因此,目前的软管,尤其是应用于吸尘器等特定设备上的软管,仍然存在着收纳不便,使用不便的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种可弯曲收纳式软管及吸尘器,它具 有收纳方便,使用效果较好,通风量大的特点。

一种带有可弯曲收纳式软管的吸尘器,其构成如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9、图10和图11所示,包括吸尘器主体12,吸尘器主体12上连接有吸尘连接头1,吸尘连接头1上经第一连接套2连接有收纳箱3,收纳箱3的内部设有软管6,软管6的一端与收纳箱3的一端固定连接,软管6的另一端经第二连接套4与收纳箱3的另一端活动连接,软管6的另一端还连接有调风弯管5,调风弯管5上连接有硬质接管13,硬质接管13上连接有地刷14;所述软管6的自然长度长于收纳箱3,软管6为可压缩结构。所述软管6的自然长度为收纳箱3的2~6倍。软管6为螺旋结构。软管6的另一端与收纳箱3的另一端之间以卡槽和卡扣的结构活动连接。软管6上嵌设有压缩弹簧。软管6上嵌设有电线。吸尘连接头1上设有电源10,调风弯管5上设有手柄11和电源开关,电线的一端与电源10连接,电线的另一端与电源开关连接。所述收纳箱3的外部设有护套,收纳箱3为波纹软管或内外平滑的软管,收纳箱3和软管6均为可弯曲软管,能够改变方向,且不会折瘪,在使用过程中不会出现因使用普通能够拉长的软管而使得吸尘器被带着移动的问题。
本发明在吸尘器实施例应用中的工作原理为:
吸尘连接头1的一端连接吸尘器主体12,吸尘连接头1的另一端与第一连接套2连接,第一连接套2与收纳箱3连接,收纳箱3内设有软管6,软管6的直径小于收纳箱3,再在收纳箱3另一端连接上第二连接套4,软管6的端部连接好调风弯管5,调风弯管5上连 接好硬质接管13,硬质接管13上连接好地刷14,如此即完成了吸尘器的基本安装,此时接通电源,按下调风弯管5上的电源开关,吸尘器便开始工作,当工作完成之后,要么堵住吸尘口,要么卸下硬质接管13,堵住调风弯管5的端口,此时便在软管6内形成负压,在负压的作用下,软管6便会收缩,直至软管6完全位于收纳箱3内,此时转动第二连接套4将软管6卡接在收纳箱3上,再将收纳箱3挂置在吸尘器的外壳壁上。当需要下次再次使用吸尘器时,仅需再次旋转第二连接套4,将软管6与收纳箱3脱离即可,在软管6上压缩弹簧的弹力作用下,软管6恢复自然状态,方便吸附不同地方的灰尘,在使用过程中不会出现因使用能够拉长的软管而使得吸尘器被带走的问题。本发明的结构为软管6缠绕在压缩弹簧上,形成一种螺旋结构,在压缩弹簧上缠绕软管6的时候,同时缠绕电线,电线和压缩弹簧为相互并行的同步走向,压缩弹簧为只能压缩不能伸长的结构,最终形成了本发明中的只能压缩,不能伸长,结构牢固,能够导电的软管6。
本发明中设置了收纳箱3和软管6两层管路,软管6的自然长度长于收纳箱3,软管6能够被压缩在收纳箱3内,软管6的一端和收纳箱3的一端为活动连接,能够方便软管6和收纳箱3间的开合,收纳箱3具有能够对软管3进行收纳的特点,较现有的普通软管和能够伸长的软管使用均更为方便,性能更佳;使用可弯曲收纳式软管的吸尘器,既具有方便收纳,又具有使用时不会被带着移动,使用较为方便的特点。此外,本发明软管6的自然长度为收纳箱3的2~6倍,完全能够满足实际情况中对软管的长度需要;本发明中的收纳箱3和软管6均为橡塑材质,且均为可弯曲软管,便于在使用过程中改变方向;本发明软管6的另一端与收纳箱3的另一端之间为卡槽与卡扣的结构活动连接,转动收纳箱3既可完成收纳箱3与软管6之间的开合,结构简单,便于操作;本发明在软管6的内壁上嵌设了压缩弹簧和电线,既能够对软管6起到较好的支撑和压缩作用,又具有能够连通电 路的特点;本发明收纳箱3的外部设有护套,该护套使得本发明具有手感好、摩擦性好和较美观的特点。因此,本发明具有收纳方便,使用效果较好的特点。本发明中的吸尘器可以为立式或卧式结构,地刷14能够方便的卡接在吸尘器主体12的外壳上,护套可以为针织套或者是具有摩擦性和手感好特点的其他护套,调风弯管5上设有手柄11或是其他方便、舒适的把手部。本发明中的吸尘器也可以是中央吸尘器。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可弯曲收纳式软管,其特征在于:包括收纳箱(3),收纳箱(3)的内部设有软管(6),软管(6)的固定端与收纳箱(3)的固定端固定连接,软管(6)的活动端与收纳箱(3)的活动端活动连接;所述软管(6)的自然长度长于收纳箱(3)的长度,软管(6)为可压缩结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲收纳式软管,其特征在于:所述软管(6)的自然长度为收纳箱(3)的2~6倍。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲收纳式软管,其特征在于:所述软管(6)为螺旋结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲收纳式软管,其特征在于:所述软管(6)的活动端与收纳箱(3)的活动端之间以卡槽和卡扣的结构活动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲收纳式软管,其特征在于:所述软管(6)嵌设有压缩弹簧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲收纳式软管,其特征在于:所述软管(6)嵌设有电线。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲收纳式软管,其特征在于:所述收纳箱(3)和软管(6)均为可弯曲软管。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲收纳式软管,其特征在于:所述收纳箱(3)为内外均为波纹形或外呈波纹内平滑形或内外均为平滑形的软管。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的可弯曲收纳式软管,其特征在于:所述收纳箱(3)的外部设有护套。
  10. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,带有如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的可弯曲收纳式软管。
