背景技术
投射电容触摸显示面板设置有堆叠于彼此之上并且彼此绝缘的X轴电极层和Y轴电极层。图1示意性地示出了投射电容触摸显示面板中X轴电极层和Y轴电极层的布置。多个X轴触摸电极10呈阵列排布于X轴电极层,同行的X轴触摸电极串接以形成触摸电极行。多个Y轴触摸电极20呈阵列排布于Y轴电极层,同列的Y轴触摸电极串接以形成触摸电极列。

图2是根据本公开实施例的电容值校准装置100的框图。该电容值校准装置100可以是触摸显示面板的组件或者与触摸显示面板可操作地耦合的独立(stand-alone)装置。所述触摸显示面板设置有堆叠于 彼此之上且彼此绝缘的第一电极层和第二电极层。第一电极层包括至少一行触摸电极。第二电极层包括至少一列触摸电极。所述至少一行触摸电极和至少一列触摸电极形成至少一个耦合电容器。触摸显示面板中各触摸电极的示例布置如图1所示,并且在此不作详细描述。
参照图2,电容值校准装置100包括检测单元110和校准单元120。检测单元110被配置成在多个非触摸时间段中的每一个中测量所述耦合电容器的电容值。校准单元120被配置成在每次测量时基于所测得的电容值校准所述耦合电容器的基础电容值。
这样,基础电容值当触摸显示面板在使用中时被校准,使得由于基础电容值发生变化而导致的触摸操作的错误识别被减小,从而提高触摸操作的准确性。
如本文中描述的非触摸时间段是指并非分配给触摸显示面板用于检测触摸操作的时间段。换言之,非触摸时间段与触摸时间段不重叠。
多个非触摸时间段可以是周期性的。在一些实施例中,每个非触摸时间段被插入在分配用于触摸显示面板的显示时间段与触摸时间段之间。例如,非触摸时间段可以插入在显示时间段之后而在触摸时间段之前。这样,基础电容值在每一个触摸时间段之前被更新,使得触摸操作的识别的准确度得以提高。其他实施例是可能的。例如,非触摸时间段可以与显示时间段重叠。又例如,基础电容值的检测和校准可以以固定的间隔执行,而不需要在每个触摸时间段之前都执行。可替换地,多个非触摸时间段还可以是非周期性的。
图3是根据本公开实施例的电容值校准装置的一个实现方式100A的框图。
参照图3,电容值检测单元110包括充放电模块111和电容值计算模块112。充放电模块111被配置成将所述触摸电极充电至跨所述耦合电容器的电压达到预定电压,并且然后通过使所述耦合电容器放电而检测所述所述耦合电容器所存储的电荷量。电容值计算模块112被配置成基于所述预定电压和所述电荷量计算所述耦合电容器的电容值。
在该实现方式中,电荷量的检测可以基于公式Q=I×t,并且电容值的检测可以基于公式C=Q/U,其中Q为耦合电容器所存储的电荷量,I为通过耦合电容器放电所生成的电流,t为放电时间,U为跨耦合电容器的电压,并且C为耦合电容器的电容值。但是,电容值检测单元 110的实现不限于此。
图4是根据本公开实施例的电容值校准装置的另一实现方式100B的框图。
参照图4,与图2中所示的电容值校准装置100相比,电容值校准装置100B还包括比较单元130。比较单元130被配置成在每次测量时比较所测得的电容值与原始电容值。校准单元120还被配置成响应于所述比较单元130的比较指示所测得电容值与原始电容值之间的差值的绝对值大于预定值而将所述基础电容值设置为所测得的电容值。所谓原始电容值可以是指由检测单元110最开始(在第一个非触摸时间段中)测得的该耦合电容器的电容值。
在该实现方式中,只有当所测得的电容值与原始电容值之间的差值的绝对值大于阈值时才将基础电容值设置为测得的电容值。这可以节省系统的处理资源。
图5是根据本公开实施例的电容值校准方法200的流程图。该方法200可以用于校准触摸显示面板的基础电容值。所述触摸显示面板设置有堆叠于彼此之上且彼此绝缘的第一电极层和第二电极层。第一电极层包括至少一行触摸电极。第二电极层包括至少一列触摸电极。所述至少一行触摸电极和至少一列触摸电极形成至少一个耦合电容器。触摸显示面板中各触摸电极的示例布置如图1所示,并且在此不作详细描述。
参照图5,该方法200包括以下步骤。
在步骤210,在多个非触摸时间段中的每一个中测量所述耦合电容器的电容值。
在步骤220,在每次测量时基于所测得的电容值校准所述耦合电容器的基础电容值。
图6是示出图5的方法200中电容值的测量的一个实现方式的流程图。
具体地,耦合电容器的电容值的测量210可以包括以下步骤。
在步骤211,将所述触摸电极充电至跨所述耦合电容器的电压达到预定电压。
在步骤212,使所述耦合电容器放电而检测所述耦合电容器所存储的电荷量。
在步骤213,基于所述预定电压和所述电荷量计算所述耦合电容器的电容值。
另外,在一些实施例中,基础电容值的校准220可以包括:比较所测得的电容值与原始电容值;以及响应于所测得电容值与原始电容值之间的差值的绝对值大于预定值而将所述基础电容值设置为所测得的电容值。
以上方法实施例具有与关于图2-4描述的装置实施例相同的优点,并且在此不做详细描述。
将理解的是,可以利用通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或其他可编程逻辑器件、分立的门或晶体管逻辑、分立的硬件组件或被设计成执行本文中描述的功能的其任何组合来实现或执行联系本文中公开的实施例而描述的各种说明性逻辑块、模块和电路。通用处理器可以是微处理器,但是在替换方案中,处理器可以是常规处理器、控制器、微控制器或状态机。处理器也可以被实现为计算设备的组合,例如DSP和微处理器的组合、多个微处理器、结合DSP核的一个或多个微处理器或任何其他这样的配置。
以上所述是本公开的特定实施方式。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,可以在不脱离本公开的精神和本质的情况下做出各种修改和变型,这些修改和变型也应视为落入本公开的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种用于校准触摸显示面板的基础电容值的装置,所述触摸显示面板设置有堆叠于彼此之上且彼此绝缘的第一电极层和第二电极层,第一电极层包括至少一行触摸电极,第二电极层包括至少一列触摸电极,所述至少一行触摸电极和至少一列触摸电极形成至少一个耦合电容器,所述装置包括:
    检测单元,被配置成在多个非触摸时间段中的每一个中测量所述耦合电容器的电容值;以及
    校准单元,被配置成在每次测量时基于所测得的电容值校准所述耦合电容器的基础电容值。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述多个非触摸时间段是周期性的。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的装置,其中所述多个非触摸时间段中的每个被插入在分配用于所述触摸显示面板的相应显示时间段与相应触摸时间段之间。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述多个非触摸时间段是非周期性的。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述检测单元包括:
    充放电模块,被配置成将所述触摸电极充电至跨所述耦合电容器的电压达到预定电压,并且然后使所述耦合电容器放电而检测所述耦合电容器所存储的电荷量;以及
    电容值计算模块,被配置成基于所述预定电压和所述电荷量计算所述耦合电容器的电容值。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的装置,还包括比较单元,其被配置成在每次测量时比较所测得的电容值与原始电容值,其中所述校准单元还被配置成响应于所述比较单元指示所测得电容值与原始电容值之间的差值的绝对值大于预定值而将所述基础电容值设置为所测得的电容值。
  7. 一种用于校准触摸显示面板的基础电容值的方法,所述触摸显示面板设置有堆叠于彼此之上且彼此绝缘的第一电极层和第二电极层,第一电极层包括至少一行触摸电极,第二电极层包括至少一列触摸电 极,所述至少一行触摸电极和至少一列触摸电极形成至少一个耦合电容器,所述方法包括:
    在多个非触摸时间段中的每一个中测量所述耦合电容器的电容值;以及
    在每次测量时基于所测得的电容值校准所述耦合电容器的基础电容值。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述多个非触摸时间段是周期性的。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其中所述多个非触摸时间段中的每个被插入在分配用于所述触摸显示面板的相应显示时间段与相应触摸时间段之间。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述多个非触摸时间段是非周期性的。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述测量的步骤包括:
    将所述触摸电极充电至跨所述耦合电容器的电压达到预定电压;
    使所述耦合电容器放电而检测所述耦合电容器所存储的电荷量;以及
    基于所述预定电压和所述电荷量计算所述耦合电容器的电容值。
  12. 如权利要求7至11中任一项所述的方法,其中所述校准的步骤包括:
    比较所测得的电容值与原始电容值;以及
    响应于所测得电容值与原始电容值之间的差值的绝对值大于预定值而将所述基础电容值设置为所测得的电容值。
  13. 一种触摸显示设备,包括:
    触摸显示面板,设置有堆叠于彼此之上并且彼此绝缘的第一电极层和第二电极层,第一电极层包括至少一行触摸电极,第二电极层包括至少一列触摸电极,所述至少一行触摸电极和至少一列触摸电极形成至少一个耦合电容器;
    检测单元,被配置成在多个非触摸时间段中的每一个中测量所述耦合电容器的电容值;以及
    校准单元,被配置成在每次测量时基于所测得的电容值校准所述耦合电容器的基础电容值。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的触摸显示设备,其中所述多个非触摸时间段是周期性的。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的触摸显示设备,其中所述多个非触摸时间段中的每个被插入在分配用于所述触摸显示面板的相应显示时间段与相应触摸时间段之间。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的触摸显示设备,其中所述多个非触摸时间段是非周期性的。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的触摸显示设备,其中所述检测单元包括:
    充放电模块,被配置成将所述触摸电极充电至跨所述耦合电容器的电压达到预定电压,并且然后使所述耦合电容器放电而检测所述耦合电容器所存储的电荷量;以及
    电容值计算模块,被配置成基于所述预定电压和所述电荷量计算所述耦合电容器的电容值。
  18. 如权利要求13至17中任一项所述的触摸显示设备,还包括比较单元,其被配置成在每次测量时比较所测得的电容值与原始电容值,其中所述校准单元还被配置成响应于所述比较单元指示所测得电容值与原始电容值之间的差值的绝对值大于预定值而将所述基础电容值设置为所测得的电容值。
