Description

机箱的固定板组合结构 技术领域
本发明有关于一种计算机机箱的周边配件,尤指一种机箱的固定板组合结构。
背景技术
传统桌面计算机系统,主要是由主板、适配卡与外围设备组配而成,其中主板上安装有中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU)、北桥芯片(Northbridge)、南桥芯片(Southbridge)等芯片组(Chipset)、扩充卡(Expansion Card)及内存(DRAM),因此,主板可说是桌面计算机系统中最重要的核心。
然而,随着桌面计算机广泛应用及追求整合,市面上开始出现尺寸大小不同的主板,让主板的尺寸能配合不同规格与数量的插槽作使用。因此,计算机机箱内供主板固定的固定板,其也会配合主板而有不同的尺寸大小,但固定板种类过多时,会产生厂内库存不易控制问题,且针对少数主板的需求客制化固定板,也会导致不符经济成本问题。
有鉴于此,本发明人遂针对上述现有技术,特潜心研究并配合学理的运用,尽力解决上述问题点,即成为本发明人开发的目标。
发明内容
本发明之一目的,在于提供一种机箱的固定板组合结构,其利用固定板件可通过第一板体并接第二板体的数量增减,进而达到调整固定板件尺寸大小的功效,使固定板组合结构具有可变换尺寸、使用方便及节省经济成本的优点。
为了达成上述的目的,本发明提供一种机箱的固定板组合结构,包括:一固定板件,由一第一板体及至少一第二板体相互并接组成,该第一板体及该第二板体的其一延伸有多个凸出片,该第一板体及该第二板体的另一设有多个通孔,各该凸出片穿设且卡合于各该通孔,且该第一板体设有多个第一锁孔,该第二板体设有多个第二锁孔;以及多个锁固元件,分别穿固于该多个第一锁孔及该多个第二锁孔。

请参考图1至图11所示,本发明提供一种机箱的固定板组合结构,此固定板组合结构10主要包括一固定板件1及多个锁固元件2。
如图1至图6所示,固定板件1由一第一板体11及一或多个第二板体12相互并接组成,第一板体11及第二板体12的其一延伸有多个凸出片13,第一板体11及第二板体12的另一设有多个通孔14,各凸出片13穿设且卡合于各通孔14,以令第一板体11及第二板体12相互搭接,且第一板体11设有多个第一锁孔15,第二板体12设有多个第二锁孔16。
详细说明如下,第一板体11的相对两侧分别延伸有一第一弯折缘板111及一第二弯折缘板112,多个第一锁孔15其一部分自第二弯折缘板112上开设,多个第一锁孔15另一部分自第一板体11上开设。
另外,第二板体12朝远离第二弯折缘板112的一侧延伸有一第三弯折缘板122,第二板体12朝同一侧延伸凹折有多个凹折片121,第一板体11的厚度实质上等于凹折片121的凹陷深度,而令第一板体11能够与多个凹折片121相互 嵌合,使第一板体11及第二板体12相互并排的表面大致上维持平整,进而方便主板、适配卡与外围设备固定在固定板件1上。
再者,本实施例的第二板体12的数量为多个,多个第二板体12的其一延伸有多个卡合片123,多个第二板体12的另一设有多个贯通孔124,各卡合片123穿设且卡合于各贯通孔124,以令二第二板体12相互搭接,每一第三弯折缘板122设有多个第三锁孔125,每一第二板体12远离第三弯折缘板122的一侧设有多个第四锁孔126。
又,各卡合片123分别弯折呈一U字状,各贯通孔124分别具有相互连通的一第一开口1241及一第二开口1242,第一开口1241的尺寸大于第二开口1242,各卡合片123通过第一开口1241穿设且卡合于第二开口1242,使二第二板体12稳固地搭接在一起。
其中,第一板体11与第二弯折缘板112之间形成有一段差侧壁113,多个通孔14的其一部分自段差侧壁113上开设,多个通孔14的另一部分自第一板体11上开设;各第二板体12与各第三弯折缘板122之间形成有一落差侧壁1221,多个贯通孔124自落差侧壁1221与第三弯折缘板122上开设,进而让凸出片13通过通孔14、卡合片123通过贯通孔124而能够藏收在固定板件1的一侧,使固定板件1的另一侧表面大致上维持平整,以方便主板、适配卡与外围设备固定在固定板件1上。
并,多个凸出片13的其一或多个分别自凹折片121的末端延伸成型,多个凸出片13的另一部分自第二板体12上延伸成型;多个第二锁孔16的其一部分分别自各凹折片121上开设,多个第二锁孔16的另一部分自第二板体12上开设,以加强第一板体11及第二板体12的接合稳定度。其中,各凸出片13及各凹折片121分别弯折呈一L字状,但不以此为限制。
且,第一板体11及第二板体12的其一延伸有一或多个防呆突片17,第一板体11及第二板体12的另一设有一或多个缺口18,防呆突片17能够与缺口18相互嵌合;多个第二板体12的其一延伸有一或多个防呆突片17’,多个第二板体12的另一设有一或多个缺口18’,防呆突片17’能够与缺口18’相互嵌合。藉此,第一板体11及第二板体12的防呆突片17与缺口18必须相互嵌合、多个第二板体12的防呆突片17’与缺口18’必须相互嵌合,第一板体11及第二板体12才能共同组接成固定板件1,以达到固定板组合结构10的组合能具有防 呆功效。
此外,第一板体11及第二板体12共同朝同一侧延伸有多个握持片191,多个握持片19相互并列排列,以方便使用者握持或抽拉固定板件1;第一板体11及第二板体12共同开设有多个固定孔192,以方便主板、适配卡与外围设备固定在固定板件1上;第一板体11的形状呈一U字状,第二板体12的形状呈一L字状,第一板体11及第二板体12共同围设出一镂空槽193,以方便主板、适配卡上的发热组件对应镂空槽193配置,进而帮助发热组件快速散热。
最后,本实施例的第一弯折缘板111及第三弯折缘板122分别弯折呈一一字状或一L字状,第二弯折缘板112弯折呈一L字状,但不以此为限制。
如图4所示,本发明固定板组合结构10更包括多个锁固元件2及多个定位元件3,各锁固元件2分别穿固于各第一锁孔15及各第二锁孔16,使第一板体11及第二板体12稳固地搭接在一起,各定位元件3穿固于各第三锁孔125及各该第四锁孔126,使二第二板体12稳固地搭接在一起。
如图1至图2、图9至图11所示,本发明固定板组合结构10更包括一滑轨组件4,滑轨组件4安装于机箱100的二直立杆41,滑轨组件4包含二横向轨道42,二横向轨道42可组卸式跨接于该二直立杆41,使二横向轨道42之间的间距,可视固定板件1的尺寸大小作调整。其中,第一弯折缘板111及第二弯折缘板112能够共同滑设于二横向轨道42;或者,第一弯折缘板111及第三弯折缘板122能够共同滑设于二横向轨道42。
此外,参考图9至图11所示,本发明固定板组合结构10也能省略滑轨组件4,而将固定板件1直接锁固在机箱100内部。
如图1至图6所示,本发明固定板组合结构10的组合,其利用固定板件1,由第一板体11及一或多个第二板体12相互并接组成,第一板体11及第二板体12的其一延伸有多个凸出片13,第一板体11及第二板体12的另一设有多个通孔14,各凸出片13穿设且卡合于各通孔14,且第一板体11设有多个第一锁孔15,第二板体12设有多个第二锁孔16;各锁固元件2穿固于各第一锁孔15及各第二锁孔16。藉此,固定板件1可通过第一板体11并接第二板体12的数量增减,进而达到调整固定板件1尺寸大小的功效,使固定板组合结构10具有可变换尺寸、使用方便及节省经济成本的优点。
如图5至图8所示,本发明固定板件1的使用状态,由图5至图8依序递 减第二板体12的数量,即可减少固定板件1的尺寸大小,让固定板件1能配合不同尺寸的主板作使用,且由第二板体12的数量调整固定板件1的尺寸大小,能避免厂内过度库存的问题发生,也无须客制化制造,进而使固定板组合结构10具备有可任意调整尺寸、便利使用及节省经济成本的特点。
综上所述,本发明的机箱的固定板组合结构,亦未曾见于同类产品及公开使用,并具有产业利用性、新颖性与进步性,完全符合新型专利申请要件,爰依专利法提出申请,敬请详查并赐准本案专利,以保障发明人的权利。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,包括:
    一固定板件(1),由一第一板体(11)及至少一第二板体(12)相互并接组成,该第一板体(11)及该第二板体(12)的其一延伸有多个凸出片(13),该第一板体(11)及该第二板体(12)的另一设有多个通孔(14),各该凸出片(13)穿设且卡合于各该通孔(14),且该第一板体(11)设有多个第一锁孔(15),该第二板体(12)设有多个第二锁孔(16);以及
    多个锁固元件(2),分别穿固于该多个第一锁孔(15)及该多个第二锁孔(16)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,该第二板体(12)朝同一侧延伸凹折有多个凹折片(121),各该第二锁孔(16)自各该凹折片(121)上开设,该第一板体(11)的厚度实质上等于该凹折片(121)的凹陷深度,而令该第一板体(11)能够与该多个凹折片(121)相互嵌合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,该多个凸出片(13)中至少其一自该凹折片(121)的末端延伸成型。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,各该凸出片(13)及各该凹折片(121)分别弯折呈一L字状。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,该第一板体(11)及该第二板体(12)的其一延伸有至少一防呆突片(17),该第一板体(11)及该第二板体(12)的另一设有至少一缺口(18),该防呆突片(17)能够与该缺口(18)相互嵌合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,该第一板体(11)的相对两侧分别延伸有一第一弯折缘板(111)及一第二弯折缘板(112),该多个第一锁孔(15)自该第二弯折缘板(112)上开设,该第二板体(12)朝远离该第二弯折缘板(112)的一侧延伸有一第三弯折缘板(122)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,该第一板体(11)与该第二弯折缘板(112)之间形成有一段差侧壁(113),该多个通孔(14)自该段差侧壁(113)上开设。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,更包括一滑轨组件(4),该滑轨组件(4)安装于所述机箱(100)的二直立杆(41), 该滑轨组件(4)包含二横向轨道(42),该二横向轨道(42)可组卸式跨接于该二直立杆(41),该第一弯折缘板(111)及该第二弯折缘板(112)能够共同滑设于该二横向轨道(42),或该第一弯折缘板(111)及该第三弯折缘板(122)能够共同滑设于该二横向轨道(42)。
  9. 如权利要求1或6所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,更包括多个定位元件(3),第二板体(12)的数量为多个,该多个第二板体(12)的其一延伸有多个卡合片(123),该多个第二板体(12)的另一设有多个贯通孔(124),各该卡合片(123)穿设且卡合于各贯通孔(124),每一该第三弯折缘板(122)设有多个第三锁孔(125),每一该第二板体(12)远离该第三弯折缘板(122)的一侧设有多个第四锁孔(126),各该定位元件(3)穿固于各该第三锁孔(125)及各该第四锁孔(126)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,各该第二板体(12)与各该第三弯折缘板(122)之间形成有一落差侧壁(1221),该多个贯通孔(124)自该落差侧壁(1221)与该第三弯折缘板(122)上开设。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,各该卡合片(123)分别弯折呈一U字状,各该贯通孔(124)分别具有相互连通的一第一开口(1241)及一第二开口(1242),该第一开口(1241)的尺寸大于该第二开口(1242),各该卡合片(123)通过该第一开口(1241)穿设且卡合于该第二开口(1242)。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,该多个第二板体(12)的其一延伸有至少一防呆突片(17’),该多个第二板体(12)的另一设有至少一缺口(18’),该防呆突片(17’)能够与该缺口(18’)相互嵌合。
  13. 如权利要求6所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,该第一弯折缘板(111)及该第三弯折缘板(122)分别弯折呈一一字状或一L字状,该第二弯折缘板(112)弯折呈一L字状。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,该第一板体(11)及该第二板体(12)共同朝同一侧延伸有多个握持片(191),该多个握持片(19)相互并列排列。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,该第一板 体(11)及该第二板体(12)共同开设有多个固定孔(192)。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的机箱的固定板组合结构,其特征在于,该第一板体(11)的形状呈一U字状,该第二板体(12)的形状呈一L字状,该第一板体(11)及该第二板体(12)共同围设出一镂空槽(193)。
