一种具有保冷功能和报警功能的试剂盒,包括试剂盒本体(10),所述试剂盒本体(10)上设有若干试剂孔(20)、显示装置(30)以及控制单元(40)、小型蓄电池,所述显示装置(30)、控制单元(40)及蓄电池之间电连;所述试剂孔(20)外壁设有制冷装置(201)和温控探头(202),所述制冷装置(201)、温控探头(202)与控制单元(40)之间电连。该试剂盒通过在试剂盒本体(10)设置显示装置(30)、控制单元(40)及蓄电池和在试剂孔(20)外壁设置制冷装置(201)和温控探头(202),可为试剂提供所需的预冷环境(2-8℃),并且可以通过温控探头(202)检测温度,通过显示装置(30)显示当前试剂孔(20)环境温度,减少实验失败的机率。

[0002] 生物技术领域的发展, 除了技术上的突破外, 更重要的是通过研究和实验效率 的提高, 而这其中, 试剂盒的出现起到了很重要的作用。 试剂盒将常见的生物 学实验的步骤标准化, 为实验者提供将配制好的试剂和优化的加样方法, 大幅 提高了实验幵展的速度和结果的标准化程度。
技术问题
[0003] 由于生物学的特性, 很多试剂在使用吋为保证试剂的有效性和实验的准确性, 需要在低温 (2-8°C) 环境下完成, 而目前, 此类操作通常是使用"冰盒"来完成 , 即将冰块加到大小合适的泡沫盒中, 然后将试剂管插到冰中, 确保试剂处于 所需的低温状态。 但由于很多生物学实验需要进行无菌操作, 而冰块很容易沾 上空气中的细菌, 是实验中细菌污染的一个潜在来源, 因此使用"冰盒"进行的低 温加样操作在做这些实验吋对实验人员的操作要求较高, 提高了实验人员的负 担, 并且实验成功率无法得到保证。
[0004] 用"冰盒"的另一个缺点是无法确保插在其中的试剂管是否为所需的温度环境 ( 2-8°C) ,因此, 实验人员急切地需要一个装置, 以方便其了解试剂所处的环境温 度。
