Description

Plastic sealed container
The present invention relates to a sealed container composed of a container and a lid, and more particularly to a resin-made sealed container having easy-openability and resealability.
As a packaging container for foods, an airtight container formed by sealing a flexible lid to a flange portion of a resin container by heat sealing is widely used.
Such a sealed container is required to have a performance contrary to the sealing performance, in which the lid sealed by heat sealing can be easily peeled and opened by hand while ensuring the hermeticity of the container. .
As such a sealed container, for example, in Patent Document 1 below, a layer including at least an inner layer of the container is formed so as to be peelable, and an opening start portion and two circumferential cuts are formed on the upper surface of the flange portion of the container. An opening start portion and two circumferential cuts are provided on the upper surface of the flange portion, and are connected to an outer cut out of the two circumferential cuts from the upper surface of the flange portion. A lower portion is formed, a portion lower than the upper surface of the flange portion is shallower than the outer cut, and the heat seal portion of the lid material is formed in a mouth shape toward the outer cut at the opening start portion. An easy-open container that has a protruding shape and protrudes from a portion lower than the upper surface of the flange portion has been proposed.
On the other hand, in the case of heat-sealed containers, when the contents remain, it is desirable that the lid once peeled off from the container can be re-fitted and resealed. There has also been proposed a sealed container having resealability by using a molded lid (Patent Document 2).
As a heat-sealing container that can be resealed, for example, Patent Document 3 below has a resealing function comprising a surface resin layer, an adhesive resin layer mainly composed of a specific styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, and a heat-sealable resin layer. A package using a multilayer film has been proposed.
特許第4719411号公報Japanese Patent No. 4719411 特開2004-331156号公報JP 2004-331156 A 特開2007-125820号公報JP 2007-125820 A
The easy-open container described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 has two outer peripheries excluding the heat seal part and the opening start part while the outer end of the heat seal part of the opening start part always coincides with the outer notch. Since the non-fused portion is provided between the slit and the slit, it has excellent easy-openability, but this easy-open container cannot be resealed.
In addition, the drop lid-shaped molded lid described in Patent Document 2 is thicker and more rigid than a highly flexible sheet-like lid, so that it is inferior in sealing properties and easily distorted when opened. There is a case.
Furthermore, in the packaging body using the multilayer film with a reseal function described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 3, the surface resin layer and the adhesive resin layer exposed at the time of peeling are determined by hand or finger by using a specific adhesive resin layer. Resealability is manifested only by pressure bonding, but it is still not fully satisfactory in terms of hermeticity when resealed, and the container and lid need to be multi-layered. It is not yet fully satisfactory in terms of sex.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a sealed container that has excellent sealing properties and easy opening properties, can be resealed, and is excellent in productivity and economy.
According to the present invention, there is provided a sealed container comprising a container main body having at least a bottom part and a side wall part, a container comprising a flange member separate from the container main body, and a lid member covering the opening of the container. A sealed container is provided in which the joint surface between the container body and the flange member is peeled off when opened.
In the sealed container of the present invention,
1. The flange member is formed with a protrusion for fitting that is in close contact with the side surface of the container body and enables resealing;
2. The flange member is formed with the fitting projection so as to be joined to the side surface of the container main body, and the engaging projection is formed to be engaged with the joint surface of the fitting projection and the side surface of the container main body. thing,
3. The flange member has a frame shape surrounding the entire circumference of the opening of the container body;
4). The container body has a flange partly in the opening, and the flange member is formed in a shape corresponding to the opening of the container excluding the flange;
Is preferred.
In the sealed container of the present invention, the container is formed from a flange member molded separately from the container main body and the container main body, and the bonding surface of the container main body and the flange member is peeled off at the time of opening, thereby being firmly bonded to the lid. The flange member can be easily removed from the container body and opened. That is, the container body and the flange member are molded with a combination of resins having poor adhesion to each other, and the flange member that is joined to the lid so as not to be peeled off is, for example, a resin constituting at least the inner surface of the lid, as will be described later. By molding from a resin that can be firmly heat-sealed, the flange member integrated with the lid is lifted up following the movement of the lid and easily removed from the container body at the time of opening.
In the sealed container of the present invention, it is preferable that the flange member is formed with a fitting protrusion that is in close contact with the side wall portion of the container body. In this case, not only easy opening but also resealability can be expressed. That is, at the time of resealing, the flange member is fitted to the container main body so as to return to the state before opening, and the lid fixed to the flange member covers the container main body opening, thereby resealing. By forming the fitting protrusions that are in close contact with the container side wall portion, the flange member fits tightly with the container main body side wall portion, thereby improving resealability.
In the sealed container of the present invention, the fitting protrusion is formed so as to be in close contact with the side surface of the container body as described above, and the engagement protrusion is engaged with the joint surface of the side surface of the container body. In this case, the fitting projection and the side surface of the container body are engaged with each other in the horizontal direction at the time of resealing. Even if a force in the vertical direction) is applied, the engagement is not easily released, and it is possible to ensure the sealing performance at the time of resealing.

(Sealed container)
The sealed container of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the sealed container 1 of the present invention is positioned at the container body 2 and the opening of the container body, and is welded to the flange member 3 and the flange member 3 separately from the container body by heat sealing. It consists of a lid 4.
As shown in FIG. 1, the container body 2 includes at least a bottom portion 21 and a side wall portion 22. Further, as is apparent from FIG. 1B, the flange member 3 is in contact with the opening tip 23 of the container body 2 over the entire circumference and extends outwardly from the portion of the opening tip 23 of the container body. 31, which includes a fitting protrusion 32 that extends downward from the lower surface of the flange portion 31, is in close contact with the outer surface of the container main body side wall portion 22, and hooks the upper side wall portion of the container main body from the outside.
Further, in the specific example shown in FIG. 1, the fitting protrusion 32 and the container body side wall portion 22 of the flange member 3 match the shape of the annular protrusion 33 and the shape of the engaging protrusion 33 on the inner surface of the fitting protrusion 32. An annular engaging recess 24 is formed on the outer surface of the container body, and not only the fitting protrusion 32 fixes the flange member 3 to the container body but also the engagement between the fitting protrusion 32 and the container body side wall 22. As a result, the flange member 3 is firmly fixed.
The lid 4 is a sheet-like lid having the same size as the outer diameter of the flange member 3, and is fixed to the upper surface of the flange portion 31 of the flange member 3 so as not to be peeled off by a joining method such as heat sealing. An opening piece 41 extending outward from the outer edge of the flange member 3 is formed.
As described above, in the sealed container of the present invention, when the container is opened, the joint surface between the container body and the flange member peels off, and the flange member is separated from the container body, so that the lid integrated with the flange member is removed from the container body. As a result, an opening is formed.
FIG. 2 is a view for enlarging the P portion of the above-described sealed container of FIG. 1 to explain the opening operation of the sealed container, and FIG. 2 (A) is a view showing a sealed state, FIG. (B) is a figure which shows the state which started pulling up the opening piece 41 of the lid | cover 4, FIG.2 (C) is a figure which shows the state from which the protrusion for fitting of the flange member 3 removed from the container main body.
As described above, in the sealed state, as shown in FIG. 2A, the upper part of the opening front end portion 23 and the side wall portion 22 of the container body 2 is on the inner peripheral side of the flange portion 31 of the flange member 3 and the fitting protrusion. 32, the fitting projection 32 is formed on the outer surface of the side wall portion of the container body 2 and the inner surface of the fitting projection 32. The engagement recess 24 and the engagement protrusion 33 that fit together are firmly combined. Moreover, since the lid | cover 4 is joined by the flange member 3 and the welding part 5 so that peeling is impossible, the inside of a container is maintained reliably.
As shown in FIG. 2 (B), when the opening piece 41 of the lid 4 is pulled upward for opening, the flange member 3 follows this, and the joint surface of the container body and the flange member starts to peel off, The tightening from the outside by the fitting protrusion 32 is loosened, and the engagement between the engaging recess 24 and the engaging protrusion 33 starts to be released. When the opening piece 41 is further lifted, the flange member 3 is completely separated from the container body and opened as shown in FIG.
The sealed container of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing a container main body upper portion and a joint portion of a flange member for explaining another aspect of the sealed container of the present invention.
In the mode shown in FIG. 3A, the annular flange member 3 is joined to the opening tip 23 of the container body 2. In this aspect, since the opening tip 23 and the annular flange member are joined only by the opening tip 23, it is desirable to use the drop lid-shaped molded lid 4 in order to obtain resealability.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3B, the flange member 3 is not formed with a flange portion extending outward from the opening end 23 of the container body, and only the fitting protrusion 32 that is in close contact with the outer surface of the container body side wall portion. The flange member 3 is formed so as to be joined to the opening tip 23 of the container main body at the upper outer surface of the side wall. In this aspect, since the fitting protrusion 32 is formed on the flange member 3, at the time of resealing, the fitting protrusion 32 can be fixed so that the container body side wall portion is hooked from the outside.
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 (C), the flange member 3 is formed with a flange portion 31 extending outward from the opening end 23 of the container main body, and the fitting protrusion closely contacting the inner surface of the container main body side wall portion. 32 is formed, and the flange member 3 is joined to the opening front end 23 of the container main body and the upper inner surface of the side wall. In this aspect, since the fitting protrusion 32 is formed on the flange member 3, at the time of resealing, the fitting protrusion 32 can be fixed so as to push the container body side wall portion from the inside.
Furthermore, the mode shown in FIG. 3D is the same as that in FIG. 3C except that the flange member 3 is not formed with a flange portion extending outward from the opening tip 23 of the container body.
3B to 3C, the engaging protrusions may be formed on the joint surface between the fitting protrusion and the container body.
In the above-described closed container of the present invention, the flange member is formed with an annular flange member with respect to the entire circumference of the opening end of the container body, but the flange member is not necessarily annular (frame shape). It is not limited.
FIG. 4 is a view showing another embodiment of the sealed container of the present invention. The sealed container represented by 1 as a whole is located at the opening of the container body 2 and the container body 2 and is separate from the container body 2. Although the point which consists of the flange 4 and the lid | cover 4 welded to the flange member 3 by heat seal is the same as the aspect of FIG. 1 mentioned above, in this aspect, the front-end | tip part of some opening parts of the container main body 2 The flange part 25 is formed in 23a, The flange member 3 is formed in the position corresponding to the opening front-end | tip 23b in which this flange part 25 is not formed, The upper surface of the flange part 25 of the container main body and the flange member 3 is uniform. A flange surface is formed, and the lid 4 is fixed to this portion. When the airtight container of this aspect is opened, as shown in FIG. 4C, only the flange member 3 is removed from the container main body, so that the lid is not detached from the container main body, and the lid is partially It will be opened. For this reason, it is desirable from the point of opening property that the flange part 25 formed in a container main body is 180 degrees or less with respect to an opening part perimeter.

(Used resin)
In the present invention, the container main body and the flange member can be reliably maintained in a sealed state, and can be easily peeled when opened, so that the resin constituting the container main body and the resin constituting the flange member can be separated. It is preferable to adjust the adhesive strength by combination. As an adhesive strength suitable for satisfying both the sealing performance and the easy-opening performance, a push-pull gauge 6 is attached to one end of the lid 4 welded to the flange member 3 as shown in FIG. The opening force (peeling strength) measured by pulling up in the direction of 45 degrees with respect to the angle is preferably in the range of 0.5 to 2.5 kgf.
As described above, in addition to the combination of the resin constituting the container body and the resin constituting the flange member, the sealing performance is enhanced by the engagement between the flange member fitting protrusion and the container side wall portion and the fitting protrusion. Can do.
As a combination of such resins, two or more kinds of thermoplastic resins having heat sealability and incompatibility can be appropriately combined.
For example, when the container body is made of a propylene polymer, the flange member is made of a blend of an ethylene polymer and a propylene polymer, so that easy-openability can be maintained while ensuring sealing performance. The peel strength can be adjusted by appropriately changing the blend ratio of the blend.

In the present invention, when a propylene-based polymer and an ethylene-based polymer are used as a blend, the flange member made of the blend exhibits a good peelability from the container body made of the propylene-based polymer. It is preferable to use a blend obtained by blending a propylene polymer and an ethylene polymer in a weight ratio of 5: 5 to 9.5: 0.5.
