Description

ウイルス組成物及びそれを用いた分離方法
 本発明はウイルス組成物及びそれを用いた分離方法に関する。より具体的には特定の元素に特異的に結合するウイルスを含む組成物及びその分離方法に関する。
 モリブデンは特殊鋼の合金成分、石油精製の触媒、潤滑剤などに用いられる有価な元素である。このモリブデンは、斑岩銅鉱床(ポーフィリー型鉱床)などに輝水鉛鉱などの硫化鉱物として硫化銅鉱石に付随して存在する場合が多く、モリブデン精鉱として回収される。斑岩銅鉱床から生産されるモリブデン精鉱は、硫化銅鉱物の濃集・精製過程における浮遊選鉱(以下浮選という)の副産物として回収されている。輝水鉛鉱は浮上し易い鉱物であり、浮選剤としてケロシンや軽油等に起泡剤を添加することによって比較的容易に浮上させることができる。ただし、付随する硫化銅鉱物も浮遊性が高いため、硫化銅鉱物の浮上を抑制するための浮上抑制剤として、シアン化合物や水硫化ソーダを添加する必要がある。
 しかしながら、シアン化合物利用ではシアン化合物の毒性による環境汚染の危険性があり、水硫化ソーダ利用では鉱石スラリーが酸性を示す場合などに硫化水素が発生する危険性があった。
 そこで、モリブデン精鉱精製方法として、毒性物質の利用や発生しない方法として、特許文献1に示すようなオゾン酸化を利用する方法や、特許文献2に示すようなプラズマ照射を行う方法が提案されてきた。また、特許文献3に示すように、アミノ酸を無機材料に担持させてモリブデンを回収する方法も提案されている。

 上述した文献に記載されている方法では、オゾン利用やプラズマ照射のための特別な装置の導入が必要となり、現実的な方法ではなく、現在までに実用化されていない。
 本発明は、モリブデンを含む物質を分離するための新規な方法を提供する事を目的とする。
 本発明者らは、上記課題を解決すべく鋭意研究を重ねた結果、特定のファージが輝水鉛鉱に選択的に結合することを見出した。
 上記知見に基づき、本発明は一側面において以下の発明を包含する。

 一側面において、本発明では、ファージを活用する。これにより、従来の方法に比べて、大規模な設備を要さない。また、シアン化合物や水硫化ソーダなど毒性を有する化合物もしくは毒性化合物を発生する恐れのある化合物を使用する必要がない。また、本発明で使用するファージはP1レベルの物である。従って、安全に分離を行うことができる。
 また、本発明で用いるファージは、効率的に分離を行うことを可能にする。さらに言えば、目的の鉱物を選択的に分離することができる。

 以下、本発明の理解を促進するために、具体的な実施形態を挙げて説明する。以下の実施形態の説明は本発明の範囲を限定することを意図したものではない。
1.適用対象の物質
 本発明は、一実施形態において、特定の物質を分離する方法に適用することができる。特定の物質として、モリブデンを含む物質が挙げられる。より具体的には、モリブデンを含む鉱物を分離する方法に適用することができる。モリブデンを含む鉱物としては、輝水鉛鉱、モリブデン鉛鉱、パウエライト、鉄水鉛鉱等が挙げられる。実質採掘されているという観点から、典型的なモリブデンを含む鉱物として、輝水鉛鉱が挙げられる。
2.ウイルス
 本発明では、一実施形態において、特定のウイルスを提供する。より具体的には、M13ファージを提供する。M13ファージは、組成物(例えば、バッファ(Tris等)やEDTAを含む)の中に含めた形で提供してもよい。M13ファージや、M13ファージを含む組成物は、モリブデンを含む物質を分離するために使用することができる。
 M13ファージ自体は、ファージディスプレイ等の遺伝子工学的な手法で典型的に使用される物である。本発明者らは、従来技術において知られていない性質をM13ファージが有することを見出した。より具体的には、M13ファージが、モリブデンを含む物質(例:輝水鉛鉱)に結合する性質があることを見出した。さらに言えば、M13ファージが、他の鉱物には結合せず、輝水鉛鉱に選択的に結合する性質があることを見出した。
 本発明で使用するM13ファージは、遺伝子工学的に他の遺伝子を導入した物であってもよい。あるいは、全く他の遺伝子を導入させていない状態の物であってもよい。
3.使用方法
 こうした未知の属性を利用して、一実施形態において、以下のような応用が可能となる。
3-1.目的の物質の沈降 
  本発明は、一実施形態において、M13ファージ、又はM13ファージを含む組成物を含む。前記組成物は、目的の物質が分散状態にある懸濁液に添加することができる。添加後、M13ファージは、目的の物質と結合し、凝集させ、最終的には沈降させることができる。そして、沈降物を回収することができる。
3-2.微粒子への結合
 本発明は、一実施形態において、M13ファージを結合させた微粒子を包含する。微粒子は、ビーズ(例:磁気ビーズ、ガラスビーズ、高分子ビーズなど)、担体等が挙げられる。微粒子の大きさについては、特に限定されず、用途に応じて適宜調整すればよい。また、微粒子の表面にM13ファージを結合させる手法については、当分野で公知の手法を用いることができる。
 本発明では、M13ファージを結合させた微粒子を用いて、目的の物質を分離することができる。例えば、目的の物質を、M13ファージに結合させて沈降させることにより、分離することができる。
3-3.精製カラム
 目的の物質を分離する方法としてカラムクロマトグラフィーが挙げられる。カラムクロマトグラフィーは、カラム(カラム表面の官能基)が特定の物質に選択的に結合することを利用する。本発明の一実施形態では、上述したM13ファージを担体に担持させることができる。そして、この担体をカラムに導入することができる。こうしたカラムを使用することにより、目的の物質を分離することができる。
3-4.浮遊選鉱の捕収剤
 浮遊選鉱(浮選)は、微粒子を気泡にトラップさせることにより分離する方法である。この際に、捕収剤を使用することができる。本発明の一実施形態では、M13ファージが気泡にトラップされやすい場合には、M13ファージそのものを捕収剤として用いることができる。もしくは、M13ファージを公知の捕収剤や起泡剤に結合し、気泡にトラップしやすい形態として用いることができる。これにより、目的の物質を気泡にトラップすることができ、結果として分離することができる。
3-5.ファージの分量
 上述した用途又はそれ以外の用途において、M13ファージの分量は、特に限定されない。用途ごとに適宜設定することが可能である。例えば、M13ファージそのものや、M13ファージを含む組成物を使用して、鉱物粒子を回収する場合、鉱物粒子の量3g/Lに対し、0.5×108pfu/mL~5×108pfu/mL、より好ましくは、0.6×108pfu/mL~1.5×108pfu/mLである。あるいは、鉱物粒子の量10g/Lに対し、0.5×109pfu/mL~5×109pfu/mL、より好ましくは、0.6×109pfu/mL~1.5×109pfu/mLであってもよい。あるいは、ファージ量(pfu/mL)/鉱物量(g/L)の比率が、0.13×108~5×108、より好ましくは0.33×108~1×108である。
4.応用形態(分離方法)
 上述した応用形態に関する方法を以下具体的に説明する。
4-1.分離対象 
 上述した応用形態はいずれも所定の物質を分離することに関する。ここで、分離対象の物質はモリブデンである。例えば、上述したモリブデン含有鉱物(例えば、輝水鉛鉱)を分離することができる。
4-2.M13ファージ又はM13ファージを含む組成物を用いた分離方法
 本発明は、一実施形態において、M13ファージ又はM13ファージを含む組成物を使用して、物質(具体的には、モリブデン含有鉱物、より具体的には輝水鉛鉱)を分離することができる。例えば、分離対象となる物質が分散した分散液を用意する。ここで、M13ファージ又はM13ファージを含む組成物を添加することができる。添加後、M13ファージは、分離対象となる物質と結合し、凝集させ、最終的には沈降させることができる。そして、沈降物を回収することができる。
4-3.カラムクロマトグラフィーを用いた分離方法
 本発明は、一実施形態において、カラムクロマトグラフィーを用いて、物質(具体的には、モリブデン含有鉱物、より具体的には輝水鉛鉱)を分離することができる。方法としては、まず、M13ファージを、公知の手法により、担体に固定させることができる。その後、その担体を精製用のカラムに導入することができる。前記カラムが準備できたら、分離対象の物質が分散した液を、前記カラムの中に通す。すると、前記物質は、カラムの中に結合するか、又は溶出が遅れる。これにより、特定の物質を分離することができる。
4-4.微粒子を用いた分離方法
 本発明は、一実施形態において、微粒子を用いて、物質(具体的には、モリブデン含有鉱物、より具体的には輝水鉛鉱)を分離することができる。まず、M13ファージを、公知の手法により、微粒子表面に固定させることができる。その後、鉱物粒子が分散した液に、微粒子を添加することができる。微粒子を添加した後、暫く放置すると、微粒子表面にあるファージが鉱物粒子と結合し、凝集が起こる。そして、溶液の底に沈降する。その後、底に沈降した鉱物を回収することができる。あるいは、微粒子として磁気ビーズを用いることができ、沈降することを待つことなく、磁力を用いて、鉱物粒子を回収することができる。
4-5.浮選を用いた分離方法
 本発明は、一実施形態において、捕収剤又は起泡剤を用いて、物質(具体的には、モリブデン含有鉱物、より具体的には輝水鉛鉱)を分離することができる。具体的には、捕収剤又は起泡剤を、公知の方法により、M13ファージと結合させる。そして、結合させた捕収剤を溶液に導入して撹拌させ(適宜他の薬剤も導入し)、気泡を発生させる。その後、鉱物粒子を導入し、該鉱物粒子を気泡にトラップさせる。これにより、鉱物粒子を回収することができる。あるいは、M13ファージそのものを捕収剤として使用してもよい。
5.鉱物との結合における選択性
 上述したように、M13ファージは、特定の鉱物に特に強く結合し、他の鉱物には結合しないという選択性を有する。より具体的には、モリブデンを含む鉱物(例:輝水鉛鉱)には強く結合し、他の鉱物(例えば、硫黄、黄銅鉱、硫砒銅鉱、黄鉄鉱)には、結合しない(又は、モリブデンを含む鉱物の場合と比べて結合度合いが著しく低い)という性質を有する。従って、モリブデンを含む鉱物と他の鉱物との混合物であっても、上述した方法を用いることにより、モリブデンを含む鉱物を分離することができる。
6.M13ファージウイルスベクター
 本発明では、一実施形態において、特定のウイルスベクターを提供する。より具体的には、M13ファージベクターを提供する。前記ベクターは、組成物(例えば、バッファ(Tris等)やEDTAを含む)の中に含めた形で提供してもよい。そして、M13ファージベクターや、M13ファージベクターを含む組成物は、M13ファージやM13ファージを含む組成物を製造するために用いることができる。そして、製造された、M13ファージや、M13ファージを含む組成物は、モリブデンを含む物質を分離するために使用することができる。
 M13ファージベクター自体は、M13ファージから精製してもよいし、市販の業者から入手してもよい(例えば、BAYOU BioPlus社のM13mp18-Single Stranded Phage DNA(商品コードP-107)や、タカラバイオのM13 mp18 RF DNA(商品コード3118)など)。
7.ペプチド 
 上述した物質を分離するため、本発明は、一実施形態において、ペプチドをM13ファージ(又はM13ファージベクター)と組み合わせて使用することができる。これにより、モリブデンを含む物質の抽出機能を強化することができる。特に、モリブデンを含む鉱物を選択的に抽出する機能を強化することができる。より具体的には、少なくとも以下のいずれか1つの配列を含むペプチドを用いることができる。典型的には、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、15、20のうちから選択される2つの数で規定される範囲(例:1以上10以下、5以上20以下)のアミノ酸をN末端側及び/又はC末端側に付加することができる。

 後述する実施例においては、以下のアミノ酸配列のペプチドを用いて、輝水鉛鉱を分離した例が示されている。
    (A)Gly-Leu-His-Thr-Ser-Ala-Thr-Asn-Leu-Tyr-Leu-His
    (B)Ile-Arg-Ser-Leu-Ile-Ser-Ile-Val-Leu-Arg-Arg-Trp
 上記(1)及び(2)に記載のアミノ酸配列と、上記(A)及び(B)に記載のアミノ酸配列とを対比させると以下の通りとなる。

 表1にあるように、配列(A)1番目はグリシンである。グリシンの側鎖は(-H)なので、これ自体で特定の機能に関与する可能性は低いと考えられる。従って、グリシン部分についてはすべての天然アミノ酸に置換しても同様の効果を有すると考えられる。
 配列(A)2番目はロイシンである。ロイシンは疎水性アミノ酸である。従って、同様の性質を持つ、イソロイシン、バリン、フェニルアラニン、アラニン等に置換しても同様の効果を有すると考えられる。
 配列(A)3番目はヒスチジンである。ヒスチジンは、ヘテロ環構造を側鎖に有する。従って、同様の性質を持つ、トリプトファンやプロリンに置換しても同様の効果を得られると考えられる。また、ヒスチジンは、極性電荷(塩基性)側鎖を有するアミノ酸である。従って、同様の性質を持つ、アルギニンやリジン(リシン)に置換しても同様の効果を得られると考えられる。
 配列(A)4~5番目はスレオニン(トレオニン)及びセリンである。これらは、極性非電荷側鎖を有する。従って、同様の性質を持つ、スレオニン(トレオニン)、セリン、アスパラギン、グルタミンに置換しても、同様の効果を有すると考えられる。
 配列(A)の10番目はチロシンである。チロシンは芳香族アミノ酸であるため、同様の性質を有するトリプトファンやフェニルアラニンに置換しても、同様の効果を有すると考えられる。
 配列(B)の2番目はアルギニンである。アルギニンは、塩基性の側鎖を有する。従って同様の性質を持つ、リシンやヒスチジンに置換しても同様の効果を有すると考えられる。
 以下、他のアミノ酸についても、同様の観点(親水性-疎水性、酸性-中性-塩基性、共通の官能基など)に基づいて置換可能と考えられる。
 また、本発明は、一実施形態において、以下のアミノ酸配列を含むペプチドを包含する。
    (A)Gly-Leu-His-Thr-Ser-Ala-Thr-Asn-Leu-Tyr-Leu-His
    (B)Ile-Arg-Ser-Leu-Ile-Ser-Ile-Val-Leu-Arg-Arg-Trp
 アミノ酸配列(A)及び(B)のN末端側及び/又はC末端側には、任意の数のアミノ酸が付加されてもよい。典型的には、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、15、20のうちから選択される2つの数で規定される範囲(例:1以上10以下、5以上20以下)のアミノ酸をN末端側及び/又はC末端側に付加することができる。
 また、本発明は、一実施形態において、以下の12個のアミノ酸配列で表されるペプチドを包含する。
    (A)Gly-Leu-His-Thr-Ser-Ala-Thr-Asn-Leu-Tyr-Leu-His
    (B)Ile-Arg-Ser-Leu-Ile-Ser-Ile-Val-Leu-Arg-Arg-Trp
 上記したアミノ酸配列(A)及び(B)については、軽微な改変(例:アミノ酸の挿入、置換、付加)を行ったとしても、アミノ酸配列(A)及び(B)と同様の機能を発揮することができる。例えば、アミノ酸配列(A)及び(B)と66%以上、75%以上、83%以上、90%以上、95%以上、98%以上、又は99%以上同一であるペプチド又は該同一性を有する配列を含むペプチドも同様の機能を発揮することができる。
 配列の同一性の数値の算出方法については、当分野で公知の手法を用いることができる。例えば、BLAST(登録商標)が提供するアミノ酸(又はタンパク質)のホモロジー検索で用いるBlastpなどで判定される数値に基づいてもよい。
 また、本発明は、一実施形態において、以下のいずれか1つのアミノ酸配列において、1~5個のアミノ酸が欠失、置換及び/又は付加された配列を含むペプチドを包含する。典型的には、4個以下、3個以下、又は2個以下のアミノ酸が欠失、置換及び/又は付加された配列を含むペプチドを包含する。
    (A)Gly-Leu-His-Thr-Ser-Ala-Thr-Asn-Leu-Tyr-Leu-His
    (B)Ile-Arg-Ser-Leu-Ile-Ser-Ile-Val-Leu-Arg-Arg-Trp
8.ペプチドをコードする核酸
 本発明は、一実施形態において、上述したペプチドをコードする核酸を包含する。核酸は、DNAでもRNAでもよい。また、本発明は、一実施形態において、上述したペプチドをコードする核酸のセンス鎖に対して相補的な配列を有する核酸であってもよい。
 更に、本発明は、一実施形態において、上述したペプチドをコードする核酸をコードする核酸配列と、少なくとも80%以上、85%以上、90%以上、95%以上、98%以上同一の配列を有する核酸を包含する。配列の同一性の算出方法については、上述したアミノ酸配列と同様公知技術を用いて算出できる。例えば、BLASTのBlastn等で検索したときに判定される数値に基づいてもよい。
 更に、本発明は、一実施形態において、上述したペプチドをコードする核酸のセンス鎖に対して相補的な配列と、ハイブリダイズすることができる核酸を包含する。より具体的には、ストリンジェントな条件でハイブリダイズすることができる核酸を包含する。ストリンジェントな条件とは、当分野で公知の基準を用いることができる。例えば、特開2015-023831号に記載されているような基準を条件にしてもよい。具体的には、DNAを固定化したフィルターを用いて、0.7~1.0Mの塩化ナトリウム存在下、65℃でハイブリダイゼーションを行った後、0.1~2倍濃度のSSC(saline-sodium  citrate)溶液(1倍濃度のSSC溶液の組成は、150mM  塩化ナトリウム、15mM  クエン酸ナトリウムである)を用い、65℃条件下でフィルターを洗浄することにより同定できる条件を意味する。
 上述したいずれの核酸も、遺伝子工学的な手法を通して、目的とするペプチドを製造するのに有用である。例えば、上述したいずれの核酸を、発現ベクターに組み込んで目的のペプチドを大量に発現させることができる。あるいは後述するファージディスプレイ法を用いて、表面に目的のペプチドを有するファージを製造することができる。
 前記核酸がDNAである場合(且つ前記核酸がコーディング鎖である場合)、該核酸は、M13ファージのウイルスベクターに組み込むことができる。
9.pH依存性
 上述したペプチドが、モリブデンを含む鉱物(例:輝水鉛鉱)と結合する際には、溶液を特定のpH範囲に調整することにより、結合(更には凝集)を促すことができる。具体的にはpHが増大する程、溶液中の粒度分布における最大粒子径が増大する。例えば、pHが4~12の範囲、より好ましくはpHが5以上の範囲で、最大粒子径を増大させることができる。
 以下、実施例により、上述した本発明の実施形態をさらに具体的に説明する。但し、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。
(実施例1)輝水鉛鉱結合ファージのELISA分析
 M13ファージは、通常ファージディスプレイ法で使用されるウイルスである。そして、M13ファージは、遺伝子工学的な手法により、特定のペプチドをファージの表面に提示させることができる。本実施例では、こうした遺伝子工学的な操作を行っていないM13ファージ(null-phage)を使用した。
 輝水鉛鉱と、ペプチドを提示させていないM13ファージ(null-phage)について、ELISA法(Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay、酵素結合免疫吸着法)により、輝水鉛鉱との結合量を測定した。具体的には輝水鉛鉱3000mg/Lを懸濁した液を96穴マイクロプレートの各ウェルに添加し、それぞれのウェルにファージを添加後、未結合のファージを洗浄した。さらにこの懸濁液に酵素(ペルオキシダーゼ)標識した抗M13ファージ抗体を添加したのち、未結合の抗ファージ抗体を洗浄した。ここに酵素の基質となる2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) diammonium salt(ABTS)を添加し、青色の発色をマイクロプレートリーダーで波長405nmにて吸光度測定した。更に、これらの手順を、他の鉱物(硫黄、黄銅鉱、硫砒銅鉱、黄鉄鉱)に変更したうえで行った。
 M13ファージ(null-phage)と輝水鉛鉱とを接触させたときのELISA分析での吸光度を100%したときの各鉱物の吸光度の比率(すなわち、「null-phageの輝水鉛鉱への結合量」に対する「null-phageの各鉱物への結合量の割合」)を図1に示す。図1に示す通り、M13ファージ(null-phage)においては、輝水鉛鉱への結合量と比べると、硫黄、黄銅鉱、硫砒銅鉱、黄鉄鉱への結合量が著しく低かった。従って、M13ファージ(null-phage)は、輝水鉛鉱を選択的に分離するのに有用であることが示された。
(実施例2)ペプチドを表面に提示させた輝水鉛鉱結合ファージのELISA分析
 実施例1と同様の方法で、ELISA分析を行った。ただし、M13ファージについては、以下のペプチドを表面に提示させたファージを用いた。
 (A)Gly-Leu-His-Thr-Ser-Ala-Thr-Asn-Leu-Tyr-Leu-His
 (B)Ile-Arg-Ser-Leu-Ile-Ser-Ile-Val-Leu-Arg-Arg-Trp
 以後、(A)に示すペプチドを表面に提示したファージを50-phage、(B)に示すペプチドを表面に提示したファージをM48-phageと呼ぶ。結果を図2に示す。図2は、図1で使用したnull-phageの輝水鉛鉱のOD405を100%としたときの吸光度を示す。図1のデータと比較すると、輝水鉛鉱の結合能力が強化されたことが示された。
(実施例3)輝水鉛鉱3g/L時の沈降速度測定と顕微鏡観察
 温度30℃において、粒子径75μm以下の輝水鉛鉱を3g/Lのパルプ濃度となるように水に懸濁した。この懸濁液に、50-phageおよびnull-phageの各ファージを107~109pfu/mlとなる濃度に添加し、添加後ただちに懸濁液上部における濁度を波長660nmにて分光光度計で添加時から5秒ごとに測定した。図3にその時の濁度の推移を示す(ファージ添加時=0秒を100%とする)。その結果、50-phageを108pfu/ml添加した場合、迅速な濁度の低下すなわち輝水鉛鉱粒子の急速な沈降が確認された。また同条件における輝水鉛鉱粒子を光学顕微鏡にて観察したところ(図4)、50-phageを輝水鉛鉱に添加した場合に、より顕著に輝水鉛鉱粒子が凝集することが確認された。本結果から、50-phageを輝水鉛鉱懸濁液に適切な濃度で添加することで、輝水鉛鉱を選択的に分離回収できる可能性が示された。
(実施例4)50-phage添加時の沈降速度測定と顕微鏡観察
 輝水鉛鉱粒子のパルプ濃度を10g/Lとした以外は実施例3と同様の方法にて50-phage添加時の沈降速度を測定した。その結果を図5に示す。輝水鉛鉱10g/L時には、50-phage濃度109pfu/mlにおいて輝水鉛鉱の沈降が顕著に進むことがわかった。
(実施例5)50-phage添加時の最大粒子径の変化とpH依存性
 温度30℃において、粒子径75μm以下の輝水鉛鉱を10g/Lのパルプ濃度となるように水に懸濁した。この懸濁液に、50-phageを109pfu/mlとなる濃度で添加し、添加後、NaOHおよびHClで懸濁液のpHを所定の値に調整した。粒子径をAcoustoSizerIIx(協和界面科学(株)製)で測定した。結果を図6に示す。pHが大きくなるほど、最大粒子径が増加する傾向が見られた。特にpH4以上の場合に、輝水鉛鉱だけと比べて50-phageを添加すると最大粒子径が顕著に増加する傾向が見られた。

Claims (18)

  1.  M13ファージを含む組成物であって、モリブデンを含む物質を分離するための組成物。
  2.  請求項1に記載の組成物を用いて、モリブデンを含む物質を分離する方法。
  3.  前記モリブデンを含む物質が輝水鉛鉱である請求項2に記載の方法。
  4.  請求項2又は3に記載の方法であって、
     前記組成物を、モリブデンを含む物質が分散した液に添加するステップと、
     前記モリブデンを含む物質を凝集させ、沈降させるステップと、
     前記凝集及び沈降した物質を回収するステップと
    を含む方法。
  5.  請求項2又は3に記載の方法であって、
     前記組成物中のM13ファージを担体に固定するステップと、
     前記担体をカラムに導入するステップと、
     モリブデンを含む物質が分散した液を前記カラムに通過させるステップと
    を含む方法。
  6.  請求項2又は3に記載の方法であって、
     前記組成物中のM13ファージを微粒子に固定するステップと、
     モリブデンを含む物質が分散した液に、前記微粒子を添加するステップと
    を含む方法。
  7.  請求項2又は3に記載の方法であって、
     前記組成物中のM13ファージを用いて浮遊選鉱を行うステップ
    を含む方法。
  8.  M13ファージベクターを含む組成物であって、請求項1に記載の組成物を製造するための、該組成物。
  9.  M13ファージであって、
     下記アミノ酸配列(1)及び/又は(2)のアミノ酸配列を有するペプチドを有する、M13ファージ:
    (1) (ALRKNMDFCPQSETGWHYIV)-(LIVFA)-(HPWRK)-(TSNQ)-(TSNQ)-(LIVFA)-(TSNQ)-(TSNQ)-(LIVFA)-(FYW)-(LIVFA)-(HPWRK)
    (2) (LIVFA)-(RHK)-(TSNQ)-(LIVFA)-(LIVFA)-(TSNQ)-(LIVFA)-(LIVFA)-(LIVFA)-(RHK)-(RHK)-(HPW)
     {ただし、上記式の()中の少なくとも1種のアミノ酸のいずれか1つが選択される}
  10.  請求項9に記載のファージであって、
     以下のうち、いずれか1つのアミノ酸配列を含むペプチドを有する、M13ファージ:
        (A)Gly-Leu-His-Thr-Ser-Ala-Thr-Asn-Leu-Tyr-Leu-His
        (B)Ile-Arg-Ser-Leu-Ile-Ser-Ile-Val-Leu-Arg-Arg-Trp
  11.  請求項9に記載のファージであって、
     以下のうち、いずれか1つのアミノ酸配列でのペプチドを有する、M13ファージ:
        (A)Gly-Leu-His-Thr-Ser-Ala-Thr-Asn-Leu-Tyr-Leu-His
        (B)Ile-Arg-Ser-Leu-Ile-Ser-Ile-Val-Leu-Arg-Arg-Trp
  12.  請求項9に記載のファージであって、
     以下のうち、いずれか1つのアミノ酸配列と少なくとも90%同一である配列を含むペプチドを有する、M13ファージ
        (A)Gly-Leu-His-Thr-Ser-Ala-Thr-Asn-Leu-Tyr-Leu-His
        (B)Ile-Arg-Ser-Leu-Ile-Ser-Ile-Val-Leu-Arg-Arg-Trp
  13.  請求項9に記載のファージであって、
     以下のうち、いずれか1つのアミノ酸配列と少なくとも95%同一である配列を含むペプチドを有する、M13ファージ
