L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'application, comprenant les étapes consistant à : dans un état de veille et connecté à un réseau, recevoir une requête d'acquisition de paramètre ; en fonction de la requête d'acquisition de paramètre, acquérir un paramètre de qualité de réseau correspondant au réseau ; déterminer si le paramètre de qualité de réseau satisfait à une condition prédéfinie ; si le paramètre de qualité de réseau satisfait à la condition prédéfinie, arrêter une application cible qui est en cours de fonctionnement et qui utilise le réseau. L'invention concerne également un appareil de traitement d'application, un support de stockage, et un dispositif électronique.
