移动支付终端从第一移动支付终端接收第一信息,第一信息包括发布者的意图以及发布者的生物特征;b)、第二移动支付终端验证发布者的生物特征;c)、发布者的生物特征通过验证后,第二移动支付终端获取并验证接收者的生物特征;d)、接收者的生物 特征验证通过后,第二移动支付终端基于接收者的意图生成第二信息;e)、第一移动支付终端从第二移动支付终端接收第二信息;f)、第一移动支付终端基于第二信息完成与第二移动支付终端之间的支付交互。
优选地,其还包括在步骤a)之前执行如下步骤s):发布者利用第一移动支付终端新建支付好友列表,支付好友列表包括至少一个支付好友;第一移动支付终端与支付好友列表中每一支付好友所持的移动支付终端分别进行数据交互以实现:将发布者的生物特征存储于每一支付好友所持的移动支付终端上。
优选地,其还包括在步骤a)之前、步骤s)之后执行如下步骤t):发布者从支付好友列表中选择至少一个支付好友作为接收者。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明还提供另一技术方案如下:
一种双向验证移动支付方法,用于在发布者所持的第一移动支付终端与接收者所持的第二移动支付终端之间进行电子支付,方法包括如下步骤:a)、第一移动支付终端向第三方平台发送第一信息,第一信息包括发布者的意图以及发布者的生物特征;b)、第三方平台验证发布者的生物特征;c)、发布者的生物特征通过验证后,第三方平台将第三信息转发至第二移动支付终端;其中,第三信息至少包括发布者的意图;d)、第二移动支付终端基于发布者的意图、接收者的意图以及接收者的生物特征生成第二信息;e)、第二移动支付终端向第三方平台发送第二信息;f)、第三方平台验证接收者的生物特征;g)、接收者的生物特征通过验证后,第三方平台将第四信息转发至第一移动支付 终端;其中,第四信息至少包括接收者的意图;h)、第一移动支付终端基于第四信息完成与第二移动支付终端之间的支付交互。
优选地,其还包括在步骤a)之前执行如下步骤s):发布者利用第一移动支付终端新建支付好友列表,支付好友列表包括至少一个支付好友;第一移动支付终端与支付好友列表中每一支付好友所持的移动支付终端分别经由第三方平台进行数据交互以实现:将发布者的生物特征存储于第三方平台上;以及分别将每一支付好友的生物特征存储于第三方平台上。
优选地,其还包括在步骤a)之前、步骤s)之后执行如下步骤t):发布者从支付好友列表中选择至少一个支付好友作为接收者。
本发明还提供一种双向验证移动支付系统,其用于在至少两个移动支付终端之间进行支付交互,其中,移动支付终端包括支付好友管理单元以及生物特征捕获单元,支付好友管理单元用于管理移动支付终端持有者的支付好友列表,生物特征捕获单元用于捕获移动支付终端持有者的生物特征,该系统包括:第一移动支付终端,用于发送第一信息并接收第四信息;其中,第一信息包括第一移动支付终端持有者的意图以及生物特征,第四信息至少包括第二移动支付终端持有者的意图;第二移动支付终端,用于发送第二信息并接收第三信息;其中,第二信息包括第二移动支付终端持有者的意图以及生物特征,第三信息至少包括第一移动支付终端持有者的意图;以及第三方平台,分别与第一、第二移动支付终端进行数据交互,包括生物特征存储单元以及生物特征验证单元,其中,第三方平台用于接收第一信息以及 发送第三信息,第三方平台同时用于接收第二信息以及发送第四信息;其中,生物特征存储单元用于储存各移动支付终端的生物特征,生物特征验证单元用于验证各移动支付终端的生物特征。
本发明各实施例所提供的双向验证移动支付方法及系统,经由双向验证提供更安全的电子支付方式,确保了支付两侧的安全可信,实现简单、也具有很好的推广价值,非常适用于现实生活中的各种支付交易场景。此外,上述方法及系统也有利于提升支付交互过程的流畅度,进而带来更优秀的用户体验。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,根据本发明各实施例的双向验证移动支付方法,用于在发布者所持的第一移动支付终端与接收者所持的第二移动支付终端之间进行电子支付交互。
应注意,“第一”、“第二”移动支付终端并非表示其仅为一个移动支付终端,也并非表明它们两者之间为一对一的通信交互方式。本发明各实施例中,第一、第二移动支付终端均可以为多个,并可采用一对一、一对多、多对一、多对多的各种通信交互方式。
如图1所示,根据本发明第一实施例,一种双向验证移动支付方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S10、第二移动支付终端从第一移动支付终端接收第一信息,第一信息包括发布者的意图以及发布者的生物特征。
具体地,第一移动支付终端可能期望向第二移动支付终端支付一定金额(例如,向微商购买物品、向朋友支付餐费等)或者要求其支付一定金额(例如,学校向学生家长收款、团体内部收取会费等),这时,根据本发明第一实施例,第一移动终端将发布者意图以及发布者的生物特征组成第一信息,向接收者所持的第二移动支付终端发送。第一、第二移动终端之间可以经由移动通信网络、无线通信网络(例如WIFI方式、蓝牙方式)来通信。
其中,发布者的意图包括但不限于:要求支付指令、请求支付指令。要求支付指令表示发布者要求接收者支付相应金额,请求支付指令表示发布者请求向接收者支付相应金额。发布者的意图可以由发布者输入具体的支付金额(无论是其希望支付或是希望对方支付)并选择具体的接收者来形成,也可以由发布者将其与商户的交易信息转发接收者来形成;发布者的意图可以由一则信息、一条链接或一幅图片(例如二维码)等来体现。
发布者的生物特征可以包括发布者的面部特征、指纹特征以及手写签名。
步骤S11、第二移动支付终端验证发布者的生物特征。
具体地,在该步骤中,第二移动支付终端接收到第一信息后,从 中解析或提取发布者的生物特征,对其进行验证。
可以理解,作为一种具体实施方式,第二移动支付终端事先存储有发布者的生物特征,进而可以对第一信息中包含的发布者的生物特征进行验证。
作为另一具体实施方式,第二移动支付终端可以将在当前交互中接收到的发布者生物特征与在之前交互中接收的发布者生物特征进行比对,以实施验证。
步骤S12、发布者的生物特征通过验证后,第二移动支付终端获取并验证接收者的生物特征。
为实现双向验证的功能性,第二移动支付终端验证通过发布者生物特征后,还获取并验证其所持者(即接收者)的生物特征。
具体地,第一、第二移动终端均包括生物特征获取装置,例如,触摸屏(用于获取指纹特征、手写签名)、照相装置(用于获取面部特征)。在发布者的生物特征通过验证后,第二移动支付装置要求接收者输入其自身的生物特征,并对生物特征进行验证,以判定当前所持者是否是第二移动终端的所有者,在确定当前所持者是第二移动终端的所有者之后,才能继续进行支付交互过程。
上述对接收者生物特征的验证,可以有效防止不法分子捡到手机后绑定了其他银行卡而向发布者回送的同意接收应答。
步骤S13、接收者的生物特征验证通过后,第二移动支付终端基于接收者的意图生成第二信息。
该步骤中,接收者意图包括但不限于:同意支付应答和同意接收 应答,其中,同意支付应答表示接收者同意向发布者支付相应金额,同意接收应答表示接收者同意从发布者接收相应金额。
接收者将其意图输入所持的第二移动支付终端,第二移动支付终端生成第二信息,进而向第一移动支付终端回送。
步骤S14、第一移动支付终端从第二移动支付终端接收第二信息。
本发明各实施例中,第一信息、第二信息可以具有可设定的生命周期。
以发布者要求接收者支付相应金额的情况为例,如果接收者长时间未对第一信息进行应答(例如,接收者期望暂不支付),即第一移动支付终端未能接收到第二信息,则在支付期限到期后会生成一个提醒付款消息,接收者未支付则一直对其提醒,直到第一信息到期时为止。第一信息的生命周期为以下任意一种情况:(1)接收者完成支付;
(2)接收者未支付,但已到支付时限。
在已到支付时限而接收者未支付的情况下,可以重新生成第一信息并重发,如果接收者是多个,则重发时只发布给未支付的接收者。
步骤S15、第一移动支付终端基于第二信息完成与第二移动支付终端之间的支付交互。
具体地,第一移动支付终端接收到第二信息,该第二信息体现了接收者意图,其可以表明接收者是否同意向发布者支付金额、支付多少金额,或表明接收者是否同意从发布者接收金额、接收多少金额。
基于第二信息,第一移动支付终端可以与第二移动支付终端完成 整个支付交互过程。具体帐户金额的流转,则是经由管理帐户的移动支付服务器来实现的。
上述双向验证移动支付方法,能够确保支付两侧的安全可信,实现简单。
作为对上述第一实施例的进一步改进,在步骤S10之前还执行如下附加步骤;而通过这些附加步骤,接收者所持的第二移动支付终端将能够事先获知并存储支付者的生物特征,进而在实际的支付交互过程中,对包含在第一信息中的支付者生物特征进行验证;所述附加步骤如下:
A)、发布者利用第一移动支付终端新建支付好友列表。其中,支付好友列表包括至少一个支付好友。
B)、第一移动支付终端与支付好友列表中每一支付好友所持的移动支付终端分别进行数据交互,将发布者的生物特征存储于每一支付好友所持的移动支付终端上。
优选情况下,在新建支付好友列表之后,发布者可以从支付好友列表中选择任一个或任多个支付好友作为接收者,进而执行上述第一实施例的方法。
本发明第二实施例提供另一种双向验证移动支付方法,与第一实施例中不同的是,其使用第三方平台作为专门的验证装置,用来验证发布者和接收者两方的生物特征。如图2所示,其包括如下步骤:
步骤S20、第一移动支付终端向第三方平台发送第一信息,第一信息包括发布者的意图以及发布者的生物特征。
该步骤中,发布者的意图包括要求支付指令、请求支付指令。其中,要求支付指令表示发布者要求特定接收者支付相应金额,请求支付指令表示发布者请求向特定接收者支付相应金额。
优选情况下,发布者在其所持的第一移动支付终端维护一个支付好友列表,发布者可以从支付好友列表中选择任一个或多个支付好友作为接收者。一种支付好友列表的实现方式在以下描述。
发布者的生物特征例如为发布者的面部特征。但也可以包括指纹特征以及手写签名。
第三方平台可以经由移动通信网络、无线通信网络分别与第一、第二移动支付终端通信。
优选情况下,第三方平台基于云计算方式来架设,也可以按分布式部署方式来实现,可以提升验证效率。
步骤S21、第三方平台验证发布者的生物特征。
可以理解,为了实现由第三方平台对发布者、接收者两者的生物特征分别进行验证,作为一种可能的实现方式,第三方平台可以事先分别存储发布者、接收者的生物特征。
具体地,可以在步骤S20之前执行如下附加步骤:
A1)、发布者利用第一移动支付终端新建支付好友列表,其包括至少一个支付好友。
B1)、第一移动支付终端与支付好友列表中每一支付好友所持的移动支付终端分别经由第三方平台进行数据交互,以将发布者的生物特征存储于第三方平台上,同时分别将每一支付好友的生物特征存储 于第三方平台上。
在该步骤S21中,第三方平台验证发布者的生物特征,并将验证结果通知第二移动支付终端。
步骤S22、发布者的生物特征通过验证后,第三方平台将第三信息转发至第二移动支付终端。
在发布者生物特征由第三方平台通过验证后,第三方平台形成第三信息,具体地,第三信息至少包括发布者的意图,并可以携带前一步骤S21中获得的验证结果。作为一种可能的实现方式,第三信息通过从第一信息中移除发布者生物特征、增加发布者生物特征的验证结果而获得。
步骤S23、第二移动支付终端基于发布者的意图、接收者的意图以及接收者的生物特征生成第二信息。
具体地,第二移动支付终端接收到第三信息之后,接收用户输入,该输入体现接收者的意图,接收者的意图包括同意支付应答及同意接收应答,其中,同意支付应答表示接收者同意向发布者支付相应金额(对应于第三信息中包括的发布者意图),同意接收应答表示接收者同意从发布者接收相应金额(对应于第三信息中包括的发布者意图)。
随后,第二移动支付终端获取其所持者(即,接收者)的生物特征,并将接收者生物特征与发布者的意图、接收者的意图相组合,形成第二信息。该第二信息除了表明接收者同意支付多少金额或同意接收多少金额之外,还携带了接收者生物特征。
步骤S24、第二移动支付终端向第三方平台发送第二信息。
步骤S25、第三方平台验证接收者的生物特征。
该步骤中,第三方平台通过对接收者的生物特征进行验证,完整地实现了双向验证过程,可以有效防止不法分子捡到手机后绑定了其他银行卡而向发布者回送的同意接收应答,大大提升电子(移动)支付的安全性。
具体地,对发布者生物特征的验证与对接收者生物特征的验证可以由第三方平台上的专用模块(单元)实现,该模块采用统一、高效的特征提取算法、模式识别算法。这使得生物特征的验证始终按照统一标准来进行,即提高验证效率、又确保验证结果准确可靠。
步骤S26、接收者的生物特征通过验证后,第三方平台将第四信息转发至第一移动支付终端。
其中,第三方平台生成第四信息,第四信息至少包括接收者的意图,并可以携带接收者生物特征的验证结果。作为一种可能的实现方式,第四信息通过从第二信息中移除接收者生物特征、增加接收者生物特征的验证结果而获得。
步骤S27、第一移动支付终端基于第四信息完成与第二移动支付终端之间的支付交互。
在该步骤中,基于第四信息,第一移动支付终端与第二移动支付终端完成整个支付交互过程。具体金额的流转经由移动支付服务器来实现,这为本领域技术人员所熟知。
可以理解,在将生物特征验证工作全部交由第三方平台来完成、而第三方平台的服务器又足够高效的情况下,第一、第二移动支付终 端不再需要进行生物特征验证工作、而只需要从第三方平台获取验证结果即可,上述整个支付交互过程可以执行得更加流畅。
也就是说,虽然相对于上述第一实施例,第二实施例引入了第三方平台来进行验证工作,但其能够明显提高验证效率、提升支付交互过程的流畅度,进而带来更优秀的用户体验。
如图3所示,本发明第三实施例提供一种双向验证移动支付系统,其包括至少一个第一移动支付终端31、至少一个第二移动支付终端32以及第三方平台30。
其中,移动支付终端(无论第一还是第二)包括支付好友管理单元以及生物特征捕获单元,支付好友管理单元用于管理移动支付终端持有者的支付好友列表,生物特征捕获单元用于捕获移动支付终端持有者的生物特征。
该系统中,第一移动支付终端31发送第一信息并接收第四信息;其中,第一信息包括第一移动支付终端持有者的意图以及生物特征,第四信息至少包括第二移动支付终端持有者的意图。
第二移动支付终端32发送第二信息并接收第三信息;其中,第二信息包括第二移动支付终端持有者的意图以及生物特征,第三信息至少包括第一移动支付终端持有者的意图。
第三方平台30包括生物特征存储单元301以及生物特征验证单元302,其中,生物特征存储单元301用于储存各移动支付终端的生物特征,生物特征验证单元用于验证各移动支付终端的生物特征。
具体地,第三方平台30分别与第一、第二移动支付终端31、32 进行数据交互,第三方平台30能够接收第一信息以及发送第三信息,第三方平台同时能够接收第二信息以及发送第四信息。进一步地,例如,第三信息可以通过从第一信息中移除发布者生物特征、增加发布者生物特征的验证结果而获得,第四信息可以通过从第二信息中移除接收者生物特征、增加接收者生物特征的验证结果而获得。
上述说明仅针对于本发明的优选实施例,并不在于限制本发明的保护范围。本领域技术人员可作出各种变形设计,而不脱离本发明的思想及附随的权利要求。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种双向验证移动支付方法,用于在发布者所持的第一移动支付终端与接收者所持的第二移动支付终端之间进行电子支付,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    a)、所述第二移动支付终端从所述第一移动支付终端接收第一信息,所述第一信息包括所述发布者的意图以及所述发布者的生物特征;
    b)、所述第二移动支付终端验证所述发布者的生物特征;
    c)、所述发布者的生物特征通过验证后,所述第二移动支付终端获取并验证所述接收者的生物特征;
    d)、所述接收者的生物特征验证通过后,所述第二移动支付终端基于所述接收者的意图生成第二信息;
    e)、所述第一移动支付终端从所述第二移动支付终端接收所述第二信息;
    f)、所述第一移动支付终端基于所述第二信息完成与所述第二移动支付终端之间的支付交互。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,其还包括在所述步骤a)之前执行如下步骤s):
    所述发布者利用所述第一移动支付终端新建支付好友列表,所述支付好友列表包括至少一个支付好友;
    所述第一移动支付终端与所述支付好友列表中每一支付好友所 持的移动支付终端分别进行数据交互以实现:
    将所述发布者的生物特征存储于所述每一支付好友所持的移动支付终端上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,其还包括在所述步骤a)之前、步骤s)之后执行如下步骤t):
    所述发布者从所述支付好友列表中选择至少一个所述支付好友作为所述接收者。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发布者的意图至少包括要求支付指令或请求支付指令,所述接收者的意图至少包括同意支付应答或同意接收应答,其中,
    所述要求支付指令表示所述发布者要求所述接收者支付相应金额,所述请求支付指令表示所述发布者请求向所述接收者支付相应金额,所述同意支付应答表示所述接收者同意向所述发布者支付相应金额,所述同意接收应答表示所述接收者同意从所述发布者接收相应金额。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生物特征包括如下项中的至少一个:
    面部特征;
    指纹特征;以及
    手写签名。
  6. 一种双向验证移动支付方法,用于在发布者所持的第一移动支付终端与接收者所持的第二移动支付终端之间进行电子支付,所述 方法包括如下步骤:
    a)、所述第一移动支付终端向第三方平台发送第一信息,所述第一信息包括所述发布者的意图以及所述发布者的生物特征;
    b)、所述第三方平台验证所述发布者的生物特征;
    c)、所述发布者的生物特征通过验证后,所述第三方平台将第三信息转发至所述第二移动支付终端;其中,所述第三信息至少包括所述发布者的意图;
    d)、所述第二移动支付终端基于所述发布者的意图、所述接收者的意图以及所述接收者的生物特征生成第二信息;
    e)、所述第二移动支付终端向所述第三方平台发送所述第二信息;
    f)、所述第三方平台验证所述接收者的生物特征;
    g)、所述接收者的生物特征通过验证后,所述第三方平台将第四信息转发至所述第一移动支付终端;其中,所述第四信息至少包括所述接收者的意图;
    h)、所述第一移动支付终端基于所述第四信息完成与所述第二移动支付终端之间的支付交互。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,其还包括在所述步骤a)之前执行如下步骤s):
    所述发布者利用所述第一移动支付终端新建支付好友列表,所述支付好友列表包括至少一个支付好友;
    所述第一移动支付终端与所述支付好友列表中每一支付好友所 持的移动支付终端分别经由所述第三方平台进行数据交互以实现:
    将所述发布者的生物特征存储于所述第三方平台上;以及
    分别将所述每一支付好友的生物特征存储于所述第三方平台上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,其还包括在所述步骤a)之前、步骤s)之后执行如下步骤t):
    所述发布者从所述支付好友列表中选择至少一个所述支付好友作为所述接收者。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发布者的意图至少包括要求支付指令或请求支付指令,所述接收者的意图至少包括同意支付应答或同意接收应答,其中,
    所述要求支付指令表示所述发布者要求所述接收者支付相应金额,所述请求支付指令表示所述发布者请求向所述接收者支付相应金额,所述同意支付应答表示所述接收者同意向所述发布者支付相应金额,所述同意接收应答表示所述接收者同意从所述发布者接收相应金额。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生物特征包括如下项中的至少一个:
    面部特征;
    指纹特征;以及
    手写签名。
  11. 一种双向验证移动支付系统,用于在至少两个移动支付终端 之间进行支付交互,其中,所述移动支付终端包括支付好友管理单元以及生物特征捕获单元,所述支付好友管理单元用于管理所述移动支付终端持有者的支付好友列表,所述生物特征捕获单元用于捕获所述移动支付终端持有者的生物特征,所述系统包括:
    第一移动支付终端,用于发送第一信息并接收第四信息;其中,所述第一信息包括所述第一移动支付终端持有者的意图以及生物特征,所述第四信息至少包括所述第二移动支付终端持有者的意图;
    第二移动支付终端,用于发送第二信息并接收第三信息;其中,所述第二信息包括所述第二移动支付终端持有者的意图以及生物特征,所述第三信息至少包括所述第一移动支付终端持有者的意图;以及
    第三方平台,分别与所述第一、第二移动支付终端进行数据交互,包括生物特征存储单元以及生物特征验证单元,其中,所述第三方平台用于接收所述第一信息以及发送所述第三信息,所述第三方平台同时用于接收所述第二信息以及发送所述第四信息;其中,所述生物特征存储单元用于储存各所述移动支付终端的生物特征,所述生物特征验证单元用于验证各所述移动支付终端的生物特征。
