Description

Sealed container with resealability
The present invention relates to a closed container having easy-opening and resealing properties, and more specifically, to a closed container in which the sealing property by heat sealing is ensured before the initial opening and can be reliably sealed even after the initial opening.
As a packaging container for food use, a closed container in which a flexible lid is sealed with a heat seal on the flange portion of the resin container is widely used. Even in such a heat-sealing closed container, it is desired that the lid once peeled off from the container can be re-fitted into the container and resealed (resealed) when the contents remain.
As a packaging container having such sealing and resealing properties, a container body having a storage portion that opens upward to store the object to be packaged, a flange portion that projects from the upper end portion of the storage portion to the outer peripheral side, and the above-mentioned container body. A lid body that closes the accommodating portion and is heat-welded to the flange portion is provided, and a notch formed in the flange portion that enables the flange portion to be separated into an inner peripheral side and an outer peripheral side of the container body. An engaging portion that is formed on both sides of the flange portion across the notch and that can engage with each other in a state where the flange portion is separated into an inner peripheral side and an outer peripheral side by separating the notch. A heat-sealed container characterized by being provided has been proposed (Patent Document 1).
Further, by the present inventor or the like, it is a closed container composed of a container body having at least a bottom portion and a side wall portion, a container composed of a flange member separate from the container body, and a lid member covering the opening of the container. Further, there has been proposed a closed container characterized in that the joint surface between the container body and the flange member is peeled off at the time of opening (Patent Document 2).

In both of the above Patent Documents 1 and 2, the container flange portion and the lid are securely adhered by heat sealing, and excellent airtightness is obtained.
However, in Patent Document 1, since the engaging portion for fixing the lid body to the container body after the initial opening engages the sections formed by separating the notch with each other, the engaging force is increased. It is weak and it is difficult to securely fix the lid to the container when resealing.
Further, in Patent Document 2, by having a flange member molded separately from the container body, the flange member fits tightly to the container body even at the time of resealing, so that the sealing property of the container is ensured. Since a flange member that is a separate member from the lid is required, the number of parts is large, and it is not yet fully satisfactory in terms of productivity and economy.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a closed container that can be securely sealed by a heat seal or the like, can be easily opened, and the lid can be reliably fixed to the container even at the time of resealing.

In the closed container of the present invention, as described above, it is an important feature to change the positions of the concave or convex portions of the container and the lid that engage with each other between the sealed state and the resealed state until the initial opening. This makes it possible to facilitate the attachment of the lid to the container and the initial opening operation, and to ensure the airtightness at the time of resealing.
Hereinafter, the closed container of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(First aspect)
1 to 3 are perspective views showing a first aspect of the closed container of the present invention, in which the opening of the container is a perfect circular container.
As shown in FIG. 1, the container whose whole is shown by 1 is from the bottom portion 2 and the body portion 3, the fitting portion 5 extending substantially vertically via the step 4 above the body portion 3, and the upper end of the fitting portion 5. It is composed of a flange portion 6 extending outward in the radial direction. Further, on the inner surface side of the fitting portion 5, a circumferential recess 7 constituting a screw portion is formed, and the circumferential recess 7 is connected with an axial recess 8 communicating axially from the flange portion 6. , An L-shaped recess for engaging the lid is formed.
The lid represented by 10 is a flat plate portion 11 that covers the container opening, an annular side wall 12 that extends axially upward from the peripheral edge of the flat plate portion 11, and a flange portion (annular surface) that extends radially outward from the upper end of the annular side wall 12. ) 13, The outer diameter of the annular side wall 12 and the inner diameter of the fitting portion are formed to be substantially the same so that the outer surface of the annular side wall 12 is in close contact with the inner surface of the fitting portion 5 of the container 1. It has a lid shape. In the specific example shown in the figure, the flange portion 13 is formed with the grip portion 14A for the initial opening operation (pulling the lid upward), and the flat plate portion 11 is formed with the resealing operation (swiveling of the lid). The grip portions 14B are formed respectively. Further, on the outer surface of the annular side wall 12, a plurality of engaging portions (convex) having a size capable of screw engagement with the circumferential concave portion 7 constituting the above-mentioned screw portion and having a size capable of passing through the axial concave portion 8. Part) 15 is formed.
In the specific example shown in FIG. 1, when the lid 10 is set in the container 1, the lid 10 is fitted in the container with the engaging portion 15 of the lid 10 aligned with the position of the axial recess 8 of the container 1. Let me. As a result, the engaging portion 15 advances downward in the axial recess 8, so that the annular side wall 12 of the lid 10 smoothly enters the fitting portion 5 of the container, and the engaging portion 15 is composed of the circumferential recess 7. It is located at the top dead center of the screw part to be screwed. Further, the lower surface of the flange portion (annular surface) 13 of the lid 10 is in close contact with the upper surface of the flange portion 6 of the container 1, and the inner surface of the fitting portion 5 of the container 1 and the outer surface of the annular side wall 12 of the lid 10 are in close contact with each other. (Fig. 2).
As shown in FIG. 2, the engaging portion 15 is located at the top dead center of the circumferential recess 7 which is the lowest point of the axial recess 8, and the flange portions are in close contact with each other from the container 1 to the lid. The 10 is sealed by a weak bond that can be easily peeled off.
In the initial opening operation, the engaging portion 15 of the lid 10 is easily disengaged from the axial recess 8 by pulling upward by holding the grip portion 14A from the sealed state shown in FIG. 2, and the lid 10 is placed in the container. It can be easily removed from 1.
The reseal operation is similar to the setting of the lid 10 in the container 1 described above, in which the engaging portion 15 of the lid 10 is pushed in from above in a state of being aligned with the position of the axial recess 8 of the container 1, and the container 1 and the lid 10 are resealed. With the flange portions in close contact with each other and the engaging portion 15 located at the top dead point of the circumferential recess 7, the grip portion 14B is held and the lid 10 is swiveled clockwise to form the engaging portion 15 in the circumferential recess. By screw-engaging with 7, the lid 10 is locked to the container 1 and is fixed to the container 1 unless the lid is swiveled counterclockwise (FIG. 3).
FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining another example of the first aspect of the present invention.
In the specific example shown in FIG. 4A, the container indicated by 1 as a whole is composed of a bottom portion 2 and a body portion 3, and a flange portion 6 extending outward in the radial direction is formed at the upper end of the body portion 3, and the flange portion 6 is formed. A circumferential recess 7 constituting the screw portion is formed on the outer surface side of the fitting portion 5 that hangs downward from the outer peripheral edge of the portion 6, and the circumferential recess 7 is the same as the specific example shown in FIG. An axial recess 8 that communicates in the axial direction is connected to the flange portion 6 to form an L-shaped recess.
The lid represented by 10 is composed of a flat plate portion 11 that covers the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion 6 of the container 1 and an annular wall 16 that extends downward in the axial direction from the peripheral edge of the flat plate portion 11, and the inner surface of the annular wall 16 is a container. The inner diameter of the annular wall 16 and the outer diameter of the fitting portion 5 are formed to have substantially the same size so as to be in close contact with the outer surface of the fitting portion 5 of 1. Further, as in the specific example of FIG. 1 described above, the inner surface of the annular wall 16 is large enough to be screw-engaged with the circumferential recess 7 constituting the screw portion described above and to pass through the axial recess 8. A plurality of engaging portions (convex portions) 15 having a screw are formed.
Also in this specific example, the lid 10 is put on the container 1, the engaging portion 15 is fitted in the axial recess 8 of the container, and the flat plate portion 11 in contact with the flange portion 6 of the container can be peeled off from the flange portion 6. It can be sealed by weakly adhering to. Also, in the initial opening operation, since the axial recess 8 communicates with the flange portion 6, the engaging portion 15 is easily disengaged from the axial recess 8 by pulling up the lid 10, so that the lid is removed from the container. It can be easily removed. Further, in the reseal operation, the lid 10 is put on the container 1 and the engaging portion 15 is positioned at the lowest point of the axial recess 8 and the top dead point of the circumferential recess 7, and then the lid 10 is swiveled to engage. The lid 10 is securely fixed to the container by screw-engaging the portion 15 with the circumferential recess 7.
Further, in the specific example shown in FIG. 4B, the container whose whole is shown by 1 is composed of a bottom portion 2 and a body portion 3, and the body portion 3 has a diameter as it goes upward through a step 4 formed upward. It is composed of a lower body portion 3A in which the amount is increased and an upper body portion 3B extending almost vertically. Further, at the upper end of the upper body portion 3B, a flange portion 6 extending outward in the radial direction is formed, and a fitting portion 5 hanging downward from the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion 6 is formed. Similar to FIG. 4A, a circumferential recess 7 and an axial recess 8 are formed on the outer surface side of the fitting portion 5.
The lid represented by 10 is a flat plate portion 11 that covers the container opening, an annular side wall 12 that extends axially upward from the peripheral edge of the flat plate portion 11, a flange portion 13 that extends radially outward from the upper end of the annular side wall 12, and a flange. It has a drop lid shape including an annular wall 16 that hangs downward from the outer peripheral edge of the portion 13. Further, the outer diameter of the annular side wall 12 and the inner diameter of the upper body 3B are formed to have substantially the same size so that the outer surface of the annular side wall 12 is in close contact with the inner surface of the upper body portion 3B of the container 1, and the fitting portion. The outer diameter of the fitting portion 5 and the inner diameter of the annular wall 16 are formed to have substantially the same size so that the outer surface of the ring 5 is in close contact with the inner surface of the annular wall 16. Therefore, in this specific example, the container and the lid are in close contact with each other at two different places (upper body portion 3B and annular side wall 12, fitting portion 5 and annular wall 16), so that the sealing performance is excellent. Further, as in FIG. 4A described above, the inner surface of the annular wall 16 can be screw-engaged with the circumferential recess 7 forming the screw portion described above, and has a size capable of passing through the axial recess 8. A plurality of engaging portions 15 having a screw are formed.
Also in the specific example shown in FIG. 4 (B), the lid 10 is put on the container 1, the engaging portion 15 is fitted into the axial recess 8 of the container, and the flat plate portion 11 in contact with the flange portion 6 of the container is formed. It can be sealed by weakly adhering it so that it can be peeled off. Further, in the initial opening operation, since the axial recess 8 communicates with the flange portion 6, the engaging portion 15 can be easily disengaged from the axial recess 8 by pulling up the lid 10, and the lid can be easily removed from the container. Can be removed. Further, in the reseal operation, the lid 10 is put on the container, the engaging portion 15 is positioned at the lowest point of the axial recess 8 and the top dead point of the circumferential recess 7, and then the lid 10 is swiveled to rotate the peripheral recess. By engaging with 7, the lid 10 is fixed to the container.
(Second aspect)
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a second aspect of the closed container of the present invention, which is a square container in which the opening of the container is rectangular, and FIG. 5A is an initial opening in which the lid is set in the container. It is a figure which shows the state before an operation, and (B) is a figure which shows the state after a reseal operation.
As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the container represented by 20 as a whole has a bottom surface 21 having opposite short sides 21a and long sides 21b, and facing side surfaces 22a and 22a corresponding to the short sides 21a. , A square flange portion consisting of opposing side surfaces 22b, 22b corresponding to the long sides 21b and having opposing short sides 23a and long sides 23b so as to surround the container opening partitioned by the upper ends of the side surfaces 22a, 22b. 23 is formed. Fitting portions 24, 24 hanging from the outer edge thereof are formed on the long sides 23b, 23b of the flange portion 23, respectively. On the outer surface of the fitting portion 24, a plurality of engaging portions (convex portions) 25, 25 ... Are formed at equal intervals with a distance L in the horizontal direction.
Further, the lid whose whole is indicated by 30 is formed with a flat plate portion 31 having opposite short sides 31a and long sides 31b, and side walls 32 and 32 hanging from the outer edges of the opposing long sides 31b and 31b, respectively. On the inner surface of the side wall 32, a plurality of engaging protrusions (convex portions) 33, 33, ... Are formed at equal intervals in the horizontal direction. The width of the plurality of engaging protrusions (convex portions) 33, 33 ... Is smaller than the interval L of the engaging portions 25, 25 described above, and the positions match the positions of the intervals. It is formed at intervals, and in a state where the flange portion 23 of the container 20 and the flat plate portion 31 of the lid 30 are in close contact with each other, the container is positioned below the engaging portions 25, 25 ... And slides the container in the horizontal direction. By doing so, it is formed so that it can be positioned at the same axial position as the engaging portion 25.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5A, the lid 30 is placed on the container 20 at a position where the axial positions of the engaging portion 25 of the container 20 and the engaging projection 33 of the lid 30 do not match. The flange portion 23 of the container 20 and the flat plate portion 31 of the lid 30 can be easily brought into close contact with each other. , Can be sealed (initial sealing).
In the initial opening operation, by pulling up the lid 30, the engaging protrusions 33, 33 ... Of the lid 30 pass comfortably between the engaging portions 25, 25 ... Of the container 20, so that the lid 30 can be easily removed from the container 20.
In the resealing operation, as in the initial sealing, the lid 30 is put on the container 20 at a position where the axial positions of the engaging portion 25 of the container 20 and the engaging protrusion 33 of the lid 30 do not match, and then the lid 30 is placed. The lid 30 can be fixed to the container 20 by sliding in the horizontal direction to match the axial positions of the engaging portion 25 and the engaging protrusion 33.
(Other aspects)
In the closed container of the present invention, when the container and the lid are in a sealed state in which they are adhered to each other, the engaging portions formed by the concave or convex portions formed on the container and the lid do not engage with each other, while in the resealed state, these are used. As long as the engaging portions of the above can engage with each other, the present invention is not limited to the specific examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, and various changes can be made.
[Other aspects in the first aspect]
In the first aspect described above, in the specific examples of FIGS. 1 to 4, the engaging recess formed in the container is formed as an engaging convex portion protruding inward of the container, and the engagement of the lid formed on the lid is made. The portion can also be formed as a recess.
Further, in the specific examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the container and the lid are engaged with each other by the combination of the concave portion and the convex portion, but the convex portion may be combined with each other.
Further, in the specific example shown in FIG. 4 (A), the container 1 had a body without a step, but from the viewpoint of stackability and the like, as shown in FIG. 4 (B), the lower body 3A And the upper torso 3B can also be used.
Further, in the specific examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the flange portion 6 of the container 1 and the flange portion 13 of the lid 10 were straight in the horizontal direction and matched at the outer peripheral edge. As shown in the above, it is also possible to form an annular microwall 9 extending downward on the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion 6 of the container 1. By forming a minute wall 9 extending in the axial direction on the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion 6 of the container 1, the strength of the flange portion 6 can be improved, and the grip portion for opening in the initial opening operation can be improved. Deformation of the flange portion 6 is suppressed when the 14A is pulled up, and the opening operation of the lid 10 can be performed more easily.
Further, in the specific example shown in FIG. 6A, the boundary portion 6a between the flange portion 6 and the fitting portion 5 and the boundary portion 6b between the flange portion 6 and the minute wall 9 form a corner portion. As shown in B), it is also possible to round the corners of both or one of them into a round shape. In this case as well, the strength of the flange portion 6 is improved, and the opening operation of the lid 10 can be performed more easily at the time of initial opening.
In the specific examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the grip portion 14B for the reseal operation was formed on the flat plate portion 11 of the lid 10, but as shown in FIG. 7A, for example, the flange portion 13 of the lid 10 An annular grip portion 14C projecting upward may be formed on the outer peripheral portion of the above in place of the grip portion 14B. As described above, the annular grip portion 14C is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the lid 10, so that the strength of the lid 10 is improved. The shape of the grip portion 14C formed on the outer peripheral portion of the lid is not limited to an annular shape, and may be one or a plurality of arcuate shapes. For example, as shown in FIG. 7 (B), since the arc-shaped grip portion 14C is formed excluding the portion where the grip portion 14A for the initial opening operation is formed, the grip portion 14A is pulled up to the initial stage. It becomes easy to peel off when opening, and the influence on the initial opening operation can be reduced.
[Other aspects in the second aspect]
In the second aspect described above, the rectangular container is exemplified, but the opening of the container may be a square or the corner may be a substantially quadrangle with a rounded corner.
Further, in the second aspect, in the specific example shown in FIG. 5, the engaging portion and the engaging protrusion are a combination of the convex portions, and as shown in FIG. 5 (A), these are different axes in the sealed state. The directional position, i.e., the convex portion of either the container or the lid was in the axial position formed by the space formed between the other convex portion and the convex portion, but a combination of the concave portion and the convex portion may be used. .. That is, when the engaging portion and the engaging protrusion are a combination of the convex portion and the concave portion, they are in the same axial position as shown in FIG. 5A in the sealed state, and the lid is opened in the initial opening operation. Can be easily peeled off from the container, and the lid can be easily set on the container and the engaging portion and the engaging protrusion can be engaged in the resealing operation.
As another specific example in the second embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, the engaging portion formed in the fitting portion of the container is formed from the horizontal recess 26 and the flange portion 23 extending in the horizontal direction of the container. A plurality of axial recesses 27 extending in the axial direction may be formed so as to communicate with the horizontal recess 26, and the engaging protrusion 33 formed on the lid may be formed at a position corresponding to the axial recess 27. This makes it possible to open and close the lid after the initial opening along the rail formed by the horizontal recess 26.
Further, in the specific example shown in FIG. 5, two fitting portions facing each other at the positions corresponding to the long sides of the lid are formed, but one of the short sides is provided with a side wall that hangs downward in the same manner as the fitting portion. This makes it possible to control the horizontal movement position of the lid.
Further, when the opening of the container is square, the position of the lid can be rotated 90 degrees with respect to the opening of the container before and after the initial opening. In this case, in the sealed state, the position of the side wall on which the engagement protrusion of the lid is formed and the position of the fitting portion on which the fitting portion of the container is formed are not at the same position, so that the initial opening is easy. After the initial opening, the engagement portion and the engagement protrusion can be engaged by setting the lid in the container in a state of being rotated 90 degrees.
(Container and lid)
The container constituting the closed container of the present invention is composed of a bottom portion and a body portion, and can take various shapes as long as it has a convex portion or a concave portion for engaging the flange portion with the lid. For example, in the specific examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the circular cup-shaped container is resealed by swirling the lid, but as shown in FIG. 5, when the lid is slid horizontally to reseal. Can also be a square container.
The material of the container may be metal, glass, or the like, but it is preferable that the container is made of resin because it can be bonded to the lid by a heat seal. Examples of such a resin include polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate resin, and the like, but the resin is not particularly limited thereto.
As described above, in the closed container of the present invention, it is necessary that the container and the lid can be reliably maintained in a closed state and can be easily peeled off in the initial opening operation. It is preferable to appropriately adjust the adhesive strength depending on the combination and area of the resin constituting the lid and the lid. As the adhesive strength suitable for satisfying both the sealing performance and the easy-opening performance, in the specific example shown in FIG. 9, a push-pull gauge is attached to the grip portion of the lid, and this is oriented at 45 degrees with respect to the lid. The opening force (peeling strength) measured by pulling up to is preferably in the range of 0.3 to 3.0 kgf, and more preferably in the range of 0.5 to 2.5 kgf.
The peeling characteristics are not particularly limited, and a coagulation peeling, interfacial peeling, or delamination type resin material may be used. As such a combination of resins, two or more kinds having heat sealability and incompatibility are used. Thermoplastic resins can be combined as appropriate.
For example, when the container is made of a propylene-based polymer, the lid is made of a blend of an ethylene-based polymer and a propylene-based polymer, so that the sealing property can be ensured and the easy-opening property can be maintained. The peel strength can be adjusted by appropriately changing the blend ratio of the product.
Examples of the propylene-based polymer include homopolypropylene, propylene and ethylene, or other α-olefins such as 1-butene, 1-pentene, 1-hexene, 4-methyl-1-pentene, and 1-octene. Random copolymers and the like can be mentioned. The ethylene-based polymer may be a homopolymer of ethylene such as low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), medium- or high-density polyethylene (MDPE, HDPE), or ethylene, for example, 1-. Other α-olefins such as butene, 1-pentene, 1-hexene, 4-methyl-1-pentene, 1-octene, (meth) acrylic acid, ethyl (meth) acrylate, methyl (meth) acrylate, Examples thereof include a copolymer with a vinyl-based monomer such as vinyl acetate and styrene, an ionomer and the like.
In addition to the combination of the above olefin polymers, the blend includes thermoplastic polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene terephthalate isophthalate copolymers, polycarbonate resins, polyacrylonitrile resins, and the above olefin polymers. Combinations and the like can also be used.
When a propylene-based polymer and an ethylene-based polymer are used as the blended product, in order for the flange member made of the blended product to exhibit good releasability from the container body made of the propylene-based polymer, the propylene-based polymer is used. It is preferable to preferably use a blend of the ethylene polymer and the ethylene polymer in the range of 5: 5 to 9.5: 0.5 by weight.
The container in the closed container of the present invention may have a single-layer structure of the resin described above, but may have a multi-layer structure having a gas barrier intermediate layer as long as the flange portion of the container satisfies the above-mentioned conditions.
The lids constituting the closed container of the present invention have various lids as long as they have a side wall covering the container opening, forming a surface to be adhered to the container flange portion and a concave portion or a convex portion for engaging with the container. The shape can be adopted.
The material of the lid is preferably made of resin because it is preferable that the lid has some flexibility so that it can be easily removed from the container in the initial opening operation.
Preferably, for example, from a flexible single-layer film or multilayer film having at least a layer made of a resin similar to the flange portion of the container on the container side, specifically, from the inner layer / gas barrier intermediate layer / outer layer and the like. A flexible laminate made of the above can be mentioned.
Examples of the material constituting the gas barrier intermediate layer include a metal foil such as an aluminum foil, an inorganic thin-film film, and a gas barrier resin such as an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer.
Further, the molded lid may have a drop lid shape or a cover-shaped lid having at least a layer made of a resin similar to the flange portion of the container on the container side. Such a molded lid having a drop lid shape or a cover lid shape can be molded by a conventionally known method such as thermoforming from a sheet, compression molding, or injection molding.
(Production method)
In the closed container of the present invention, the container and the lid can be manufactured by various methods as long as they have the above-mentioned configurations, but in the case of a resin container, they are integrally formed by thermoforming such as injection molding, compression molding, and pressure molding. Can be molded as a target.
As long as both the sealing property and the easy-opening property are satisfied, the container and the lid can be bonded by a conventionally known method such as welding by heat sealing, welding by high frequency heating, and bonding using an adhesive. As you can see, it is preferable to use heat sealing because it can be easily adhered by selecting the resin constituting the container and the lid.
The closed container of the present invention can be used as a container for storing viscous substances such as jams and pastes and solid substances because the lid can be securely fixed to the container even after resealing. Further, in the first aspect, by adopting a lid having a drop lid shape, the airtightness at the time of resealing can be ensured, and the leakage of the contents can be effectively prevented.
